Yo! Do you have any notes/tips for your coloring process? I've always had trouble with that part of drawings looking good lmao and I really like yours! If not for your specific style, do you have any tips with that in general?
Iv gotten a few asks about how I color but iv always avoided answering because
A) I am absolutely awful at explaining things, and
B) I am a very Very lazy artist you should probably Not do the things that I do
BUT i feel bad gatekeeping(?) my horrible technique if it helps anybody ig ill try and explain so

line art of a random character for the example, just pic whatever colors you have in mind for your base colors, you can try using palette generators or basing it off of existing palettes/characters/whatever I have absolutely no idea how color theory works (& this is why you shouldnt listen to me) so im solely going off of vibes. but it is Rough so onto step 2 & 3
(edit to add i usually start off with the skin hair & clothes on separate clipping layers and merge them together towards the end.. i think i forgot to say that at all here oops)

I abuse the hellll out of layer blending modes. overlay, saturation & multiply mainly, but also difference, brightness & screen. (just doodle something & try all of em out to get a feel for them honestly ik theres a Lot and they can be intimidating) for this i just wanted a more cohesive warmer tone to start with so i added a peachy overlay & a slight ombré to the hair to add a bit more interest to the character.
then just the most basic of rendering, some blush & highlights just wherever i think theyd go.

Another thing they tell you Not to do, my next step is to block out all my shading in a vaguely purpleish multiply layer!!! i cant be assed to do it any other way im sorry…. once i have the basic shading down, i lock the layer & go in with air brush eraser & also airbrush in other colors wherever I think the purple is maybe too harsh/clashing

still wasnt 100% happy with the colors so messed around with some more layer filter/modes/whatever you call them then colored in my line art! i think this is honestly the saving grace for all of my art shshsdhhf color your lines people. doesnt have to be all (i dont, i like the contrast) but it usually helps to make some at least a little less harsh

im so serious play around with layer settings! these are just basic multiply & add(glow), there as so many others you can abuse the shit out of & nobody will know or care in your finished piece.

How I draw clouds since they’re my favorite thing to draw! Literally nobody asked for a tutorial but I’m making one anyways! Note, I am looking at a reference photo I took which is always recommended in my opinion, but once you get clouds down more you can pretty easily freestyle them. Want to go from a solid sheet of color on your canvas to having trees and shit? this is for you. 
Step 1: put a solid sheet of color down. maybe an ombre, airbrush tool is probably the best here. Try to have a canvas size with at least 1k on either end, be it horizontal or vertical. We’re going to want it to look really smooth, not pilexated.

Step 2: I personally never start with white or the lightest color of the clouds. Clouds are pretty white usually, but there’s a lot of grey and blue generally-I like to start with the middle-leaning-darkest shade, like this. Use a waterfolor-y brush or something similar if you can! Just makes your life easier.

Step 3: SOFTEN THAT BAD BOY. Get a blending tool and just go at it. Don;t make it totally flat-you’ll want darker, heavier, defined areas to work off of later when we do more lighting- but make it a lot smoother.

Step 3: Next, decide what direction you want the light to be hitting from. This is arguably the most important part-choose a highlight color (sunsets are so varied that it doesn’t particularly matter as long as it’s fairly warm-toned), figure out where the light is coming from (where the sun is), and work off of that with some scribbles in a soft brush. A lot of times I would use a clipping mask for this but I’ve actually found not using one gives you a lot more control in this situation.

ok cool! So, take where the lighting is- the squiggles- and add to them in a circular motion. Then take that and blend it, becoming smoother towards where the light isn’t. This LOOKS like I skipped a lot but it’s simple- add a light color, blend it backwards. The color will be strongest where the light is hitting it.

Cool! Now choose a lighter color-your highlight- and define your highlights. This should overlap the lighter areas we just made!!!!! Don’t add the highlight to areas we haven’t already lightened! Or do, I’m not the boss of you, but it won’t look right.

Now, we’re going to do the same thing we did with the light earlier- smooth it out, bring it backwards, keep it sharper where the light hits it.

Cool! Except it doesn’t look right to me so I’m going to add a middle tone between the dark and the light. Our light is peach and our dark is a cool blue, so let’s add a cool red. I don’t know color theory, maybe that’s incorrect to do, but I’m doing it anyways. Much like music, I play art by ear- I don’t know technical stuff (I’m trying to learn), and I just kind of throw stuff at the canvas until it works. Slight red added.

Last step, determine if you want to add depth. I don’t always add shadows, but you definitely can to make it more.... depthy.

in a layer BELOW the dark red leaves let’s add orange, since the light would be coming DOWN. The dark red leaves that are shadowed would be closest to us.

Rinse and repeat with amber and yellow until you realize you like it better with just dark red or dark red and orange oops.

I just, I LOVE your art, your grasp on anatomy is just so?????¿¿¿¿¿¿ AND FACIAL EXPRESSIONS??? Your art is mystical and wonderful and silly and soft like gummy worms idk how to describe it . . .
And seeing you draw other people’s farmers has been so fun! Sorry I’m done gushing, anyways, sorry to be so typical and lame, but do you have any tips on learning anatomy and whatnot?? in the midst of trying to learn myself and I’m certainly having a time.

personally I feel like my anatomy is still very much lacking🧍‍♂️I think im a bad person to ask for advice bc I HATEEEE doing studies and stuff like that. im just soooooo . lazy. and don’t want to do it at all 😋 here r a handful of v general art things that I found most helpful:
1. I abandoned lineart completely bc I feel like it sucked the life out of my sketches ! if I want a more polished look (which I rarely do) ill just clean up the sketch a bit but I never ever do line art 🙅‍♀️ never feel like ur obligated to do a set in stone art process (ig sketch lineart color shading blah blah) ,, maybe that’s bad advice but letting all that go rlly helped me. similarly I don’t like using body guidelines/face guidelines when I draw bc I feel like it makes poses stiff!!! i kind of just dive right in (which is y i think my anatomy suffers a bit whoopsie)
2. I love references 😋 I basically doom scroll Pinterest to get inspo, and don’t feel limited by “art specific” guides and whatnot. other people’s art/regular pics of people just like standing around r so helpful too . like im suchhhhh a proponent of just straight up redrawing someone’s art that u love in private for ur own benefit and learning (without posting it obvi/posting with credit)!!
3. related to references, i usually start every drawing session (?) w very little and quick croquis of fashion pics on Pinterest! I try to make them mini so that it forces me to not go into detail and just focus on overall body shapes and curves .. that can help take a little pressure off each individual part, and it’ll help make ur stuff look more natural 🧑‍🍳
that’s kind of it .. once again omg please don’t take this as professional/good advice bc I know my process can be improved a lot 😭😭😭 this is just coming from a lazy girl that has absolutely no patience for doing muscle studies/light studies or anything else so I still have work to do!!!! but def if u want to know more abt a part of the process (or specifically abt anatomy/muscles bc i feel like I didn’t have much to offer….) more specifically feel free to reach out again !! privately or thru my inbox, either works!

hey anon !! My art process is almost non existent cause i haven’t been able to stick to One definitive way and i don’t want to cause i think its limiting. I still have a long way to go for improving my skills and learning new things and figuring out different styles !!

This is something i generally have stuck to for most of my posted drawings (i can post things specific to some drawings on a separate reblog ^^ im just to lazy to get pictures of em for examples rn)
Doodle !! I cant visualize shit, and usually have a very vague idea of what id like to draw Or just nothing at all. So I doodle messily with expressive gestures till’ i find something that sticks
choose one final concept/sketch and clean it up a lil so i have a way better idea of what im getting myself into
Base colors cause i hate doing lineart. So i just go straight into colors casue its fun and i like fun!! Right on top or on a diff layer it doesnt matter. I color pick with my eyes and put base colors or anything i think it would be cool. No pressure and it can messy cause I’ll clean it up and figure shit out later
fuck around and find out (rendering ig)—> i cant explain it super well or definitively. I just layer and throw colors on top till im satisfied or Done with it. I flip my canvas a bunch or check my values to make sure the results come out to look more coherent regardless of the mess of color
Im just a simple person and cant handle something that requires too many steps or things that havta be done Just right so this works for me atm. This may not be your jam but finding a process in that works for you through trial an error is just a part of art. Do what works for you!! I think experimenting is so important even if it sucks in the end

I have so many shitty drawings and sketches and even colored things that outweigh the tiny bits of art i decide to show off
I totally get that creating art can get really discouraging at times; not getting the results you want when you want them no matter how much effort you put in just sucks, but it won’t always be that way :] even if it takes you 10 years to find your groove and see improvement or 2 years, it’ll happen. I find that i’ve only improved when i actively didn’t give a fuck about how my art looks and only cared that i was having fun through it all, and thats hard cause perfectionism is a bitch and its hard to get rid of. You could improve with studies and daily practice for sure but moving towards improvement can be as fun and light n breezy as you want to make it, like taking a break to explore different hobbies or changing up mediums or fucking around and experimenting with it can help !!! Allow ur art to be bad; cause fuck it, at least you made something and thats really really cool. Once you cut urself some slack it’ll be easier to improve upon your skillset and slowly but surely get to where you want
Sorry im a bit tired idk if this is coherent so heres a more direct thing i’d like to say:
Maybe ur art isn’t where you want it to be rn and ik it can kill ur motivation to keep going at it (i’ve experienced this feeling a lot and im sure so have many others). But you gotta ease up on urself and stop worrying about results so you can allow yourself to experiment and have fun!! And its hard getting into that mindset but you gotta keep trying and you’ll find it getting easier

sorry all the comics about my ocs are tiny pixels and snippets from mspaint. also drawing hands w a mouse is rly rly rly rly rly fun. anyways more bx3 and judah lore :)
after bx3 began living on their own after recieving the medical attention they needed, they eventually ran into judah who was being mugged outside of a club. they saved him, and to repay them he offered them like an actual place 2 crash bc all of judah's roommates sorta. yk. died. bc of course they did. so bx3 lives on his couch. or he would if judah ever got Off the couch he is so lazy.
anyways after bx3 tells him abt escaping the lab and still trying to figure out who they are and what happened 2 them judah agreed to help because he has important people who owe him favors and he caught feelings bc look at bx3

Bx3: you go out of your way to help me. if you keep insisting you hate doing anything for anyone, why are you doing this for me?
Judah: i- uh, well- okay, i guess... uh...
Bx3: is it because you couldn't save your friends?
Judah: well i mean that sorta like, makes the entire situation feel a bit more personal i guess but that's not. really. all of it.

Judah: after i couldn't save them, yeah, i felt like i needed to make up for it. but i didn't try to. i guess because i just didn't. feel. really. i was just kind of there. even after you started hanging around, i was just there. who was i to do anything else? i was just there.
Judah: i still went to fights. i still went to clubs. but i was still just there. i didn't feel a thing. the music didn't make me happy. the fights only made my bones tired. who was i to change that?
Judah: but after i met you, and you told me everything you had been through, you still danced to the music. you weren't doing it just to be there. you were there to have fun. to be happy. and you didn't stop just because others couldn't. you want to save the "other you" and you still feel bad about unknowingly leaving them behind. you still danced. you still smiled.

So y'all (y'all = nobody) might be wondering why am I always talking about some guys who share names with artists that existed in real life. Is this girl crazy? Maybe, but she has her reasons
SO LADIES, GENTLEMEN AND NONBINARY FOLKS, LET ME SAY:

A very long ass intro about "Welcome to Sinclair City!", one of my oc projects and the one I love the most because my brain is too crazy about it. It will be VERY long, so buckle up, get on the train and let's go to Sinclair City!
Warning: I suck at explanations and after this you won't get absolutely anything other than very long ass rants and posts from yours truly

So... WHAT is "Welcome to Sinclair City!"?
Have you ever encountered medias where all the characters are inspired by historical figures? Whether they are accurate representations of said historical figures or anime-fied representations, sometimes genderbent ones (eg: B.ungou Stray Dogs, the F.ate s.aga etc). Well, "Welcome to Sinclair City!" is exactly that! Almost all the characters are inspired by real life artists and other important figures in art history, but they're all more anime-ish and they live in a modern setting. I need to get back to this point later.
"Welcome to Sinclair City!" was born as a possible visual novel I dreamt about, I wanted to make it real but 1) I'm not that good at art and literally everything else (apart from drawing very bad sprites with the symmetry tool and writing) 2) I'm lazy 3) I didn't really want to ask anybody's help because I suck at managing stuff, would be worse with a team, I wasn't born a leader after all 4) I'm lazy as fuck, so it became a writing project (I'm only writing it in italian). It's divided into two books, the first one (Welcome to Sinclair City/WtSC/SC1) has been done for a long while but I think I should rewrite it, while the second one (Welcome 2 Sinclair City/W2SC/SC2) is still a wip that gets frequent changes because god knows where I'm going with it. The sequel wasn't planned but I got insane and nobody locked me so here we are. Jokes aside, this project is a huge comfort to me and I'll always treasure it, even after the ending. Everybody is sad and needs to go to therapy INCLUDING the doctor and the psychologist, but it's my comfort project❤️ Also I'm writing some oneshots that are still part of the lore, but like. I only completed one. Yay
What inspired you to make this... thing! ig
Y'all know me (no), I'm obsessed with P.alette Pa.rade, of course my main inspiration was that. Girl it's obvious!
This project started in 2020, so plpr was near its end. Of course I was sad, I also had ocs for that game and I didn't want to let them go SO I had a crazy ass dream where my ocs were there but there were other characters, like there were Michelangelo, Van Gogh and Gauguin but they were different from the plpr ones, like REALLY different. So little Lotte had an idea, got some random names also thanks to her irls aaaaand here we are! And I still don't have a job! Girl you better work on more important stuff!!
Moving on to the characters, I need to say this out loud PLEASE DON'T ASSUME THAT MY ORIGINAL CHARACTERS = THEIR IRL COUNTERPARTS!! Get the good ol' "this is a product of fiction, any reference to real life is casual, a coincidence and not wanted" because THAT'S THE THING!!! If an artist was kinda problematic irl it doesn't necessarily mean they'll be the same in my project (usually I'm not writing racist/homophobic/etc fucks in general, if they end up as bad/problematic people I'm certainly not "romanticizing" them or making them good) and if a character in my project is problematic it doesn't necessarily mean that they were the same irl. I get inspirations from their biographies to get infos for their backstories or other stuff because I've got no creativity, but it's all a coincidence. That said, I wrote Gauguin as a piece of shit nobody cares about and Picasso is only mentioned to be made fun of because I hate those guys and they deserve the treatment, they can rot in hell!
Anyways, most of the characters are based on irl artists, but there are also original characters made by yours truly. Here are the lists for both the books:

Ok good to know... But once again, what is "Welcome to Sinclair City!" about?
Ok soooo you know the thing about San Marino being a nation inside another nation (Italy)? Ok, now imagine that there is a fictional small nation inside of France, specifically towards the north and near the sea. What's its name? I don't know, ask another Lotte. What you should know, though, is that in this state there are two notable cities. One of them is the capital, Saint-Auburn, which is a pretty big religious city that fucKING SUCKS. Before attacking me, I'm catholic and the real religious evil is in another city, we don't talk about that. Saint-Auburn sucks because it sucks, that's it.
The other one is *drum rolls* Sinclair City! Even if it's much smaller than Saint-Auburn, Sinclair City is known to be a city of art, where lots of artists live, and it's also the city where the Palette Academy is situated. The Palette Academy is a huge school complex (there's elementary school, middle school, high school and the university) and it also has dorms, so a lot of students live in this city and they study to become artists. Some of them are already well-known artists, they're just studying more for the experience and in order to improve themselves. The Palette Academy is for everybody! You can either be a student or teach or just work there. If you're a student you can become a painter, a sculptor, an architect, but also a photographer, a fashion designer and more (in w2sc there are more courses), you can choose whatever you want! Will your school life be easy? Errrrrrrrrrrm it depends, it's for the plot chat
Ok interesting (no), I kinda get it (again, no). Now, what's the plot?
I know this might be shocking, but I think there isn't actually a plot. At least for sc1 there isn't a full plot where all the chapters are connected. Let me explain it.
The main character for sc1 is Giorgio Vasari ofc the main character is the guy who's obsessed with artists and their personal lives and he got invited to attend the Palette Academy, so he's travelling to Sinclair City with his friend, Michelangelo. It should be a really easy uni life for them, but here's the thing: Vasari can't mind his own business AT ALL, so whenever there's something going on in the academy he has to intervene. Who called him? Bitch nobody! So basically all the chapters deal with different characters and their problems, Vasari doesn't always solve their problems because some people are just too far gone, but it's okay we're making friends and we want to know everything about everybody! ... let's ignore the fact that Vasari himself is hiding secrets!!
Now onto sc2. Welcome 2 Sinclair City is a sequel and it's 8 years later the events of sc1. Many new characters, the old cast grew up, some started living/working in the capital for reasons and etc. There are two main characters: Cleope Darwish (and his friendgroup), a guy who has been living in Sinclair City for 2 years and is a uni student. If you got used to Vasari, lower your expectations. Cleope doesn't give a damn about anything nor anybody, he even questions his bond with his friendgroup and how useful it is to him. He hates telling people stuff about himself and finds it useless, after all "he won't stay there for too long". At some point he starts having dreams where he keeps meeting [REDACTED] (censored because I can't really spoil) and [REDACTED] kinda makes him more aware about the fact that the way he's acting and lying, his whole idgaf behaviour is actually hurting people and it will only bring him misfortune. Cleope becomes more self-aware so all the chapters are about him finally discovering the people who lived with him for all these years and yeaaaaaah I wonder how this could end. Spoiler if this was a videogame you'll have to make very specific choices and things to get the true ending, the only happy one, otherwise you'll doom Cleope for life. But I mean, that's what he wanted, right?
On the other hand there's Vasari, who's now a famous museum curator in Saint-Auburn and just opened his own art gallery! Life is always fun in the gallery, the people he works eith are trustworthy and admire him, everything is okay! Until he starts becoming more aware of the fact that he needs to be more professional, he's a serious worker and a member of society now. So he starts changing. and changing. and changing. and changing. changing until the person in front of you might not be recognised as Giorgio Vasari anymore. Is it worth it? Can we go back? Who knows if the people who loved him will still be proud of him
BY THE WAY THEY ALL HAVE HAPPY ENDINGS (even if sc1 has canonically a bad ending and sc2 has two negative endings but I'll never write them) DW!!! I'M JUST A BITCH!!!!
Well damn that's deep. Speaking of deepness, do they have messages, themes or did you just throw random bullshit?
The latter. No actually both have themes, even if all the characters have different backgrounds and situations they live in maybe something makes them all the same.
Sc1 is about identity. It might not be a common theme for everybody, but most of them deal with identity, especially Vasari. Who are you? Are you who you really should be? Are you a façade that hides your true essence? Are you one, three, seventy different people depending on the situation? Are you what your family would like you to be? Are you what the person you love most would hate? Are you satisfied with who you are or are you restraining yourself? Is it right for you to follow your own path and be what you really want to be? Just who are you?
Sc2 is about change. Eight years have passed, new people arrived and the old cast grew up, but have they actually changed? Do you have to change for the better to feel more loved or change for the worse to feel more powerful? Do you want to change? Are you afraid of change? No matter how much effort you make, do you feel that your situation will never be able to change? That you will never be able to change? Have you changed, but do you happen to return to the toxic habits or flaws you once had? Maybe in the end we stayed the same, maybe there was no change. Maybe no change was needed, maybe we were good and valid people all along. Maybe we will never change, maybe we have changed too much and can never go back. Maybe we can go back, maybe we can't. Again, who knows.
Do we talk about art? No, because I'm not an artist and I don't get art at all. Art is relevant, it's vital for some characters, for others you can see that their art ideals are reflected in their usual behaviour (idk how to explain this), but art isn't always mentioned. The uncertainty of future is mentioned, the fact that sometimes you just can't let go of the past is mentioned, all the doubts regarding life, school and anything in general, fatal miscommunications, the ways you process grief, literally anything is mentioned. In fact if you ever kin a character from this project I swear to god I'll pay the therapist for you. Really. Don't do it. Pray god, have fun, DON'T KIN A SINCLAIR CITY CHARACTER OR YOU'LL GET DOOMED (note: I don't mind people kinning my characters, this is a joke because I made all of them mentally ill ↓)

On another note, about them being yumed, I mean yes all of my ocs are yumeable in general, SC ones are on an extreme level because they either don't experience love at all (because of me) or they have a strange/sick/twisted relationship with love (because of me) or maybe they're in a happy relationship (not because of me). Most of the characters are doomed by the narrative sooooo good luck!
Conclusions
So... Now what? Now... That's it. We're done. Bye.
Seriously speaking, I'm writing this project in italian, so if you ever happen to fully understand italian (not with a translator because the translator will never translate you "grazie graziella e grazie al cazzo" in an accurate way) then good luck, otherwise never read it. PEGGY - a fanfic of what I think her life could've been like!! As a warning it gets super lazy toward the end😭 and it's probably not the best ever due to the fact I've barely slept but shhh I'm rubbish at writing </3
I did forget maybe 1 or 2 parts but its fiiiiine I think!! I can't really think of TW's but car cr@sh mentions. Anyway, aside from that try to enjoy!! I tried to be descriptive but I'm super bad at that I think? And be warned it MAY make you cry (I dont really cry but I almost cried while writing)!!
AND NO just because it's a fanfic doesnt mean it's about being in a relationship idk if that's a connection people even make but I want to clarify this just incase^^ I do NOT write romantic things often, it makes me feel ill:D
"Marie?"
"MARIE! Where were you? You've been out all night!"
Marie's eyeliner and mascara was dripping down her face, not that she cared all that much. She had been out since 5pm on Sunday the 1st of September, and it was now 8am on monday. She was so thankful it was a week off.
Peggy stood, facing marie while holding a drawing, but Marie pushed her to the side and ran up the stairs.
Where has Marie been? Peggy wondered. She decided she would draw another picture for Marie, maybe that would cheer her up? She wasn't sure, she'd never seen Marie like this, and where was George? They were neighbors, and he certainly wasn't home. They would've known if he was, because he would've been round for breakfast.
"Marie! Wait!" Peggy decided to chase after her, the patter of her feet booming through the house, she'd never ran so fast, nor did she think she ever would again. She wanted to ask Marie if she was okay, she needed to. What if Marie depended on this question?
The hallways will still dark since no one had opened the curtains, the photos that hung on the wall of them and George suddenly began to feel like distant memories and yet she still didn't know what had happened. She loved it when George came round, no matter how annoying he could be at times, she loved it when he would draw with her, he was always very good at it but he just never showed it. The wooden flooring was cold, each plank felt as if it could've gone on forever, Marie's room felt as if it was stretching ever further away. The polaroids on her bedroom door of her and George seemed even more distant. It was suddenly like a chapter of her life was over, she didn't know what happened last night but whatever it was, it ment George was gone.
She couldn't go any more, she hadn't gone all that far but it felt as if she had been running to her sister forever. Peggy slid down the wall and curled into a ball, sobbing loudly outside the bathroom door. The cold floor felt as if it was nibbling away at her arms and legs.
No one was around to comfort her.
Marie then exited her room and gently walked to her mothers door and knocked.
"M- MARIEEEE!!" Peggy screamed, she was there, she could reach her.
But Marie just looked at her, then back away, saying nothing. Peggy screamed again, which then faded into the sound of her sobbing loudly. Marie went into their parents room, and it was as if Peggy couldn't move, like she was attatched to the floor, she felt heavy and extremely tired.
Everything started to fade from her view as she fell asleep, curled up on the cold, hard floor, in a puddle of her own tears.
Once she awoke, the curtains were open, and the sun was blaring through onto her face, Marie sat beside her and rubbed her hand accross Peggy's face, putting a letter in her hand. Marie was wearing her black coat, a pair of flared jeans and boots with a large duffel bag thrown over her shoulder.
"Peggy.. I'm sorry." She said shakily, while beginning to cry once again.
"Marie? What are you sorry for? You've done nothing wrong."
"I need to go, I'm sorry for it. I need to get away from here, from everything, just for a little while, okay?"
She still hadn't removed her hand from Peggy's face, and peggy was about to cry once again, what did Marie mean by she's going? Where is she going? How long for? When will she back? Who is she going with? Is she going to be okay?
"Marie... I'll see you soon, okay?"
"Okay. Goodbye, Peggy."
Marie removed her hand and then stood up. She walked toward the stairs, then turned and smiled at Peggy. She went downstairs and then returned with a blanket and pillow in her hands. She put the pillow beneath Peggy's head and draped the blanket over her.
"...and don't forget me, yeah? I've loved having you as a sister and I don't want to return to you thinking I'm a stranger." Marie giggled, before turning once again and going down the stairs.
Little did Peggy know, this would be the last time she would see Marie for 18 years. Watching her go downstairs made her shake, she could feel her heart pounding out of her chest with each step she took.
Suddenly, the bedroom door swung straight open with a squeak and her parents dashed downstairs. Her mother was wearing a gorgeous baby blue nighty which has small white frills at the bottom, with her hair in pink rollers. Her hair was brown, but it was also very long, Marie often used to envy the length of it. Following closely behind was her father, he had black hair, but it was relatively messy and he was usually unshaven, he was wearing a pair of pyjama bottoms with no shirt as usual. They both dashed down the stairs behind their daughter.
Peggy tried to listen, but she couldn't tell any of the words which were being said. She then heard the door slam shut and her mother breaking down into tears.
She didnt even have the strength to open the letter Marie gave her, she threw it to near her feet and screamed loudly, wailing for Marie. Two people had now left her life, but this was only the beginning.
Four years had passed, Peggy was 13 now. It'd been three years since her dad walked out and almost two since the accident. And to add even more salt to her injury, her mother had remarried to Mr. Weaver recently and changed her name to Peggy Weaver. Now one of the only things that felt like a connection to Marie had been changed, she'd been drawing pictures for Marie almost daily and adding them to a box under her bed. Sometimes she would write letters, sometimes she'd draw pictures, and even sometimes she would add photos and things she found around the house. Anything that she felt as if tied together the past 4 years for Marie went in, she hoped to one day give it all to her, show her how her life had been since she and George had left. Even things that made her sad went inside, like a dried up rose from her father's funeral and the letter Marie gave her, she'd almost read it once and put it back. It caused too much pain, even so long after.
Her parents never told her what they and Marie had spoken about, they refused even when asked directly. The relationship Peggy and Mr. Weaver had wasn't the best, she kept trying to distance herself from him and would often cry about her birth father leaving her in Gallows Creek. She would've preferred to live in Quiet Ridge with her father, though that wouldn't have lasted long. Her mother was barely present anymore, she was usually working night shifts and when she wasn't she was anywhere but at home.
Her entire family was soon about to change though, a few months later Mr. Weaver began to get sick, and he didn't last too long after, and soon after her mother was gone too. Almost her entire family was gone aside from a distant aunt from California who had to move in to look after Peggy.
The first months were extremely difficult for her, she had no idea who this woman was nor how she was related to her. But she was a hard worker, and she ended up getting a job for KFAM, she was an office lady but that really wasn't what she wanted. On Peggy's days off she would usually go with her to work and run errands, normally passing around letters from Reggie and making the occasional couple bucks. She never really grew to know the staff all that well, but she loved the building.
From then she knew she wanted to be a radio producer. Reggie gladly allowed her to have the job when she was old enough, he was told by other members of staff how cheerful she was whenever she passed them things and John would let her draw at his desk and sometimes even help with paperwork. She then began training, the days were long and tiring at first but she quickly began to get the hang of things. But there was one issue, they didn't have a show for her to produce... until a radio DJ came all the way from Chicago. Forrest Nash. He replaced the old DJ instantly on The Scream.

I got brown eyes, wavy brown hair with my bangs and the under-part of it dyed in blonde / pink. My face is rounded shaped, got almond-shaped eyes and got soft features, my body is kinda chubby/curvy? But not much.
I'm introverted and a bit shy sometimes, but with friends I'm really funny and the clown of the group iykwim. I get flustered and nervous really easily, if im nervous i talk a lot and blush, in general. I'm really calm most of times but I can't sit still. I'm sensitive, and cry a lot, but even tho I act with my feelings, I know how to balance everything with logic, and my thoughts are always logical, but I often end up acting with my feelings.
I got a lot of anxiety, too, pessimistic, insecure... i worry about anything, and im a scaredy cat, the security is a must for me, but I'm trying to get better and overcome these stuff by myself (and its not going wrong! Its working slowly!) Since I'm really decisive and I know what's good for me and what's not, I know what i want in life and I'm determined on getting what I want, even if sometimes I break down and think I won't get it, I will always go for it. I'm a conflict avoidant because problems worry me too much, and I don't like that. But if something doesn't benefit me like at all, i wont wait to discard it and go away, be it a person (when they are being toxic and harsh ON PURPOSE for example) or a situation.
But even tho I got a lot of stuff in my mind... I'm really kind and empathetic! I want to make everyone laugh in the group, I want to make everyone comfortable and I want everyone to feel included in the groups, if i did something bad i apologize quickly, i care about my friends and family is really important to me ♡.
Oh and im a perfectionist, lazy, AND A BIG TEASE, I like to tease a looottt, it's so funny to me. I'm a bit unpredictable sometimes, and im really intuitive and smart.
I'm a bit obsessive- and i feel like im a bit possesive and jealous on a relationship but i try to not show it, I think I'm a yellow flag indeed. Im not touchy and im independent, but i know im touch-starved, I'm just shy to start affection. I admit being kind of a hopeless romantic who at the same time cringes when sees a couple getting romantic yk?
My humor is really really dark and sarcastic, but is really stupid at the same time.
I like drawing and all the art-related stuff, I like calm and quiet places, like a park in the night! I dont like parties because of the people, because the vibe is not bad, i can stay a while on a party, but not much because people drain me out.
I like playing video games a lot and anime. I dress alt/grunge, i like to dress formal too, and I like music like rock/pop (maneskin, britney spears...) sigilkore (yk, odetari, lumi athena etc) and phonk!
Others tell me I look intimidating outside, yk the resting btch face... I like when others see me like that, but I know that on the inside im a softie who sleeps with stuffed animals yet and dies of cuteness over a kitty😔😔
My energy runs out soon after going out, like I don't have a problem with going out, really, I like strolling around be it alone or with friends! But don't make me go out with friends 2 consecutive days, because I don't have the social energy for that...
I'm only someone who wants to live a calm life but always saying or doing silly funny things to have fun a bit on my own way! And then having a calm, relaxed time, take time for myself and indulge in my hobbies!

hi anon! I definetely will, I'll walk you though how I get to a graphic like this:

(warning, half of my process is just 'throw it at the wall, see what happens' so like, idk how easily explainable it is.)
first off, I get all my inspiration from pintrest, instagram graphics artist and random stuff I find. inspiration is everywhere and I always keep a notebook with me where I draw/write what I come up with.
all my photo's are from pinterest and google, I dont sell these, if you're going to please make sure the photo's you're using are free use.
all my fonts come from dafont.
the program I use is photoshop.
now, I'm going to break up my editing process into 7 parts.
inspo

font
colour blocking
textures
hopefully it's clear enough
gather inspiration.
so I really like this and this edit I made before and they're pretty easy so I wanted to make a new one.
but normally if I wanna make an edit I scroll through my poster/edit inspo pintrest board which you can find here.
normally if I dont have such a clear way I want to go I'd make some sketches to see what works and how to get the idea out of my brain.
2. gather images.
I wanted to make a Danny one so its not to hard to find stuff as I have a specific search for this edit but I also have a growing archive of folders of drivers full of pictures ive found over time that I'd normally go through to find good stuff.
when you use google please remember to click on 'tools' and select 'size' and big otherwise you'll cry because of the bad quality
this is the picture I wanted to use for the danny edit.
I thought this would work well because it has depth and so will show the colour blocking well, it also has the flag and the shoe which is clearly recognizable.

3. trow it into photoshop baybee.
this is going to be hard to explain but I basically jsut fuck around. most of the time I kind of know what I want to do and the way I want to go but one of the first steps is always to raserize the layer.
I also make sure to copy the original picture for later so you have the same picture twice
I do this so i can be lazy and go to quick actions and remove the background because then, I get this.

without basically any work. (it's almost never perfect so after I let photoshop do it's work I fix up the parts that need it.)
this is what your layers should look like fter.

that lil black and white thingy is really useful and if you select that and go over it w the erase tool it doesnt permenantly change anything.
next thing I do is smart sharpen to spice it up, here is the sharpening settings I use.

a small problem with this picture is that it's to small for an A4 size (which is what I'm making it on) so I need to extend the background a little. which I do in the laziest way.
I select the most of the top of the picture I can and copy paste + extend it out. like this:

then, for this edit, I'm gonna add a black and white filter to the background so everything behind daniel is in black and white with an adjustment layer. I do this to keep the focus on our subject and remove any and all focus from the bg.
I also add a guassian blur to the bg to once again, keep the focus on daniel.

now, kinda boring right? yeaaah so now onto
4. colouring
first off CLIPPING MASK IS YOUR BESTIE!!!. if you right click on the adjustment layer and click on clipping mask it will ONLY grab the picture right below it, this way it wont affect everything else you've added to your edit.
anwyay. this is the fun part, and the only way I can explain it, is fuck around, see what you wanna do and what works.
I always add, levels, curves etc to just deepen the blacks and add some contrast. heres the before and after of that.

for this edit I kind of wanna focus on the contrast of blue and orange, kinda like the seb one but a lil different so what I'm gonna do is add hue/saturation and remove the yellow and blue from the picture.
you use this adjustment layer by grabbing the little hand and selecting the colour you want to change.

so I'm gonna play around and remove the blue and yellow from this picture. here's the before and after of that.

now I'm going to add selective colour, i wanna up to an extreme the reds in the suit. this is kinda hard as you'll obviously grab his skin with that too so I'm gonna use that black little mask on this too, it already exists when you add an adjustment layer
it's that little white box, if you select that and ue the erase tool you can basically remove that adjustment layer in places you want to, this is what it looks like on my layers and on the picture.

I want to upp the red even more then this so I'm gonna copy paste that layer two more times and THEN add a non erased selective colour and play around with the depth of the skintone until I'm happy with it.
now I'm almost happy with the colour, I want it to be a bit more blue so I'm gonna go to 'colour balance' and play around with that a little more.

then I'm done with the colouring on the picture itself. I'm also gonna put all my adjustment layers into a folder to make my layers less busy
I'm also going to add noise to both the BG and front picture. it just gives a bit more texture and grain that I like

5. typography!
now the stressful part lol.
I know what I'm gonna add so that makes it easy. the name of the race, place and year. this is hard to explain, I know where I'm gonna put everything because off the other edits so it's just about finding a good font.
for this I'm not gonna fuck around with shapes and text layers and adjustments etc. if you want me to explain that please ask away that's just a whole other 5k worded essay.
I know what kinda font I wanna use at first already these choices have to do with a few things which is basically one questions I ask myself:
is there a vibe that already exists around the race and/or win and how do I translate that into the font? (is it fancy, cool, magical, incredible, bold etc etc)
here's an example of how a font can change the vibe

so the vibe I want to go with for this edit is fancy smansy n stuff so I'm thinking of flowly maybe 1930s vibes this is the font I ended up with

I'm still gonna move the place around but the idea if there.
(I change and play around with my text a lot so, again, ask if you want me to go deeper into this)
6. colour blocking
now for this edit I'm going to add a box of colour, I do this if I want to add a bit of an oomph and contrast to it, I like what I have now but I want to add some contrast to make the colour and him pop even more.
this is petty easy I'm basically just going to add a colour box behind him, I'm gonna do blue as well, thats the opposite of red on the colour wheel AND its the other colour red bull is associated with, also colour theory and all that etc.
I'm also going to add gaussian blur and noise to add some texture and use and overlay. heres the diff in with and without that to show the use of it.

at this point I'm also going to move the text around (as you can see) to make it fit better with the added box
7. texture
the moment where it starts feeling like its finished.
for this edit I kinda want to add some photo texture and more grain. here are the textures I used:

I added these and put it on a screen overlay layer and added some adjustement layers to tweek the last few things.
you can find different textures on google, pinstrest and some awesome artists have texture packs you can pay for w just a few bucks. for these, again, if you're going to sell your work MAKE SURE ITS FREE FOR USE!!!

I add my watermark and maybe fix a few little things but thats all and then I'm done, I reccommend playing around and seeing what works for you.

Keeping myself relatively short to not get behind with the schedule, so here is Part 1 of Vol1 of Trimax!

The saga begins: Wolfwood unable to finish his food

I really like the first panel here! Nothing big to point out, I just think it looks cool how the head is tilted, and the flow of the hair. Lina probably combs through the hair every day so it doesn’t get that fluffy like we normally know Vash’s hair to be when he has no gel in it

First panel Wolfie looks so blushy! He could be acting but I think he’s genuinely happy to see Vash?

Man that page looks just so amazing! I thought about how Nightow often shows much sky in his panels, above a ground that is vast, completely flat apart from buildings and often a bit tilted/diagonally. Then of course the sand clouds...All that really adds up to the overall feeling we get of this planet. Especially the vast sky I think!

Spoilers for Knives in this segment:
I wonder why Knives is shown here with this weird armour that makes him look like some kind of holy/evil knight. Later on he’s never associated with that look anymore if I recall correctly. Maybe I forgot? But I think it was probably just some designy idea that he disregarded later on when he introduced Knives properly, because it didn’t quite fit him anymore. And like this, the yet unknown villain seems more like a typical villain, not telling the reader yet that he might have motives and a worldview that in his mind makes him think he’s actually a savior, someone who does good.
Nothing particular to point out in the Eriks arc but I just wanted to say in general, I love this arc! The panels where we see how they tended to Vash when he appeared injured, how they made him part of their family, how he enjoyed it...and then when Lina has to let him go! I read these parts like Lina has a little crush on Vash, like you might have on an older mysterious but caring guy who treats you like an equal..or it’s love for a big brother! It could be just a mix, it’s probably not important or completely distinguishable anyway. It’s just sweet to see how important Vash became for her and Sheryl, too!
And then another more technical thing, that’s not really an analysis because I didn’t spend much time on it but could be interesting to note when you make comics: I had a look at the pages of ch2 and when it comes to the pacing of the comic, or rather how to keep the interest up, you could say that for every page you can find a little summary that brings something new to the story. Uhm what I mean is eg. page 13 could be: “Lina’s affection for Vash”. (I might have numbered them differently than youu) P14: “Bad guy appears”. P15: “Bad guy threatens them”. P16: “Vash does not care” P17: “Provocation and attack”. It’s probably needless to point this out cause it’s like “Duh of couse you can do this” but when you’re making comics and drawing in general it’s often helpful to remind yourself again of the most logical and smallest things. So I guess what I myself as a comic artist would want to take from this, since I quite like the spacing in the chapters of Trigun, is, that with every new page you want to introduce a new aspect to the story, even if they are only talking. To keep the story interesting and have the reader wanting to read the next page as well!

A beautiful page is a beautiful page. This page always struck out to me, especially the mid section with Vash (he looks so beautiful too!) Is it more crowded than normally? I’m not sure and a bit too lazy to fully analyze if there’s even smth to analyze. I guess I just like it! Also, the following page is also really cool! This page and the next are a really good example of storytelling without words!

Another thing I just noticed on my third reread (makes me wonder just how fast I skimmed through these pages on the first 2 reads): Meryl not only protecting Vash by stopping this maniac, but also figuring out that this is also a big insurance fraud plan! Meryl is def the employee of the month!

I’ve decided to continue talking about my “Shadow’s Kid Army” shit cause I couldn’t fit all the drawings I had in the first post soooooo
Part 2!!!!
I’m gonna start of with the image that started it all

As you can see, 4 of them didn’t have names. Them now being Lydia, Jules, Belle, and Rowan. Also Rowan’s base sketch looked like Yugi from Yugio! At least in my opinion so that was their place-holder name until I came up with a better one lol
You also finally get to see my design for Shadow! Him and his third eye. That whole canvas actually started with that Shadow drawing too! I just wanted to draw an angy Shadow for practice and it evolved into that whole thing.
Kirra also wasn’t a thing until maybe a week later?

Same goes for the little family tree thing I had made. She just didn’t exist yet, plus they had 9 kids at the time and didn’t think it would be right to add a 10th but she’s here now and they aren’t getting any more! (At least I hope…)
I just realized that Shadow has 7 kids that are biologically his… Wow he actually does have an army…

This is when I decided to add a 10th kid. My friend had given me the idea of Metal and Amy just walking in and asking him to make them a robot kid 😆 Just to continue their “army”! This is still one of my most favorite things I made that’s just fuckin random as hell.

I really just wanted to practice expressions on him. Mostly cause of an unfinished comic where he just drowns due to a fish.

Not the best quality but I spent like 30 minutes looking for a better up to date version cause I’m too lazy to get out of bed and charge my iPad to get a screenshot so this will have to do!
The concept is-
The whole family is on a camping trip by a lake somewhere.
All the tens have been set up, most of the kids are chilling and doing there own thing. Shadow is taking Jules and Kirra to get fire wood n shit, Alis and Eric are chilling by the water, Maria is watching Sam fail at hiding something behind his back to Amy, Lydia is also chilling by the water somewhere, and Silver is already in the lake relaxing. Sol wasn’t there and was with his mom.
Sonic and Metal are chattin’. Just havin a conversation about whatever, but then Sonic asks Metal if he’d want to race across the Lake. Ya’know just being rivals n shit. Metal agrees and they get ready. In the background we see Amy chasing Sam.
They count down “3-2-1” and they’re off! Sonic running across the waters surface while Metal is just flying over.
Silver literally has no clue about what’s happening. He had actually fallen asleep for a minute and doesn’t know that he’s in their direct pathway. Sonic and Metal also don’t realize cause they’re too focused on beating the other.
As Sonic and Metal get closer, a few of the kids realize that Silver is gonna ran-over essentially. So Lydia is yelling at Silver to swim faster while Alis is trying to tell Sonic and Metal to stop. Which doesn’t happen and Silver ends up being splashed and pushed under the water. He loses he cool shades and is upset after they pass over him.
As Sonic and Metal get to the center of the lake, a fish ends up jumping out of the water. At a pretty bad time too cause it’s directly in Metal’s way and lined up with his engine.
(Now we’re at the parts that aren’t drawn)
The fish ends up inside Metal’s torso, causing him to abruptly stop. Since he can’t speak Sonic just keeps on going until he’s back on land.
At this point everyone has been looking at their race and has noticed that Metal is fucking drowning and the only one closest to him is Sonic. They start yelling and getting his attention. When Sonic realizes this he quickly makes his way to Metal(albeit kinda scared cause he’s in the water now and not just over it). But he manages to get Metal out and back to land where he isn’t responding.
At this point Sonic, Amy, Shadow, and a few of the kids are there trying to get him to boot back up to no avail. Realizing that he had taken on too much water Sonic decides to take him to Eggman to get him fixed immediately. The rest of the family decides to pack up their shit and try again another day while Sonic running Metal to Eggman.
Sonic busts through Eggman’s door and says something along the lines of
“Yo your son kinda fuckin drowned, don’t know how but you need to fix him otherwise Amy will be pissed byeeeee~” as he justs sets Metal down and runs out.
Then it would just cut to Eggman pulling a charred wet fish out of Metal and being hella confused

A mix I guess. I have seen and sometimes like to doodle words into symbols as a like, note taking doodle and thought my (nick)name would make a really suitable one and so I felt like making a neon "me and who I am" sigil of it. To some level it is probably also somewhat inspired by the odd nature of my pride to my authentic self - bith good and bad - that I've been thinking on, but I cant say I *specifically* put that into the sigil, more so that unlike Riku who draws for drawing sake, usually if I feel like doing art its cause I have shit I wanna express in some way or form
Actually now that I'm saying that, I think I'm one of the only parts - or at least the only one who does it so explicitly - that uses creative arts specificalky as a way to express, simmer and think / feel about things. Cause its largely the reason I play musical instruments (which is also my usual go to for artistic self expression because its the expressive language that comes most naturally / fluently to me). Like honestly, I'll be the first cool apathetic aloof tough guy asshole to 100% admit I'm - as Riku would put it - "deceptively emotional" in the sense that I am 1000% an EP and almost every emotion and thing I think and feel about it cranked up to like 100. I'm just (relatively) good at toning it down (and yes what I show on here is like 5% tops of what I'm like internally). Plus apparently I'm one of the "most emotionally intelligent parts in the system" which I don't take as a compliment, and 100% more of a concerning statement cause I'm still an idiot with emotions and shit. But TLDR, despite being a total asshole apathetic douchebag 95% of the time, I actually understand and am absolutely emotionally affective - just the shit I am affected by and what "most normal people" are just don't really match up and so they call me antisocial 😂 /hj
But like, you catching me partially in my introverted introspective expressive hours aside, to answer your question yes and no. Directly represented in it? Nah. The probably subtle drive behind having done it though? Yeah for sure.
It's also decently inspired by some digital / videogame photography I've seen floating around the Cyberpunk community and that game in itself has a lot of personal significance to me because as much as I shitpost about being "literally Johnny Silverhand" - the game gets far too real for me because of how stupidly accurate of a depiction of me that Johnny is. Like I don't "kin" Johnny. Johnny kins me, I'm Johnny's source. So that also probably goes into it. That games been haunting my mind for like, a few weeks cause it was genuinely a planned assassination attempt on my psyche. It has its problems but good god has it made me Think About Things.
Also I was gonna either draw either a rocker silhoette or a headshot with dynamic lighting of myself over it with the neon backlighting it, but I 1) don't enjoy drawing humans / humanoids that much and got lazy 2) didn't want to fuck it up and 3) could always ask Riku to do it for me cause then I don't have to draw a human and they owe me anyways
I also think in a way its partially an expression of a sense of victory and pride in my dysfunctional ass that really got us to a decent place without sacrificing my authenticity and identity - thus the very largely plastered "XIV" in neon lights that was supposed to be combined either with a headshot or a rocker boy silhoette - but who knows.
TLDR Yeah theres a lot of shit behind it cause I always have a lot of things I think and feel in the background like 24/7

Hi.
So, as you may or may not have realized, I haven't really posted all that much this month aside from that one trade I did. And I have a reason for that: I am working on this year's Pride Month project...or I was.
You see, things started ok...kinda late but ok...but then I sidetracked, began delaying when I was gonna do the next character and what not and so forth. Part of it was because I was lazy and got too focused on scrolling on my phone, and just recently it's because a lot is going on at my job it's been draining me.
Holy fuck, I have never wanted to leave my job so bad, but I don't have a vehicle or a license...just a permit. Almost every customer treats me like garbage, and some even tried to get me in trouble and accuse me of being rude to them all because I couldn't sell them cigarettes without an ID. My manager, being the manager, has to get onto me for bad behavior, and it just tips me over the edge. She was not the same person I first met when I transferred to a different dollar store. In fact, she has been making rules up just so her relationship with the entire town can stay stable...such as changing their prices to march exactly what the customers want, which is something we are not allowed to do, but any objection will get us in trouble.
But here's another thing about her, wait for it...SHE DOES DRUGS!!! :D No really, she will actually leave me in the store all alone during her break (which again, is not anything she is supposed to do) just to get stoned or get a quick shot of dope. But it's funny because she bragged about putting away that kind of stuff and being sober, but of course that turned out to be a crock of shit. Because a few days ago, the cops came into the store while I was working and searched the entire store, including her office, because she ended up getting a warramt for her arrest thanks to one of her relatives who is in prison fessing up over her doing drugs, and the next day, another cop delivered the news to me that she, along with her boyfriend, was in jail, and that she will appear in court sometime this week.
So yeah, no wonder the manager has been acting way over her head here lately. She was a crackhead. Ha...and the assitant manager was gone for the weekend. So that only left the 3 of us to run the whole store. The whole thing set me off, and I decided I wasn't going to do anything when I got home. The manager's boss is supposed to come over this week to decide whether or not she is going to stay, and it's very likely she will not.
So aside from delaying and a shitty job, another thing is that when I do draw, I have been getting drained very quickly. This is because I have more big characters than I do small characters. Some I haven't even drawn in forever or some with lots of details. I ended up saving 2 drawings for another time.
So that being said, I don't see myself finishing it, which is a shame because I was really looking forward to this but life got the best of me. I wish I didn't have so tired all the time, I wish I didn't have a shitty job, I wish my manager wasn't a drug user, and more importantly, I wish I drawing characters didn't take every bit of energy I have out of me.
I'm sorry folks. After I get done typing this, I'm gonna do like a quick doodle to post so I'll have something for Art Summary this year. And then at some point. I'll post what I did finish for the project. This was...a really rough experience and I hope I can resume to normal posting again.
P.S. Fuck typing on the phone with fat fingers my god

This was the first one. It was alright, although looking at it now, I wish I had not done the shadows 😅

This is when I realized that I could use a piece of scrap paper to test my colors. I think Raph turned out GREAT, and this is also when I figured out how to do the block shading (I added it to Donnie and Mikey after)

I did not do Leo next (mostly cause I couldn't find a good pic) so I did this sketch that I HATE because Donnie's face is bad. Like... it's just bad.

Then I finally found a good pic for Leo! His face is so pointy tho, and it REALLY bothers me cause I can't get it to look right for me. Other than that, the only problem was I have to use a highlighter for his mask and sash thingy and it gave me grief. He also looks too buff. Like I couldn't get the right proportions, so he just looks slightly strange. (I end up having this problem with Mikey and Donnie too 🥲)

Next I did 2012 Donnie. I'm not used to drawing 3D, so I did 2D. It was a nightmare and I wish I had used the crossover episode as a reference instead. Overall, Donnie turned out decent.

After Donnie, I did 2012 Raph. I did NOT learn from all my mistakes and I used another reference from a normal episode. I did know what to do differently drawing wise, and Raph looks way better than Donnie. (He does look like he's holding the camera. He isn't)

I was out of the house when I drew 2012 Leo (plus a Rise Leo), so I didn't have access to my colored pencils or normal paper. I really like 2012 Leo, but AGAIN Rise Leo has SUCH a pointy head!

And then, finally, I made a collage/series thing. I am SO proud of this, although there are parts I despise. Leo's face? Hate it. Kinda made me want to cry drawing that. Mikey's whole self? (Not to mention the fact that I used the wrong color for one of his mask tails?) Hate it. Donnie's whole positioning with Raph? Also hate it. I got real lazy at the end (cause I'd been working on this for 2 days and couldn't find good poses for the other three)

In case my writing is both too small and too messy to read, here's the translations from left to right:
1st pic: on Donnie's right "I love my brother" is repeated all the way down, getting aggressive at the end. This is what Donnie is thinking. Above him the text says "has listened patiently for 1.5 hours and is having a mental breakdown."
Above Leo the text says "has been rambling for 2 hours." On Leo's left he is saying "And that's why when Usagi said to run, I decided to go and SAVE him instead- hey, and- [missing text going behind Leo] ever get- [missing text] cause I'd- [missing text] it and- [missing text] you live- [missing text] -igh? So.... For a while, my brain was thinking random shit.
Some brainrot, ideas & bits I want to draw (but know that I probably won't finish it or even work on it lol), more brainrot from some interesting AUs... Things like that.
But while I was feeding my brainrot for the DCA, I thought of something...
So... I vaguely remember seeing someone having the headcanon about Fazbear Entertainment having multiple mega pizza plexs at different locations. That and me remembering the canon info about the plex having a SHIT TON of endoskeletons (both corrupted/hacked and non-corrupted ones), for what I presume is mainly for repair/replace/any maintenance for the Glamrock Crew.
With these random things in my mind... It got me thinking.... Would Fazbear Entertainment during the development of planning out/building the plex, make prototypes and do some lazy testing?
Like yeah... Fazbear Entertainment in general are shady as fuck, WILL take a LOT of dangerous risks for a quick buck, WILL 100% cover up anything that would result in being in hot water. The list could go ooooon... But I would imagine this company would "try" to do something properly...
Why I mention this at all? Well... AU idea!
What if there was an old DCA prototype animatronics that wasn't used? Like during its development/testing phase it didn't make the cut due to certain reasons. (I still need to iron out that bit lol)
So... The prototypes failed and are put away in storage until the company figures out what to do with it. Probably be used for spare parts or be completely scrapped altogether. But that's a problem the company can deal with later...
Some years passed by annnnd the company realized that the old prototypes are basically useless to them (In the terms of replacing parts due to different model parts). And they can't simply scrap them so easily unless they want to deal with a LOT backlash.
What will Fazbear Entertainment do about this 'difficult' predicament?
Sold the prototypes for $50 and a lot of paperwork... I do mean a LOT of paperwork... For legal reasons (mainly to avoid legal liability)
But who in the world would buy possibly glitchy, dangerous, faulty robots from a company with a sketchy rumors and suspicious history?
You would! ....Or well Y/N would. Why did they do this? Well... Why not?
(The reason isn't ironed out just yet lol)
What would you do after getting two inactive robots with incomplete manuals/vague scribbles of notes annnnd little to no experience with working with machinery?
Fake it till you make it!
