What an amazing fasting experience.21 days fasting for the first time.Only vegetables,fruits,water and tee. It was easier than I thought and only towards the end I got tired of my small food choice. Sometimes it was challenging to find food with no sugar,still I mastered it. I will continue this journey with less sugar and less carbohydrates. Thanks to @jentezen and @freechapel for the inspiration. One way to look at spirituality is as a universal understanding of self beyond the confines of the social programming of this 3rd dimension. It is an awareness of your connection to and likeness of the creator. (Creator is even a complex term to use to describe "source" because the suffix "or" denotes a "person who". Source is not a person but more so an energy or entity that is fluidly expressing itself as human, animal, rock, plant, air, water, ect in this 3rd dimension.) Spirituality is understanding that we are not seperate from anything on the planet but rather just different variations of the same energy...similar to water and ice. Its about reconnecting and orienting ourselves to that knowledge of self and operating accordingly. Once we remove the illusion that we are a body at all... then we begin to tap into what we actually are and gain freedom. Beyond that any "god" that we project outside of ourselves, is simply a representation and reminder of our inner divinity. God was not created in the image of man. Man was created in the image of God. God is a vibratory frequency/energy that exist all aroud us.
