I don't remember her ever being chased or attacked by any of the human dogs ...

I just decided it after watching the deleted scene of Arkin getting the Collector and bringing him to the garage??? storage unit?? Elena spent the entire video getting dolled up. (I would too if I knew my King was coming/also I want to look presentable for Murder) and at the end of the video she puts her head on the trunk. We can hear Asa having a fit inside and it's just the way she laid her head on the trunk and looked at the camera. It just made me think that she was laying out all the tools for the Collector, not Arkin. She didn't look bloodthirsty, she looked concerned. Then we see shots of her looking like she's torturing someone in the stills from The Coll3cted. So I just wondered if maybe she paid some of her dad's guys to track him down before Arkin "I can't use the internet in 2012 O' Brien did. When they found him she went and confronted him. But Asa already knew all about her and her family's loss.

He's a smart dude. There's no doubt in my mind that he noticed how she reacted to Lucello's death. He was a protector and father figure to her. And he'd probably already watched them at their mansion and noticed that even though the dad sent people to save her, he's kinda distant, he shuts down due to his own PTSD and drinks his pain away. Asa could easily play a few manipulation cards:

1) My Father was also distant and had an addiction. We are very similar. I just wanted a father to guide me, no one can protect you like I can.

2) I lost my mother as well as a child. You understand how much that void hurts.

3) Not having a family I had to fend for myself. I fought tooth and nail to get where I am. You remind me of myself with your emotional strength and problem solving skills.

I don't know how to brain wash or manipulate people so I can't really explain how he'd do it, but since I'm easily manipulated, I can understand how she'd fall under his spell. I'm an Abby 5000% except I'm smart enough not to leave my trunk.

I figure he'd work the Father Figure angle (probably why he was wearing Dad clothes. Fucking Elena) offering her emotional support and reconfirming how strong she really is.

I'm reaalllly tired and I can't formulate my thoughts into text. 😭😭

I don't usually write these because I'm very shy but I just needed to tell you that every time you write something with Mayuri that fic ends up living in my mind rent free for days , you just capture him perfectly and I love all the little details like that if you get too close to him Jizo will poke you ?? I adore it

And omg, can not believe you noticed the Jizo thing??? I just really love how unavoidable it is; he keeps his sword directly in front of him and Jizo's handle has those little spikes on it at least in the first arc (can't remember if they're in the later ones but in my MIND they are).

Mayuri is my favorite character to write for as we KNOW and I absolutely need to write for him MORE (because there are requests for him in my inbox trust and believe!!!), but I always hold back because I don't want to make everyone feel like I won't take other character requests. Trust me though, my drafts are 80% unposted Mayuri al;ksdjf;alksdjf

And, yeah, the circle for Mayuri fuckers is small, but we are slowly but surely growing and even besides that, definitely don't feel nervous about requesting things for him whenever the whim hits you. I am never unhappy to see more of it in my inbox. <3

A chilling pain snakes along your skin; it is never-ending and all-consuming. It leaves a cold sweat to build along your hairline, and each droplet that rolls down clammy flesh stings your open wounds. Each time you squirm from the pain in an effort to get away, to escape, the pain reignites into something worse. It leaves you perfectly fixed in between the points of pleasure and agony, never too much of either—a constant state of stimulus that leaves you feeling braindead.

You’re strung up in the center of the room, a room that once felt familiar to you but now seemed so foreign. As if the opening of that peculiar little cube had opened a parallel universe that existed only within this space. So similar to the one that stood here before but shifted and twisted into something dark and perverse. It made lust congeal within your stomach as it slowly worked its way through your system, infecting you with a steady rush of endorphins.

Sets of eyes oversee you, observing each involuntary tremor of muscles that have hooks embedded within them. Your arms are spread wide, leaving you in a depraved crucifixion at the focal point of this room. As if you were an art piece on naivety, a poster child for those who dared dream of something more pleasurable than what earthly beings could bestow upon your measly form.

Your eyes fall shut, head lolling back against your shoulders. You feel rivulets of blood drip from the puncture marks that span from your shoulders to the palms of your hands that keep you spread wide. Each time you draw in a shuddering inhale, the shifting of your body causes the flesh to tear a little bit more. The only sounds to be heard now are the quiet chattering of teeth and droplets of blood hitting the floor below with audible splats.

A cry tears itself from your diaphragm, head-snapping upright once more as chains shoot out from the depths of the room, sinking into the meat of your torso. You go to drag in a shaky inhale, but each movement of muscles and tendons feels as though you’re immolating from the inside out.

Your eyes dart around the room, seeking something. You’re unsure what. You see figures in the darkness, a womanly form to your left, a stout form to your right. You’re unsure what’s behind you, but you hear incessant chattering that frays at your nerves. In the center, though, stands a man who you can see clearly. He towers over you though it genuinely wouldn’t have mattered if he didn’t with the way he commands the space so effortlessly.

The sound of heavy boots hitting worn floorboards fills the room, adding to the choir of your ragged breaths and teeth gnashing together. With each step the figure takes, more chains shoot out, ruthlessly piercing your flesh and allowing blood to drip freely over your skin. If the pain itself weren’t making you woozy, the blood loss indeed would have.

“Is this what you desired?” His voice rumbles deep within his chest, and it makes you yearn for something that you aren’t even cognizant of. The voice is not what you expected either. You had expected something unearthly and bone-chilling; instead, it’s the tone of regality and authority drizzled in smooth honey. It sends thrums of pleasure through your weakening form, and you can do nothing but let out a ghastly moan in response.

The man stops just before you, blackened eyes regarding you with a twisted cold curiosity. You can’t help but falter under the gaze, muscles quivering against the hooks as blood oozes from you. You can’t detect an ounce of emotion on his ashen pin laden face, which only serves to make gooseflesh rise along your torn skin.

With ease and precision, he reaches forward, the leather of his outfit creaking as he moves. A finger wipes along the dripping puncture, applying enough pressure where the hook sunk in to drag a shrill shriek from your lungs. Moments later, he withdraws his finger holding them up so that you may see the crimson that drips from his nail down past his knuckle. “Are you satiated?”

Your lip quivers, tears wheeling up as you stare at the man. You can’t drag your gaze from him, not even as the other Cenobites begin to enclose within your peripheral vision. The man brings his hand closer to your face, index and middle finger, smearing crimson over your lip before dipping within the warmth of your mouth. Copper washes over your taste buds along with hints of something sulfuric. Your innate response is to hollow your cheeks, greedily sucking the digits despite the pain the movement causes you.

The barest hint of smirk forms at the corner of the man’s lips before neutrality overtakes him once more. “I see.” He drags his fingers carefully over your molars, thumb resting in the submental space. “You thirst for more.”

Today arrived a bunch of kimetsu no yaiba merch and I’m so so happy!!!

I love that Rengoku Kyojuro figure and I can’t wait to buy the Senjuro one 👀 I can’t divide the two Rengoku brothers after all 😌✨

He is so cute with his broom so I hope to find it again the next time I’ll visit the comics shop :3

🎃 October 14th Tea of the day: Blackberry black tea Accompanied with a stacked homemade vanilla bean cheesecake with a chocolate Oreo cookies and almond flour crust. Filled with fig jam*, topped with figs, and drizzled with a mixture of blackberry and lingonberry sauce.
