So I did a thing for Guardian after I read the book for the 2nd time, and before I post in on AO3 I want to share a sippet of it!

Zhao Yunlan had never stopped him before, so for something to change so suddenly there had to be something wrong, “Yunlan?”

When he did speak, his voice was accusatory, “I love my wife, but I’m not sure he feels the same.”

Shen Wei was confused and had no idea what to say in response.

“I never thought I would turn into a henpecked husband who could only do as his wife commands.” He continued, “I thought we were equals in this relationship.”
