Barry takes his glasses off and presses the heels of his hands against his eyes. He’s been staring at his computer for far too long today. The computer in question sits on the couch next to him, screen obscenely bright in his dim living room.

He’d been ignoring the emails that infiltrated his inbox with growing frequency and urgency, all of them riddled with subject lines like “Payment Plans for Upcoming Semester,” and “Payment Due Soon,” and “Seriously, You Owe Us Tens of Thousands of Dollars and We Aim to Collect.” You know, normal stuff.

He’d always figured that actually doing the coursework would be the hardest part of grad school, not figuring out how to fund it without owing his soul and first-born child to the federal government. But the fact of the matter is that he’s reached a dead end; most of everything his mom left him was used to pay off his undergrad loans some years back. His university has mentioned scholarships and work study but he’s convinced the scholarships are a myth and also his university declined to mention that the work study they offer doesn’t actually pay him in money, rather they just pay for three course credits. Don’t get him wrong, that’s better than nothing but that doesn’t help pay his rent or buy textbooks.

Once again he mourns the fact that the only applied arcane theory program that accepted him just had to be a private university many states away.

He returns his glasses to his face and pulls his laptop closer to him. He’s about three modules into his ten-module long loan counseling. It’s basically an online program that explains in excruciating detail just how deeply the federal government has his future in their pocket. “Oh, hey Barry! If you Ever fall behind on your loans, we can garnish your wages that already probably won’t be able to pay for a studio apartment in Neverwinter and also you’ll be paying these back for anywhere from ten to twenty five years! You also cannot declare bankruptcy because you live in hell!! Only way to get off the hook for these is if your school shuts down before you get your degree or you die! Now sign on the dotted line after you hyperventilate a little when you look at just how much money you’re going to be responsible for!”

The whole process makes his stomach hurt; there’s no good reason education should be this much. He’s going to be saddled with loans worth more than any yearly salary he could hope to have and now he’s gotta pay them back or die.

Wait.

He rereads the loan forgiveness terms. “If your loan servicer receives acceptable documentation of your death, your federal student loans will be discharged,” he reads to himself. He's got it.

He lets loose a laugh that borders on maniacal and roots around for his phone. It rings once before someone picks up on the other end.

“Lup!” He whoops.

“Bear? What’s up? You sound extremely excitable right now.”

“Okay, remember when you wanted to get married for tax benefits?”

“I do! I also remember you turned me down because you didn’t want to our marriage to be for convenience.”

Barry laughs to himself. “Yeah, I still stand by that.”

“You sap,” she sighs fondly.

“Well, I think I found a way to scam the federal government through a loophole.”

“Gods I love when you talk dirty to me!”

“We can talk more when you come home but I can almost promise you neither of us are paying off our student loans.”

“Barry, I don’t have a clue what you’re talking about and I can’t wait to hear your devious plan. Love you!”

“Love you.” He clicks end on the call and looks around for his theoretical necromancy notes from a few semesters ago.

Lucretia pulled the door of her room shut and scrubbed tears from her face. Magnus just needed to sleep it off. He’d be fine. They’d all be fine, Lucretia kept telling herself like some kind of chant to a long-forgotten god. She just had to find the others.

She happened upon Merle and Davenport first. They were at the dining room table. Merle watched Davenport carefully as the captain shook like a soaking wet dog. Lucretia plastered a tight smile on her face though she was certain it would fool nobody. At least, it wouldn’t have ten minutes prior.

“Are you both okay?” she asked, glancing between them.

“Uh. I’m a little confused myself. Who’re you? And where exactly are we?” Merle squinted his eyes at her.

Her stomach twisted. Her plan was working, it seemed. And she hated every moment. “I’m…I’m a friend, of sorts. And we are on a vessel that will dock very soon. And then I’m gonna take you home. Soon. I promise.” She spoke slowly, chose her words carefully, and hoped that Merle’s bad memory would give her some breathing room.

“Davenport.”

Lucretia turned and looked at Davenport, a slight furrow in her brow. “Yes, you’re Davenport.”

He looked up at her and she saw a look in his eyes she would never forget. She saw panic and fear on his face like she’d never seen before, not even during their closest encounters with the Hunger. “I-I’m Davenport,” he repeated, voice shaking.

No. Gods no there was no way. She nodded and forced her smile to widen. “Right. Davenport, do you know where you are?”

“Davenport.”

She looked back to Merle. “Has he said anything besides his name in the past ten or so minutes?”

He shook his head. “Nope. Just Davenport.” He thought for a second, tilting his head consideringly. “Well, I guess he said my name right before he started saying his. Kinda weird ‘cuz I never told him my name. But that’s what we’re working with.”

She already wanted to bring out cups of ichor and abort the plan. How could she do this? Her plan might work but at what cost? “Okay. How’s your head feel?”

“Davenport.” His voice was tight and pained.

“Shitty, now that you mention it. Kinda feels like I got hit over the head with a club or something,” Merle said, frowning deeply.

She nodded. “Right. Do you want to go lie down? A nap might help. I have a room for each of you.”

Davenport looked at her blankly. His gaze was haunted and filled Lucretia with sickening regret.

“I could use a nap,” Merle agreed before standing.

“If you’ll both follow me,” she said primly.

She led them wordlessly down to their rooms, surreptitiously grabbing obvious red flags that were present within them. She grabbed Merle’s jacket, a handful of trinkets from the beach cycle, a memento from the First Church of Fungston, and shut his door without another word. Davenport’s room was easier; his jacket was folded on the edge of his bed and few personal affects that would remind him of the mission were clearly visible.

“I’m so sorry,” she whispered, almost more to herself than to him.

She left before she had to hear him say his own name again.

Barry and Taako were nowhere to be found inside the ship. Should have known that they’d be on the deck; they’d both been spending days on end pouring over maps of the realm, touching down to search for Lup, before coming back and feeling defeated.

What she found on the deck stopped her dead in her tracks. Taako’s wand was at his feet, he was staring into space, eyes welling with tears. He had a white-knuckle grip on the railing. Barry wasn’t there. Barry was nowhere on the ship.

She approached Taako carefully. “Taako?”

He snapped his head up and looked in her direction though his gaze seemed to pass right through her. “H-he told me to blast him. He said he was forgetting someone’s face and he told me to blast him. He was panicked and he was scared and I wanted to help him and I don’t know why. I don’t know why. I blasted him. I killed him. I-I just killed him and he smiledwhile I did it,” Taako babbled. He looked like he was about to snap the whole railing with his bare hands.

“Taako, it’s okay,” she said, reaching to put a hand on his shoulder.

He flinched away from her and glared. “Don’t fucking touch me! This isn’t okay! I-I killed a guy. I killed a guy and he probably had a fucking family or something at home.”

“Taako, please. I need you to breathe, okay?” Lucretia did her best to be firm and kind. It usually worked.

“How do you know my name? Who are you? A-and where are we? And who was that guy?” Taako snapped. He was putting on a big front but Lucretia knew what this was. He had on the same feral cat façade that he did when she first met him.

Lup can feel her soul vibrating in her body. This isn’t an uncommon occurrence, just the nature of a lich contained. The sweat prickling her scalp though? That’s all nerves, the kind of physiological vulnerability Lup hates. See, everyone’s getting together later for the largest event of the season; the garden party the twins are throwing for their birthday. It’s going to be obnoxious and extravagant and unbecoming, surely. That’s not the source of her anxiety, though.

Lup’s called Taako over early to give him his gift. (If she’s being honest, it’s as much for her as it is for him but who really wants to argue semantics?) She’s reminded him about it no less than four hundred times in the past week. The timing on this is vital, she thinks.

She glances at the clock that hangs over the kitchen sink and bites at her thumbnail; he’s not even late yet, she’s getting worked up over nothing. She murmurs a quick message to Barry through her Stone of Far Speech before filling a kettle and putting it on the stove to boil. She’s pawing through the pantry for honey and tea, fingertips just able to nudge the honey down without a casualty when she hears a key turn in the lock.

“In here!” she calls, retrieving three teacups from a cabinet near the stove. She methodically drops a large dollop of honey in the bottom of each. She pushes them back from the edge of the counter and moves to lean against the island in the middle of the kitchen.

“Lup, the fact that you made me get up early on my birthday is a crime, frankly,” Taako bemoans as he enters the kitchen, sliding onto a stool as he does.

“Our birthday,” she corrects with a dramatic eye roll. She darts a glance back at the clock again.

“Why’re you being weird?” Taako squints at her. Lup turns to look back at Taako and tries to play it as cool as she can. She’s certain she’s reapproaching normalcy already.

“I’m not being weird,” Lup says, giving a weird little smile. Too plasticine, she realizes too late. She doesn’t do this whole nerves bullshit well. It’s annoying and gross.

“You’re being certifiably weird, Lu. But go ahead, try to pull a fast one over on your dear brother,” Taako laments, putting his chin in his hands. The kettle whistles before Lup’s able to tease him about being a drama queen. At once she gets to work, adding a small splash of hot water to the bottom of each teacup, swirling them around to loosen the honey. She then dumps a healthy amount of tea leaves in each cup and covers them with water. She grabs three small plates from the cupboard and covers them. When she turns around, Taako’s staring at her, his eyes narrowed.

“What?” she asks innocently.

“Why are you making three cups? I thought Barold was out doing errands?”

“He is.”

Taako crosses his arms. “Lup, what’s going on? I don’t dig cagey and I do believe I was promised a gift that couldn’t be given in front of everyone else,” he says expectantly.

Lup takes a breath to steady herself. “Taako, I found her.”

His face folds in on itself in confusion. He glances back over at the three teacups and suddenly his face is opening back up in understanding and disbelief. “Bullshit. There’s no way. I-I’ve asked Kravitz about that a thousand times. He said that you can’t just go dipping in the Astral Plane of other planarverses. He said that not even the Raven Queen could clear something like that. Said it wasn’t possible. That’s the whole reason he wasn’t chasing our asses until we touched down in Faerun,” Taako babbles, trying to ignore that defiant, stomach flipping hope bubbling up inside of him.

Lup beams and ignores the clenching in her throat. “Well, you’re not supposed to be able to. But Kravitz, Barry, RQ, and I have been looking for a workaround. Not just for this, apparently RQ and some of the other gods have been looking for a way to connect with their cross-planar counterparts. I guess to like, aid in the smooth running of each planar system? To be honest when she was talking about it I couldn’t really follow but the point is that I found her, Taako. I haven’t talked to her yet. Wouldn’t do that without you. But we did some tests to make sure it’d all be okay and they went perfect. It’s not like it’s a forever open door or anything, though. Strictly speaking, us lowly non-gods still won’t be able to do this but it’s kinda hard to argue with a few saviors of the universe.” Lup cringes for a minute. “I hate playing that card sometimes but I feel like this is worth it.” Her voice catches at the last moment and she clears her throat. She’s determined not to cry.

Taako’s determination to not cry was shattered roughly ten seconds into Lup’s explanation. “How long?” he asks, voice wobbly. He’s not stupid, play too rough with the boundaries of the world and things can get a little fucky. But he wants to make the most of this.

“Few hours? That’s why I had you come over so early. I wanted us to have plenty of time. Didn’t wanna bring her to the party later, that’s just too much. But if you’re okay with it, I do want Barry to drop in for just a minute. He really wants to meet her.”

Taako scoffs and tries to sweep his emotion under a bravado coated façade. “I mean you’re outta your gourd if you think I’m not getting Krav or Angus in here for like ten minutes. I just…I need to know if she heard the Song. I want her to see it was worth it.”

And there goes Lup’s resolve. She nods and smiles a tremulous smile, paying no mind to the tears welling. She removes the plates from the teacups and brings them over to the counter. A sweep of her hand and a scythe materializes out of thin air. She steadies herself against it for a moment as Taako rises to stand beside her. They exchange a glance before Taako gives an encouraging nod. Lup swings the blade effortlessly like she has countless times before. A familiar riiiiip sounds through the kitchen and Lup extends her hand through the tear that formed, waving the scythe away as she does.

Out of the rip walks an older, plump elf woman, a purple shawl wrapped around her shoulders. Soft lines mark her face that indicate a lifetime of joy. She’s a little shorter than the twins but not by much. Her dark waves are pinned up in a bun, her stark white streak still hanging down free like an accessory. She looks incredible. She looks the same as she did when they first met her. She’s smiling wider than the whole world, it seems.

Taako and Lup are doing their best not to openly sob but it’s hard. How can they not? A moment of hesitation passes before they both sweep her up in the tightest hug any of them have ever experienced. The twins each rest their heads on one of her shoulders.

They don’t speak for a moment as they all take in the incredulity, the impossibility of what happened.

“Hi, Tía,” Taako manages to get out between sniffles.

“We have a lot to catch you up on,” Lup says with a wet laugh.

“Believe me, darlings, I’ve heard so much.”

at least one of thb should have died in wonderland. the place has been designed to get the max suffering out of everyone but it was love that kept them all alive.

Merle (and to a lesser extent, Magnus) gave precious hp to Taako to keep him from biting it

Taako and Merle literally pulled Magnus's soul away from the Astral Plane

Lup devoured and destroyed Edward which destroyed Lydia in the process

and Barry kept them safe in every possible way he could

all huge acts of love in a place full of despair

I think being in such close contact with the Light for so many years did kinda do Something to the birds.

because Taako is not charismatic, that's canonical. but, even joke canonical, everyone adores him, desires him, wants to give him all their possessions. people cannot get enough of Taako, even after he dooms a town

Magnus, thanks to his rustic hospitality, is a likeable guy. but he was able to help lead the rebellion that gave him his folk hero status that gave him his rustic hospitality. people were willing to die by his side, this guy who was fairly new to their community

Lucretia managed to begin a whole secret organization and employ a large staff. These missions were deadly, dangerous, and promised the potential to have their very beings wiped from existence. yet people were willing to join the Bureau

these are the most striking instances of this but it's almost like a bit of that craveability brushed off on each of them through all their encounters with it

is there seriously nowhere to buy textbooks in person anymore for vic uni?? wow that really is horrible. fuck all the "protestors" and their lingering sentiment. what's your opinion on vic uni as it stands now? i've heard from a lot of people that in recent years it has changed (in a negative way), and even tho the uni wasn't responsible for the protestors, i heard from some people that they weren't so keen on the uni in the aftermath. whether it was due to the proximity to parliament or i also heard the uni's response towards students was basically "tough luck" when their finances and studies were impacted due to the "protestors"

yeah we got emails and the response was straight up "nothing we can do, avoid coming in if you feel threatened" which was like. yeah?? we feel threatened? 12-18 yr old girls at the local high school had to add like 20/30 mins to their commute because if they went past the protests they would be harassed. my 19 yr old coworker was reduced to tears by a man screaming at her at the train station about her mask. she had to come into work using uber to avoid it happening again. she lived over an hour away, it was NOT cheap.

i walked past or through the protestors a lot because i had to go in that way to study, home was too busy and our internet was spotty. i had to get very used to ignoring the shouting. but the public were at boiling point by the end assaults/harassment of the general public had gone up, local businesses being invaded happened more and suddenly people were driving past the protestors throwing milkshakes or yelling at them, which only made them more aggressive.

as for whats up at vic im not sure im the best person to ask. i dont pay attention to too many of the changes and rarely participate in clubs (i did help with classical theater and uniq in my first 2 years)

what i can say is the million dollars spent on the new science centre was useless, as the reason the science department needed a new building was because their lecture halls and labs were too small. the buildings rooms are the exact same size as they were in the other building. so the science faculty are fucked if they want anything for the next decade because "oh well you just got a new building." i dont know why theyve bought that massive bloody abandoned building down the hill and dont see how paying for its destruction is going to help with costs, god knows what they plan on putting there. at least first years will stop breaking in and cutting themselves on broken glass and nails/falling through broken flooring.

i adore pretty much all but one or two lecturers ive had at vic, the good ones are exceptionally good and make attending class a joy. and because nz is so small they know everyone in their subject worth knowing and are happy to make connections with them possible which is a lifesaver. also as someone who restarted their degree cos health problems + changed subjects ive had a LOT of lecturers from psych to classics to media studies to polsci. my main problem is the problem is the treatment of lecturers.

a close friend of mine from high school works as a tutor there and as much as he adores it, every time hes ever gotten his paycheck its because his union pressed vic to send it on time. recently theres been protests by staff for better pay, which i fully support, i even attended some protests because quite frankly for the experience, knowledge and ties these people have they are paid a pittance.

as for the book stores, we have multiple bookstores here but most are secondhand. the ones that arent dont stock textbooks, because the dedicated textbook place for 50+ years has been vicbooks. i dont know who it will fall to. unitybooks maybe? or we'll just have to order online like i said before.

but with the protests, people likely got turned off heading to vic because, ultimately, parliaments down the hill from from it. literally you just gotta walk up the terrace, turn right and then walk another 5 minutes. takes 20 minutes if youre fit enough. getting into uni was near impossible for most people because you had to go through or past the protest camp to get there (unless you were lucky enough to live on the other side of the city and go up the terrace the other side). also, because the main city train station and main city bus station are/were on the other side of the camp, it made confrontation if you used those modes of transport unavoidable.

ultimately the protest is not vics fault, not by a mile. if i were to blame anyone it would be 1. the protestors themselves 2. the police, who, when i walked past on day one, had only sent a cop car and 3 cops to watch over the situation, which is how they managed to pitch all the tents/blockade the traffic/take as much ground as they did. police were woefully, woefully unprepared. 3rd blame goes to the tow companies who all refused to remove the vehicles blocking the street because they were sympathetic to the group that were spraying nazi symbols on the war monument and calling for execution of our politicians. fuck them.

honestly im just glad that its over, even a year on. my dad was coming home when the fighting broke out and he could see them throwing bricks and starting fires a street away and the riot police bearing down on them and using hose. it was incredibly unnerving to watch, esp as i had friends and family working in the buildings around there.

Pavel had always been skinny, maybe even scrawny. He was sick of it, but he never had the appetite to really pack on any more weight, nor the dedication. He went to the gym on occasion , but never stuck with it.

He was turning 28 next month and he hated that he was still a twink. Sure, some guys liked him skinny and smooth, but he was tired of how skinny he was. 60 kgs on his 1.75m height was just not enough.

It was on a porn site where he heard about a new formula “bulk up instantly- massive weight gainer”. Pavel had seen adverts for similar “instant “ formulas come up in the past on that porn site before, but he didn’t buy into it. They were sometimes posted in the comments but always disappeared quickly, scrubbed from the site.

This time, however, it seemed different. Sure maybe it wasnt anything, but he clicked on it. It launched his email immediately with a subject line already filled out “request- massive weight gainer”

No way, this was suspicious as hell.

He thought he closed the tab, and his email, and didn’t think anything more of it.

Not even 5 minutes later he got an email from a strange email address with the like “Re: request- massive weight gainer”

“50€ for the full dose, 35€ for a half dose. Take with exercise.”

Pavel was pissed, the bastards had grabbed his email address and now he was getting spam.

Pavel ignored it.

An hour later another email popped in, from the same spam-ish looking sender:

“Pavel, spécial discount for you! 35€- full dose. Get huge “

How did they get his name?

He wrote back “take me off the email list”

And just moments later “Pavel, this weight gainer can make you enormous like you’ve always wanted. We will send it to you for free, just promise to take photos of your progress and it’s yours.”

Pavels dick stirred a bit. The idea of getting enormous did turn him on. He looked at his scrawny build and before he even finished typing his mailing address in the response another email came in.

“Your free dose of massive weight gainer is in the mail. It will be sent to

Now Pavel was spooked. How had they known his full address? He turned off his computer and went to bed.

A small box came the next day from “Énorme, a division of Mass. Inc.”

He was too freaked out to try it. For days the unopened package sat on his desk. About a week after the mysterious package arrived he recieved another unsolicited email:

“Thank you for choosing Énorme, a division of Mass inc. Please go ahead and try the formula you have been sent. You will enjoy the huge bulk it will add to your frame. You will enjoy growing enormous. You will love your new size. Please respond to this email with your progress pictures.

Best,

The Énorme team.”

Pavel couldn’t believe it. What were they even talking about? As he read and re read the words in the email he felt himself getting turned on. He had to try it, he had to get enormous. Fuck he was getting hard as hell thinking about what that formula would do to him. He was all in on it. Suddenly, instead of uneasy, Pavel wanted to go all in. He wanted to get huge. He stroked his dick at the thought of it.

He opened up the package, found the vial and downed it without hesitation. He started jerking off imagining his thin frame blowing up.

Within the hour Pavel saw changes to his body. His thin frame was getting ever so slightly bigger. He was starting to fill out. He stepped on the scale. 63 kgs.

He was growing, the formula was working. Pavel jerked off a second time thinking about it. As the minutes passed he could feel himself getting heavier, adding more and more chunk to his frame, his ass filling out. Three hours after drinking the entire formula, he was up to 70 kilos and gaining fast. A small little belly was starting to form on his formerly flat stomach. He was ballooning up. By 14 hr he was 80 kilos and his belly was starting to really make itself known. His frame was widening, but he was growing chubbier without adding much muscle.

That evening as he jerked off the 6th time to his growing belly and fattening form, he realized he needed to workout, per the instructions. Fuck! No wonder he was just getting fat.

Pavel headed to the gym and began a half hearted workout in the biggest clothes he could find. His now nearly 100 kg frame was dominated by a new belly. Pavel was never one for working out, but he gave it a shot. He took the selfie requested by the Énorme team. His arms looked bigger and his shoulders had some suggestion of muscle- but mostly it was his belly. A big growing belly that was taking up more and more space in front of him.

Fuck! He really was getting huge. He couldn’t believe how thick he was getting. His belly was getting so round and heavy. He could feel his new weight slowing down his steps. He could feel his new body still expanding as he lifted weights.

115 kgs was what the scale said at the gym. He was huge! There weren’t any men as chunky and thick as him anywhere in the gym. He looked at himself, turned on by his much fatter, rounder form. He looked like one of those fat American gainers he liked.

Wait, what? He liked gainers? Fuck. He was so turned on by his transformation. He did like gainers. He loved gainers.

Back at home he couldn’t do anything but explore his new growing form and jerk off. He could more muscle mass being added to his build- his shoulders were growing wider and his arms were getting much thicker. He liked what he saw. A fat man with muscle as his foundation. Fuck, this was him now. A thick, strong looking fat man. Huge belly, thick arms. He obsessed over his new body. Feeling himself growing... gaining.

He didn’t sleep that night, so was too worked up. After around 3 am, he could feel the growth was coming to an end. He knew it was wearing off. The only thing that still fit him were his elastic gym shorts, and even they were incredibly tight.

Pavel tried to weigh himself on his scale, but got an error message. He now exceeded the 150 kilo weight limit. Fuck, he was so blown up. He felt like a blimp and he loved every second of it. Pavel snapped the second pic to get a sense of his new size.

He sent off the pics to Énorme that morning.

They were right, Pavel did love being enormous. Now the question was, what was he going to wear?

Is Natural Immunity More Effective Than the COVID Shot?

According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data,1 COVID-19 “cases” have trended downward since peaking during the first and second week of January 2021.

At first glance, this decline appears to be occurring in tandem with the rollout of COVID shots. January 1, 2021, only 0.5% of the U.S. population had received a COVID shot. By mid-April, an estimated 31% had received one or more shots,2 and as of July 13, 48.3% were fully “vaccinated.”3

However, as noted in a July 12, 2021, STAT News article,4 “cases” had started their downward trend before COVID shots were widely used. “Following patterns from previous pandemics, the precipitous decline in new cases of Covid-19 started well before a meaningful number of people had been vaccinated,” Robert M. Kaplan, Professor Emeritus at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, writes. He continues:

“Nearly 50 years ago, medical sociologists John and Sonja McKinlay examined5 death rates from 10 serious diseases: tuberculosis, scarlet fever, influenzae, pneumonia, diphtheria, whooping cough, measles, smallpox, typhoid, and polio. In each case, the new therapy or vaccine credited with overcoming it was introduced well after the disease was in decline.

More recently, historian Thomas McKeown noted6 that deaths from bronchitis, pneumonia, and influenza had begun rapidly falling 35 years before the introduction of new medicines that were credited with their conquest. These historical analyses are relevant to the current pandemic.”

‘Case’ Decline Preceded Widespread Implementation of Jab

As noted by Kaplan, COVID-19 “cases” peaked in early January 2021. January 8, more than 300,000 new positive test results were recorded on a daily basis. By February 21, that had declined to a daily new case count of 55,000. COVID-19 gene modification injections were granted emergency use authorization at the end of December 2020, but by February 21, only 5.9% of American adults had been fully vaccinated with two doses.

Despite such a low vaccination rate, new “cases” had declined by 82%. Considering health authorities claim we need 70% of Americans vaccinated in order to achieve herd immunity and stop the spread of this virus, this simply makes no sense. Clearly, the COVID shots had nothing to do with the decline in positive test results.

To be clear, reported cases mean positive test results, and we now know the vast majority of positive PCR tests have been, and still are, false positives. They’re not sick. They simply had a false “positive.” Right now, we’re also faced with yet another situation that complicates attempts at data analysis, and Kaplan understandably did not address any of these confounding factors.

But just so you’re aware, if you have been fully “vaccinated,” then the CDC recommends running the PCR test at a cycle threshold (CT) of 28 or lower, which dramatically lowers your chance of a false positive result, but if you are unvaccinated, the PCR test is recommended to be run at a CT of 40 or higher, virtually guaranteeing a false positive.

This is just one way by which the CDC is manipulating data to make the COVID shots appear more effective than they are. This also allows them to falsely claim that the vast majority of new cases are among the unvaccinated.

Naturally, if unvaccinated are tested in such a way as to maximize false positives, then they’re going to make up the bulk of the so-called caseload. In reality, though, the vast majority of them aren’t sick.

Meanwhile, those who have received the jabs only count as a COVID case if they’re hospitalized and/or die with a positive test result. These widely differing testing strategies skew the data and allow for false interpretations to be made.

Natural Immunity Explains Decline in Cases

As noted by Kaplan, the most reasonable explanation for declining rates of SARS-CoV-2 appears to be natural immunity from previous infections, which vary considerably from state to state.7 He goes on to cite a study8 by the National Institutes of Health, which suggests SARS-CoV-2 prevalence was 4.8 times higher than previously thought, thanks to undiagnosed infection.

In other words, they claim that for every reported positive test result, there were likely nearly five additional people who had the infection but didn’t get a diagnosis. To analyze this data further, Kaplan calculated the natural immunity rate by dividing the new estimated number of people naturally infected by the population of any given state. He writes:9

“By mid-February 2021, an estimated 150 million people in the U.S. (30 million times five) may have had been infected with SARS-CoV-2. By April, I estimated the natural immunity rate to be above 55% in 10 states: Arizona, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and Wisconsin.

At the other end of the continuum, I estimated the natural immunity rate to be below 35% in the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington …

By the end of 2020, new infections were already rapidly declining in nearly all of the 10 states where the majority may have had natural immunity, well before more than a minuscule percentage of Americans were fully vaccinated. In 80% of these states, the day when new cases were at their peak occurred before vaccines were available.

In contrast, the 10 states with lower rates of previous infections were much more likely to experience new upticks in Covid-19 cases in March and April ... By the end of May, states with fewer new infections had significantly lower vaccination rates than states with more new infections.”

COVID Shots Cannot Eliminate COVID-19

So, SARS-CoV-2 cases were actually higher in states where natural immunity was low but vaccination rates were high. Meanwhile, in states where natural immunity due to undiagnosed exposure was high, but vaccination rates were low, the daily new caseload was also lower.

This makes sense if natural immunity is highly effective (which, historically it has always been and there’s no reason to suspect SARS-CoV-2 is any different in that regard). It also makes sense if the COVID shots aren’t really offering any significant protection against infection, which we also know is the case.

The survivability of COVID-19 outside of nursing homes is 99.74%. If you’re under the age of 40, your chance of surviving a bout of COVID-19 is 99.99%.

Vaccine manufacturers have already admitted these COVID shots will not provide immunity, meaning they will not prevent you from being infected. The idea behind these gene modification injections is that if/when you do get infected, you’ll hopefully experience milder symptoms, even though you’re still infectious and can spread the virus to others.

Kaplan ends his analysis by saying that COVID shots are a safer way to achieve herd immunity, and that they are “the best tool available for assuring that the smoldering fire of [COVID-19] is extinguished.” I disagree, based on two major issues.

First, and perhaps most importantly, this is an untested “vaccine” and we have no idea of the short-term let alone long-term damage it will cause, as any reasonable effort at collecting this data has been actively suppressed. Secondly, the survivability of COVID-19 outside of nursing homes is 99.74%. If you’re under the age of 40, your chance of surviving a bout of COVID-19 is 99.99%.10,11,12

You can’t really improve your chances of surviving beyond that, so COVID shots cannot realistically end the pandemic. Meanwhile, the COVID shots come with an ever-growing list of potential side effects that can take years if not decades off your natural life span. The shots are particularly unnecessary for anyone with natural immunity,13 yet that’s what the CDC recommends.14

Why Push COVID Jab on Those with Natural Immunity?

In January 2021, Dr. Hooman Noorchashm, a cardiac surgeon and patient advocate, sent a public letter15 to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration commissioner detailing the risks of vaccinating individuals who have previously been infected with SARS-CoV-2, or who have an active SARS-CoV-2 infection.

He urged the FDA to require prescreening for SARS-CoV-2 viral proteins to reduce the risk of injuries and deaths following vaccination, as the vaccine may trigger an adverse immune response in those who have already been infected with the virus. In March 2021, Fox TV host Tucker Carlson interviewed him about these risks. In that interview, Noorchashm said:16

“I think it’s a dramatic error on part of public health officials to try to put this vaccine into a one-size-fits-all paradigm … We’re going to take this problem we have with the COVID-19 pandemic, where a half-percent of the population is susceptible to dying, and compound it by causing totally avoidable harm by vaccinating people who are already infected …

The signal is deafening, the people who are having complications or adverse events are the people who have recently or are currently or previously infected [with COVID]. I don’t think we can ignore this.”

In an email to The Defender, Noorchashm fleshed out his concerns, saying:17

“Viral antigens persist in the tissues of the naturally infected for months. When the vaccine is used too early after a natural infection, or worse during an active infection, the vaccine force activates a powerful immune response that attacks the tissues where the natural viral antigens are persisting. This, I suggest, is the cause of the high level of adverse events and, likely deaths, we are seeing in the recently infected following vaccination.”

Despite being widely ignored, Noorchashm continues to push for the implementation of prevaccine screening using PCR or rapid antigen testing to determine whether the individual has an active infection, and an IgG antibody test to determine past infection.

If either test is positive, he recommends delaying vaccination for a minimum of three to six months to allow your IgG levels to wane. At that point, he recommends testing your blood IgG level and use that as a guide to decide the timing of your vaccination.

Those with Natural Immunity Have Higher Risk of Side Effects

Mere weeks after Noorchashm’s letter to the FDA, an international survey18 confirmed his concerns. After surveying 2,002 people who had received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, they found that those who had previously had COVID-19 experienced “significantly increased incidence and severity” of side effects, compared to those who did not have natural immunity.

The mRNA COVID-19 vaccines were linked to a higher incidence of side effects compared to the viral vector-based COVID-19 vaccines, but tended to be milder, local reactions. Systemic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, flu-like illness and breathlessness, were more likely to occur with the viral vector COVID-19 vaccines.

Like Noorchashm before them, the researchers called on health officials to reevaluate their vaccination recommendations for people who’ve had COVID-19:19

“People with prior COVID-19 exposure were largely excluded from the vaccine trials and, as a result, the safety and reactogenicity of the vaccines in this population have not been previously fully evaluated. For the first time, this study demonstrates a significant association between prior COVID19 infection and a significantly higher incidence and severity of self-reported side effects after vaccination for COVID-19.

Consistently, compared to the first dose of the vaccine, we found an increased incidence and severity of self-reported side effects after the second dose, when recipients had been previously exposed to viral antigen.

In view of the rapidly accumulating data demonstrating that COVID-19 survivors generally have adequate natural immunity for at least 6 months, it may be appropriate to re-evaluate the recommendation for immediate vaccination of this group.”

CDC Misrepresents Data to Push Jab on Those with Immunity

So far, the CDC has refused to change its stance on the matter. Instead, officials at the agency seem to have doubled down and actually go out of their way to misrepresent data in an effort to harass those with natural immunity to inappropriately take the jab, which is clearly clinically unnecessary.

In a report issued by the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) December 18, 2020, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine was said to have “consistent high efficacy” of 92% or more among people with evidence of previous SARS-CoV-2 infection.20

After looking at the Pfizer trial data, Rep. Thomas Massie — a Republican Congressman for Kentucky and an award-winning scientist in his own right — discovered that’s completely wrong. In a January 30, 2021, Full Measure report, investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson described how Massie tried, in vain, to get the CDC to correct its error. According to Massie:21,22

“There is no efficacy demonstrated in the Pfizer trial among participants with evidence of previous SARS-CoV-2 infections and actually there's no proof in the Moderna trial either …

It [the CDC report] says the exact opposite of what the data says. They're giving people the impression that this vaccine will save your life, or save you from suffering, even if you've already had the virus and recovered, which has not been demonstrated in either the Pfizer or the Moderna trial.”

After multiple phone calls, CDC deputy director Dr. Anne Schuchat finally acknowledged the error and told Massie it would be fixed. “As you note correctly, there is not sufficient analysis to show that in the subset of only the people with prior infection, there's efficacy. So, you're correct that that sentence is wrong and that we need to make a correction of it,” Schuchat said in the recorded call.

January 29, 2021, the CDC issued its supposed correction, but rather than fix the error, they simply rephrased the mistake in a different way. This was the “correction” they issued:

“Consistent high efficacy (≥92%) was observed across age, sex, race, and ethnicity categories and among persons with underlying medical conditions. Efficacy was similarly high in a secondary analysis including participants both with or without evidence of previous SARS-CoV-2 infection.”

As you can see, the “correction” still misleadingly suggests that vaccination is effective for those previously infected, even though the data showed no such thing. Children of ever-younger ages are also being pushed to get the COVID jab, even though they have the absolute lowest risk of dying from COVID-19 of any group.

Data23 from the first 12 months of the pandemic in the U.K. show just 25 people under the age of 18 died from or with COVID-19.24 In all, 251 children under 18 were admitted to intensive care between March 2020 and February 2021. The absolute risk of death from COVID-19 in children is 2 in 1 million.

Vaccine Provides Far Less Protection Than Natural Immunity

While some claim vaccine-induced immunity offers greater protection against SARS-CoV-2 infection than natural immunity, historical and current real-world data simply fail to support this non-common sense assertion.

As recently reported by Attkisson25,26 and David Rosenberg 7 Israeli National News,27 recent Israeli data show those who have received the COVID jab are 6.72 times more likely to get infected than people who have recovered from natural infection.

Among the 7,700 new COVID cases diagnosed so far during the current wave of infections that began in May 2021, 39% were vaccinated (about 3,000 cases), 1% (72 patients) had recovered from a previous SARS-CoV-2 infection and 60% were neither vaccinated nor previously infected. Israeli National News notes:28

“With a total of 835,792 Israelis known to have recovered from the virus, the 72 instances of reinfection amount to 0.0086% of people who were already infected with COVID.

By contrast, Israelis who were vaccinated were 6.72 times more likely to get infected after the shot than after natural infection, with over 3,000 of the 5,193,499, or 0.0578%, of Israelis who were vaccinated getting infected in the latest wave.”

Breakthrough Infections Are on the Rise

Other Israeli data also suggest the limited protection offered by the COVID shot is rapidly eroding. August 1, 2021, director of Israel’s Public Health Services, Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis, announced half of all COVID-19 infections were among the fully vaccinated.29 Signs of more serious disease among fully vaccinated are also emerging, she said, particularly in those over the age of 60.

Even worse, August 5, Dr. Kobi Haviv, director of the Herzog Hospital in Jerusalem, appeared on Channel 13 News, reporting that 95% of severely ill COVID-19 patients are fully vaccinated, and that they make up 85% to 90% of COVID-related hospitalizations overall.30

Other areas where a clear majority of residents have been vaccinated are also seeing spikes in breakthrough cases. In Gibraltar, which has a 99% COVID jab compliance rate, COVID cases have risen by 2,500% since June 1, 2021.31

US Outbreak Shatters ‘Pandemic of Unvaccinated’ Narrative

An investigation by the CDC32,33 also dispels the narrative that we’re in a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.” An outbreak in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, resulted in 469 new COVID cases among residents who had traveled into town between July 3 and July 17, 2021.

Of these cases, 74% were fully vaccinated, as were 80% of those requiring hospitalization.Most, but not all, had the Delta variant of the virus. The CDC also found that fully vaccinated individuals who contract the infection had as high a viral load in their nasal passages as unvaccinated individuals who got infected.34 This means the vaccinated are just as infectious as the unvaccinated. According to Attkisson:35

“CDC's newest findings on so-called ‘breakthrough’ infections in vaccinated people are mirrored by other data releases. Illinois health officials recently announced36 more than 160 fully-vaccinated people have died of Covid-19, and at least 644 been hospitalized; 10 deaths and 51 hospitalizations counted in the prior week …

In July, New Jersey reported 49 fully vaccinated residents had died of Covid; 27 in Louisiana; 80 in Massachusetts … Nationally, as of July 12, CDC said it was aware of more than 4,400 people who got Covid-19 after being fully vaccinated and had to be hospitalized; and 1,063 fully vaccinated people who died of Covid.”

It is important to note this data is over 1 month old now and it is likely that many thousands of fully “vaccinated” have now died from COVID-19.

Natural Immunity Appears Robust and Long-Lasting

An argument we’re starting to hear more of now is that even though natural immunity after recovery from infection appears to be quite good, “we don’t know how long it’ll last.” This is rather disingenuous, seeing how natural immunity is typically lifelong, and studies have shown natural immunity against SARS-CoV-2 is at bare minimum longer lasting than vaccine-induced immunity.

Here’s a sampling of scholarly publications that have investigated natural immunity as it pertains to SARS-CoV-2 infection. There are several more in addition to these:37

Science Immunology October 202038 found that “RBD-targeted antibodies are excellent markers of previous and recent infection, that differential isotype measurements can help distinguish between recent and older infections, and that IgG responses persist over the first few months after infection and are highly correlated with neutralizing antibodies.”

The BMJ January 202139 concluded that “Of 11, 000 health care workers who had proved evidence of infection during the first wave of the pandemic in the U.K. between March and April 2020, none had symptomatic reinfection in the second wave of the virus between October and November 2020.”

Science February 202140 reported that “Substantial immune memory is generated after COVID-19, involving all four major types of immune memory [antibodies, memory B cells, memory CD8+ T cells, and memory CD4+ T cells]. About 95% of subjects retained immune memory at ~6 months after infection. Circulating antibody titers were not predictive of T cell memory.

Thus, simple serological tests for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies do not reflect the richness and durability of immune memory to SARS-CoV-2.” A 2,800-person study found no symptomatic reinfections over a ~118-day window, and a 1,246-person study observed no symptomatic reinfections over 6 months.

A February 2021 study posted on the prepublication server medRxiv41 concluded that “Natural infection appears to elicit strong protection against reinfection with an efficacy ~95% for at least seven months.”

An April 2021 study posted on medRxiv42 reported “the overall estimated level of protection from prior SARS-CoV-2 infection for documented infection is 94.8%; hospitalization 94.1%; and severe illness 96·4%. Our results question the need to vaccinate previously-infected individuals.”

Another April 2021 study posted on the preprint server BioRxiv43 concluded that “following a typical case of mild COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2-specific CD8+ T cells not only persist but continuously differentiate in a coordinated fashion well into convalescence, into a state characteristic of long-lived, self-renewing memory.”

A May 2020 report in the journal Immunity44 confirmed that SARS-CoV-2-specific neutralizing antibodies are detected in COVID-19 convalescent subjects, as well as cellular immune responses. Here, they found that neutralizing antibody titers do correlate with the number of virus-specific T cells.

A May 2021 Nature article45 found SARS-CoV-2 infection induces long-lived bone marrow plasma cells, which are a crucial source of protective antibodies. Even after mild infection, anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike protein antibodies were detectable beyond 11 months’ post-infection.

A May 2021 study in E Clinical Medicine46 found “antibody detection is possible for almost a year post-natural infection of COVID-19.” According to the authors, “Based on current evidence, we hypothesize that antibodies to both S and N-proteins after natural infection may persist for longer than previously thought, thereby providing evidence of sustainability that may influence post-pandemic planning.”

Cure-Hub data47 confirm that while COVID shots can generate higher antibody levels than natural infection, this does not mean vaccine-induced immunity is more protective. Importantly, natural immunity confers much wider protection as your body recognizes all five proteins of the virus and not just one. With the COVID shot, your body only recognizes one of these proteins, the spike protein.

A June 2021 Nature article48 points out that “Wang et al. show that, between 6 and 12 months after infection, the concentration of neutralizing antibodies remains unchanged. That the acute immune reaction extends even beyond six months is suggested by the authors’ analysis of SARS-CoV-2-specific memory B cells in the blood of the convalescent individuals over the course of the year.

These memory B cells continuously enhance the reactivity of their SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies through a process known as somatic hypermutation. The good news is that the evidence thus far predicts that infection with SARS-CoV-2 induces long-term immunity in most individuals.”

Another June Nature paper concluded that “In the absence of vaccination antibody reactivity [to the receptor binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2], neutralizing activity and the number of RBD-specific memory B cells remain relatively stable from 6 to 12 months.” According to the authors, the data suggest “immunity in convalescent individuals will be very long lasting.”

What Makes Natural Immunity Superior?

The reason natural immunity is superior to vaccine-induced immunity is because viruses contain five different proteins. The COVID shot induces antibodies against just one of those proteins, the spike protein, and no T cell immunity. When you’re infected with the whole virus, you develop antibodies against all parts of the virus, plus memory T cells.

This also means natural immunity offers better protection against variants, as it recognizes several parts of the virus. If there are significant alternations to the spike protein, as with the Delta variant, vaccine-induced immunity can be evaded. Not so with natural immunity, as the other proteins are still recognized and attacked.

Not only that but the COVID jabs actually actively promote the production of variants for which they provide virtually no protection at all, while those with natural immunity do not cause variants and are nearly universally protected against them.

If we are to depend on vaccine-induced immunity, as public health officials are urging us to do, we’ll end up on a never-ending booster treadmill. Boosters will absolutely be necessary, as the shot offers such narrow protection against a single protein of the virus. Already, Moderna has publicly stated that the need for additional boosters is expected.49

Ultimately It’s About Wealth Transfer, Power and Control

Government agencies typically don’t issue recommendations without ulterior motives. Since current recommendations make absolutely no sense from a medical and scientific standpoint, what might the reason be for these illogical and reprehensibly unethical recommendations to inject people who don’t need it with experimental gene modification technology?

Why are they so hell-bent on getting a needle in every arm? And why are they refusing to perform any kind of risk-benefit analysis?

Data already indicate these COVID-19 injections could be the most dangerous medical product we’ve ever seen, and a June 24, 2021, peer-reviewed study published in the medical journal Vaccines warned we are in fact killing nearly as many with the shots as would die from COVID-19 itself.50

Using data from a large Israeli field study and two European drug reactions databases, they recalculated the NNTV for Pfizer’s mRNA shot. To prevent one case of COVID-19, anywhere between 200 and 700 had to be injected. To prevent a single death, the NNTV was between 9,000 and 50,000, with 16,000 as a point estimate.

Meanwhile, the number of people reporting adverse reactions from the shots was 700 per 100,000 vaccinations. For serious side effects, there were 16 reports per 100,000 vaccinations, and the number of fatal side effects was 4.11 per 100,000 vaccinations.

The final calculation suggested that for every three COVID-19 deaths prevented, two died from the shots. “This lack of clear benefit should cause governments to rethink their vaccination policy,” the authors concluded.

As has become the trend, a letter expressing “concern” about the study was published June 28, 2021, resulting in the paper being abruptly retracted July 2, 2021, against the authors’ objections. They disagreed with the accusation that their data and subsequent conclusion were misrepresentative, but the paper was retracted before they had time to publish a rebuttal.

Based on everything we’ve discovered so far, it seems a pandemic virus industrial complex is running the show, with a goal to eliminate medical rights and personal freedoms in order to centralize power, control and wealth.

By the looks of things, the COVID-19 mass psychosis and loss of any rational thinking by nearly half the population will continue to persist as long as the propaganda continues. Fear will continue and if need be, other engineered viruses may be released, for which they’ll create even more gene modification injections.

Universal took Tremors from its creators after 30 years of work.

TL;DR After 25-30 years making the series, Brent Maddock, Michael Gross, Nancy Roberts, Ron Underwood and S.S. Wilson were kicked out so Universal Studios could make more money off the merchandising before the Tremors copyright expires in 2025.

Soooooo, ever since I blew up and sidetracked a post about David Fincher's Queen Biopic with Sacha Baron Cohen as Freddie Mercury discussing the Tremors 7 ending, I've done some more research on the whole thing. The Graboid hole for this goes deep.

Michael Gross didn't want it.

“There’s a part of me that feels that Universal Home Entertainment might’ve had enough of Tremors. The suggestions that were made in the course of this [movie] made me think maybe they’ve had enough. They came to me and said, ‘What if we ended it at 7?’ and I said, ‘Whatever you choose to do, I’m good with that.'” “That being said, The door is still open for an eighth Tremors. It may seem unlikely by what people see on the screen, but it is possible. There could be an eighth. And if there were, and if it were an interesting story, I would be up for it because Burt is always a great deal of fun. It would depend on his physicality. How much they want me to do. If it’s in another two years, I’ll be 75 years old. So I will continue to hope and pray that I stay in shape, to do what is asked of me – if it is asked of me.”

AND Universal even killed off any ambiguity that he fought for.

"We shot it both ways, where everybody's mourning Burt, and he climbs up over the cliff and looks at all of them in mourning and goes, 'Jesus, God, I'm not dead. And he's really pissed off at them. It's like, 'How would you possibly think...?' But he's bloodied, just he's a mess. He looks like he's been through an earthquake, crushed by a house, but he's alive. And he says, 'You idiots. Of course, I'm alive.'" "They decided it just had this punch. Frankly, I thought to myself -- I didn't express it to them, but I thought to myself -- 'Maybe Universal's getting a little tired of this franchise.' Because this wasn't my idea." "I said, 'I can live with this. Because they came to me. They said, 'Look, you've been doing this so long. What do you think?' And I said, 'Well, as long as we kind of leave the door open.' I mean, I can kind of see an eighth film where it opens with Burt in a hospital bed, in a full body cast and saying, 'I survived.' He could hardly move a muscle. And maybe eight is...if I had a concept for eight, it would be Burt horribly injured, but in a motorized, weaponized wheelchair that has rocket mounts on the side and can leave an oil slick behind like James Bond's car. So nobody can chase him." "I always said, if Kevin Bacon or Fred [Ward] or Reba [McIntire] or anybody [wanted to return], I'd be there in a minute. Just because one, I love Burt, but I always thought of him as this guy kind of on the fringes, and I just came to the fore because everybody else walked away."

While Universal ignored how Michael Gross was setting up his son Travis Welker to pick up his torch (Which I'm give or take on Jamie Kennedy yet he brought a Grady-like optimism to the shittier of the series.)

After 7 movies and a TV show, nothing more than a spit in the face for the man who carried a franchise. Then when they do the montage at the end, we get clips of Hiram Gummer but NOTHING of Burt Gummer from the TV show. It's 13 episodes of Burt in Tremors that's longer than all the movies combined but yet they don't even include it in the ending montage while including his dead grandpa.

Same with the original creators. Did you know Stampede Entertainment (Brent Maddock, Nancy Roberts, Ron Underwood, and S.S. Wilson) were working on Tremors for 25 years and even had the 5th one written, "Thunder/Gummer Down Under".

Then were told to sit on it for 10 years before Universal eventually told them to eat dirt? That's gotta hurt. It hurts me and I'm not even connected to these movies. All that work down the drain just because of someone's say so. And for no reason. Well not exactly....

Universal knows fans want Tremors merch. I mean, look at how they took #BurtGummerDay from @BabyFarkMcGeeZax. And they want ALLLLLL of that merchandising money. With none of it going to Stampede because it would give them leverage. Not to mention they don't want anyone else getting the idea to make cute monster toys before they can roll out their own line.

Half a billion dollars... completely untraceable. I've tried. Emailed the numbers people and they can't tell me anything unless you pay $50 a film to see the numbers. Which makes me ask, who paid for the numbers on 1,5, 6, & 7? And why only what they made? Not their cost. Same for the numbers on 2, 3, & 4. Why numbers on the cost, but nothing on what it made? It seems weirdly targeted to make it look like the Stampede Entertainment ones only cost money but made nothing.

Then when you find out that the copyright to Tremors will revert to its creators after the 35 year mark, which makes that date 2024-2025 since Tremors was filmed in '88-'89 but released in '90.....

Wellllllll some things start to add up. Especially when you consider it's Universal. They already know about owning copyrights for things long out of due. Ask Dracula, Frankenstein and the Wolfman. Or Nintendo when Universal tried to sue them because Donkey Kong was too similar to King Kong.

NOW I HAVE TO ASK U ABOUT THE BLASPHEMOUS BAKE SALE

OK SO

I don’t know if any of you all have heard of Brother Jed, and I really hope that you have not, but goes to universities across the US to talk about who was going to Hell (specifically gays, fornicators, non-Christians, people with piercings, people with tattoos, people with dyed hair, non-submissive women, and sometimes various non-white minorities depending on the sign). I think he even had a show on TLC, but don’t give this man any more attention.

So in my freshman year he and his wife came and I was caught flat-footed, but I noticed two things:

He drew a huge crowd of people who told him he was trash

A friend of mine, Amanda, who organized a Love-In to oppose him, which is to say she got most of the crowd to sit down right in front of Brother Jed and talk calmly together, completely ignoring him.

So I went about my business, doing college things, for several months. Now in my university I was involved in a scholarship program that had a lounge on campus and all the freshmen lived together on one floor of the dormitories. For room inspection days I would make chocolate chip cookies to cheer everyone up and bribe my RA to ignore some things in our room and after I moved out I continued to make cookies for the lounge or the occasional funding bake sale. As good as the baked goods were, though, they never generated much money.

I don’t remember when the idea came to me or who suggested it, but one day I realized that selling baked goods to a crowd would probably increase our revenue, and no one gathered a bigger crowd that Brother Jed.

At that moment the gears in my head started turning. With the help of my friends Adam and Amanda, we got the permits to have a bake sale and decided to really stick it to the man by making all the food Hell themed. All the proceeds would go to a non-discriminatory charity, and we would make sure he knew it. Adam was onboard for the lolz, but Amanda got an absolutely possessed gleam in her eye; she was in this for blood.

In planning for our long-simmering revenge, Adam and I checked Brother Jed’s schedule to find out exactly when he would be coming to our university, but there ran into a slight snag; our state has a system of universities all run under the same name just in different cities. Jed had only listed the generic name of the university and 3 days in which he would be touring the state. Since we couldn’t tell which day he would be there, and baked goods must be fresh, Adam and I both realized a horrible truth:

We would have to ask Brother Jed.

We flipped a coin and Adam lost, so he bit the bullet and used the contact information on the site to email him for clarification. We were both prepared to stew on this for days, but happily Brother Jed’s wife, Sister Cindy, responded in 5 minutes to clarify the exact days she and her husband would be there. She followed up a minute later asking if we were eager to ‘share the word of God,’ but neither Adam nor I had the heart to tell her our true purpose.

Months passed, and finally the long-awaited day came. I burned a sick day and skipped all my classes to man the table for the entire time. A little after noon, they showed up in full force. Last time he was there, it was only Jed and his wife. This time they had a whole troupe; a ‘formerly gay’ boyscout, an unrelated preacher, Jed’s three daughters, Sister Cindy, and the man himself, all under the protection of campus security.

I had been at the table since 7:30 that morning, and awake since 6:30 making my cookies, which I wanted to be very fresh to be more enticing. That whole morning had been slow, but immediately after the band of bigots arrived things began to pick up. And BOY did they pick up. Soon there was a crowd of 50 people, all gathered to protest Jed’s presence on campus.

And getting mad is hungry work.

The hot, fresh, Hell themed baked goods were flying off the cheap plastic table; Forbidden Fruit apple-oat bars went first, followed swiftly by the bak-LAVA. After people realized we were there to oppose Jed (thanks in no small part to me yelling like a Carnie for four hours), things really picked up. Even people who were just passing through picked up a snack just because they knew we were there to oppose Jed.

It was late October, so the sun set early and the band of bigots were wrapping up for the day. The crowd had dwindled to about 20, and at the table it was just me, Amanda, Adam, and our last cookie. We were debating what to do with it, and I suggested maybe we should use it to thank Jed in a final twist of the knife. Amanda’s response was immediate, energetic, and slightly terrifying:

“That’s an excellent idea, Zach. Go, give it to him yourself.”

So I picked up that last cookie, made my way through the crowd, and asked for quiet. The protesters that I had fed happily obliged. I took that moment to inform Brother Jed that his hideous presence had resulted in good; he had raised $600 for charity, and as a thank you we were going to give him the last cookie.

I know it sounds fake, but the crowd actually cheered as I offered that last cookie to Brother Jed. Sister Cindy deigned to relieve me of it, but not before shooting me the most soulless look of utter hatred that I have ever encountered. It’s not hyperbolic, but whenever I think of true evil, even today, I remember her eyes.

In any case, thereafter we all packed up and went home. After my voice recovered, Adam, Amanda, and I began to eagerly plan our attack for the next year; Adam wanted broader participation and set a goal of $1500 to raise; Amanda suggested large signage to clarify our stance and save my voice. I said we ought to donate our proceeds to a local LGBT+ youth homeless shelter. All this was in motion when I checked Brother Jed’s schedule to plan out the time.

Imagine my surprise to find that not only was our university omitted from the schedule, but our entire STATE was being passed over. While nothing is for sure, I like to think that it was our Blasphemous Bakesale that scared him off. It was the only thing that had changed in his most recent visit.

And that’s how I used fresh baked goods to banish a hate-monger from my university. I have since graduated, but it has been close to four years since I pulled this stunt and he still has not come back.

TLDR: I decided to use a hateful preacher’s presence on campus and the crowds he drew to feed a “Blasphemous Bake Sale.” It was super effective, we raised $600 dollars for charity, and the preacher never came back.

Chapter 1

After graduating from UA High School and being one of the top students in your class you were offered a position as a sidekick to the number one hero in America. Once you were sure you were leaving you met with the girls from class to tell them and of course it was water works involved. But they end up helping you pack things and say your last goodbyes to them. It’s been seven years since you left Japan, and three years since you were titled the ‘Youngest Pro Hero’ in America. You were currently in a meeting with your PR manager and assistance going over things, she was talking but you were zoned out not paying attention to what she was saying till you heard the name Deku. You sat up in your seat “wait what was that about Deku again?” “ He emailed you about helping him in an investigation that they're having trouble with, he was wondering if you could fly back to Japan this weekend to go over everything, it seemed like something really big he didn't give any information about what it was about. Saying he would give you the files as soon as you agree to help with.” “ Tell him I’m in and clear everything on my schedule for today so i have time to get ready for my flight and get me the first flight to Japan tomorrow morning, A get me a hotel for two weeks. Text me all the information when you're done” you say as walking out of the office, your PR manager and assistance were staring at each other with a confused look on their face. You were walking to your car thinking about all the possible things that could be so important to call you for help. ‘ Maybe the League of Villains is back or All for one is back, planning something.’ You arrived home and started packing all your necessary things and putting them in your suitcase, you packed your two hero suits and a couple of clothes to last you two weeks for the time being. Once you were done packing your suitcases you moved all three bags to your front door. Ding You picked up your phone seeing your assistance sending all the information for you flight and the hotel Camie - Flight will be leaving at 5:50 am and I emailed Mr.Deku back saying you'll be there as soon as it's around 7 or 8 in their time zone. He emailed you back saying he will have someone there to escort you to different places. Is there anything else I need to do? Y/n- Yes can you have a car ready to pick me up to drop me off to the airport, and you have the rest of the week off till i get back. Be safe and text me if you need anything Camie - Done and Thank you but me and Erika were kind of worried when you walked off during our meeting, are you sure everything is okay Y/N? Y/n - Yes im fine it’s just been so long since i been back home but that all it is thank you for checking on me though. It was the next morning and you were getting ready for your flight, you put on some black tights with a red hood that had your hero logo on it and some black and red shoes. You pack a carry bag to keep with you and throw some extra clothes in there if you don't have time to change if anything was to happen. You got a text from your driver's assistant telling you he was outside, you grabbed your purse and carry bag while he put your luggage in the trunk of the truck. On the way to the airport it was quiet and you were on your phone checking the news and somehow the news got out about you heading to Japan. ‘The media is always on my ass and in my business.’ you thought.You finally arrived at the airport and it was 5:38, you put on your hood and some sunglasses so you wouldn't be noticed. You were walking to your private room, you were stationed to stay till it was time to go, you got a couple stares and a couple of fans losing their minds about running into the Number one pro hero but other than that it was pretty smooth. You rested a while in the private room till your flight was announced about to leave, you boarded the plane and went straight to your seat and got comfortable for the 14 hour flight to Japan. You finally arrived in Japan. You made your way off the plane to the front of the airport to wait for your ride but were greeted by many fans and paparazzi that heard you would be coming to Japan. You instantly put on your sunglasses and hood to have a little privacy. “You must be Y/H/N? I'm Deku's assistant Murai. It's a pleasure to have you back here. I’m here to pick you up.” “Yes and it's a pleasure to meet you too but please call me Y/N. '' Murai nodded his head “let me get your luggage for you” he grabbed your luggage and put them in the truck while you made your way inside the truck. When you made it to the hotel you packed all your stuff and took out your hero suit for tomorrow, you pulled your computer out and emailed Deku letting him know you made it in town and you would be staying in your room for the rest of the night. You were exhausted from the time difference and decided to rest till tomorrow . The sun was shining brightly through the white curtains lighting up the room. You rolled out of bed and went to take a shower and got ready for the day, while brushing your teeth you checked your email and were instructed to wear your hero suit and meet at the current number one Hero agency which was Deku. Going through your suitcase to see which hero suit you would wear today, out of the three you pick the black leather jumpsuit with red claw markings in certain places. You made your way down stairs to the lobby and met Murai to take you to Deku’s agency. Once you made it to the agency you were greeted by Deku himself. “Y/H/N it’s so nice to see you again. How have you been?” “I've been good, how are you, number one hero of Japan?” Deku blushed and started walking inside the building with you by his side following him. “I’m good, how is it being the number one hero?” “It’s a lot but I still manage it. What about you?” “It’s fine, stressful but what else to expect when you have millions of people depending on you.” You nod your head in response to deku “ I understand that, how's everyone else? I haven't seen them in forever?” “Maybe you could ask them yourself” he says smiling as he opens a room door with all your old classmates. Everyone turns around all eyes on you. All the girls run up hugging you at once while squealing in excitement while the boys look around confused as to who was here. Of course Bakugou wasn’t interested in it till Deku walked past the group of girls telling the rest of his old classmates “It’s Y/N, she backs.” Bakugou's eyes instantly got bigger as he heard your name come from Deku’s mouth. After you left unexpectedly Bakugou was heartbroken but Bakugou would never admit that outloud. Kirishimi screamed “You have the number one hero of America here in Japan?!!”. “Y/N it's been so long since we saw you.” Momo says “How do you leave high school hot and come back hotter than before” Mina says while circling you to get a good look at you. You giggled at her comment “How is America and how does it feel to be number one?” Uraraka says. Everything was going so good, you were talking to your friends you left and haven’t seen in seven years and they still remember you after all these years.” Y'all idiots done aweing over the number one hero of America?” Bakugou says while getting up walking out the room, everyone once again had a confused look on their face including you. Back in highschool you and Bakugou were inseparable, after the first encounter with Bakugou, It was another day in school and you were training when Aizawa paired you up with Bakugou and he completely lost his shit “You expected me to train with some dumbass that not a challenging me.” Aizawa simply ignored Bakugou outburst cause at this point he was used to it and he knew what you were capable of. “You done bitching about me not being a challenge because i can show ” you say while walking to the field, Bakugou walked towards you with a large grin on his face towering over you “You wanna say that again to my face you little shit” His breathed hit your face sending a shiver down your spine “I said are you done BITCHING about me not being a challenge because I can show you better than I can tell it” You say with a grin on your face. Before Bakugou could respond Aizawa said “take it out in your training and whoever gets the other down first wins” The class had to stop training to see Bakugou and you fight. You walked to the other end of the field stretching and getting into your fighting stance, Bakugou did the same, “Start” Bakugou ran up to you throwing a right hook which you easily dodged and returned to him that put a little distant in between the two of you, it took Bakugou off guard at first but he that didn't stop him. He used his blast to him towards you screaming “DIE” it was impossible to dodge that so you took the hit and was pushed back to the end of the field. You got back up running towards Bakugou throwing hits left and right, you had the upper hand in the battle till Bakugou used his left leg to kick you but you grab his leg and twist it causing him to fall and hit the ground, he got back up grabbing your arm that still had a hold on his leg and twisting it behind you back cause you to wince at the pain in your arm you quickly kicked his right leg cause him to loss balance and fall over but with you, his grip on your arm was loose enough to yank your arm from his grip and to grab his arm and pin him to the ground with your knee on his head while your right hand had his right arm in the air “ Tap out Bakugou” was all you said “tch . Aizawa called out to the both of you announcing “Y/N wins” walking off back to the building. You got off Bakugou and started walking to the changing room. As Bakugou got up and watched you walk off he couldn’t help but notice how you always bite back at anyone that tried to down talk you including him and from that day Bakugou knew you were different from the rest and he had respect for you. Deku started to talk saying “ We should head to the conference room now” Everyone made their way to the conference room to discuss what you came here for in the first place. Deku had a seat for you to the right of him while he presented to everyone what they were here for. “You all are probably wondering why I called you all here in regards to the current investigation about the missing civilians that mysterious returns with their quirks either completely wiped from their DNA or on the verge of losing their quirks. I asked Y/N to help us with this investigation because back in American she had to deal with a similar problem like this and I feel like we needed her help with this.” “You damn Deku, you think we couldn’t handle the damn situation on our own without Miss America's help.” Bakugou says. Todoroki spoke “Bakugou were on a limited time and need this to come to an end before this leads to something bigger than it already is.” “Tch” was all he said Midoriya passed out a manila folder to everyone he had assigned everyone a specific area to patrol and unlucky you were paired with Bakugou. He went over everything that happened since the beginning of the Investigation. Throughout the whole meeting you felt someone's eyes burning holes in you while you tried to pay attention to the information, after the meeting was through everyone made their way out the conference room and went about their business. Before you could even process what you were doing you stopped Bakugou in the hallway, he turned around “Tch what the hell you want Miss America?” “ I want to know why you are acting like that.” “ Why does it matter to you anyways” he snapped as you stood there in shock and decided to bite back “Cause I care about you dumbass” “Apparently you don't if you didn't let me know you were leaving Japan to be a Pro hero in America.” “is that why you’re acting like this” “and if i'm and what are you going to do about it? Huh?” he said while walking off. You were heated from the small argument that just happened between you and Bakugou. During patrol with Bakugou you didn't speak to one another at all. It was an awkward energy between y’all till he spoke again “ Why didn’t you tell me?” you looked at him and figured he was talking about you leaving “ Figured you didn’t care cause we had just graduated and was on our own” Bakugou stayed silent at your response “tch, your right about one thing, but you could've still told me, left and became the ‘youngest number one hero’ and come back like nothing changed and expected me to be all buddy buddy with you.” You continued to walk and ponder what he just said. You had no response so you shrugged your shoulders.

Father, may we get head canons for what the Duwang gang are doing during their ‘lovely’ quarantine? (Jotaro as a bonus •3•)

Josuke:

- Literally plays videogames and stays in his pjs all day long. Completely disregards any schoolwork that he needs to do and overall doesn’t give the littlest of fucks, not even when his teachers angrily email him, desperately demanding explanations for his constant ditching of online classes and lack of interest in assignments.

- He keeps claiming that he has “quarantine brainrot” whenever his mother gives him shit for not doing anything all day long. If he’s not either sleeping or playing videogames, Josuke is totally doing some dumb chaotic shit out of sheer boredom (most likely whilst being in call with his gang), like microwaving random shit or trying to snort mentos. Of course that his mom sooner or later catches onto what he’s doing and starts scolding him once again, causing the rest of the gang to absolutely c r e a s e upon hearing their friend getting his ass kicked by his own mother whilst still in call.

- If anything his severe lack of motivation is simply due to being extremely bored and also socially depraved. Basically, quarantine is like prison for his extroverted ass. Since he knows he won’t be able to get out of the house for a while, Josuke will constantly be either discording with his friends or calling them over the phone. Honestly his boredom is going to get so bad that he’ll start a youtube channel where he teaches people how to do wacky hairstyles. And yes, he can and will style his hair into a pomp on a daily basis even if he’s not going out. That’s the only thing he’ll put effort into no matter the circumstances.

Okuyasu:

- Just like Josuke except 10 times worse, although he actually tries recollecting himself at some point and (once again) T R I E S to eventually do some schoolwork, only to miserably fail not even 5 minutes later. If anything both he and Josuke would be constantly calling Koichi in order to torment the poor kid and get him to do their work since they’re absolute himbos.

- Slacks around all day long, constantly orders takeout until he runs out of money then tries surviving off of instant noodles and whatever leftovers he has lying around in the fridge. He’s absolutely terrified of going outside so he most likely will persuade his poor father into going out for groceries every single goddamn time.

- Although he is highkey scared of the entire pandemic thing, he did try sneaking out of the window a few times in order to do quick meet ups with Josuke since both of these bois would be simply too bored of staying in all day long. With this occasion, Josuke would often bring him food that his mom made, drinks and much more because he’d hate to not do anything when he knows just how lonely and isolated his friend is feeling. Also, I should mention that these 2 tried at some point to sneak out in order to cause some havoc only to be busted by Josuke’s mom, which earned good ol’ Josuke one hell of a grounding.

Koichi:

- Undboutedly the most productive out of them all, even in such tumultuous times. Unlike his friends, Koichi hasn’t COMPLETELY fucked up his sleep schedule, eats 3 complete meals a day, does his assignments in due time and almost never ditches online classes. And yes, he’s the nerdy kid that everyone texts/calls whenever they’re too lazy to do their work, especially Josuke and Okuyasu of course.

- His gang constantly bullies him for being “boring” and “a nerd” because all that he does is work and work, but honestly the kid just cares about his education and wants an actual career, and not even a damn pandemic is going to stop good ol’ Koichi from pursuing that dream. And, although he’s an introvert himself, he does miss the times in which he and his friends would go out and just do chaotic shit, so quarantine is really a 50/50 with him.

- If anything, the only thing he’s glad for is that he has WAY more time than usual and so he can pick up new hobbies and stuff like that. But overall, he’s a very balanced and productive guy who does his work in time and still manages to talk to his friends (and girlfriend) and spend as much time with them as possible. Josuke and Okuyasu can’t relate.

Bonus - 4taro:

- Fucking pissed that he’s stuck in quarantine in goddamn Morioh, but at least he’s spending his days living in a luxurious hotel. Sure he could run out of money anytime, but that’s not the point. I mean who knows, maybe Josuke could lend him a penny at some point.

- Either way, he’s in his element. It’s not like he was an outdoors person anyway, so being stuck into quarantine day after day really isn’t THAT bothersome for him. Sure he does KIND OF miss actually going to college or simply stopping by a cafe in the early hours of the morning, but the fact that he’s not being forced to socialize everyday is all that the man could ever ask for since being out in a crowd for too long can be pretty draining to him.

- Still tries being lowkey responsible and doing whatever chores that he can do, as well as working on assignments since he ain’t giving up his dream of becoming a marine biologist anytime soon. If anything, he’ll use this time wisely and do as much research as possible on different species all day long. Although he’ll totally ignore Josuke and Okuyasu’s constant pleadings of help about their own assignments since they’re simply too lazy to work on them and he ain’t having none of that. Also, at least he isn’t required to catch that fucking serial killer anymore....at least for now.

MSME Udyam Registration- Process, Benefits, Updation, Cancellation

The Indian Government is promoting micro, small, and medium enterprises. Setting up businesses, without facing legal hassles, becomes smooth under professional surveillance. Things have been simplified since the facility of filing online application has been introduced. Registering for an MSME becomes easier, simplified, and less time consuming. There are umpteen advantages that a business can enjoy after registering under MSME.

By following a simple procedure and completing all formalities, the business gets entitled to different benefits and upgrading at reduced rates & fees. For deeper insight, the write-up below for perusal will throw light on a lot of pivotal details related to MSME

An individual willing to set up a micro, small or medium enterprise requires filing Udyam Registration online in the Udyam Registration portal, based on self-declaration. It doesn’t require uploading documents, papers, certificates or proof.

Soon after registration, an enterprise referred to as “Udyam” in the portal is assigned a permanent identity number i.e. Udyam Registration Number.

After the completion of the online registration procedure, the e-certificate called Udyam Registration Certificate will be issued by the authorities.

What is UDYOG Aadhaar?

Every business in the market, be it small scale or large scale, is allotted Udyog Aadhaar. It is an identity for a business active in the market and registered under MSME. The 12-digit identity number is issued to all small & medium scale enterprises and industries by the MSME Ministry. Every business is thus registered under the MSME category through the unique identification number.

Difference between Udyog Aadhaar, MSME & SSI

Previously, Udyog Aadhaar was identified by the name of MSME registration. Now onwards, the process of registration has been converted from MSME registration to Udyog Aadhaar registration.

To a great extent, there’s nothing much that can be distinguished between SSI and MSME. Small scale industries (SSI) were initiated alongside MSME Development Act, 2006. The sole aim for the act is to develop the SSI sector.

· Active creditors can choose/opt for corporate insolvency resolution under the provision of Section 9 of the IBC Code. It is applicable in cases of payments under INR 1 lakh.

Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) can visit the Samadhaan portal. It is the portal with the `Information Utility (IU)’ of National e-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL).

A link to MSEs for logging into NeSL-IU will be sent. It allows checking respective digital signatures attesting the info on the portal

I. The NeSL will upload the copy of unpaid invoices. With permission from MSEs, the information could then be shared to other lenders like Banks, NBFCs, rating agencies and other MSMEs concerning the defaulting buyers.

II. MSE can share the details of unpaid invoices on NeSL portal.

III. This will pressurize them for clearing outstanding payments.

GUIDELINES FOR FILING AADHAAR UDYOG FORM

1. Aadhaar Number: 12-digit Aadhaar number of the applicant is mandatory.

2. Name of the owner: Applicants are expected to fill the name stringently as stated in the Aadhaar Card issued by UIDAI.

E.g. If Anand Kumar Sahu has his name as Anand Sahu, the same name must be entered. If the name fails to match with the Aadhaar number, the applicant will not be able to fill the form.

Aadhaar Validation-

· Validate Aadhar- The option ‘Validate Aadhaar’ must be clicked for verification. Only after completing the procedure , the user can fill the form.

· Reset- By clicking the reset button, the fields like Name of the Owner and Aadhaar Number can be cleared.

· Applicant will receive the OTP on the mobile number registered with UIDAI

3. Social Category: Applicant’s caste: General/SC/ST/OBC is needed. Society sections, other than general, submitting the documents like caste certificate is mandatory, when demanded by the appropriate authority.

4. Gender- This section is to determine the gender of the entrepreneur/applicant.

5. Identification/Physically-Handicapped- If applicant is handicapped/specially-abled, he/she can select the section or ignore

6. Name of Enterprise- Applicants are expected to fill the name of the enterprises that will be legally known to the public. An applicant with multiple enterprises active in the market can be registered for separate Udyog Aadhaar with the same number for both enterprises. The combination of the same number can be integrated the second time and only additional details can be deleted/amended while editing.

7. Type of Organization- All applicants are allowed to choose the type of business/nature of business enlisted in list. Also, it is mandatory for the applicant to assure the legal authorization from legal entity i.e. enterprise being registered for Udyog Aadhaar, to fill the online form. Each enterprise shall be provided one Udyog Aadhaar number.

8. PAN Number – PAN number needs to be entered by the applicant if the business is co-operative, private limited, and limited liability partnership (LLP). Things will be optimal is the rest of the organization structure.

9. Location of Plant- Applicants are allowed to add multiple locations of the corporate site under registration by clicking the option Add Plant.

10. Official Address- Filling the complete postal address of the Enterprise including State, District, Pin code, Mobile No., and Email are mandatory details that must be filled by the applicant.

11. Date of Commencement- This section is also essential to be filled by the applicant. There must be sufficing record as when the business was commenced.

12. Previous Registration Details(if any)- In case the applicant’s enterprise already holds a valid EM-I/II for which Udyog Aadhaar is applied, by the GM (DIC) under MSME Declaration Act 2006 or SSI registration that prevailed prior, such details must be mentioned correctly.

13. Banking Details- It is essential for the applicant to provide his/her bank account number used for transactions for enterprises in the appropriate place. The applicant must share the IFS Code of the bank’s branch where his/her mentioned account exists. The IFS code is nowadays printed on the Cheque Books issued by the bank. Alternatively, if the Applicant knows the name of the Bank and the branch where his/her account is there, the IFSC code can be found from website of the respective Bank.

14. Key Activities- nature of business like “Manufacturing” or “Service” can be chosen by the enterprise for Udyog Aadhaar. In case the business is bi-nature i.e. engaged in manufacturing and service, it must be categorized under manufacturing. Enterprises, serving as manufacturers on a bigger note and offering service additionally must be categorized under manufacturing. Similarly, enterprises focusing on the service sector must include service category and do not include manufacturing in their details.

15. National Industry Classification Code (NIC Code)- The Applicant can choose two or more National Industrial Classification-2008 (NIC) Codes to encapsulate all their activities. It can be done by selecting multiple NIC code of Manufacturing and Service sector and clicking “Add More” button.

If you want to add Manufacturing then

· select “Manufacturing” radiobutton and

· keep on adding by clicking “Add More” button

If you want to choose the service option then

· select “Services” radiobutton

· keep on adding by clicking “Add More” button

Central Statistical Organization (CSO), under the ministry of statistics & program implementation (Govt. of India), is responsible for creating NIC codes.

The Applicant may use National Industrial Classification-2008 (NIC) Codes searching facility to avoid 3 steps selection process.

Example: The user requires filling the exact keywords (2 or more characters) in Search text box in Column No 11. Then all related NIC CODEs will be listed (including Nic 2 Digit, Nic 4 Digit & Nic 5 Digit) with code and description.

If User selects NIC 5 Digit code, then automatically all the related fields (like NIC 2 Digit, 4 Digit, 5 Digit & Enterprise Type) in column 11 will be automatically filled. In the same manner, If user selects NIC 4 digit, then related field of 2 digit NIC Code will filled, user still requires selecting NIC 5 digit from drop down(In this case 2 steps are required).

Nic Code not covered under MSME Retail & Wholesale trades included as MSMEs

16. Number of Employees- The applicant requires stating the workforce that is being paid by the enterprise. It is vital to assure the exact number of employees and wage earners.

17. lnvestment in Plant & Machinery / Equipment- While tallying the total investment , the original investment (buying cost of items) should be taken into consideration. However, it can exclude the resources spent for pollution control, research and development, industrial safety devices, and such other items as may be specified, by notification of RBI.

If an enterprise started with a set of plant and machinery purchased in 2008 worth Rs. 70.00 lakh has procured additional plant and machinery in the year 2013 worth Rs. 65.00 lakh, then the total investment in Plant & Machinery may be treated as Rs. 135.00 lakh.

18. DIC- Applicant requires filling in location of DIC based on the location of the Enterprise. This specific column will remain active and display option only when there are multiple DIC in the district. On the other hand, the system will automatically register you in the same DIC when there’s only one DIC in the region specified.

19. Submit- The OTP will be generated after the applicant submits all details. The OTP generated will be sent on the registered email address/mobile number.

20. The Applicant have to enter OTP received on mobile (linked with Aadhaar) second time.

21. Enter Captcha- Applicant must enter Captcha before clicking Final Submit button.

A medium enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment do not surpass INR fifty crore and turnover stays below INR two hundred and fifty crore.

Information You Should Know

There’s a full-fledged system for facilitating the registration process organized by the Govt. of India:

· An enterprise, for the purpose of this process, will be identified as Udyam and its Registration Process will be known as ‘Udyam Registration’

· A permanent registration number will be allotted after registering successfully

· An online certificate will be issued for certifying the successful completion of registration

· This certificate will have a dynamic QR Code from which the web page on our Portal and details about the enterprise can be accessed.

There’ll be no requirement for renewing the registration

All applicants will be assisted by single-window systems at the Champion Control Rooms at DICs.

Registration Process is free of cost. No applicant is required to pay any fees in any form to individuals demanding fees.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. The form for registration will be as provided in the Udyam Registration portal.

2. No fee is applicable for Udyam Registration.

3. Aadhaar number is mandatory for Udyam Registration

4. The Aadhaar number must be of the proprietor, in the case of a proprietorship firm, of the managing partner in the case of a partnership firm and of a karta in the case of a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF).

5. In case of a Company or a Limited (Pvt. Ltd.), Liability Partnership (LLP) or a Cooperative Society or a Society or a Trust, the organization or its authorized signatory shall be responsible for providing details like GSTIN and PAN along with its Aadhaar number.

6. In case an enterprise is duly registered as an Udyam with PAN, lack of information for previous years, when the PAN details were unavailable shall be filled on self-declaration basis.

7. No enterprise shall file more than one Udyam Registration: Provided that any number of activities including manufacturing or service or both may be specified or added in one Udyam Registration.

8. Intentional misinterpretation or suppression of self-declared facts & figures, appearing in Udyam Registration or update process, shall be penalized as per the Section 27 of the Act.

FOR EXISTING ENTERPRISES

1. Enterprises currently active and registered under EM-II or UAM require re-registering on Udyam Portal w.e.f 1st July 2020.

2. Reclassification for all enterprises, registered till 30th June, 2020, shall be done based on the notification

3. The existing enterprises registered prior to 30th June 2020, shall hold validity up to the 31st day of December, 2021.

4. Enterprises registered with other organization(s), under the Ministry of MSME, requires registering itself under Udyam Registration soon after getting notified.

(kinda VERY long rant below)

hhhhh i HATE how he thinks he’s such a martyr in this situation. yeah sure, he fucked up our childhood, is actively worsening our lives, and is in the process of passing down unhealthy cycles to the point where my nine year old brother is being so violent that my mom isn’t sure she can safely take care of all of us but YEAH he’s the fucking victim here. he’s been the goddamn victim since i was a baby and he was smashing glasses and he was the victim when he threw a fucking keyboard at one of my brothers’s head and he was the victim when my mom had to leave along with all four of us for an entire fucking summer and NOW he gets to be the victim since he has oNLy 30% custody and his kids don’t want to see him anymore. (look, guess who it is? the consequences of your own fucking actions! oh wait i forgot, it was my MOTHER’s fault, since she just randomly decided to call the police on you for ABSOLUTELY no reason. wow my bad i must just be stupid!) i’m still kind of bitter that my mom didn’t end up pressing further charges, but that probably would’ve opened an entire pandora’s box. anyway. spicy childhood with a side of religious manipulation, we love to see it.

context for this rant lol: my dad sent me and all of my brothers a multi-paragraph email about how just because the law allows us to decide not to see him (which, for the record!! i’m still t r y i n g to make it all work, just not going for as long as he would like in a valiant effort not to jump out an actual window!), he thinks we’re still biblically doing the wrong thing, and that fathers aren’t perfect but that doesn’t mean we can just not let him in our lives. which, of course HE follows the bible so well with all of his Holy Undealt With Rage (you don’t want to know how many times i’ve asked him to go to therapy djjfdddxvb). the entire thing is essentially him being all “poor me, you all are making such unholy choices. i don’t care because of MYSELF i care because what you’re doing is bad for YOU 😌” so. and then him not taking responsibility for the divorce and trying to put the blame on my mother (for not making the toxic situation work longer, i guess? idk narcissistic and violent tendencies combined with a history of getting away with anything is a hell of a drug) (there’s more but it’s hard to explain without a 50 page essay detailing my life and the lives of at least seven different family members as well as 5 seperate powerpoints going into the Bad events and layers of manipulation that led up to this point.) anyway, you can see how i’m doing

I shared the results of that autism screener with a quasi-friend who I thought would be "safe" (we used to work together and we connected over his being gay and me being visibly queer) but his response was blergh

Everyone has hints of autism.

okay yeah but this isn't just *hints* of autism. I'm answered yes to symptoms I've had since I was a kid that I've learned to mask or work around as an adult. But I still struggle with them.

He pointed out that he sees me as more ADHD than ASD.

Yeah, fair, and I'd need to see a professional to try to distinguish if my symptoms are ADHD, ASD, or both.

You don't hit the three prongs needed for a diagnosis.

But.... but I do. And the stuff I dealt with as a kid is still stuff I deal with today. I just mask it better. A short and not exhaustive list:

As I kid I had trouble interacting with peers. I didn't have friends, really. I didn't know how to make friends and I didn't try terribly hard to. I acquire friends when someone else "adopts" me and decides that we are friends. And once I became an adult, I have almost never had friends of my own - I share a friend group with my spouse who we're primary connected to through him. I'm okay with that. Maintaining a friendship entirely on my own power sounds impossible and exhausting.

I was okay with not having friends, I liked being alone, but my mom insisted on me being social. She made me join things so that I would have a list of people to invite to parties. I'd honestly have preferred a day of doing stuff I like or just a couple friends. As an adult, I want to be alone on my birthday. I will celebrate with certain friends, separately, usually over a quiet meal. That's it.

I had trouble understanding sarcasm and figurative speech. Like, I understand it now but I still think most figurative speech is annoying. I've been told the way I deliver sarcasm is weird, too.

I liked memorizing movies and quoting them start to finish, I thought it was fun but everyone else thought it was weird. I continued to do this into adulthood but I only quote aloud when I'm alone. Alamo Drafthouse quote-alongs are the BEST. I don't do this with every movie, either, just ones I really like.

Okay actually I also liked to listen to the same album or, in some cases, the same song over and over until I was sick of it (and sometimes even after that point). I mean, just endlessly looping on repeat. Not interspersed with other songs. I do this as an adult a LOT because it's easier with headphones to do this without annoying everyone else around you. Like, often it's fine for me to just put a playlist on shuffle, but I get into Moods where I just want the one album/song over and over. Yesterday I listened to Wellerman about 50 times in a row and only stopped because I had to get up and do something else and that song wasn't "good" for whatever I got up to do.

My special interest as a kid was cats. Literally everything cats, all the time - I sought out obscure facts and could tell you the difference between similar species, and wanted cats involved in literally everything I did. Adults laughed it off as childhood obsession. I was also pretty obsessed with the solar system. I thought asking my peers, as a trivia question, which of Jupiter's moons had its own asteroid (Io, in case you were wondering) was appropriate and interesting and was confused that they didn't know that. That was in fifth grade.

I watched the weather channel for fun. I would watch it for hours and absorb the weekly forecast info just... for fun? I never used it, could never tell you if you should dress a certain way or bring an umbrella or whatever. Everyone thought it was weird.

I was a know-it-all and literally could not stop myself from bluntly correcting people who were wrong. Didn't know or care that it was "rude". I'm still that way but I've learned how to sometimes swallow the urge long enough to find a more tactful way to point it out (but often fail).

I could read on my own before kindergarten, used vocabulary beyond what one would expect for my age, and had a special interest in spelling and grammar throughout my school years. I did not understand how other people weren't interested in learning about it and getting it right. I read at an undergrad level by 4th grade.

I hated loud noises and often covered my ears to block out irritating sounds. I could also hear high pitched noises that even other kids didn't seem to hear (or at least weren't bothered by them). Too much noise sent me into an internal meltdown, I'd just kinda shut down because I couldn't deal with it.

Textures and pressure on my skin bothered the absolute fuck out of me - sock seams, certain fabric materials, socks that weren't equally elastic, one shoe tighter than the other, tags.... all of that. (Also, fun anecdote I just unlocked - when I was 4 or 5 my grandmother started letting me use the soft silk sleep shirt she had as a young woman because I preferred it to anything else. Soft, smooth, no irritating qualities. Bliss. I wanted to wear it all the time.)

Don't get me started on food. Until I was in COLLEGE I mostly subsisted on pasta with either butter or alfredo sauce and chicken. I would eat other things, but pasta and/or chicken was (and still is) my biggest safe/comfort food. I'd eat other stuff mostly if I could control the balance of ingredients, get it made plain, or could confirm the texture wouldn't be offensive (so, like... plain burgers, plain cheese pizza, grilled cheese, mashed potatoes, etc.) I cannot stress this enough - from childhood through COLLEGE I did this. As a kid my mom had to make me a completely separate dish most nights to get me to eat something. My spouse was horrified at what little variety I ate. The only reason I eat so much variety now is that he knows what I do/don't like and tells me in advance if I'll find a texture or taste offensive. Of course, rather than wanting consistent texture like I did when I was younger, I now seek as much texture as possible (so long as they aren't Bad textures) so.... that's fun. But yeah most of my objections to Yucky foods is due to T E X T U R E. Even if I like the taste, the texture overrides it all.

I prefer animals to people. I will seek out animals and interact with them instead of people in the same room. And will pointedly focus on the animal to avoid interacting with people.

I'm perfectly happy with only myself for company. Being with just my spouse counts as me being "alone" though. Always has. I just realized last night that it's because I do minimal to no masking around him because he's a safe person to unmask with and always has been. Never batted an eye at the weird shit I do beyond asking questions about what I was doing or why. And then just "Okay."

Okay honestly just the fact that I want to vent into the void of tumblr instead of actually discussing this with a person - even my spouse! - pretty effectively shows how little it occurs to me to interact with other people directly. o_0

And there are so many more things that I won't list here because I could just go on and on. And like, sure, some of this may certainly overlap with ADHD but my point is that I have enough to point to ASD that it doesn't feel like having a "hint" of autism. And who knows - maybe it is mostly just ADHD and CPTSD stuff interacting in weird ways. Could be!

But just because I can make small talk and make eye contact and do the "normal" shit and I can interact "normally" doesn't mean I LIKE it. I had to LEARN to do those things to avoid having bad social interactions. When I'm by myself or with my spouse, I behave very differently than I do around anyone else. ANYONE. It's not just slightly changing my behavior depending on who I'm with - it's completely suppressing how I naturally would do things if left to my own devices.

Like, the things we recommended to our autistic students who wanted to know how to interact in ways that would help them blend in/be accepted by others ARE THE EXACT THINGS I ALREADY DO. Like, it did not occur to me at the time that neurotypicals literally do not have to think about doing those things. I thought, ah, these students just need to be told what the tricks are. Other people figure these tricks out on their own. It did not occur to me that other people, in fact, do not learn these tricks because they naturally do that behavior. They do not have to actively think about learning the trick, period. I literally thought other people also have to think as hard as I do about interactions. Evidently not.

So yeah, I'm feeling a little upset about the reaction I got from him because I'm like.... honestly, a diagnosis of ASD wouldn't change a lot about how I do things or think of things. But it would make me feel better about interacting with and participating in autism-related stuff if I am actually autistic. I realize I can use the resources and supports meant for ASD regardless, and for formal supports anything I can access due to my ADHD diagnosis likely covers anything I'd need for ASD. But having a diagnosis opens up more community. Right now I'm like yeah I'm ADHD but I totally relate to this ASD content. But I'm not going to interact much because I feel like I don't have the right to join in since idk if I do have ASD.

idk I have a lot of feelings. I had a bad email about the trans insurance coverage thing yesterday and I'm not in a great headspace, but finding out me and my spouse both scored very high on the autism screening stuff was honestly a high point because we ended up sharing a lot of how we view and interact with the world that was very eye-opening about why we interact the way we do, how we relate to others (and how other people think we're weird for how we relate to others), and just...everything. And having someone be skeptical after I've spent a lot of time trying to convince myself that I DON'T have ASD only to conclude that at the very least, I should probably be evaluated because I can't reasonably rule it out. Like, most people do not wonder if they have autism. The fact that I am spending this much time looking into it and trying to find examples to disprove it only to find I overwhelmingly can't in virtually every single diagnostic category.... just..... dismissing it outright is kinda hurtful.

Like, I recognize that ADHD symptoms overlap a fair bit, but seriously. My spouse (who definitively does not have ADHD) scored almost identically to me and we vibed on almost everything when we compared answers. We see most things similarly. We have similar areas of confusion about other people and for fundamentally similar reasons. I can't imagine all of the stuff that points to ASD for me is just ADHD in disguise, not when I vibe THAT HARD with someone else. Spouse does not vibe with me on ADHD content. At all. He can appreciate it since he does live with me, after all, and observes whatever's being discussed. But he doesn't vibe with it. He vibes with autism content, though. And I vibe with both.

idk this rant ended in rambling and I'm just going to go listen to Inside on repeat for a couple hours while I try to calm down a bit. o_0
