Additional Headcanons:

Nami needs her own episode on extreme couponers. Sis has an entire binder dedicated to it.

Zoro cannot for the life of him beat Luffy in an arm wrestling match. No matter how much he lifts or trains, he always loses.

Zoro is actually pretty good at grilling. Sanji was pleasantly surprised when the burger that was presented to him wasnt a pile of ash/ so raw its still walking around. One day the two will have a grill off.

Usopp and Luffy love playing yugioh with eachother. Neither of them actually know the rules of the game, they just make it up as they go.

Nami used to collect american girl dolls and she keeps them in a closet in her apartment. One day when usopp luffy and chopper were snooping around, they found the accursed closet and were scared shitless.

Usopp has an ant farm and luffy thinks its the coolest shit.

In this modern au, sanji takes the place of that one guy on tiktok who makes duets with cooking videos, and films until they put the entire block of cream cheese in the crock pot.

Even though nami has scary dog privilege when walking with zoro, its not just beneficial to her. In fact nami has outlawed zoro from going on walks in general alone, as he would get lost and need nami to walk to him to direct him home. Nami has scary dog privilege and zoro has sense of direction privilege when they walk together

Sanji and Nami rewatch Pretty Little Liars/ Gossip Girl/ Glee/ and other CW drama shows together.

Nami and Usopp always be shit talking someone/something. They are hateful bitches.

How luffy meets each of them:

Zoro- they met each other because the 24 hr gym Zoro works in is right down the street from Luffy’s apartment and one day Luffy was walking by at around 3 am and noticed Zoro in there. Luffy asks him if he wants to join him fucking around at 3 am on the streets of this city area they live in and Zoro accepts after a little convincing from Luffy. When they get outside Zoro’s like

“where’s the rest?”

“Of what?”

“Of your friends”

“Its just you rn”

“… :| i mean, i had assumed you werent alone”

“Nope!”

“HA OkAy”

Nami- they took the same economics course together. They were paired up in a project and hit it off after that and often had study sessions together. Their defining friendship maker though, was they teamed up to steal the answer key to the test they were both definitely going to fail because the class was bullshit.

Usopp- they had taken a graphic design course together. Luffy had no idea what he was doing the entire time and Usopp was very happy that he could impart his wisdom uponst this newcomer to the arts. Although luffy did already have some… incredible(?) art skills of his own already. It was instant chemistry for them honestly, their synergy just clicked and before they knew it, they were besties.

Sanji- works in the restaurant thats underneath the ASL brothers’ apartment complex. Their fist encounter with the restaurant was not of them going in to eat there, though. The trio were throwing around the ol’ pig skin in the street in front of their complex when luffy failed to catch the ball, and accidentally ricocheted it into the front window of the Baratie, through the eating area, over the counter, and into Mr. Zeff’s face. Zeff stormed out of the eatery and asked which of them destroyed his glass and hit him in the head

And luffy looks over and notices his brothers selling him out and is like “HEY!!! D:” So luffy was stationed as the place’s chore boy and met sanji while working there. 2 years later the debt was repayed, sanji and luffy are friends, and the Baratie is ASL’s fav eating place due to the great food, delightfully violent vibes, and great company.

Idk, a modern Au Scaramouche being soft. It can be considered a gn reader, because it does not specify any pronouns... although I did it thinking of a reader amab.

Headcanons of Scaramouche and you, I think no pronoun is specified. Mention of hickeys, nothing explicit, Scaramouche is a proud.. (he is a bit silly)

Scaramouche bf! He doesn't understand in the slightest why you always put too much effort into decorating when you do your schoolwork, (half of him understands) what you do for aesthetics but to him, it seems unnecessary. (It's minimalist)

Scaramouche bf! Every time he gets upset (he's not serious) all he wants from you is for you to shower him with affection. He is hungry for affection, touch or words (better both to relieve that hunger)

Scaramouche bf! who always complains and snorts, annoyed because both of them live far away from each other. Although you see each other in classes and everything, he also wants to spend time with you alone, simply in your room, seeing what nonsense you will come up with today or simply a date at a cafe or walking through squares, enjoying the peace.

Scaramouche bf! who is actually called Kunikuzushi, but now to leave that painful past behind he calls himself Scaramouche, although he doesn't want anything to remember about his previous name... it really doesn't bother him in the least if you call him Kuni or kuzushi, because he is quite used to it. That you call him that, it's as if that nickname was simply made for him, so that you could say it through your lips with that stupidly sweet smile for him (ironic, right?)

Scaramouche bf! He definitely takes care of his skin, although he has almost absolutely no imperfections, he follows a skyn care routine, and he would like to guide you in this type of world of face and skin care if you didn't do it before!, but if you already did So you would like both of you to be together, each doing your own skin care routine.

Scaramouche bf! Good memory and he takes pride in it, but when something happens he acts like an idiot who doesn't know anything or doesn't remember it (he likes to bother you)

Scaramouche bf! Totally embarrassed if you go to the gym and one day you suggest that he sit on top of a bar to do chest exercises, and carrying his weight you do quite a few repetitions... (he gets embarrassed although he tries to maintain his defiant and mocking attitude.)

Scaramouche bf! He is surprised and freezes in a few seconds if you were to carry him so easily, he knows that he weighs little but the fact that you carried him without effort... surprises him and, clearly, he doesn't blush a little, he simply beams, telling you to put it down. And if you don't do it, and you carry him calmly like a princess... he will be with his arms crossed... maintaining an expression of annoyance but you can't take it seriously when that light blush becomes more and more noticeable on his cheeks, it's cute even though he's annoying.

Scaramouche bf! that his physical strength is below the average man (just a little) and sometimes he HATES asking you for help carrying things, because he is supposed to be independent and not weak. (In the end you approach him on your own, and you will have to insist on helping him until he finally says yes... but reluctantly, as if he could really carry that heavy box that, according to him, weighs 100kg ... or if you stop insisting, he will get upset anyway because you didn't want to help him.)

Scaramouche bf! who uses concealer to hide the hickeys that were stupidly dark, he doesn't even know how the hell he leaves you... that you leave him in this ridiculous state (He likes it anyway)

Zoro's protectiveness is undeniable. If someone gives you grief or tries to get under your skin, he'll be there in a heartbeat, a silent guardian ready to intervene. Zoro trusts your strength and knows you're a badass who can handle yourself. In fact, he admires your independence and wouldn't dream of smothering it.

Zoro's protective instincts kick in depending on the situation. When you're facing an opponent, he'll keep you in his peripheral vision, confident in your skills but ready to jump in if needed, the last thing he wants is to interrupt your own fight. Now, if someone's disrespecting you with unwelcome advances, that's a different story. One of Zoro's trademark icy glares is guaranteed to send a shiver down their spine and make them reconsider their behavior.

He views protecting you as his primary duty, especially considering the powerful pirates you often encounter. Deep down, the idea of you needing to protect him probably stings a little – the great Roronoa Zoro needing help ? But that doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate your fierceness. He can't help but crack a tiny smirk when you shut down other women flirting with him, and the way your eyes light up when you offer backup during a fight secretly thrills him. He may be your protector, but your strength and loyalty make him incredibly proud.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

“Gentle” wouldn't be the first word that pops into mind when describing Zoro. He might come across as gruff and straightforward, but beneath that exterior lies a surprising tenderness. It'll take a while, maybe even a looot of time, for him to fully express his warmer side (he is definitely a tsundere). But trust me, when those moments do arrive, they'll be all the more meaningful because of the effort he puts into showing his true feelings.

Zoro, bless his heart, has a fierce competitive streak, especially when it comes to Sanji. Sanji loves to boast about his romantic chivalry, and Zoro, well, Zoro wants to prove he can be just as thoughtful. The problem ? Romance isn't exactly his forte. Take, for example, the time he overheard Robin mentioning a new restaurant with your favorite dish on the menu. Determined to create a surprise date night, Zoro did some research and made a reservation…months in advance.

Here's how it played out :

“Zoro,” you say, peering out the window, “haven't we seen this street before? Maybe we're going the wrong way?”

Zoro puffs out his chest, trying to project an air of confident mystery. “Lost ? Absolutely not. I made reservations here, remember ? No way we're ending up at that greasy spoon near your place.”

Your eyes widen in surprise. “Wait, you're taking me out? But—”

Zoro groans, realizing he's blown his surprise. He mutters a curse under his breath and slams his fist on the steering wheel. “Just trust me, it'll be…great.”

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Zoro might not be the king of grand gestures, but he makes up for it in practicality. Let's face it, remembering important dates like birthdays and anniversaries can be a struggle for him. That's why his phone likely explodes with reminders long before the actual day. While elaborate romantic evenings might not be his forte, he shows his love in the everyday. He takes on extra chores to ensure you have free time for yourself and your friends, or surprises you with a relaxing spa day. His way of saying “I love you” might be a little unconventional, but it's his genuine effort to make your life easier and show he cares.

Summary: Okay so, I was thinking about body types so I could add details to my Shauna fic, really small things like skin marks and other stuff and that made me think about the other yjs too. I'm not used to writing headcanons, but here are a few that I couldn't get out of my head.

Content: my personal headcanons, cursing, suggestive, fluff, insecurities, hurt/comfort, recent pop culture references so i guess modern!AU??

Note: This is so random and specific I don't think anyone will read it but I wanted to write it so badly.

shauna shipman

- I think Shauna is the most athletic of the girls, since in the first episode it’s said that she is the fastest on the team. Not necessarily thin; she is solid. Solid and warm. A warm wall seeking your touch all the time.

- She would always try to keep one hand on you and every time she touched you, her skin would be scalding hot, as if she barely needed gloves in the winter and only wore them because you told her to.

- Big spoon! She likes to wrap her arms around you and let her body wrap you completely when you cuddle or sleep together, her weight relaxing against you.

- Shauna is strong, like really strong and she knows it, her arms and legs are toned from training and she takes advantage of this to tease you at any opportunity, carrying things for you willingly (your backpack, shopping, whatever, she would be exactly like the *aggressively moves all groceries to one hand to hold yours* meme), rolling up the sleeves of her flannels ‘cause the muscles stand out, pressing you against walls/counters or simply carrying you during makeout sessions and nothing you do will take away the smug smile on her lips – well, barely nothing.

- She would also wear tank tops and shorts frequently just to make you nervous and receive compliments. It's ridiculous ‘cause she really thinks she's being subtle (she isn't).

“Shaunie, you sure you don’t want a jacket?”

“No, I’m good like that.” She's not, but she won't admit it.

“It’s raining.” You insist.

“The cold doesn't bother me anyway.” She shrugs, but leans back against you, placing her chin on your shoulder.

You snort, “Sure thing then, Elsa.”

- Shauna has a happy trail! Little baby hairs going up to her navel where she melts into a puddle when you caress her, goosebumps covering her skin in the same second.

van palmer

- I believe Van has rough hands from her goalie gloves! They're always warm even if the rest of her body isn't ‘cause of the constant movement – she expresses herself a lot with her hands too. She likes to run them down your sides just to see how your skin crawls, sometimes she does it out of nowhere just to scare you because she thinks it's funny.

- I think her skin is very sensitive, the kind that's full of moles and burns easily in the sun – you're constantly reminding her to put on sunscreen, but it's no use – she loves it when you trace patterns on her spots before bed or when you're bored somewhere.

- Her skin being so sensitive also means that hickeys and scratches are really hard to hide on her. She doesn't mind, in fact she seems to enjoy it a lot, you catch her a lot of times watching the marks spread across her shoulders and neck as they take days to disappear. That doesn't stop her from teasing you tho.

“It's been a week and there's still a purple mark on my neck. What are you, a damn vampire?” She mocks.

“Nah, you act like you wouldn't love me to be your Edward Cullen.”

She lifts her chin at you, “A leech then.”

"Van!"

- She has a belly and is very proud of it! She says it's the best for defending the goal and that it makes her fall to catch the ball less painful; She'll flex her muscles like a gym athlete when she's changing playfully just to seduce you (it works every time). She loves it when she lies in your arms after a bad day and you squish her tightly, it helps her calm down.

- She also has a happy trail, but she is too ticklish, like really ticklish. Many of your makeout sessions end up interrupted by her giggling when you drag your hands too softly under her shirt, she prefers firm touches.

- Van definitely has lots of small scars spread across her body from accidents over the years, that little weirdo (affectionate).

nat scatorccio

- Nat is as pale as a ghost, it would be impossible not to notice when you made her blush for any reason. She would try to distract you so you don't pay attention to it, but it wouldn't put off anything.

- The dark circles under her eyes are extremely pronounced, both due to her paleness and the heavy makeup she wears, so you always know when she's had a bad day or simply hasn't slept enough. She will complain incessantly about you making her stop and rest, but she will always do what you ask.

- I truly believe that she has lots and lots of moles all over her body, especially on her back.

- Some are bigger than others, large spots on the skin and she pretends that her heart doesn't warm with the fascination you have for them, but the prominent red face says everything you need to know.

“They look like small constellations, Nat," you sigh dreamily, hands soft on her naked skin, “Man, I wish I knew a single shit about stars so I could name them.”

“I’m shirtless in front of you and that’s what you’re thinking about?”

- I think she would have a lot of acne, especially on her face from sleeping and forgetting to take off her cheap makeup often, you would have to do a skin care routine together for her to really start taking care of it.

- She definitely has a tattoo scar that she got from one of those shady professionals before she was eighteen and didn't take care of it properly. You almost freaked out when she showed it to you out of fear that it would get infected. In the end she ended up with a weird drawing and a skin failure, but for Nat it was totally worth it, she says it makes her look like a badass (it's definitely not just because you kiss the mark every time you see it).

lottie matthews

- Alright then, let me tell you, this girl is FREEZING from head to toe. No matter how well she dresses up, her whole body will remain strangely cold, which worries you at a certain point, so what better way to keep her warm than to have her glued to you like a koala all day?

- She would place her cold hands on your neck just to bother you and then smile innocently when you took them in yours to rub them and blow warm air on them. That smartass.

- Lottie is tall (at least a lot taller than me) and I think she would have a lot of growth marks, you don't grow like that as a teenager without some.

- Light streaks on the back, hips, legs and thighs that would vary in tone over time. I think she would have the habit of hiding them so that people wouldn't comment, wearing long stockings with her skirts at school parties.

- She would be so flustreaded if you showed that you liked them by running your hands up her inner thighs, scratching her back gently to feel the smooth texture of the taut skin. It makes her feel so loved.

- She has sun spots on her face, around her eyes and cheeks. You think it's so beautiful that you could admire it for hours, anywhere, but you usually do it in bed in the morning.

“Are you watching me sleep, dear?” Lottie mumbles as she wakes to find you giving her a love gauze.

“Hm-hm,” you deny quietly, “‘Not watching you sleep. I’m watching you.”

“Oh.”

jackie taylor

- Now, Jackie would have stretch marks and be completely insecure about them. The girl needs constant validation about everything that concerns her and you better give it to her, she just wants to feel loved.

- Marks on her hips and chest that most of the time wouldn't even be visible, but she would still remember they were there. You run your hands down her sides as gently as possible and she will have tears in her eyes as you snuggle, heart warm.

- Your support helps her feel more comfortable with her own body over time, but she still wants compliments every day and will give you hints ‘til you comply with her requests.

- Jackie has freckles! This is actually one of the things she likes most about her face, the trail of dots around her nose and eyes. She’ll melt into a puddle on the floor if you start to kiss them one by one, but will lose patience if you decide to count them and stop the act of leaving wet kisses on them. She's not very good at waiting.

“Babe!” She whimpers.

“Just a second, sweetie, I’m almost finishing.” You continue, a look of pure concentration on your face, muttering “35, 36, 37…”

“No.” She says, hand grabbing the collar of your t-shirt and pulling you against her, “Come back now.”

- Jackie isn't necessarily icy, but she gets cold very easily and isn't shy about asking for your coat or jacket when you're together. Your girlfriend is a princess, better treat her like one. She'll squeeze her body against yours in bed and steal the blankets to stay warm.

- She has spots on her arms! Hundreds of light spots on the outside of the wrists to the shoulders, it's almost imperceptible, but so cute. Make sure to always let her know how beautiful she is.

misty quigley

- I think Misty has acne scars on her shoulders and cheeks, little red dots spreaded. She don't mind it most of time, but can be very insecure about it.

- She would be really suspicious if you just showered her with compliments out of nowhere just ‘cause you think she’s upset, so acting is better. Actions speak more to her.

- Place soft kisses on her shoulders, gently bite her cheek so she rolls her eyes in that nervous way she does. Make her feel beautiful as she is – because she is.

- She would be so pleased with you spoiling her that she would pretend to be sad about it a lot of times just to get your attention, she is an evil little genius. It’s captivating.

- She has freckles too! Little dots on her face so lightly that you only see them when she takes off her glasses, but they are there.

“I kiss you everyday, how did I never notice your freckles before?”

“Oh, I don't know.” She shrugs innocently, “Maybe you should take a closer look, baby.”

- She thinks she's so smooth but in reality she's a mess, the girl can't pick up social cues to save her life.

tai turner

- Okay so, Tai is the type who takes the football really seriously and works hard to win and to do that she would try to stay in shape as much as possible. I can easily imagine her doing extra training sessions and her friends teasing her about it, ‘cause Tai, it's a high school team.

- Because of this, I think she would have stretch marks on her back and calves, light fine lines that stand out against her dark skin. These are marks of her effort, so she shows them with great pride.

- She gets very smug and her skin crawls when you run your nails over the marks on her back.

- Tai is strong, strong enough to break someones leg on the field (sorry not sorry allie) and will show off for it whenever she gets the chance. She likes to wrap her arms around you from behind and lift you off the ground when she's passing by.

- She has sun spots on her face and arms! You think it's so cute, but if you say something silly and cheesy about it she'll roll her eyes and tell you to stop embarrassing her.

You sigh, “You are so, so pretty, Tai.”

“And you are so, so lame.” She echos, “...Come here, let me kiss you.”

- Happy wife, happy life. Always make her feel appreciated, she deserves it.

ooh my god this took me so long to get out we're almost a week into the new years 😭😭😭. but when I saw this ask I actually screamed thank u sm nonnie. being able to ramble nonsense abt ven is always so fun. these aren't a lot whatsoever but these are some main things I think about with venti. all are random but somewhat related?

he often does performances, whether that be at a tavern/bar or an open mic that are either 'dedicated' to you or a 'special somebody'. even if he doesn't directly say your name, he makes it so obvious that it's about you, his eyes glued onto you the entirety of his show. it's supposed to be a sweet gesture, and it would be, if it wasn't so clearly a way for him to claim you as his, which is only worsened by the fact that you're not. no one would ever believe otherwise though.

in the same vain, if you start romantically seeing someone, or even slightly have interest in anyone, he instantly becomes intensely clingy. you two have barely hung out recently, you two should hang out more! he's been dying to see this live show with you, and there's a new cafe that just opened up, and there's this beautiful meadow nearby that's perfect for a picnic, he pulls out all the works to try to convince you to spend more time with him than anybody else. and trust, if you do spend time with someone else, you'll never hear the end of it. he'll constantly sulk or make you feel insanely guilty, saying anything and everything to make you feel awful.

I think the main thing that would differentiate canon!venti and modern au!venti are their literal powers. given that modern!venti doesn't have a borderline fear-tactic to hold over your head, he instead resorts to manipulating you, especially in ways similar to the headcanon above.

venti is insanely emotionally intelligent. he knows every little thing about you, how your mind ticks and what really pulls at your heart strings. he can't help but use this to his favor. anytime an 'issue' arises between you too, he's quick to put on an award-winning act. of course, if it was what'd he call a genuine problem or a mistake on his behalf, he's quick to apologize and do everything in his power to make amends. but if you're upset about something akin to his clinginess and possessiveness... oh baby, you're getting guilt-tripped.

it doesn't really matter if you're a person who's hard to manipulate or not. venti can break a will. at some point you just wear down and give up.

canon!venti really doesn't like to hold his powers against you (he really loves the thought of you choosing to be with him, even if that choice is... coerced), but if push comes to shove, he does. he would never would never actually use them, but stories about how he acted and what he did back during those days of war are certainly enough to keep you docile. to be fair, he doesn't necessarily need to use them at all. you're far less likely to go against him if you know just what he's capable of. deep down he knows he'd never do anything, but he's so unpredictable that the fear that he could is enough.

I think venti would also definitely use the fact that he's the god of freedom against you, especially as a sort of mind trick. he states that he's the god of freedom, he would never take away your freewill, that goes against everything he stands for! so, the fact that you're with him is clearly your own choice, something of your own doing, and if you truly wanted to, you could've left him at any time you wanted to!

somewhat similarly, I think venti would have a 'thing' for getting you to say certain things. he'll do things like pin you down and say (with a big, toothy smile plastered on his face) that he won't let you out until you admit that you love him, admit that you're his and all his, admit that you would never, ever leave him. he tells you to do it in a lighthearted manner through giggles and grins, but you know that he's serious about never letting you out from underneath his grasp.

also, another few headcanons that doesn't really fit into anything else:

I think another difference between modern au!venti and canon!venti is that modern au!venti is a lot more of a creep. as the god of freedom, canon!venti would, of course, stick to atleast some of his morals and godly obligations. being a yandere doesn't entirely diminish his values, even if he does stretch the limitations of them often. but modern venti is not tied to those morals, so he has no reason to really obide by them. he therefore sees no issue with doing things like going through your room or your items, looking through any notes or journals or diaries you have, laying on your bed or pocketing an item of yours or two.

despite gods likely having insane regenerative powers, I can see venti choosing to keep any and all scars that would've developed throughout his life of serving out duties as a god. they're all so especially jarring because of just how gentle and harmless venti looks in comparison. it serves both as a reminder of his past and all he's been through (something that you would definitely atleast sympathize with) and all he's done, a testament as to how looks can be deceiving and that you should certainly never underestimate him.

Modern Au!Kafka and Shenhe with dating headcanons (fem!s/o)

Shenhe

As in the game, this tall intimidating woman is a bit hesitant as she’s still learning more social cues and being able to smoothly get into a conversation. You love her dearly but sometimes she scares others by casually suggesting violent solutions to certain problems like it’s completely normal. As much as you joke about giving her classes on social cues and how to not seem like a robot she asks you to actually do that.

She’s hella protective. She has you carry one of those multi purpose keychains with a window break (which could be used as a shank as she’s suggested), pepper spray, a small knife, etc and tells you to look out for signs of any danger. You’re both trained in self defense and know additional safety combat techniques. Shenhe just really doesn’t want anything to happen to you since you’re one of the best things to happen to her.

Please help her cook because Shenhe badly wants to cook you a meal and not set off the fire alarm or somehow make an abomination of sometype. It can also be a fun date where you both bake a cake or a favorite if yours. She’ll get confused if you put frosting on her nose jokingly but very flustered when you lick it off or kiss it off.

itto is really loud at parties

the music may be so loud you can feel it vibrate in your chest, but itto is louder

and as soon as he saw you enter the party?

itto is shoving and moving past everyone, quite determined to talk to you

he and his gang have been scheming for months to get you two together

and tonight’s party was itto’s best chance, so far

but all parts of the plan to charm you went out the window

because itto is a flustered mess as he talks to you

constantly playing with his hair, shouting, and laughing at nearly everything you say

and his hands?!? goodness, itto doesn’t have any idea what to do with them

but at the same time, he feels so at ease and so happy when he’s talking to you

truly, itto feels so at peace and relaxed and honestly, the best he’s ever felt in—

hOLY MOLY THE COUNTDOWN IS STARTING?!?!? OH, CRAP, THE PLAN!!!

as the last ten seconds are being shouted, itto panics and just blurts out that he wants to kiss you 

somehow, this silly oni managed to time it perfectly and you shared a cute, romantic, and totally radical kiss

and as soon as your lips parts itto screams in triumph

“wooo, i did it! i kissed them! take that genta and akira, i totally could— oh, uh, right! i know we just kissed but i was wondering if maybe we could— hmph! oh... i was going to say if we could go out or something but i’m cool with a few more kisses.”

kuki hates parties.

butttt, you were apparently going to be at this new year’s party so... kuki had to go

see, kuki had this massive crush on you

but it’s not really that noticeable. in fact, you might get the impression that kuki dislikes you

which is mostly because of her mask, hiding her wonderful smirks and smiles

so the instant you came to the party, kuki quickly put it away and made her way over to you

and she’s actually pretty sweet, and such a passionate speaker when you talk with her

she’s so smooth and charismatic, too!

and the bumping bodies and loud people give her the excuse to lean closer to you and gently slip her hand around your waist as people push past you two

but the party eventually gets to be too much for you two, so kuki brings you outside for some fresh air

and while you’re outside, kuki and you start to inch closer and closer together because of how cold it’s getting

you’re having personal and deep conversations, as well as some flirty banter that makes kuki a flustered mess

but your conversation gets interrupted by the people inside, as everyone was excitedly counting down to midnight

for a second, you and kuki just look at each other and both think “screw it, why not?”

but while you kiss her lips, kuki is internally screaming 

she’s in complete disbelief afterwards, occasionally touching her lips

eventually, she finally snaps out of it and asks you out

“so, uh, would you like to go out sometime? i know we don’t talk that much, but i think we have a real chemistry and— oh, you’d like that? wonderful. so should we go back to the party or...? wanna ditch it? i heard there’s a nice sushi place nearby— my treat, alright?”

kazuha and loud parties don’t mix well

but he tries his best to talk to you, even if the butterflies in his stomach flutter every time you laugh

his soft voice can barely be heard over the music, even when he tries to lean in to talk to you

people also keep bumping into you two, pushing you two closer and closer together

so, at some point, kazuha just casually asks to get some fresh air with him

you two sneak away, grabbing your coats on the way, and go out for a nice walk at night

some of kazuha’s friends give him a weird look, and even some encouragement, but he quickly brushes them off and joins you outside

and with a nice and quiet atmosphere, you can finally talk with kazuha

he’s so sweet as you two walk, taking the outside part of the sidewalk

anytime a car comes by, kazuha’s hand comes up to the lower part of your back (just in case, he tells himself)

and whenever you need to make a turn somewhere, he’s gently guiding you by the shoulder

generally, kazuha unconsciously tries to be touching you at all times

he’ll be overjoyed if you want to hold onto his elbow and get close

literally, his heart is doing back flips as you hold onto him

but the quiet night is interpreted by the amount of fireworks that begin to go off

kazuha checks his phone and it’s nearly midnight now

although his heart rate speeds up, kazuha nonchalantly asks if you’d give him the honor to be your midnight kiss

it’s an absolutely adorable kiss, followed by a cute eskimo kiss as kazuha chuckles in disbelief

he’s still kind of shocked, but a romantic confession comes out of him as the sky lights up with fireworks

“ever since i met you, i’ve been fond of you. you’re such a talented and attractive person that i couldn’t not fall in love with you. and you’ve found a special place in my heart, and i hope that one day i could find a place in yours. so... would you have me?”

it’s rare to see ayaka at a party

she’s this gentle and sweet girl who barely raises her voice

and it really does surprise you when you see her leading most of the party activities

from karaoke to low-stakes poker games, ayaka is making sure the party doesn’t die down

but when she sees you by the entrance, she gets a little distracted

first of all, ayaka is blushing because omg you’re so hot in that outfit???

and two: you just made eye contact with her??? and you’re making your way over to her???

luckily, by the time you come over, ayaka has fretted over her appearance enough that she now looks more “presentable”

and she kind of abandons surveying the party activities in favour of talking to you

which leads to an almost(?) disaster, as everyone has now turned to group karaoke and the party has never been louder

so you two just take a breather outside, enjoying the night stars together

ayaka gets so caught up in talking with you, that she nearly misses the countdown

but luckily the party goers are loud enough that you two can hear the countdown go off

she looks at you, expectantly, the question on the tip of her tongue

and just as the last few seconds to midnight pass, ayaka manages to choke out her question

and she manages to share a sweet kiss with you, one that leaves her pretty face an even prettier shade of pink

but ayaka snaps out of her love-sick daze and makes sure to ask you out before she can stop herself

“i’ve been meaning to ask you out for a long time now, so i was wondering if you’d like to go out on a date sometime soon? i really think we have something special and i’d love to pursue— you would?! ahhh, thank you! i promise you won’t regret it, and that i’ll— ah, right... one step at a time, heh.”

gorou is pretty quiet at parties

while everyone else is partying and bumping into each other, gorou stays near the sidelines

you’ll probably see him first though, as he’s been on his phone since he got into the party

but the moment you make yourself known to gorou??

he’s stashing away his phone, smiling, his ears perked, the whole shebang

gorou mostly just listens as you talk, nodding aggressively or laughing

he kinda zones out a lot though

but it’s really not his fault, honestly!

you just look so attractive in your outfit, and your lips are so pretty and tempting that he surely he wouldn’t be blamed if he—

luckily, gorou snaps out of it when you call his name in a concerned manner

which, by the by, makes gorou fall for you 10x more

his crush actually cares about him?!? oh goodness

but gorou is snapped out of that realization when the people around you two begin to cheer

he’s confused for a moment, until he makes out the slurred numbers and realizes that midnight is approaching

and gorou looks at you— no, your lips— and silently asks if he can be your midnight kiss

but he’s all the more glad that you lean in with him, touching his lips in sync with the final shouts of the countdown

“you have no idea how long i’ve been wanting to kiss you. wait, you’ve also been wanting to kiss me?! w-well, i kind of wanna kiss you again so— hmm, thank you. hey, d’ya wanna head somewhere more... private? i just want to kiss you without all these people watching, t-that’s all! i swear!”

kokomi rarely goes to parties

it’s not that she doesn’t like them or anything!

she loves talking with her friends and having fun with them

however, her social battery is just... dead

two hours into it, and kokomi is already huddled in the corner, nursing a cup of fruit punch

but the moment she sees you come over, kokomi brightens up a little bit

she appreciates your concern, but she’s alright! really!

and kokomi does try to put on a brave face so she appears more sociable

but the more she talks to you, the more genuine she feels

had you always been this refreshing? this funny? kokomi thinks as she throws her head back in laughter

talking with you feels easy to kokomi, something that isn’t draining at all

had it already been an hour??? kokomi swore you two had just started talking

she’s rubbing her head as she tries to recall how time had just slipped by so easily

but then she glances at you and realizes it instantly

even as you give her a questioning gaze and smile, asking her why she’s looking at you like that

kokomi just shakes her head and dismisses it, all while these feelings burn her from the inside out

but just as she tries to push them away— just for tonight, at least— kokomi hears the party goers all begin the countdown

she gently whispers her inquiry, temptation and eagerness on the very tip of her tongue

and kokomi is so happy that you granted her permission, and she tries to put her all into the kiss

but please give her some time to calm down after such a passionate kiss. poor girl is as pink as a cherry

“oh my goodness, i didn’t think you’d actually— wow. ‘did i like it?’ oh, of course i liked it! i just never knew someone’s lips could be so... soft. er, do you mind if we got out of here? the music is starting to give me a headache again... and it’s really hard to hear the sound of your lovely voice.”

heizou literally only went to the party to see you

and the moment you walk in, he’s abandoned whatever person he was talking to

he saunters over to you, touching up his hair as he does

and just so casually flashes you a smile 

throughout the night, heizou is as flirty and touchy as you allow him to be

he reads you and your body language like a book, even verbally checking in with you

does that thing where he leans in really close to hear what you’re saying, a cocky smile on his lips

he stares at your lips more than your eyes, to be honest

but heizou always has a witty remark or tease prepared in case you catch on to him

besides eyeing you up all night, heizou does make for good company

he will indulge in anything you want to talk about, treating each topic with the same amount of thought as one of his cases

loves to ask you weird theoretical questions just to see your confused expression

also, he laughs at almost every joke you say

is he trying hard? no. are you really funny? obviously

each time he laughs, heizou accidentally leans into your side

but you’ll notice that he’s always leaning into you, or simply just facing you

he really can’t take his eyes off you, either

or your lips... especially when the countdown begins

you can’t hear him, but you can see the way his lips move when he asks to kiss you

and to be honest, after the night you had with him, you didn’t expect heizou’s kiss to be so sweet

“ahahah, what’s with that look on your face? awwww, poor thing. did i really fluster you that badly? i mean this when i say that i didn’t expect to have such a great effect on you. but how could i ever make it up to you? oh, i know! how about i take you out to this place nearby? my treat, i promise.”

she’s scowling, quietly, in the corner

but when you enter the room and make eye contact with her?

a slight blush forms on her cheeks as she shyly waves at you

wait, wait, wAIT, WHY ARE YOU COMING OVER HERE NOW?!?!? 

very much internally panicking, but doesn’t really show it

sara has no idea on why you came over so quickly, but she’s glad for it

mostly just listens to you and sips on her drink

yes, it may seem like she doesn’t care and she’s bored

however!!! sara suffers from resting bitch face (and also this whole party)

she thinks you’re cute though sooo

sara doesn’t really make any moves to show that she’s really interested in you

but she is trying at least

she inches her feet closer to yours. even tries to smile a little!

but when the countdown approaches? she’s a nervous wreck on the inside

she sees everyone else begin to pair up and get closer together, making you two stick out like a pair of sore thumbs

but when sara turns back to look at you, she’s very surprised to see you shrug and casually ask her for a midnight kiss

obviously, she doesn’t turn down the suggestion! 

however, caught up in all her excitement, she kisses you a second earlier than midnight

but that’s alright. sara is more than willing to try again, if you want her to

“... did... did i seriously kiss you before midnight struck? ah, no bother. i can just start the new year off with a kiss from you then. i-if that’s alright with you of course! i don’t mean to be presumptuous at all, but i just felt like you enjoyed the kiss too so i just— hmph! t-thanks.”

A/N: Hellooo! So while this is the official last part of these headcanons/ this story draft, it's definitely not my last post about Dilf Luke.

I simply wanted to finish fully exploring the potential confrontations and misunderstandings I had in mind before going back to more lighthearted content such as "dating Dilf Luke" or "spending Christmas with Dilf Luke"

• never before have you seen him like this and his intensity scares you

• theoretically speaking you know his anger isn't directed at you but the way he literally has you cornered, without a possibility to escape or change the topic, makes it rather hard to focus on that

• your mind is racing

• should you play along or expose your friends scheme?

• if only you knew all the details they came up with

• "Can we- can we go home to talk? I mean, to your house?"

• his knuckles around the steering wheel momentarily turn white before he sighs and reaches over you to strap you in

• for a moment you consider telling him that you are well able to put the seat belt on yourself but decide otherwise

• his cologne smells heavenly

• while he carefully merges the car into traffic, you discreetly take out your phone to text your friend

• since you doubt you'll get a chance to talk to them once you arrive, now is the time to collect as much information as you can

• "remember that one awful ex of yours?" comes the answer "yeahhhh I told my dad about him and said you're back together, so sorry xxx"

• pulling a face you start to reply

• but before you can hit send or see what else they have to say, Luke snatches the phone out of your hand and slides it into his breast pocket

• you gasp looking up at him, momentarily angry

• "I won't allow you to converse with that...person any longer, do I make myself clear?"

• you blink confusedly but quickly understand he thinks you were texting your supposed boyfriend

• you are about to say something, but then, remembering his car rule, decide to quickly clamp your mouth shut again

• better to not make this worse until you know what's going on

• the rest of the way you sit in silence

• Luke is fuming

• though now, that he has you safely by his side to keep an eye on you, he's slowly growing calmer

• the added fact that you called his home your home is nearly able to overshadow what his child oh so casually shared with him over breakfast

• yes, he can admit that perhaps his proceedings were somewhat hasty

• he definitely overstepped a line by taking your phone away

• and he's aware he scared you again

• with his hand on your thigh he can easily tell how tense you have grown

• slightly turning his head he sees how hard you're holding on to the straps of your bag and inwardly heaves a sighs

• you must believe he's angry at you; by now he knows you well enough to tell

• he doesn't want you to be afraid

• not of him

• NEVER of him

• at the thought he feels his anger bubbling to the surface again

• he doesn't understand how you could ever involve yourself with that imbecile of a man, while simultaneously failing to see him

• he's right there, right in front of you!

• there's so much he could offer you instead

• what does the other have that he doesn't?

• "owww"

• your little sound brings him back to the present and immediately he feels overwhelmed with guilt

• he is no better than your abusive so called "boyfriend"

• "I'm so sorry, sweetheart", he hears himself say; the words simply slipping out and away before he can stop himself

• but "'s okay", you whisper and release your bag to shyly touch his hand

• he called you sweetheart again

• your heart is racing and as your skin makes contact with his you suddenly feel rather light headed at your own boldness

• quickly you pull away again

• Luke restrains himself from ordering you to place your hand right back on his

• where it belongs

• you don't dare to ask him to return your phone

• not when the two of you eventually make it to your destination

• not when he helps you out of the car to lead you inside

• not when you sit down on the couch in the living room and make eye contact with your friend lingering near by

• especially not when his next course of action is to send them away

• you don't know what to expect, the anxiety making you feel slightly sick to your stomach

• you can't decide on what would be worse, an interrogation or a stern lecture like last time?

• but then he sits down close to you and when he speaks his voice is the gentlest it has ever been

• he isn't angry at you, just so, so worried

• who is that guy his child told him about?

• how did you end up in such bad company?

• are you really dating him?

• was this really your choice?

• or did he force you, leave you no other choice?

• does he hurt you?

• is he the reason you're not coming to visit anymore?

• is he systematically isolating you from your family and friends?

• you can tell him, you really can, he promises not to judge

• he'll take care of anything you ask if that's what you need to break free from this

• everything to make this easier for you

• he knows he's not your father, but surely he will never get a single night's sleep ever again knowing you're in a potentially dangerous situation

• please, break this off, he doesn't want for any harm to befall you

• overwhelmed you don't know what and how to respond

• at some point the situation got out of hand and there are so many things that you feel need to be taken into consideration

• so many questions

• it has never been more obvious how much Luke cares and how genuine his worries for you are

• but how does he view himself in relation to you?

• as a father figure or as a friend...or as something more?

• it would be easy enough to ask but you fear you won't get an answer, that he'll abruptly shut you out once more

• but won't he do so anyways when this conversation is done and over with?

• so far he always did after sharing an intimate moment with you

• confessing your own feelings isn't an option either, you promised your friend not to

• and from what you were told it would only elicit the same reaction

• in the worst case scenario it would lead to a rejection and a broken heart

• but even if it came to this, you could still uphold your friendship with your best friend, couldn't you?

• you wouldn't abandon them just because their father rejected you

• or maybe they want you to keep your secret for another reason entirely

• maybe they lied to you too

• this is such a mess and slowly the uncomfortable reality dawns on you then; there's no way out of this without someone getting hurt

• still you don't know what to say

• you look up at him and the pleading look in his lovely blue eyes; he truly is upset

• it would be easy, a relief even, to speak out, you think

• it would only be fair

• but continuing to lie would mean keeping your promise to your friend, saving face in front of their father

• in your panic you decide on something as close to the truth as possible

• "I- I don't know what to do"

• it's so hard to hold his gaze and when it inevitably softens even more, you start to cry

• alarmed he immediately reaches for you but you can't- you just can't take his comfort for a situation that is purely made up

• sobbing you push his arms away, desperate to ignore the way his brow furrows in...hurt?

• "I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry"

• your words only serve to confuse and worry him even more

• what are you sorry for?

• what is it?

• oh won't you tell him?

• he'll make it all better if only you'll let him know what's wrong

• he'll keep it a secret too, nothing, not a word will leave this room if that's what you're afraid of

• ignoring your defensive gestures he cradles your face in his hands

• something in you breaks

• you have to tell him

• you just HAVE to

• how could you ever enjoy his caring attention when all it's based on is a lie?

• you'd rather have a broken heart borne out of honesty

• will your friend forgive you?

• will they understand?

• you hope so; the damage is done

• unable to calm down, with tears still spilling from your eyes, it takes you a while to stumble through your explanation

• Luke grows very quiet

• the fact that he's listening so intently, trying to understanding what's going on, only hurts you more

• you're horribly ashamed

• and even though you try to describe the situation from your point of view as best as you can, you feel like it will never be enough to make up for everything

• "I promised my friend not to tell you about my feelings for you", you say, "they are afraid it's going to end our friendship when you send me away."

• softly shaking his head he takes your hand in his to gently wipe your cheeks

• you gave him a lot to think about and eventually he will need to have several very very serious talks with you as well as with his child

• but right now he wants you to stop crying

• he is not angry at you

• in fact he's mostly relieved you're not dating that ex of yours again

• he tells you how thankful he is for your honesty; he sees and respects the courage it took to tell the truth

• it will all be okay, he promises

• you will always be welcome here at his house

• "so, do you think that means he likes me?", you ask your friend after a few weeks went by

• they give you a look

• "you're driving me insane, do you know that?"

• they never told you about any details of the several long conversations they had with their father

• you are able to take guesses though and understand they don't want to share certain aspects, especially not those that might involve their dead mother and you

• still it'd be a lie to claim you aren't exceptionally curious

• first and foremost because their father didn't comment on your feelings towards him in any way

• and like it so often is the case you are left guessing

• maybe he does return your feelings but isn't acting on them because of his child

• or your age difference

• or because he doesn't know where to start and is embarrassed by it

• or maybe he doesn't want to enter another relationship because of his late wife?

• maybe he needs more time

• possibly he doesn't return your feelings and just didn't tell you to avoid hurting you and his child

• "Not knowing what's going on is driving ME insane! Didn't you say you want him to be upfront about how he feels towards me?", you ask

• your friend agrees

• "and I told him too", they say

• falling quiet you look at each other, when suddenly you can tell they made up their mind about something

• they'll let you in on a secret

• as it turns out their father didn't tell them anything regarding his feelings either

• but they know him well and it's obvious to see there's something going on

• they thought a lot about your descriptions of his behavior around you; the presents, his touches, his protectiveness, the pet name, the lingering gazes, all the offers to stay over, to drive you home, to help you out...

• "you were right to ask me if he's like this with all of my friends", they say "because he isn't"

• he isn't like this with anybody

• expect with you

• "do you mind?", you ask

• your friend admits they aren't sure

• they want to be happy that their father seems to be slowly moving on but like, how weird is it to think he'd be fucking their best friend?

• at your loud protest they have to laugh but quickly grow serious again

• "I'd be glad if it's you he goes for", they say "and not some woman I don't know who will want to be my new mom. But that doesn't mean I'm fully on board with this."

• you understand; of course you do

• they explain that they want their dad to be happy

• and if he is happy with you then so be it

• they absolutely don't want to witness any displays of affection between him and you though

• you are only allowed to move in once they have a chance to move out

• you will most definitely not call yourself their step mom, not even as a joke

• they won't give you relationship advice and don't want to hear any stories whatsoever involving their dad (okay, maybe they'll make an exception for the funny ones)

• but under no circumstances will they tolerate you spending more time with their father than with them

• they were your friend first

• it's a promise you give easily and without second thought

• never would you want to trade them against anything or anyone, not even their father

• they visibly relax at that

• "yeah well you can go have him then but I'm not helping you", they say with a shooing hand motion

• as relatively easy, even if not very happy, you feel about your current situation, Luke isn't able to say the same

• already over a month has passed since you dissolved into tears in front of him and admitted to your crush

• here you were, presenting yourself on a pretty silver platter, basically throwing yourself at him

• and still he didn't do and hasn't done anything about it, made immobile by his past experiences and fears of the future

• as different, as gentle, as you are from his late wife, he's afraid

• he's a coward

• what if he looses his temper?

• what if the ugly parts she used to coax to the surface so easily show themselves when he's with you?

• would you ever be able to look at him the same again?

Hi, I've been wondering about your headcanons about how the nations work. What is their role in the government, how does family work for them, do they have any powers? And stuff like that 😊

I'm guessing you're asking about my Public Nations AU and how Nations work within that universe? Get ready, this is gonna be a long post. I'll break it into parts for each section of your question :)

Note: I edited this recently so it reads more smoothly.

Role in the Government

As long as Nations have existed for, they've always been important advisers to their leaders. I think they mostly functioned as advisers, ambassadors, translators, etc. I imagine they have to remain apolitical when it comes to modern systems like political parties; they don't want to seem too supportive of any one political party, no matter what their personal opinions are. If they are gonna make a statement about something, they're expected to do it not as a Nation, but as an individual. That's partly why America's youtube channel uses his human name; it signifies that the channel is just a place for him to goof off, so nothing he says there is to be taken as a representation of the country. I think people still get those roles confused though. There’s gotta be tons of people who see Alfred stating his personal opinion and assume that that’s the government’s official statement as well. Plus I think lots of people just aren’t well versed in how the government works, so they probably misunderstand Alfred’s role as well.

I also think they've been put in the military ever since ancient times. After all, kings used to lead their militaries into battle, so I imagine their Nations would be right alongside them, both for the symbolism and because of how useful it would have been to have an immortal with lots of battle experience on their side. I can’t say that Nations always wanted to be on those battlefields, but they would often times get put there anyway.

Family

What counts as family is incredibly fluid and ever-changing for Nations. Nations aren't created through reproduction, so I don't think very clear-cut blood relations are truly possible. As a result, how Nations are related can vary and change. Why do America and Canada resemble each other so closely? I don’t think even the Nations themselves know. Sometimes Nations take this resemblance to imply familiar relations, sometimes they don’t. (I think this is more just my frustration with canon. Who is related to who makes no sense and has changed over time as Himaruya wills it. Why are England and America brothers instead of father and son? Why are America and Canada clearly twins when they didn't even belong to the same empires when they were born? I give up)

I also don't think they have the same standards for what is taboo and what isn't. Things can get waved away as "human ideas” which doesn't apply to them. Plus, Nations can't reproduce the way humans do after all, so I don't think they consider “incestuous” relationships to be nearly as scandalous. America and England might have a father-son relationship or a romantic one and I don't think they would have a problem going back and forth between the two. Not to mention the fact that after however many centuries, I assume practically all of them have slept with each other.

Of course, humans get uncomfortable with that fact, so that aspect of their relationships is usually kept private. Basically, Nations can have any kind of relationships with each other, but stick to only letting humans know about the ones that are socially acceptable.

Powers and Abilities

Nations draw life from their human populations, and as a result have a connection to those humans. Nations can tell if a human is theirs or not and identify them by name.

They can suffer from two different kinds of injuries: Direct and Indirect. Direct injuries are when their bodies are injured; they can heal from practically any direct injury, but the rate they heal depends on how well their country is doing. An injury incurred during a war may take multiple weeks to heal, while a random injury incurred during everyday life will heal much quicker.

Indirect injuries are what happens when their population is harmed or killed. Major tragic events can result in injuries suddenly appearing on their bodies. Some rare events can leave them with permanent scars (9/11, London Blitz, French Revolution, Atomic Bombs, etc). If their people are sick with a disease, they will show symptoms as well despite not actually being able to get sick themselves.

For either type of injury, if a limb in severed, it can be reattached, but will otherwise turn into dirt if left separate for too long. If the injury is direct, the limb will grow back. An indirect injury resulting in a missing limb will likely be permanent.

Whether or not they have super strength depends on their status as a world power. America only gained his strength in the 1880s when he became a major economic power, and even then, he wasn't as strong as he eventually became post-WWII. America currently has this superhuman strength, but during the height of the Cold War, Russia had it as well.

Nations can sense other Nations around them, and also when a foreign Nation enters their territory.

They cannot leave the Earth. Once they've been outside Earth's atmosphere for 72 hours, they start to become violently ill and will begin to decompose into dirt unless they return to the planet.

i ABSOLUTELY have chisaki-parent headcanons. content warnings for discussions of child abuse/neglect/abandonment under the cut because chisaki is my favorite character and therefore i can and will put him through hell :)

These headcanons are kind of crack, but I think his bio father was Yaoyorozu's grandfather, the patriarch of the Yaoyorozu clan. His bio mother was the guy's secretary who he had to fire to hide the fact that he had an affair 🫢 She managed to extort a lot of child support/hush money from him, citing the fact that she had to take care of a baby and also the fact that she had his wife's phone number.

...not that any of that money actually went to child support, mind you. She was the type of mother who treated her child as an obligation at best and a show prize at worst--she enrolled baby kai in an expensive all-girls school (he's trans and i will fight you on that) so she could brag to her friends about it, but she would also make him go to school while sick and would only rarely cook any kind of meals for him. he was usually on his own to find or cook food in the house, and when an accident inevitably happened and he broke a dish she'd scream at him like he did it on purpose.

(In all honesty, I think she was the egotistical mean girl type who no one would want to hang out with if she didn't have power over them of some kind. In a modern AU Chisaki would 100% hang out on/gain a lot of comfort from r/raisedbynarcissists, as ableist as that sub can be.)

There are some points in the abuse cycle where she tries to reconcile with him, but of course solely on her terms. Usually she'd try to win him over by spending money on a bunch of new toys, almost always dolls or other "girl toys", instead of doing things like apologizing for screaming, asking him how his day went, or even asking him what toys he'd actually want and buying those. (Sound familiar?)

Of course, it only gets worse when baby Kai starts showing signs of being autistic. She absolutely takes him not looking her in the eye as a personal slight, along with playing with his toys "wrong", not liking certain foods or textures, stimming too loudly, or generally being 'strange'. Because of course she does. And of course, Overhaul isn't very easy to control at such a young age, and she takes *that* personally too--she's absolutely called him cursed and monster because of his Quirk.

But moving on to how he ended up on the street. When Kai's eight, she decides that she's done with her "creepy weirdo daughter" and dumps him at an orphanage. For the next couple years he's going to be running away from orphanages, living on the streets, getting dragged back to orphanages, and so on. There may also be shitty foster homes involved, if the Japanese welfare system is like that at all. He'll realize early on the weirdness of gender (he cuts his hair super short a few weeks after the abandonment, gets asked if he's a boy in a dress or a girl with short hair, and realizes that he could be whatever he wanted) and bounce between presentations during this time, and just so happened to be in boymode when the oyaji found him, which is how he got stuck in boymode for basically ever. But that's a story for another time, and not what you asked about.

Anyways, so, to recap: bio dad is the Yaoyorozu patriarch and Momo's grandad, bio mom is the secretary he had an affair with and also a shitbag (which left Chisaki with massive emotional scars), and I think he got abandoned/kicked out as a little girl.

It's an honest 50/50 whether the aftercare situations I think up actually comes after sex or if it's all I think of. It has me by the throat man.

Something about Law feeling safe enough to tell Luffy when he's had enough without feeling the need to force or threaten Luffy, or not holding out far past his limit so Luffy doesn't “get bored of him” makes my brain melt and mold back into the shape of a sea urchin.

Here me out, modern au, Law comes back to their apartment more tired than he's ever been after the longest shift he's pulled in a while. All he wants, more than anything, is their bed, screw the shower, he couldn't stand long enough to take one and he knows the moment his knee bends further than what's needed to walk his body will collapse. So he heads straight to bed, unsurprisingly, Luffy is awake and anticipating Law's return to give him his “goodnight kiss” that became the only constant thing Luffy upholds. Law tosses himself into bed as soon as he gets his pants off, leaving them on the floor along with his shirt, and Luffy is immediately on him. Not to Law's dismay, he knows he won't last long but the fact that Luffy still wants him when he's coated in sweat and deadweight kind of turns him on. He's right, he doesn't last when Luffy eats him out while running only the pad of his thumb up and down the base of Law's shaft, and GOD does everything *hurt. Law doesn't get that post-nut daze, instead he's hit with an ache deep in every muscle and bone from the souls of his feet to the back of his head that he has no choice but to succumb to. So badly does he want to feel Luffy all over him, all up in him, but he can't ignore his limit if he tries. He gets what he wants anyways, without having said a word Law's exhausted body is crushed by the concrete hold Luffy calls a hug, and Law couldn't be more grateful for Luffy's mysterious workout routine. It's the silent communication of Law's needs that relaxes him further, not needing to rely on his voice for Luffy to know, to understand, his pain makes it all the more easier to just let Luffy take care of him.

You got me out here writing paragraphs man, you've changed my chemical components on a spiritual level lol. Also, I stand by that my headcanon dumps are a bit much, so just know that I don't expect a masterpiece response every time. I MEAN THEY ARE ENCOURAGED CAUSE GYATT DAMN, would ABSOLUTELY eat your writing while dressed better than for a wedding and a napkin in my lap, but I dunno, I don't want you to think I'm trying to make you pump out tailored content for me. I am sooo glad you enjoyed my little oneshot I wrote and it scratched the itch of your last message. I just took that idea and RANNNNNN with it I have to admit.

I am also super happy that you came up with your own head canons omfg I'm frothing. I definitely can't write a whole story this time, but you inspired me to add some of my own little head canons because it was just too good!

You are hilarious and I am picturing you dressed for a wedding waiting for dinner but it's actually just my writing. Don't feel self-conscious, I live for this shit. You can leave headcanons whenever though I can't promise I'll be able to get back asap, I will always slurp it up and add my own thoughts if it's something that speaks to me. Maybe one day you'll decide to share your own stories and I will be the one who gets to leave my headcanons in there! :)

With that being said, here are my thoughts:

I loveee Lulaw aftercare (and just aftercare in general cause who doesn't like the sweet moments after getting your insides rearranged), especially your situation. I'm deceased at the thought of Luffy always waiting up for Law's goodnight kiss. Does he do it because he wants Law to be the last thing he sees every night before bed? Or because he wants to make sure that he's awake if Law needs him after his long hard days at work? Maybe both, Luffy is self-indulgent and also wants to do whatever he can to make Law feel loved and comfortable.

Sometimes Law needs Luffy to fuck him until he forgets about how shit his day was and how maybe he lost a patient and he just needs his mind and body filled with nothing but Luffy who can push him to the edge in unimaginable ways. Luffy never says no, he could eat Law for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He just loves watching the way his normally tense and irritated lover falls apart underneath him. Other times, Law just needs his partner to give him a quick and much-needed release before pulling him into his arms and giving him the attention he craves when he can barely think straight after a stressful day, his body screaming at him to just shut off and let go.

Luffy knows Law so well that he never has to tell him what he wants which is great because Law is terrible about asking for things. He never wants to be a burden, never wants to feel like he's taking too much from Luffy when he's already given him everything he's ever wanted and more. Luffy feels Law's body going limp after he comes, how he sighs contently and buries his face into his chest. Law just needs him there to recharge him, to soothe his weary body and soul and Luffy loves him so much he would never think of doing anything different.

Luffy knows exactly what Law needs in those quiet moments in the dark. He runs his hands over Law's aching body, healing him with his soft touches. Soft kisses are pressed against his skin, no intent to go anywhere further behind them even though Luffy yearns to feel Law around him, to hear his pretty sounds echoing through his ears. That can wait for another time, right now he will just satisfy Law with his gentle caresses. He wraps his arms around Law, pulling his weary form into his arms, so close that he begins to forget where he ends and Law begins just the way he likes it.

Law usually gets so flustered and cranky when Luffy spills his feeling out but they've been doing this for so long now that Luffy knows Law will let him say whatever he wants when they're like this and he takes full advantage of it. He plays with Law's hair, telling him how much he loves him, how he's so lucky to have him in his life, how he wants to be with him forever. He lists all of the thing he loves about him-his compassion, dedication, strength, and beauty.

Law loves the way Luffy's voice sounds when he whispers these sweet nothings into his ear. He's so calm and quiet, so different from his normally loudmouthed self. Sometimes he responds, though usually only with a "thank you" or "I love you". Words are hard for him even though he feels just as strongly for Luffy. It brings him comfort knowing that Luffy never expects him to say anything back, that he does this simply because he wants to.

Once, in a fit of insecurity, Law asked Luffy if he feels neglected because Law is so terrible with words and even though he tries, he just can't express how he feels inside. Luffy simply smiled at him and said "I know how much you love me. You don't need to say it. I just like to tell you because sometimes you get in your head like you are right now and forget". Another time, he apologized to Luffy for being too exhausted to move a muscle after Luffy went down on him. Just like before, Luffy smiled and said "Making you feel good makes me feel good. Taking care of you makes me happy."

After that, Law realized he might just be the luckiest man in the world. He stopped worrying about if Luffy wanted or needed more from him on these days when he he couldn't give anymore. He graciously took all the affection he was given, allowing Luffy's calming voice to lull him to sleep, saying words Law would never be able to accept were all for him.

The chain or the team of Links have technically long had their adventures and met each other, plus long ended the reincarnation cycle/curse thanks to their time traveling adventure they had together. However it has long faded into history all the way to modern day in the kingdom of Hyrule(aka everything we have now they have too, like phones, cars, and the most wonderful ✨internet✨[COUGH TUMBLR TOO COUGH] difference is that they technically still have ✨magic✨) and people are still trying to put together their history and better understand them(especially the most famous nine heroes depicted in them). Of course this peace couldn’t last forever, someone wants to bring back Ganon and wreck havoc once again. This of course is bad, very bad, as one certain high school gets attacked by some kind of overpowered monster(which first of all, monsters should be NO WHERE near the city or heck even in it. Second that monster shouldn’t be as OP as heck too). If only there are heroes that can stand up to such a threat, just like the legendary heroes of courage. Well, they are out there. Thoughts, Headcanons and Comments on Negaduck (My AU).

This here is more of a commentary blog and maybe a rant, it can also be considered as a headcanon blog and also for Negaduck fans (which I feel like the majority will curse me A LOT for not agreeing with either group, OG and DT 2017). For those who want to, they can read it as they wish, but I'm already advancing that it's LONG and will have some low-level words (I'll censor it, but it's still worth it). Feel free to leave comments about your opinions... And preferably, the comments should be healthy...

So... I woke up these days and thought to myself... "Do you know what would be good today? Talking about a character idolized by the majority of Fandom as the best villain in Darkwing Duck and a hidden passion for many people and suffering hate from everyone ? YAY!!! =D" (yes, I have self-love... Don't worry, this is just a joke).

Ok, clarifying something for everyone here... I like Negaduck himself, I really like his concept and even his personality. Characters that are basically chaotic, crazy and the reincarnation of evil itself, I love that concept. My problem with Negaduck is kind of his Fandom... People put him on a pedestal and say he's the ultimate villain and the rest is just the rest... I'm talking about a kind of toxic part of the community, like those who make meaningless or simply problematic ships (sorry for those who ship, but Darkwing Duck and Negaduck would NEVER happen in this ship, they are literally mortal enemies and in OG it's worse because Negaduck is an alternative version of Drake). My problem is not the character, the problem is his toxic fans and the fact that he is always considered one of the best villains and blah blah blah. Guys, I see Negaduck as a good antagonistic figure to DWD. The vision of what Drake could become if something went wrong. A criminal genius who has no scruples about getting what he wants and who will do the worst things in the world to get what he wants, including threatening his own companions, the Fearsome Four, with death. A psychopathic maniac who is so toxic that he is basically disgusting and chaotic. Think of classic Disney villains who were the antithesis of evil, like Jafar and the Evil Queen. They're almost pure evil, but they're still charismatic. Basically a villain we love to hate.

Having already spoken my vision, let's move on to the Headcanons and also criticisms of both Negaducks (the OG 1991 and the DT 2017). Just remembering that I like both versions, but I have my criticisms of them... It's never an attack on the fans, it's just constructive criticism and my view of the character. And let's start with what people apparently idolize the most... Negaduck/Jim Starling from DT 2017. Starting with the most controversial one here that will cause me more attacks from the fans, but ok! =D

The story they made for Negaduck is, to say the least, curious... He was the original actor in the Darkwing Duck series in the Ducktales Reboot universe, whose career took a break after the series ended and he wanted to return in the new film. His name is Jim Starling (pause to praise the idea of the name and her reference, the team is to be congratulated on this honor), he is apparently a duck in his 40s and, apparently, serves to draw a parallel with the DW of original series. The original protagonist of the series that many people followed and to be the antithesis of Drake Mallard, who is the new modern Darkwing Duck of this generation. There are things that I genuinely like about this new Negaduck, like the fact that he is his own character and not an alternative version or copy of Darkwing, the metalanguage with the original Darkwing Duck being a series in Ducktales and things like that... My problem is what they did, the execution... I don't know, I don't like how they wrote Jim, he often makes parallels with the OG protagonist Darkwing Duck and seems to demonize him, while exalting the current Drake Mallard who is nicer, the which I honestly don't like. Besides... WHAT THE F*CK DO HAPPENED WITH JIM AT THE END?!?! A CRAP SCENARIO FELL ON HIS HEAD AND HE BECAME GOO, THEN HE BECAME NEGADUCK?!?! What did they give the screenwriters?! Give me, I want 2 of these...

Okay, calm down... Back to focus... I don't like how this ending happened, it kind of takes away the idea that he's a human and makes him turn into a mutant, which I don't approve of since the fun part is that Darkwing Duck and Negaduck are human, but they're impressive they survive something that would kill them (like old cartoons) and don't get a scratch. The justification they gave to Drake is good, that he always stands up because he has impressive willpower and that he is stubborn. But Negaduck... No! I would change that yes, Jim would survive even though that thing fell on his head and crushed him, but it would have just been a "scene" that he did, but he would appear injured and, if he appeared again, it would show him with scars from that incident . It would be much better... Now, his motivation... It's kind of whatever... I don't hate it, but the way it was done I didn't think it was cool, even though the justification was valid. I've seen some people making fun of him that he just "wanted attention", which is kind of true... But considering that ND is evil incarnate, you can accept it. Oh, and one last aspect that I liked and that was in the classic series... When Negaduck is completely unstable and basically insane, his eyes become spirals. That's awesome, I'm not going to lie. :³

Alright, now let's move on to the 1991 version of Negaduck from Darkwing Duck. Here they will probably give me a lot of hate attacks too...

Negaduck OG is the counterpart of Darkwing Duck from the Negaverse, an evil version of Drake Mallard who went to the Primeverse for who knows why and is wreaking terror in St. Canarian... He is the leader of the Fearsome Five, a criminal genius and also one of the most dangerous villains. That's in the sense of... He has a BUNCH OF GUNS THAT HE TAKES OUT WHO KNOWS WHERE AND EXPLOSIVES THAT COULD DESTROY THE ENTIRE CITY!!!! Besides, he is a genius criminal strategist and basically almost destroyed the city and even the multiverse in one of his madnesses. For that reason alone, I really like the concept, a person who basically represents chaos in person (Paddywhack doesn't count here, because he's literally a chaos demon) and who is one of Darkwing Duck's smartest villains who almost defeated him. My main problem with him is... He's basically a version of DWD from another universe and he's evil. I don't know about you, but this sounds so generic... There's this with Superman, Batman, Spider-Man multiverse story and "What if"... It's not that I don't like opposite versions of heroes, I do... But when it's a separate character from him. Reverse Flash, for example, is a completely different person from the Flash, Dr. Zoom. Making Negaduck just an evil alternative version of Darkwing is a bit boring because it's a bit limited... Besides, they didn't properly explore the Negaverse itself... ND is a good character, yes, but it's just this lock that makes me think: "Really? One more? Okay...-_-". I like what DT 2017 did, separating Negaduck from Darkwing Duck, in the sense of giving him an identity and not making him an "evil Darkwing Duck from another reality", making Negaduck his own person. Negaduck's parallel with Darkwing Duck becomes more interesting and palpable, whereas in the OG it's kind of a tired trope. There are certain versions that I applaud standing up, like the Hulk and Batman with one of them, but otherwise it's written in a generic way until...

But then... After complaining so much, I just want to say something... This in no way makes one version better than the other, each version is different and they all have their mistakes and successes. I've seen people comparing both versions and saying that the old Negaduck was better than the 2017 one, but I think it's slightly stupid. Each version is for a different audience, if you liked it, fine, if not, that's fine too. I've seen @o-dandelion-o compare both versions and say that the 2017 ND is a crybaby (I would personally give that to the 2017 Drake, but ok...) and that the 1991 ND is superior... It was probably a joke , but it's worth highlighting... Guys, it doesn't make any difference to me! I'm a writer and I can play the character any way I want! I don't agree with the vision of certain artists, and that's okay! I respect their vision! Only that! I want to make it extremely clear that my version of Negaduck mixes these two, the original and the 2017 version. I took the concept of him being his own character, Jim Starling, but I kept the chaotic and evil incarnate essence of the original. It's an alternative universe created by me and my friend, that's all...

25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

Actually, my first impression of him was rather a non-impression. Ikemen Sengoku was my first Otome game, and all those characters coming at me in the prologue was a bit of a sensory overload and no one really made a big impression. I'd decided to download the game based on an in-app ad I'd clicked during a puzzle game I'd been playing, and it was Masamune in the ad that had gotten me to download the game. Masamune then, was my first route, and Shingen is barely in that one. From Masamune's route, I intended to go to Kenshin, but I played Kenshin in a story event while I was reading Masamune, and his possessiveness there was a turn-off, so I picked Sasuke next. Then I did Sasuke's route and found Shingen an entertaining side character and he won me over then.

My impression now is that I adore him. Brains, emotional intelligence, a sly sense of humor, a sense of responsibility, and the fact that he treats his love interest like a Goddess... he's a Renaissance man, and I love that about him.

21. If you're a fic writer and have written for this character, what's your favorite thing to do when you're writing for this character? What's something you don't like?

Shingen is very smart, but he likes to hide that behind the flirting. It's fun to write him slyly flirting with, or even just joking with his scene partner, where you think the conversation is about one thing, and then he outsmarts everyone. One of my favorite fics I wrote with him, wasn't a romance at all - it was a one shot with him, Mitsuhide, and Motonari trying to scam each other out of the last bed at an inn in a storm (but in reality, all three were also spying on each other). When you put three of the sneakiest characters in one scene, it just increases the potential for smart mayhem. Of course... I also like writing scenes with him being sexy, because he likes to take his time.

Hm... I'm not a huge fan of writing angst (it's just difficult to hit that line between angst and maudlin), and his canon story is pretty tragic.

14. Assign a fashion aesthetic to this character.

Ok... we'll go with a modern AU for this, because I do already like his color scheme in game. We know that in game, Shingen is not only a very busy spymaster, but he also is a hobby woodcrafter. So he is going to want something that will be comfortable and allow for ease of movement. He's also very confident in his attractiveness and uses his charisma to distract people from the fact that he's information gathering, so he's not above showing off his body. But he'll do it in a comfortable way. A dark knit shirt that just barely clings to his chest muscles. Not tight, but when he moves, you can see the outline of his body. Jeans or cargo pants. Less tight here - this man moves around a lot and doesn't want his clothing to cut into him. And because he's always going to be interested in the history of warcraft, he's got a vintage leather bomber jacket - lined to keep him warm in cooler weather.

But also...ok, here is one. If he were stranded in a blizzard, and had to throw himself on the mercy of a family of poor farmers, he would be the best houseguest ever. He would not reveal his identity - he'd pretend to be a random traveler down on his luck. He would flirt with all the women in the household, from the elderly grannie to the six year old girl, and make all of them feel like a queen. He would chat with the men in the family and discover the state of that part of the country just from that part of the conversation. If they need repairs to the household, he would help out with carpentry. And he would eat two servings of dessert. Then weeks later, the family would discover a mysterious parcel of gifts for every member of the family.

I have no idea why this song makes me think of him. Less the lyrics and more just the vibe.

1. Why do you like or dislike this character?

Well, we've already covered the intelligence and the emotional maturity, and the fact that he treats the people around him really well. So lets go also with his ability to take responsibility, and put his needs aside from the greater good. Granted sometimes he takes it too! far! and is too self-sacrificing to the point of risking his health. But he believes that the good of the people outweigh his need for revenge, and he's able to put aside personal feelings in lieu of doing what is best for the country. In other routes where he has a major role, he's always the one in the background, helping MC and her chosen love interest get their happy ending - although again, sometimes he goes too far. He'll step in and offer advice before it's asked for... he doesn't often let his friends figure things out on their own, if he realizes what the solution is before they do.

Animal Crossing AU

I was thinking to call this AU "Less of a Nook, Double the Crooks" where the main thing is Tom Nook and Redd's beef never happened and Tom eventually became just like Redd. The two owns a shop in the black market together. Nothing matters to them except for bells and their loyalty to eachother. And yes, the tanuki and the fox still fight like an old married couple.

Due to this, Tom never adopted Timmy and Tommy. The twins were adopted by the Able Sisters instead. (Will be explaining further down below.)

Lyle was still once an insurance scammer who worked with the kitsune and tanuki duo but now owns the Happy Home Academy by himself. Without Tom, there is now a deadline/due day of rent, everyday of each playthrough [the player] needs to pay 15k bells.

Additional Fun Facts:

⚜️ Sable didn't liked the idea of adopting the two tanukis since they remind her of Tom so much and she knows they'll struggle to feed more mouths in one roof, but Mable kept insisting.

⚜️ Timmy and Tommy would still have the shop called "Nukkling Junction". The spelling is changed because of not being adopted by Tom.

⚜️ Timmy and Tommy, fell asleep on a fruit truck when they were desperate to find food in the city that went into Tom's home town.

⚜️ Redd tried to scam Brewster, failed because of Blathers... And then Tom successfully scammed Blathers (The quote "If a kitsune has 7 tricks, a tanuki has 8" is very much prevalent.)

⚜️ Tom does sell furniture.

➥ The trick here is that occasionally you would receive fake furniture that would be just a pile of leaves. You'd only know if the item is fake by placing it in your house, leave the room where you put it, then go back to see the said pile of leaves.

➥ I still have a few ideas but those are still uncertain.

⚜️ I do headcanon that Joan is Tom's parental figure (I'm a Wild World user lmao). And when Joan saw what Tom had become she was devastated and disappointed! She very much blames Redd on this one

⚜️ Pugsly is the one who will replace Tom Nook in the Resident Services. He will be there along side his sister because I want to give him the love that he deserves.

⚜️ Timmy and Tommy are older than their classic counter parts, they're around their teen years so to say. Even though their ages were not specified, their appearance would have some differences like they would be more taller, a little more chubbier since modern depiction of the tanuki yokai are usually fat (but hey, this is my hc for them!), etc.

⚜️ Tom does not know for the life of him to remember which is which with Timmy and Tommy. He kept confusing one over the other.

⚜️ Though, the twins still crave to have a parent figure that's the same species as them, they're still overall grateful for the Able Sisters taking them in
