Hey everyone! I did these pixel art renditions of the Serpent Isle companions some time ago, designed to mimic the style of the paperdoll gumps from Black Gate. From L to R, top to bottom, they are: Gwenno, Petra, Wilfred, Selina, Mortegro, Stefano, Boydon, and Sethys.

I can't quite remember why they were presented in this order, but ANYWAY 🤔

To keep myself relatively sane, in between working on my website (which is looking great BTW, it has a SLIDEY PULL-OUT SIDE MENU!!!), I decided to revisit these characters in my new favorite Barbie Doll simulator: HEROFORGE.

I don't normally do Just Characters Swearing, but. ...this kind of wrote itself and then wouldn't leave my head. it comes from both a piece of character-writing advice that has always stuck with me, and also my conviction that Leona is 1000% funnier as a character if his dialogue has to stay G-rated. let Kalim say fuck, but don't let Leona say bastard.

FNAF Afton kids got interesting coping mechanisms

Tim Drake, as Robin, allowed himself to get captured by Art Thieves to find out where they were hawking their goods. He was not expecting to be sold as one of the items, or for roughly half of the villains in attendance to his auction to lose their fucking minds at the sight of him.

Turned out, they had a soft spot for him because of how often he saved their asses back when Bruce was going off the deep end.

So when they saw Robin, tied up and beat up and being auctioned off like a thing to a room full of people who were more likely to keep the kid as some sort of fucked up pet, they lost it.

The building is destroyed. Priceless art ground into the dirt with nary a care. Catwoman herself ripped a priceless, thought to be lost Van Gogh for the sake of stabbing one of the auctioneers in the leg with the frame they had it in.

By the time Batman arrives, Robin is actively trying to talk everyone down from killing the thieves. Trying.
