mai : funny enough ages ago when the first demo trailer came out for love and deepspace I didn't even know about it!! I happened to stumble upon a short clip of zayne and saved the video on a whim because he was attractive >·< then, as fate would have it, the game's official trailer popped up on my fyp and I got hooked, downloaded the game and haven't looked back since <333 l&ds is still new to the tumblr scene but I absolutely adore my mutuals' takes and fics on the boys!!

as a rafayel fan—what is your favorite headcannon of him? this can be your own or others

mai : hmmm… I think my favorite headcanon about rafayel is that he secretly cares a lot more than he lets on. lingers outside your apartment to make sure you've gotten home safe, always sending you a goodnight and good morning text, oh so conveniently shows up with a warm ready made meal when he knows you're having a particularly hard day, he cares deeply but he's scared of showing it.

Hajime Umemiya falling for Sakura’s older sister (DRABBLE)

It was quite the shocker when the people around him found out that he had an older sister. It was funny how you first met your brother's friends.

Not even a week into a High school and Sakura texts you to come to the restaurant called PHOTHOS down at the Main Street. Generally speaking, you've grown accustomed to the different types of behaviours Sakura gives out and so when you read one of his rare texts to meet him outside at night on the first day of school, you're scared shitless.

You jump out of bed and rush to the designated place and swung the door open in heavy breaths, afraid he was beaten up and rushed to the nearest shelter. You zoomed down the street like a complete maniac until you came face to face with the lightly dimmed restaurant before swinging the door open.

There, you saw your younger brother sitting with a group full of people?!

You hadn't realized how crazy you might have looked, too in shock at the scene of Sakura staring back at you with wide eyes. He wasn't expecting you to come here so quick.

Shortly after, the others began to murmur about who you were and asked Sakura since they caught on the fact that you were staring at him alone. The moment he said it, they all went berserk.

"She's my older sister. I told her to come!"

Even the brown-haired worker shouted. Much to your dismay, the sight of three other first years were around him, but something that stuck to your eye was the table right beside theirs, was a pair of two older guys wearing the same uniform as them. Eventually, Sakura reeled you into the place and made you sit in front of him and right in front of you to your left sat an odd looking boy with grey hair? At first you thought it was fake and he maybe dyed it, but looking up close, it was indeed his actual hair.

Your younger brother ended up admitting he called you to come here because he knew he was going to come home late and didn't want you to eat dinner alone.

Afterwards, you briefly chatted with his friends for the first time but at the end of the night when all of you exited out the restaurant, the grey-haired man known as Umemiya called you over. You learned he was the president at his school that was also in charge of looking after the town. Doing so, he asked for your number purely because he wanted to call you if Sakura would end up getting injured at anytime (they explained Sakura was now involved with a fight with Shishitoren tomorrow. You weren't happy with him).

It's weird though, even after the fight, Umemiya continued to chat to you over the phone—it was a bit unusual for the man. Sugishita was the first one to notice with the way he kept getting up from the garden to check his phone every 10-15 minutes. The boy questioned what was happening but never had the balls to ask him.

You didn't mind speaking to him for the first few times, you weren't attending the same school as Sakura and it was nice hearing how your younger brother was doing at school since he refused to tell you (he was too embarrassed at how nice everyone was treating him). Eventually, your conversations end up leading to speaking about yourselves and learning each other's interests. He didn't expect to speak to anyone at all like this, it's even come to a point whenever he sees Sakura, he asks how you're doing.

The boy didn't think much of it since he wasn't aware you were speaking to his representative for his school until one day Umemiya calls you for the first time and asks where Sakura is.

He was sick that day, and so you had to take care of him in the morning. You were a bit hard on him needless to say, but after cooking him up a quick warm dish, giving him medicine, hot towels, and alone time, you now found yourself stuck on what to do. You couldn't get close to him otherwise you would get sick, you told the grey-haired man to which he replied with.

"Do you want to come to the school to help me garden?"

"Really?"

He had told you about his garden through phone and seeing that you didn't have anything to do, you accepted his offer. The two of you were a bit awkward—he's not going to lie. But soon enough, the both of you warmed up together.

That was when Sugishita understood why he had been checking his phone so often during those days.

Afterwards, that was when he started to grow closer to you.

The two of you grew very close in a matter of days, chatting every single day in the morning and before bed. He doesn't find it odd to text and become friendly with the opposite sex. He's had many countless friends that were girls and was known to be a charming man that anybody liked. But still, with that many people on his roster it's hard to keep up with every single one of them. So why now was he keeping such a close eye on you?

The first thing he noticed was he would slightly feel annoyed whenever you replied a little too late. He would never show that he's mad at you for that due to how well he covers it. In the following weeks he finally his the courage to ask if he can pick you up from school and bring you to help tend his garden. The first time you gardened with him, you had a lot of fun and took pictures to send it to Sakura who was back home (he yelled on text saying— 'ARE YOU AT MY SCHOOL ?!') and so you agreed to help him after school.

It all seemed normal to him, texting and calling you every single day, picking you up, running quick errands with you, and holding your stuff. It's hard to process those feelings he gets around you and shakes it off by saying that he just likes you a lot because you're a good person. Yeah—that's the best explanation.

However, whenever you reply late, take a little longer than usual when he picks you up because a boy was talking to you after class about your group project. He senses a faint taste of bitter on his tongue and almost replies in a passive aggressive manner to those types of things.

"I've been waiting out here for a little longer than usual [Name], what were you doing?"

But soon enough when he hangs out with his best friend Hiragi on a Friday afternoon, due to the fact you were busy that day, the spiky-headed boy brings you up in his conversation at the fast food restaurant the sat in eating their burgers.

"Y'know you really seem to like her Ume."

"I just think she's nice is all." He replied back, in a split second Hiragi caught on the way his voice faltered for a second.

"You say that but whenever ya hear her speakin' to a boy that isn't you, ya get all quiet and nonchalant."

He hummed, "Only sometimes..."

"For pete sakes—you like her gosh damnit!"

Hi! I loved your Illustrator Shen Yuan au and wanted to know if you had more ideas for it? I feel it makes a lot of sense especially with SY’s ability to recognize literally every plant, animal, and character that showed up in the novel instantly and Qing Jing being the peak of the four arts. Also, if he played a major role in editing the wiki, do you think any of his written headcannons or speculations may have come true? Do you think he and airplane ever just use his art style to distinguish cannon fodder from the rest or do they still follow the rules of his art style despite him having never drawn them? If the first then him meeting Tianlang-jun and ZZL would be hilarious cuz he may just brush them off. Also, how does this go with Liu Qingge’s character design being different than imagined (pretty instead of burly)? How do you think this would play into a post cannon reveal? Are there any other common or uncommon hc’s in the fandom that you would combine with this?

going backwards with your questions: (this will be long, forgive spelling, etc, errors)

Headcanons: this is already the product of multiple headcanons! For one, SQH is solidified as the author instead of a prophet, because SY as the artist means that the world is malleable, to a degree. Also I believe in black-haired Mobei-Jun (irrelevant haha). I also would say the hc where if Shang Qinghua 'writes' something with enough intent, it might just happen.

Also, the 'world' being made of paper and so is from someone/somewhere but i forgot. Sorry ahahaha

I think this makes SY and SQH both paper/creation gods. (Discussed further later on in this mess.)

Tianlang-Jun, Zhuzhi-Lang, and Liu Qingge: The thing is, the 'design' applies to mobei Jun because SY has explicitly drawn him. Binghe's 'design' is same the PIDW official art's because this is only physically, (the contours of a creature's skull rather than binghe's nail polish) because they're real people and persons, which is an important theme that breaks character designs that include distinctive clothing. Also because of this realized state, nothing can be more real than anything else. Through the lens of a reader, we might imagine the 'world' being this collage of the artist, but this isn't the case.

That brings me to my next point: what of the world that hasn't been 'illustrated'? Of course, we can have a creation myth instead of an actual explanation:

The God who brings ascension from nothingness carves the mountains, shapes the moon, culls the suns, and folds the paper beasts, men, and flowers. The God whose palms raise all things into the light so creates the three realms. The God creates and creates and creates.

The God who witnesses watches the creations grow simpler, watches creases deteriorate, watches rushed work. The God who witnesses sees the God who arises with the world in hand grow tired. The God who witnesses paints the paper cranes, refolds the rushed creations, and refines the creases. (The God who watches paints over a tear in a silver leaf. The God leaves the gold leaf be.)

The God who paints the birds and beasts never folds the fresh paper. So concludes the creation of all and every.

(Where the silver leaf of paper is mobei-jun and the golden one is binghe.)

Shen Yuan's headcanons: of course, Airplane is the writer. He takes precedence. His headcanons only applied to his 'domain', and his 'power' only exists in the origin world (though this may change as the idea develops), and draws power from Airplane Shooting Towards the Sky's work. His role is lessening the burden, but the work has already been done.

On postcanon reveals: Shang Qinghua totally gets caught first. Actually, it's the airplane extra with the 'daddy admires you' scenes! He is forces to explain, and along the way he kicks SQQ under the bus. I won't say too much on how this spreads, but probably Mobei saying something to someone. Maybe he calls Qinghua the heavenly emperor/ the ascender in front of all the peaklords. An Ding probably already knows.

why the ascender? Airplane translates literally into flying machine. So, warp that into ascension and omnipresence. Airplane Shooting Towards the Sky ascends reality from nothing (darkness) to something (sunlight). This applies to everything, so it is comparable to a system or machine. Behold, the really irrelevant, misplaced, and overly subtle Rain World reference.

The God who Paints the birds and Beasts from Drawing the Beast's Ire warps the Ire into attention, and then Airplane's protagonist and his cool monsters drew his attention, then the poor writing his ire.

Meanwhile, Shen Qingqiu is only minorly accosted by peak lords. The problem is binghe, upset that Shizun was drawing other people. Drawing the Beast's Ire drew like 2 other characters. One is Mobei-Jun. The other is a modern-clothing binghe. He's also upset that Shang-shishu and Shizun share something as grand as the creation of the world together, and the fact that SQQ is the lesser. Additionally, unlike Mobei-Jun, he wasn't made specifically to please his God! Unfair!

Of course, binghe is very happy about this as well. He's Shizun's favorite character!

This might be high time to mention more headcanons: there are temples and shrines dedicated to airplane and occasionally the witness/the painter in the endless Abyss. This is due to the first heavenly demons, probably. How else did Xin Mo get there?

Anyway, they'd be like airplane folding paper front and center and then the painter doing his thing off to the side. Of course, there are a decent amount dedicated only to the painter.

On additional creations: Maybe Shen Qingqiu/Yuan and Shang Qinghua get together and make OC animals. They're all entirely harmless. Shang Qinghua writes their names, their abilities, and a nice good description while Shen Qingqiu/Yuan paints. Maybe it doesn't do anything. Maybe it does. It's a change of pace either way.

Reverse Isekai HCs with Vash

okay this WAS meant to just be realitively vague general headcannons but it kinda turned into giving Vash a good time after he's spent a lot of time learning about Earth

also got a bit sidetracked on some points😅

•he's very eager to learn practically everything about Earth!! he wants to know how the weather works, the different types of biomes and animals, the cultures and the foods, he watches every documentary and youtube video you show him very intently and eagerly:(<3 he's got the cutest face and reactions when he watches them

•he asks a lot of questions, especially in the beginning! Vash would be really happy even if you gave the most basic answer possible. he kinda looks up to you a lot for the more general information and helping to push him in the right direction for when he wants to learn something

•so start him off light, the basics! there's 7 continents, the different types of weather, biomes and land/waterforms and expand from there! how the biomes have certain weather patterns, the animals and plants you can find there and so on

•once he's used to navigating your computer and you've taught him internet safety and to avoid certain things, he's using it to learn all about whatever is on his mind that day. you'll come home from work or school and he'll run up to you and tell you all the stuff he learned about that day.

•he's really proud and excited about it all so please share at least a little bit of that excitement! even better, if you take the time to learn/refresh your mind with him! even if you're just in the same room with him, doing something else and only half paying attention, Vash is still really happy!

•also!! pls praise him!! it's not easy to be thrown onto a different planet(even if he does know a bit about it) and learn so many new things but he's trying his best!

•one day you came home with a box of donuts and explained that you asked for the next few days off so you and Vash could do whatever he wanted. you even saved up so if Vash wanted to travel to the next city or go someplace like the museum or an aquarium you could!

•at first Vash was really hesitant to accept this, like he felt guilty in a way? he also felt like he didn't really deserve it since he was just learning what every person has to learn in school.

•but after gentle reassurance Vash agrees, and he's actually pretty excited; it's been a while since he's properly hung out with you.

•after thinking over the suggestions you bring up, Vash decides he wants to try going to a spa and getting a pedicure and manicure. he's pretty hesitant to bring it up at first, doubt and insecurities rising in his mind. but Vash thinks about how you said that he deserves love, care and to treat himself. so he timidly asks if the spa would allow him to wear a long sleeved shirt and sweatpants, and if they could avoid certain areas during the massage.

•I like to think that during the pedimani, Vash asked for deep blue nail polish that shimmers in the light as a base. then he asks for different red flowers on each finger, except for the pinky, and the thumb being the more detailed one. the artist doing his nails even offers to make a set for his prosthetic.(ngl I wanna try to design what I have in mind msnms)(vash with makeup? just a side idea don't mind me)

•he's very in awe of how much detail you can fit onto such a small space, he can't stop staring at his and your nails. (he begs you to take a photo shoot with him showing off the nails)

•for the next day he wanted to go hiking up to a camping spot you had heard about from a friend.

•Vash takes every opportunity he can to go hiking with you! he's so enamored with the nature on earth. Vash may have heard a lot from Rem, seen grass, flowers and trees, but nothing beats actually seeing all the flora grow in its natural habitats!

•as you two are walking up the trail, Vash takes the time to admire the plants around him. he also carefully picks a leaf and/or flower and puts it into a flower press you had gifted him. (you also gave him a blank journal with it, explaining that he could create scientific pages that talked about each plant he finds or, he could make art with the stuff he pressed.

"that way no matter where you go, you'll always have a little piece of nature with you," you had told him. Vash doesn't want to read between the lines of what you had said.)

•Vash cherishes the book and already almost has it filled up. he found out about polaroids and bought one so he could put the pictures of each plant into the journal as well

•okay onto camping I got sidetracked hmnnrmb

•he offers to carry everything, if not most of the stuff up the trail, the sweetheart <3 but you kindly refuse the offer.(he insists on helping set up the tent and starting the fire though)

•once it's all set up, he's eagerly grabbing your phone and a pair of cheap microphones he found at a gift store.

•Vash doesn't care at all if you're singing is horrible or amazing in this moment, he just wants you to have as much fun as during your little karaoke/concert! be as loud as your heart desires too! hardly anyone comes to the campsite your at.

•and yes, Vash absolutely makes you dance with him! even if it's just you wiggling your body around or just jumping to the beat he's happy! if you're fine with it, he's gonna grab your hands and swing your arms around to the beat.

•does a solo and if the song has any innuendos in it he's doing the most exaggerated sexy movements. (if you've seen any of those dance videos where a person dances giving 10%, 100% and 1000%, he's the 1000% the dork<3)

does the same with songs like Bring Me to Life, exaggerated desperate movements and singing

•after the performance, Vash looks at you with the most serious face he can muster and ask "so, how was my performance?" (basically that one swimming anime dub,) you're glad you recorded the whole thing, and he's glad you're having such a good time<3

•if you give him a performance too he's clapping and cheering you on. he hopes you can't tell how entranced he is with you in that moment, even if you look like a total dork singing off key and doing the weirdest movements. give him a flirty gesture and he becomes a blushing mess.

•if you know any dances to a song, he's asking you to teach him. and he's a quick learner! he may not get it perfectly, but he gets the gist of it and is pretty proud of himself. lights up even more when you praise him

•not to be sad but a part of him wishes the others were here to experience all of this. he knows they would enjoy is so much:( but he doesn't dwell on it too much, the two of you are supposed to be having a fun night so

•anyways once you're tired from all the dancing and singing, Vash pulls out the hotdogs and makings for smores. (he knows how to toast the perfect marshmallow!)(ik this is about Vash, but Wolfwood would set marshmallows on fire until they're black and offer them around, shoving it into people's faces-)

•once you've both had your fill, you both get comfy in the tent. don't worry about being cold! he's a heater!(where was he when I was camping)

•you two talk about whatever comes to mind and eventually you ask what else he wants to do in the future, and he immediately brings up a tidepool documentary he watched earlier in the week. Vash was really curious about all the weird animals he saw, and yeah, you could definitely take him to the tidepools at the beach. that'll be exciting.

oh i’ve got plenty of headcanons. some i won’t go into too much detail about because it would dipping into spoiler territory, but here ya go:

gaz was a big momma's boy as a kid, and when she died so soon after his father it left him with a lot of big, confusing feelings for an 8-9 year old

he was angry at price for a long time after his parents' deaths and it wasn't until well into his teenage years that he started warming up to price

farah was adopted after gaz, when her parents were killed during price's and the 141's first go around with makarov when they were both building their "empires" (we'll go more into that in the next few chapters)

gaz and farah took to each other easily, often finding comfort in their similar struggles and complicated feelings for price

price does everything he can to help gaz and farah remember their parents, mostly out of respect and love for them and their parents, but also due to that quiet guilt that he's the reason their parents are gone

gaz goes back on forth on calling price dad, but always refers to farah as his sister

farah does not call price dad, it’s always either old man or price

farah does think of gaz as a brother, but can’t bring herself to actually call him that because it makes her think of hadir

farah and gaz are best friends through and through tho

price cannot visit their parents' graves with them, he doesn't feel he has a right to, and if he goes with one of them he’ll wait in the car until they’re done to go to the grave himself

price has talked about canary to gaz’s dad’s grave

i hc price's favorite color as blue in general, hence all the blue he puts his women in

there is a difference between the blues when he gets canary a dress vs when valeria makes her one

valeria's come in various shades of blue while price's are always the same shade of blue as his eyes

he is absolutely doing it as a way to mark his territory

graves loves his women in gold and jewels and designer, it's a way to show off his wealth and status and how much he spoils them

it's all part of a carefully put together show to make himself look good

makarov does not give a fuck about any of that

his women are on display as a way to taunt and tempt his enemies because they know better than to touch what's his and he drapes them in blood-colored fabric as warning

price had a playboy phase after his (amicable) divorce from kate and it only got worse when gaz’s parents died

he never loved or really cared for any of his significant others, knowing most were just after his money, status, or bragging rights - they used him and he used them as a stress relief

when gaz moved in to the manor, he tried a few short-lived relationships that never lasted more than a few months

he stopped completely when farah moved in

price tried dating once or twice when gaz and farah were older and things were more stable but it was never anything serious until canary

price has never been in love until canary

price, nik, and gaz's dad were bffs with farah's dad joining later, and nik loves gaz and farah like his own

at one point, shepherd was included in that little group

alex and farah had a romcom-esque meet-cute at a 141 gala where alex was a guest of kate's

alex fell first, farah fell harder

Pyro was the first to come up with the idea of everyone getting their nails painted, saw Scout and Sniper trying to sneak out of the room and immediately grabbed them and pulled them back. The group splits into two after this, if they didn't we'd have four people wholeheartedly into this and the other five would most likely ruin the night 😭 So now that they've split up, each group has at least two people who are willing to paint nails.

Engie, Pyro, Scout, and Sniper become a group purely because of Pyro's death grip on Sniper and Scout, Engie joins in to make sure the boys aren't either crushed by Pyro, or try and run away again. Pyro makes the system, Pyro paints Scout's nails, Scout paints Sniper's, Sniper paints Engie's, and then Engie paints Pyro's. Pyro makes everyone sit in a little circle 😭

Scout is not having any of it, throwing out every excuse in an attempt to not have to deal with this. It being girly is thrown out the most. In reality, (oh mini headcanon time!) he doesn't want anyone to look at his nails, their warn down to the quick, he bites the shit out of his nails, and is partially embarrassed because of it. But once Pyro grabs his hand and just doesn't even comment on it, he chills out. Pyro is the one who ends up painting his nails and does a really good job at it! Makes sure the nails are something Scout would like, goes with just some plain red polish, and even pulls out some mini brushes to draw a baseball or two. Scout ends up thanking them and might admit that he didn't hate it.

Sniper is a toss-up between fighting to just and being chill about everything. I think he already paints his nails or has no problem with them being painted in general. Really, he just never has time. I lean towards more of him being okay with his getting his nails painted, but he would rather be doing something else. Scout isn't great at painting nails, so by the end of it, Sniper has very messy nails, but to Scout's credit, he tries to clean it up. Scout painted them just plain black, thinks they look nice. Sniper is pleased with the outcome but is now nervous about painting Engie's nails.

Engie could care less about his nails. He's in this for Pyro, is just willing to go along with whatever makes them happy. Sniper had no clue what he should do with Engie's nails, like poor guy has only ever had black nail polish. Pyro not so subtly starts pushing different nail polishes next to Sniper, mainly yellows and purples. And gesturing to make Sniper aware of the best pattern for the colors to be in. Sniper ends up doing a pretty decent job leaving Engie with some very pretty nails. He ends up really liking them and thanks Sniper for making his nails look so good. Is still mainly playing along for Pyro's sake. He finally turns to Pyro, who's super excited it's their turn. He paints black nails with orange and red flames based on the design off of motorcycles, oddly enough, having fun from seeing Pyro get so happy.

Pyro settles down from their excitement they ask something about if everyone likes their nails, and the group nods, all while each of them look at their nails, some touching them up. Satisfied with the results, they head over to where the others are to check on their endeavors.

Heavy, Medic, Soldier, Demo, and Spy became part of one group to do Medic roping in Heavy, Solider roping in Demo, and Spy just being fine with his nails being done, they needed a touch up anyways. They set it up so Heavy paints Medic's nails, Medic paints Spy's, Spy paints Demo's, Demo paints Soldier's, and Soldier paints Heavy's. Spy only trusts Medic to do so, knowing full well the others are incapable. The other mercs come over just as they begin figuring out the system.

Heavy is unsure of what to do. He's never really painted nails or seen the need to paint nails. But is willing to try once for Pyro. Soldier has absolutely no idea what to paint for Heavy and it shows. He ends up grabbing colors he thinks look pretty and just going at it, and it turns out really well for a man who's never even heard of nail polish before. By the end, his nails have a sort of tie-dye effect, and he ends up really liking them. Probably not enough to do it again, but he is glad he could make Pyro happy and genuinely enjoyed the experience.

Medic is not worried at all and doesn't even have to be begged or threatened, he love painting his nails. He, Spy, and Pyro definitely do this all the time, this is just the one time they decided to involve the other Mercs. Heavy isn't the best at painting nails. He can touch them up later in his lab. Surprisingly, for never having picked up nail polish before, Heavy does a really nice job. Painting Medic's nails a very clean white, even adds little specks of red for a blood spatter effect. Medic loves them!

As said before, Spy only trusts Medic to paint his nails. Would have let Pyro do his nails, too, though. Medic knows exactly what Spy wants and how to do it perfectly by now. He's delt with Spy's not so subtle passive aggression any time he's fucked up even a little bit on his nails. Spy takes this so seriously. Another case of not having to be asked twice to get his nails painted. He goes with dark blue and gold nails per usual, and Medic does a good enough job for Spy to compliment him.

Demo doesn't need to be threatened. He paints his nails sometimes, too. He can't help it if his nails look good, black or red. Let's Apy do whatever he wants. At the end of the day, Demo is just content with spending time with the team. He's already busy thinking about what he's going to do with Soldier's nails and wondering if they'll even look good when he's done. When he finally snaps out of his thoughts, he looks down to see his nails painted emerald green and looking extremely clean. He expected nothing less from Spy.

Soldier, surprisingly, has no qualms about getting his nails done. Assumes it's like war paint. Only has trouble sitting still. Demo paints his nails red white and blue, of course, and even adds a shaky USA on his ring, middle, and index nails. Soldier loves them! Making Demo immediately less anxious. Is totally willing to do it again.

When they all finally get back together after everything's said and done, everyone shows off their nails, and they pretty much spend the rest of their downtime talking and joking. All while they assume Pyro has a huge smile on their face, from how Pyro is acting, it's safe to say that the night turned out how they wanted it to. For the next couple of weeks, the nails get worn down from all the fights, but no one really has any desire to remove the polish, except maybe Scout, (my man's is having a hard time not biting his nails) Pyro starts to see the wear and suggests they do another nail night. All the mercs quickly agree.

I think Katana makes his own masks from scratch. He probably has many for separate occasions, or some just for show.

I think he finds it quite therapeutic to model something with just your hands and to feel it in every stage, start to end.

It feels very in character as well that he'd reference the stages of making a mask or a vase from scratch in his everyday speech (which is basically just poetry. Why you so soldier, poet, king...)

He's just the kind of guy to make something for the sake of making it... if it makes him at least a little happier then why not? There's no need to look for external validation in the things he likes to do.

I can imagine him finishing a mask and then just going through the rest of his day with small patches of dried ceramic along his tail and arms.. he does not care!!!!!

because I'm stupid and don't know how to draw Katana's on model mask and make it look good, I've decided that that's just the mask he wears if he's going into a Phight. He probably made it thicker and more durable so it wouldn't shatter, while the one in the design I drew is more comfortable, but fragile, also being the mask he's had the longest, being shown by the small cracks along the top.

I've also thought of how the different textures of his arms and legs would work? The skin of his arms and legs would probably feel like unvarnished ceramic with a few ridges and a lot more texture, but still keeps that kind of sandpaper feel, the scales feel like the varnished and smooth ceramic, while the palms of his hands and finger pads feel somewhat like leather. Lastly his beans????? I guess???? Are cool to the touch and smooth.

yes, I also headcannons a few things about Prince hold on.

Prince is a barn owl (duh), but I feel like. Prince would be a she. Like come on. Girlboss owl. Plus with my headcannon of hyper giving prince to Katana, i feel like it would be funny if he got a female owl by accident and kept the name just so princess and prince would match.

Katana doesn't keep Prince around for a long time as well, because he knows Prince knows how to somewhat take care of herself, and is not usually an animal to be domesticated. Prince treats Katana's apartment like a den or a hollow, checking in on him from time to time, coming for food if she's hungry, or staying if the weather isn't the greatest.

I also want to think that prince is somewhat trained in like. Return and call commands?

Another thing with Katana's arms, Prince can safely latch onto Katana without fear of hurting him because of how tough his arms are. He barely needs any arm protection when it comes to Prince flying down and latching onto his arm like it's a branch.

Anyways that's it!!!! I honestly think Katana needs more love apart from shipping because like. He's actually such a cool character I love him so much.. I swear as soon as I drew his design for ANIMALS! I instantly knew he was one of my favourite characters..

Don’t know if you’ve done this already but do you have any Max and Neil headcannons? separately I mean

Let's kick this off with a big one: I think Neil has a secret laboratory at one of his parents houses. Think Dexter's lab from CN or even Moon girl from Disney. I'd think he would wanna put it in his dad's place bc his mom would find it faster but I always imagined his dad had an apartment. Neil makes it work somehow. It's where he goes to have ultimate me time and just get to work on stuff. He's created an area where he feels so comfortable/safe he really lets loose in there. His friends do NOT get to know about it !!!!! They end up stumbling across it by mistake and he'll let them in there occasionally as a treat. Nothing more!!! That's his area.

Neil secretly likes bee gees. He grew up with Carl playing it all the time and regrettably it gets stuck in his head sometimes. He more openly likes lyricless techno. Something to just zone out to. A little bit back to the lab hc: he dances while he works sometimes.

This next one is cannon to me: he likes bedazzled/studded(?) lab coats and leather jackets. He probably doesn't think he can pull leather jackets off normally or will get made fun of if he tries but like every time throughout the show his confidence hits a certain high that's what he puts on. Ered gets her cool back, and in the Hanukkah episode too. In Cameron Campbell can't handle the truth he winks/walks in slow motion wearing his bedazzled studded lab coat again. I'm so certain he made it himself.

Funny/joke HC: as he gets older he starts having a gun on stand by if what he's working on becomes too sentient

Okay before this gets too long I'll move on to the Max ones

Marina fan!!!!! I take no criticisms on this!!/j I have broken down my reasons in detail why multiple of her songs fit in my interpretation of him multiple times and I would gladly do it again.

I think Max has this version of himself in his mind he's always trying to achieve and convey to others. For the most part it works, and that's what he is, but he's still human and it falters and it pisses him off when it does.

I think in the parents day episode, he wasn't just crying bc his parents didn't care to show up. (and it had nothing to do with the fact David raised his voice at him imo, David had done that before) it was the fact his parents didn't show up/give him an activity and he was trying to play it off and hide it all day and when David found out this man's face dropped in front of him. It embarrassed Max bc he was actively trying to hide that and instead it came out. It was a mix of the situation itself and the embarrassment he didn't want anyone to know that's what was happening or that it affected him.

Y'all are gonna hate me for this one/j: those piercings I cover my older Max design with? Fake. He's afraid of needles but can't let that interfere with the drip. They're faux. Kept on with an eyelash glue equivalent.

He pulls his hair and kicks his legs to stim. He does It all the time throughout the show. The hair pulling when he gets too happy or angry or stressed for him to handle and the leg kicking when bored or scared in different degrees. When he's standing up he tries to mask it more but sometimes it comes out of him as a stomp.

He will literally be stomping and pulling his hair and some people don't take him seriously when it gets to that point.

He's undiagnosed too.💪

His friends rub off on him over time and he's alot more evilly goofy/mischievous instead of just "over it" all the time. He's still plenty over it, just not as much.

I have far too many and I physically can’t pick favorites, so I present you; Pop’s Fukalen Headcanon Masterlist (that hasn’t been updated in a good while)

-They get into dumb stupid trouble a lot, Len cuz he’s overly confident, stubborn and stupid, and Fukase because he’s an agent of chaos

-They casually bully (not really, just tease) each other a lot

-They don’t really need to communicate to cause havoc, they just sorta catch each others dumbass brain waves

-Though Luka is the main English tutor for the Kagamines, Fukase also helps Len with his English a lot

-After Fukase has helped Len with English so much, it became a habit for Fukase to speak English to Len so that he could hear it more and learn, so though it’s not actually necessary it has become natural for them to have conversations where Len speaks Japanese and Fukase speaks English

-Fukase’s kinda jealous of Len’s dance skills but refuses to admit it, instead just saying Len’s a show off (he’s not wrong)

-They’re both gamers and play together a lot, though Fukase leans more towards shooters and Len’s a bit of a rhythm game fanatic

-They played Portal 2 together which consisted of Fukase carrying and Len fucking around bc he wasn’t built for puzzle games

-Fukase says project diva is dumb and not even a good game because he generally doesn’t like rhythm games as he tends to suck at them, but he’s secretly a hardcore project diva fan and plays it a lot

-Similarly, he complains about Sekai being cashgrab trash and just another shitty gacha game but he’s mildly addicted

-Oh and his fave module is Len’s Trickster one because then they have a matching cane and hat vibe goin’ on

-Sometimes when they’re in group chat with friends Fukase and Len will argue, and Fukase will say something like “shut up bb”, earning something like a “lmao you calling him baby that’s kinda gay” from the others, and the response is usually something along the lines of “YOU ALL KNOW ITS SHORT FOR BANANA BOY SHUT THE HELL UP”

-Len makes fun of Fukase’s overly complicated design a lot but had an edgy phase where he thought it was the peek of fashion and secretly wanted to look like him

-Len really likes Fukase’s lower range (especially when paired with his softer voice), but keeps that secret locked up and kept away from everyone and anyone

-Len assumed for ages that Fukase wore eyeliner until he did his makeup once and told him to take it off and Fukase was like “what eyeliner” and Len was like “you’re not wearing eyeliner???”

-Fukase gets super easily cold which is why he wears so many layers, meanwhile Len is that kid that walks around in a t-shirt and shorts all year around, a bit of a living heater if you will. It can either be optimal for cuddling or make it impossible, depends

-They use a lot of different nicknames for each other depending on context- usually Fukase might call Len “Banana Boy”, “Blondie”, “Twink” or “Dumbass” and Len might call Fukase “Clown” “Fuckass” “Fuka” or “Kase”. You’ll probably never catch Fukase saying “Babe” (Banana Boy > BB > Baby/Babe)or Len saying “Fukafuka” (fluffy/soft) out in the open tho

-Fukase and Flower are best friends, and Flower has a habit of giving people nicknames based on flowers. Fukase sorta picked up on this, occasionally calling Len “Buttercup”

-Every time someone asks Fukase how his face got scarred he comes up with the most wild and shocking story he can think of on the spot to get a reaction out of whoever is asking, but none of these manage to shock Len anymore because he’s heard every single one Fukase has managed to conjure up

-Fukase has multiple sorted reference, meme, quote, and random picture folders so he can send whatever he deems perfect in any given situation at any given time. Depending on context Len will more often than not know “oh this person said this, so Fuka is gonna send/show this specific thing in three, two, one- there it is”

-Whenever Len comes over to Fukase he will prioritize saying hi to Point before Fukase. Fukase‘s kinda accepted that Len likes Point more than him

-The way Len treats Point compared to the way Fukase does is night and day- Len holds it like a newborn child talking to the it like it’s a puppy, while Fuka be out here dragging it by a limb sayin “ya stinky”

-Point is their unofficial child probably

-Len likes a lot of Fukase’s original English songs, but knows his own English isn’t the best, at least not compared to Fukase’s, so he only ever jams to them and sings along in private

-Though he makes fun of it a lot, Fukase thinks Len’s English is kinda endearing, but he keeps that to himself

-Fukase has the weird ability to making insults sound like compliments, and compliments sound like insults, and Len is sick of it cuz it makes him very confused and annoyed

-Fukase speaks fluent sarcasm, meanwhile Len’s brain sometimes just short circuits and he can’t pick up on sarcasm whatsoever

-Fukase is a smartass with dumbass energy and Len is a dumbass who tries to have smartass energy (in contrast to Rin, who fully embraces her dumbassness and dumbass energy and thinks Len should too. He insists he isn’t as dumb as her and she’s like “bro you’re literally my reflection”)

-Len legit has a big ego (some describe him as mildly narcissistic) while, Fukase is just great at faking confidence and actually doesn’t think very highly of himself, though Len insists he absolutely should

-Fukase likes cracking self deprecating jokes. He does that more than your average person due to his secretly low confidence

-Len, due to his higher than average confidence, usually doesn’t find self deprecating jokes funny cuz he doesn’t relate to them, and it often takes him a second to get them. Sometimes, if he notices his friends making a lot of them, he’ll get kinda worried and be like “damn you need therapy or smthn?”

-Len sometimes aggressively delivers compliments to Fukase, or whoever he thinks needs them

-Fukase’s terrible at accepting compliments

-Len straight up started giving Fukase self love classes to teach him real confidence

-He also gives Fukase dance lessons, but Fukase usually doesn’t learn much because Len’s too busy showing off. They have fun tho

-Len says Wi-Fi Imagination Wild Boy is “their song” but Fukase likes to pretend it doesn’t exist and never happened out of embarrassment

-Len likes having one hand on each side of Fukase’s face because the difference in skin texture on each side feels funny. Fukase says it’s weird that he likes doing that, but doesn’t stop him from squishing his face

-Fukase always ponders how the Cryptons have perfect skin, or well, at least he knows Len does- perfect nails too, great for head scratches

-While Fuka is normally not the biggest fan of surprise physical contact, it’s kinda become a habit of Len to just randomly scratch his head or run his hand through his hair. This is an exception. If you comment on it tho, Fukase will suddenly start acting annoyed by it and smack Len’s hand away. Len teases him a bit for liking it

-Len absolutely adores how fluffy and messy Fukase’s hair is

-Fukase has his reasons for keeping his arm bandages, maybe health, convenience, not wanting to freak people out- but one is because he has a habit of picking at the skin there, which Len is trying to get him to stop doing

-Fukase’s arm picking worries Len, so sometimes he changes Fukase’s bandages for him just to make sure he won’t do it

-Len’s a trans guy and Fukase is one of the few people Len’s comfortable not binding his chest in front of, other than the other Cryptons and Piko (bc Piko’s his best friend)

-Fuka barely needs any sleep getting like 4 hours on average, while is a professional honk mimimier who likes getting his 8 hours of beauty sleep

-Because of Len’s habit of sleeping like a baby and the fact that he’s usually busy as fuck, Fukase always lets him sleep in when they have sleepovers at his place, not having the heart to wake him up

-When they have sleepovers they always end up having an argument a little while after Len starts showing signs of being tired. These basically consist of Len saying “if I go to bed now I know you’re just gonna stay up all night, get your ass to bed now or I’m staying up and annoying you while sleep deprived” and Fukase saying “you look like you’re gonna pass out and you know damn well I won’t be able to sleep for a while, go to bed or I’m carrying your sleepy ass over there“. Which of them wins varies

-Though they both frequently tease each other and are okay with teasing/being teased about pretty much anything, they also know exactly when they’re crossing a line or pushing certain buttons. Sometimes they’ll push the others buttons just a little or see how far they can go, but they always know when to stop and when the other isn’t cool with it anymore

-Fukase adores the horror genre as a whole, while Len’s more easily freaked out but pretends like he has no fear- so, when they’re for example picking out a movie to watch, Fukase might wanna watch a horror movie and Len will be like “Pft of course no problem I’m not a wimp” but then later in the middle of the movie they’ll have to pause and chill together for a bit because Fukase’s like “dude you look like you’re gonna cry maybe let’s not, want some hot coco?”

-Fukase and Len once started talking about some English tv show and after it came up in conversation Len confessed that he had a hard time following without Japanese subtitles, especially when he wants to sing along to the songs. This lead Fuka to say he could help him if there was anything he needed clarified when watching it, which lead to them watching the show together. Now they’ve developed a habit of watching stuff together so Fukase can help translate and clarify, even though Len doesn’t need it much anymore

-While Len loves doing concerts and performances, he gets very homesick and missed his friends since he’s so social. He’ll text people non stop, though he’s sometimes worried that it gets a little annoying- but Fukase doesn’t mind at all. Len always somehow gives him the ability to watch them live from his home and tells him about how it is and that he misses him, and since Fukase doesn’t have a sleep schedule it usually works wherever Len is. Len also hooked him up with some real nice glowsticks that he furiously waved around when watching

-Since Fukase and especially Len are both pretty dang successful and feel like can’t really comfortably talk about their insecurities or negative feelings regarding their loid status in front of less successful loids, like Piko or Lui, they kinda just talk about it to each other. They bond over it- knowing Piko has it worse, Fuka isn’t as bothered much by his licensing, but is ashamed that his VP doesn’t care for him. And Len, tho almost always feeling like he’s the best he could be, sometimes feels inferior to Rin when remembering that he’s just kind of an add on to her

-Len has little to no insecurities regarding his looks, though he spent like his eye color very much, partially bc he’s often made to wear brighter green or blue contacts for promo stuff. Fukase thinks this is bullshit and Len’s eyes are pretty as hell

-Fukase is disabled, hence the cane, and doesn’t typically mind it too much because it lets him skip out on a lot of stuff in PE and other such things. His one complaint is that he can’t really carry Len bc of his balance, but Len insists it’s ok

-While being a bit of a twig and not a fan of exercise, but he does have a bit of upper body mass because he plays drums and has used crutches/wheelchairs at several points in life. Len’s the more athletic of the two tho and likes to brag about

-Len has dog energy and Fukase has cat energy

-Len bought Fukase a pair of those headphones with cat ears on them. Fukase said it was stupid, asked why he spent money on them and claimed he’d never wear them, but he often uses them at home

-They’ve faked a proposal for free food

-Len kinda doesn’t really know what exactly Fukase is or how he works but also doesn’t really care

-Fukase loves showing Len games that are actually horror games but don’t seem like it at first. Len always gets suspicion and Fukase always goes “nonono this ones’s fine it’s not scary at all I promise” and Len always falls for it

-After Len complained about it enough he finally manages to get Fukase to eat three meals a day (or at least try to). Fukase forgets to every now and again but Len’s usually there to remind him

-Despite the fact that nothing seems to make Len insecure ever, there was one time his perfect skin had a pimple and he refused to come out of his room for almost anything. Fukase had to sit outside his room and convince him it really wasn’t that bad on three separate occasions

-One time when Len and Rin were hanging out with Miku and some popular friends after a concert Fukase borrowed Flower’s motorbike to pick Len up so he’d seem cool. Was very effective on Len but the others were like “lmao you two are dorks” and “Wait is Fukase even allowed to drive that”

-Their friends were genuinely very surprised to find out that they liked each other because they both had this very tsundere-esque, mean, teasing and pulling no punches way of interacting so everyone figured they really disliked each other (both of them were surprised to find that the other liked them back too)

-When Fukase and Moke, who were the last members to join the friend group, first met Len, Fukase really disliked him while Moke adored him. This was in big part because Fukase knew Len’s celebrity image as an arrogant, self obsessed, annoying asshole, and Moke, being very into otaku culture, was a big fan who idolizes him and found his celebrity image to be talented and charming. However, when they actually got to know him, the script completely flipped and Fukase now finds him dumb, but charming, while Moke just finds him unbearable

Do you have any unique or niche head-cannon about the LoZ characters? Maybe not even ones you keep all the time but that you think about a lot, like your Ghirahim and Fi as real people piece? I love your style, and would love to see any/all your rambles about the characters.

First off, thank you!!! 💜 Tbh my head cannons change a lot and even though I have a lot of them, I’m totally blanking on every one I’ve ever had. I’m awful at answering asks lol.

If you’re asking specifically about Fi and Ghirahim, I do obviously headcannon them as siblings. I’ve gone back and forth on whether they’re twins or not but I think my current headcannon is that Ghirahim is Fi’s older brother. (He just looks a little older to me). I don’t have a ton of specific ideas about their relationship if I’m honest. I do think they’d roast each other constantly. I guess to me, they’re a weird mesh of two people who have a lot in common but have drastically different personalities that affect how they navigate their lives. Idk it’s a fun dynamic that I should honestly put more thought into.

For the piece you asked about, I just wanted to give them both a more human look. Ghirahim’s first form is pretty close but I figure it was still altered by his existence as a sword spirit. Idk I just feel like they both have a fully human form that maybe they just can’t access anymore for some reason or another. But for that drawing specifically, I just wanted to come up with more human designs and give them ✨pretty jewelry✨

so ill take some time to tell any newbies some fandom veteran unspoken rules or just remind people of things

There is not "wrong" versions of the egos!!! There are a million and one designs a for every ego depending on the blog, artist, writer etc. Every marvin looks like a wildly different character and people have their own headcannon personalities, genders, orientations and more for every ego. Some people have multiple aus and characters intertwined. So dont go telling anyone their version of the egos is incorrect or not accurate because these characters have been up for interpretation for a VERY long time so please remember that. If you dont like someones version of the egos or its not accurate to whatever cannon comes out, shut the fuck up and leave the one who created that version of said egos alone. All your ego designs are valid and creative and fantastic and dont drop them just for the cannon if you dont want to.

Ego shipping is fine! So far we have had no cannon confirmation to say that theyre siblings, the same person, or related in any way that would make ego shipping wrong. If that becomes the case, most people with either drop it or actively start making the egos their new OCs to continue shipping their personalities and designs. however, if that doesnt happen, dont bash people for shipping the egos. The sanders sides fandom and markiplier fandom get along just fine shipping characters played by the same guy so just be less judgy if you feel the need to tell people you dont like what they like. And if you really dont like it, its not that hard to just block an artist or ask them to tag their ship art and filter the tag. Its really not that deep so dont go sending anon hate to people for shipping the egos.

i totally think the Diamonds were redeemed way too quickly, and rewatching season 5 made me realize how god awful the pacing of that season was. they really needed a season 6 or like, split 5 in half idfk

obviously theres a difference between redemption and forgiveness, but I really wish that SU:F focused on that more bc it would've been a great internal conflict for steven but we only get like an 11 minute episode based on it (and yeah u could say that steven having mommy issues in Future is basically that but imo mommy issues r different than diamond issues)

headcannons/silly lil ideas

i like to think after SU:F and he's had time to heal, steven tries to connect with the diamonds and not run from/suppress that part of his family, like he's not gonna be 100% w/ them but he tries to at least accept it

steven also connects with greg's side of the family! idk I like to imagine he spends a lot of holidays with them to catch up on all the ones he missed

steven spends his summers in beach city and every other part of the year he dedicates to travel (idk he never seemed the type to settle down anywhere for long, and i fw the wandering nomad type)

steven grows his hair out as he gets older, like young-greg length (long haired men > literally any other hairstyle), despite the length it stays curly

once steven begins to accept/cope w/ being part diamond, he lets his hair go pink (either by dyeing it or magic, take ur pick) with the mentality of "im reclaiming this color from my mommy issues, also i look cool af" (this hc is mainly based off of how I like steven's pink hair in Future. style was first, lore was second lol)

post-Future steven is 1000% more willing to throw hands and lose his shit but in like a coping way bc he knows if he keeps it pent up it'll be 10x worse

Musical Master sword headcannon post!

So exactly one person asked for this (Thanks @ajscico.) And that's enough for me because I care about this head cannon so much!

I've spent a long time building it and trying to get details together so that it makes sense as to why each link has the instrument he has.

This post is LONG, It goes through my reasonings for each Link plus the extras. Throwing a few names down while I work, as this headcannon is still changing. The only concrete thing is the Main 9.

Please note! I have not got a musical background!

So to start I'll explain what the head cannon is.

Fi can speak to every person who is worthy to hold her. She designates a different instrument for each worthy person upon their first contact with her - During the events of linked universe.

This 'speech' comes in the form of an instrumental, that each person is able to understand. Unless Fi is actively trying to speaking to multiple people she is only heard by the person who her music is aimed at.

(Or in the case of the chain. When she is handed to each member she greets them with their instrument. - Sky is aware and can hear every greeting and hence knows every person's instrument immediately.)

It's important to note that it is Fi, Who assigns the instrument based on the person. They don't get a choice in the matter.

Alright, so to begin, Let's start with the Chain

Time - Ocarina Warriors - Chello Twilight - Pan flute Four - Flutes (A group, 4 to be exact ) legend - Pan drums Hyrule - Bells Wind - Windchimes Wild - Piano Sky - Harp (More specifically the goddess harp)

I'll start with the obvious members

Sky - Goddess harp Man spent his entire journey learning songs on the goddess harp, It was gifted to him by Zelda the love of his life and the person he did his whole journey for. It's a comforting sound for him, as it's something familiar. It reminds him of his home.

Time - Ocarina Time spent his first journey learning music like Sky did but I like to think that as his first instrument (his original fairy ocarina was gifted to him by a good friend) the sound would be a comfort. While Fi doesn't speak to Time very often because She is aware of his opinions of her there is still a designation for him anyway.

Now the rest - You'll begin to spot a theme with these :)

Warriors - Chello

Now, this may seem like an odd choice. (or maybe not.) But I had a few things I was thinking when I was looking into Warriors instrument.

1 - I wanted him to have a string instrument 2 - it needed to be a classical one 3 - Couldnt be a violin (I had another chain member with that at the time)

Warriors is very mature, and i wanted an instrument which resembles that maturity. so as with the rest of my choices, my first choice was to go to the Hyrule warriors theme tune.

(So many wind instruments) But also string instruments.

Chellos can also be played in 2 ways, Just plucking on the strings and by using a bow.

One creates a sharp and precise sound, while the other draws notes out into groups. In my eyes, it shows the two ways he fights. fighting groups is his speciality. (Playing the long notes with a bow). But he also capable of making shorter notes, all be it with restrictions.

Twilight - Pan flute

I wasn't sure where to go with Twilight to begin with, but I settled on the pan flute.

They look like this!

But it's one of the instruments used in the Ordonian village soundtrack. (Found here) As a big family man, I can see Twilight with a song that reminds him of home.

Four - Flutes (plural)

Now at first, I'd actually given four handbells. But, something about it just didn't sit right. I trialled several instruments for four. Trying to juggle what I know about him, his soundtracks and the like. Then I settled on a group of flutes.

There are different pitches of flutes (Concert flutes specifically) which sound slightly different but are obviously all the same instrument at the end of the day. Which reminds me of four.

Here is one type, I'd probably have this type be the main type. so for Green.

Then

Blue - C base (an octave lower than the flute above) Vio - G alto flute (lowest pitch of the concert flute variants) Red - Picallo (High pitch small flute)

Legend - Pan drum

I went with Pan drums for Legend after much deliberation.

They look like this

Again based on a soundtrack this one. (Links awakening title) Of all his journeys I've always considered his journey in links awakening to be his most important. Even with the outcome being what it is he made friends and family that were very important to him while he was there. The memory of his time there would be a comfort.

Hyrule - handbells

Now Hyrule was a little more difficult, as when I was first starting to put this together I wanted everyone to have something 'classical' so so synth, techno etc. I settled on handbells, as they are more unusual of an instrument.

Like Hyrule, they are something a little different and unique! And something that has a really complex sound set if you use several in tandem with each other.

Heres what im talking about

While I don't own a set of handbells so I can't test I do know roughly what they sound like. So i had a fun time going through the Legend of Zelda 2 soundtrack (Mainly the title theme )and figuring out if it would sound good with that instrument.

Wind - Windchimes

Now either, this was an odd choice for you, or an obvious choice. But yes, 'windchimes' is actually an instrument from the percussion family.

They look something like this

And sounds very much like the ones you have hung up outside in your back garden. They remind me of the ocean, and i like to think, He would have one hung outside of his home.

Wild - Piano

Now as you might have figured out by this point This is another one that I based around a soundtrack. I love the BOTW soundtrack. Its amazing.

Now there are several types of piano, i was thinking of using a grand piano.

I like to think that Wild was maybe taught off to the side by Zelda while he was her knight. I mean come on Zelda is a princess. She must have some form of instrument training. Maybe it reminds him of her. Maybe it reminds him of a home he can't remember.

Ways i can make wilds story more tragic i suppose

With those members out of the way, there are three more specifics we need to address

Zelda's

Now the Zelda's are easier than I thought they would be. I've come to the decision that they will hear the same instrument as the respective link. But at a different pitch.

Now what exactly depends on the individual, Four may become an exception to this rule and might use a separate instrument entirely just cause he technically already has four pitches he uses.

Group

I've decided that the best way for Fi to communicate with everyone at once is to use her current wielder instrument. (This does extend to the Zelda's)

So for example

If Time's Zelda (lullaby) was holding Fi as she was talking to everyone they would all hear the higher-pitched ocarina that she hears when Fi speaks to her.

If Sky is holding her, and she needs to address the group. She would use the sound of the goddess harp.

And so on for the entire group.

First - Violin

Now some of you may be surprised to find him here. As he's not appeared in any of my works at the moment. But. Something in me felt the need to set him an instrument anyway.

We have so little information about the man that's tough to give a full reason as to why I've given him the violin. As First is basically a character I have to create from scratch, we shall have to see if my reasonings change. But for now, he gets the violin.

Character Headcannons -

Blaze - The blue jewelry she owns is from her girlfriend Glacier. She made it especially for her and she wears it with pride. - While ditsy she's gain some plant knowledge from her dead brother Scald. They were very close, spending hours together painting claws, tending to plants and trying on makeup! - She sounds like Pinky Pie from Gen 4! (I love pink characters so much agh!!) - She now spends her time with Glacier (I'm sorry but I can't let her die, Blaze needs her so badly) often helping healers with plant knowledge and trying to figure out how to get plants to grow in the Ice Kingdom. - I wanted her to look like a strawberry dragon, it just felt perfect! PINK PINK PINK!!

Blister - She's quite thin compared to her more plump or round family. Built like a snake and sounds like one too. - Her amber jewerly was gifted from her father, she loves her jewelry as she despises her mother. Giving all her attention to Blaze because "she's the baby of the family" while Oasis boasts about Burn's power in battle. Her mother tried to connect with her but she liked Char. He always knew what to say when she was upset. She was devastated when Char passed away. - She sounds like Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty 1959 - Has an secret obsession with poisons, although she herself is quite afraid of being poisoned.  - I wanted to stay mostly close to the pale snake motif. Although I just couldn't help adding orange n red to make her look fiery, almost like a super venomous snake. One that wears it's toxicity on it's scales to warn others. Also wanted her diamonds to look more interesting, I always though cannon diamonds were way to cluttered.

Burn - Had a fling with Scarlet, thought she was pretty and quite interesting. But really wasn't looking for a relationship, and after the whole face venom thing well they were not getting back together. - Def sounds like Lady Dimitrescu from RE8 - Despises her brother Singe. Everytime she looked at that awful weasel he always had something to say, either behind her back or right to her face. He always teased her for not being great at speaking or writing. Teased the way she walked, her slight mouth gape at all times. Till one day she ripped his neck to shreds, sending the dragonet almost to the heavens. After that day she was placed into fighting training where she became the power house she is now.  - Once she killed her brothers she took her time with Singe, torturing him for as long as she could. She gave Scald a more, "merciful" kill but anything would seem merciful if you saw what she did to Singe. - Yes she's a dark color bc I thought it was neat, made her look alot like her papa. She has also cut most her frill/hair off bc of dangers of fighting. Less things to grab! I tried making her hair kinda like a roman helmet but kept the theme for most the family. 

Oasis - Big boss bitch who knows exactly what to do! Smart, cunning and beautiful, she does have one odd thing about her. Body mods, she loves them dearly and enjoys her horn piercing's (altho they were a bitch to put in, their horns have a lot of nerves). She's also a adrenaline junkie, so her piercing addiction, lots of treasure and devious tactics are perfect for her.  - Loves her small man Char. If you walked in a room with both of them it's a lot like Mortica and Gomez Addams. She was devastated when Char passed away, become a more unhinged dragon in the process.  - She sounds like Mortica Addams from Wednesday (I just had to, sounds perfect). - I wanted a more light, warm theme with Oasis. Almost like desert terracotta, and yes hear scales! I thought it was cute on Blaze but Oasis HAD to have them. I also had to give her dark curly hair with highlights bc omgomg I loooove that so much. 

Char - Sounds like Gomez Addams from Wednesday (hehe small man n big wife gang) - Malewife energy all the way. He constantly embellishes himself in beautiful amber jewels while taking care of the look of the palace. Talking to his servants and giving all his children as much time as he can. His wrinkles and bags are from all the duties he does. Although he would never change it for the world, especially for his love for Oasis.  - Def has an addiction to coffee, I mean how is he going to help Scald get those new plant imports in, and buy Blaze's new makeup, help Singe hunt that beautiful beast he saw in the desert- (you get it lol). - I really wanted "im very tired" vibe with him. I also wanted to go with a dark/char look to him while keeping bright reds, oranges and yellows for fire! It gives him an intimidating look, but also has alot of warmth to it. 

Smolder - Hoenstly I don't have much for Smolder, other than that he was probably the straight man of the family. Although way more chill and with horrible sleeping issues! He's an insomniac and takes traditional medicine Scald makes for him to help him fall n stay asleep.  - Sounds like Legoshi from Beastars  - I had to make this dude greasy n tired. It was just a great idea imo. Like he has to be tired dude, and he doesn't have time to bathe!! I also made him more orange than Blister altho making sure it make them look like they come from the same hatching. 

Scald - I made him into a femboy- ENOUGH SAID, lmao. Seriously though I really wanted to give Blaze a best friend, she really deserves it! So: a very femine brother who loves beauty products but also looooves plants! He's obsessed with em and his mother made him his very own greenhouse. He loves his plants and takes care of them as much as he takes care of Blaze.  - Do not underestimate this small dude, he will kick your ass. Not only is he pretty but he will fight to protect Blaze and to prove a point. Although he is no idiot and will not pick fights, more so he fights for things worth fighting. Although he has a fear of needles so no peircings for him! - Sounds like Stolits from Helluvaboss - Blaze is a strawberry dragon, SO TANGERINE DRAGON TIME! I just really think the orange works very well for him, and I honestly wanted to make a femine male character bc I havn't really done that in a bit. I espically had fun with the flower necklace as I think it makes him stand out quite well against his family.

Singe - Awful stinky man, so smelly! He's two faced, lying, manipulating and egotystical dragon. Often picking fights with Burn as its easy for her lack of brains....well untill he was torn to shreds by her. After that he became way more fearful of the dragoness. Using expensive furs from the animals he's hunted. He's also very cowardly so no fighting or even peircings for him. - Obv sounds like Karl Heisenberg from RE8 - Honestly just a peice of shit, I have really nothing else to say lmao. - I wanted to do one more pink dragon before I finish the designs. I espically wanted a burnt pink dragon idea in mind, kinda like Char but pink!
