Perhaps inspired by her recent @bbcproms Symphony Of Lungs performance, Florence posted the "world's first medieval electronic instrument" on her Insta: it's the EP-1320 Medieval sampler from the Swedish electronics company @teenageengineering.

The EP-133 K.O. Il is a sampler and composer by Swedish company Teenage Engineering.

Running on 4 AAA batteries, the K.O. ii is compact enough to fit most travel situations , and comes with 64 MB of memory, 12 punch-in effects, and a built-in mic.

While analog composing may have been surpassed by digital, there’s definitely a charm to be found pushing buttons and discovering new sounds.

I think this is starting to heavily lean more towards GBC than NES but... I really love it so I may end up keeping it anyway LMAO

I think the main thing that might make it not NES-faithful is the parallax between the game logo and the background .. Colors should be okay going by the palette per 8x8 grid rule, but it definitely would not be able to move like that unless the entire thing was a huge sprite. Oh well.

chronic pain. bláth spends most of his days in his flat and studio, goes out a couple times a month. as free as he's gonna get: he's a kid brought up in a crime syndicate. first growing with it, then trying to break out. failing. suffering for that. this putrid blend of adaptation: torn skin scabbing over broken bones growing back not quite even. modes created just to deal with a kill and not die himself. bláth had to twist and twist and twist, and he got out, but the world was a stranger. he's hard to be around most days.

*buys book* Hmm, why does the plot sound so different from the movie?
