The Frost Citadel
Builder : TangoTek
Series : Hermitcraft Season 9
Propaganda : decked out is not only an incredible build on the OUTSIDE, with a great colour scheme and a lot of detail, it's also a hugely important build for the season in general - being the place most people would hang out for the last few months of the server - and importantly a redstone MASTERPIECE. how did this man create literally an entire game with a point buy system and effect cards and randomised threats in minecraft?! like this is vanilla. i think the only mod used was for the disc system and even then he was ready to run that without mods. on so many levels this is such a fantastic build.
Pandora's Vault
Builder : Awesamdude
Series : DSMP
Propaganda : its so big. Its so so big. Look at a map of the dsmp. Its just a black void bigger than l'manburg was. You look at it and you just know it's something terrible. the obsidian walls, lava, the iron. It's just there. In the middle of the ocean. It does not fit in and its scary. the AMOUNT of redstone and functions it go is AMAZING. the only way to enter is through a portal that then leads u to the nether and has to be manually activated again by the warden. So to enter you literally NEED the wardens permission. All the bridges and all the door. It's so fucking cool man what can I say. The amount of security. the lore that happened inside pandora as well. Pandoras arc was the best arc of the whole of dream smp and I stand by that. There is so so much to unpack. Sam and Dream could have just built some shitty obsidian box and called it a prison, but no they made PANDORAS VAULT
Bonus : it's a very big prison and now it's containing the smallest little guy (Bdubs)
Taglist!

Geto as a House Husband
Genre: Fluff Pairing: House husband Geto x Reader AN: I love him. He's so damn pretty. Who should I write next?
Have you seen him? He is mother material. Born to cook forced to slay. Let's say in a different world, you whisk this beautiful man into the domestic bliss of marriage.
Massive cottage core vibes with this one. He is very taken by the idea of not being regarded as a killing machine. Immediately busies himself with the task of decorating your shared home.
Just take this man away. Elope to mountains and save him (hermit begs you).
Wedding planning is another demon. He debates every single decision. Asking you about your preference between white gardenias or white peonies. (You love him and he is too sweet for you to say out loud that you for the end of the world cannot distinguish the flowers)
He creates elaborate flowcharts to compare the pros and cons of different cake flavors, or insists on stress-testing the honeymoon resort's structural integrity with a cursed technique (much to the staff's bewilderment).
Let's not even get into Gojo's best man speech. No one really recovered from that.
DIY projects are his shit. Renovating a raggedy old dresser into a vintage masterpiece is where his magic lies. Let this man cook.
Your home with him is a a whimsical blend of vintage finds and hand-stitched throw pillows adorned with subtle wards against lingering curses. Even the strategically placed spider plants weren't just decorative – they doubled as a natural barrier against negative energy (a discovery that both surprised and amused you).
His transition into a normal 'monkey' life was endearingly awkward, like the time he spent hours meticulously decoupaging a floral pattern onto a chair, muttering about the inefficiency of glue compared to a simple binding spell.
And the day Suguru is introduced to the world of crocheting, your world flips on its axis. The pure look of joy on his face unravels the seams of your heart as he presents you with the mood changing octopus on your birthday.
Weekends with him are craft days. With a classic rom-com in the background as he sits next to you, his hands busy in the dance of needles and yarn. Better even your fingers run through his hair, braiding his hair only to wake up to your husband with perfect mermaid waves next day.
You both are the kind of sickly sweet couple that cause Shoko to gag in cringe during holiday gatherings.
Your husband glows with the simplicity of life. His hands busy themselves with crafts, chores, gardening, never a moment of rest even in the hull of domesticity.
He is your Disney princess that rushes out to refill the bird feeder with the first rays of Sun, hums pleasantly at the sight of a perfectly baked batch of cookies, or paints the most delightful sceneries on your ceilings.
Geto Suguru was made to create. He loves the fresh scent of sheets, experimenting with new flavors of tea, or going down the path of BookTok with Faerie romances much to your astonishment.
It isn't long before, you both end up adopting teeny tiny twins from the local orphanage. Suguru's darling girls he spends his life nurturing.
He took to fatherhood with the same surprising zeal he brought to everything else. His days were filled with braiding tiny pigtails, reading bedtime stories with dramatic voice inflections (complete with a surprisingly convincing rendition of a grumpy troll), and building elaborate pillow forts that rivaled any jujutsu barrier.
And on nights when dreams of a different reality kept him away, you held his hand in yours. Calling your girls for a family sleepover in the living room. That was all it took to whisk the sadness away from your beloved's eyes.

Favourite Color: Ultraviolet but that’s not a colour that people can actually see so I say purple and then maybe blue and baby pink although I am kind of getting into White and Ofc grey and black
Last Book: i’m not entirely finished, but I’m kind of there, but the last book that I did read was the last president by Del and Len Riley, and it was about how indigenous people continuously had their treaties and rights ignored or twisted and how that is deeply intertwined with the Canadian Constitution and all the horrible shit that ensued with the continuous racism, sexism and abuse towards indigenous people in order to systematically, wipe them out and elevate European colonialists settlers in the country
Last Movie: pirates of the Caribbean at worlds end, which by the way, if you haven’t seen the movie fucking fantastic movie 10 out of 10 amazing cinema we have never slayed so hard since I fear but it’s OK because this masterpiece is created and you can always hit the reply button
Last Show: this is probably the easiest answer because I just finished watching an episode for Buffy the Vampire Slayer although that being said, if I hadn’t, it would probably be severance or RWBY
Last Google: I don’t know man my Google search history is actually like Russian roulette. I think the last thing that I googled was….. actually nvm that must remain a secret until later, but the second last thing I googled was, is Ketchup technically a soup because it is a liquid.
Latest Obession: i’m not really overly obsessed with anything at the moment but that being said, I think my recent obsessions have to be like severance the amazing digital circus and I kind of gotten into walking again or taking like late night walks, but that’s just because the summertime is coming up so biking around is definitely going to be coming back in fashion for me

Surviving the Writing Struggle: How to Keep it Cool While Slaying Stress
Hey, fellow word warriors and aspiring scribes! 🚀✨ Let's talk about the not-so-glamorous side of being a wordsmith - the stress, the self-doubt, and the eternal question, "Will I ever finish this damn story?" Spoiler alert: You will, but first, let's spill the tea on handling the chaos without losing your sanity.
Spotting Stress in Your Writing Journey: OMG, Drama!
So, you're staring at your blank doc, contemplating life's great mysteries like, "How will everything be done?" and "Will I survive this rollercoaster?"
Calm down, Shakespeare; stress is part of the game. Recognize it, embrace it, then show it who's the boss.
Strategies for Keeping it Sane: Adulting Level - Pro
Chop it Like it's Hot: Seriously, don't look at your project like it's a massive iceberg about to sink your Titanic of creativity. Break it down into bite-sized pieces. You'll feel like a genius crossing off those mini milestones, promise.
Realistic Goals, Duh: Setting goals that aren't straight out of a fantasy novel is crucial. No one's writing a 100,000-word masterpiece overnight. Be real with yourself, and maybe you won't end up hating your own deadlines.
Time Management (or Just Wing It): Procrastination is an art form, but so is managing your time. Create a schedule that doesn't make you want to run for the hills. Balance is key, my friends. Write a bit, Netflix a bit, repeat.
Edit Like a Ninja: Writing is messy, like trying to eat a burrito in a car. Embrace the chaos and save the perfectionism for editing. It's where the magic (and sanity) happens.
Crushing Self-Doubt Like a Boss: Because You're a Rockstar 🌟
Check Yo' Self: Negative thoughts? Nah, fam. Challenge those bad vibes. Replace them with positive vibes only. You got this. Remember, doubting yourself is so last season.
Squad Up: Join a writing community or bug your friends for feedback. Share your struggles and victories. It's like a support group for word nerds, and it's fab.
Party Like it's 1999: Celebrate your wins, no matter how small. Finished a chapter? Treat yourself to a victory dance. You're basically the Hemingway of the 21st century.
Conclusion:
So there you have it, my fellow scribes! The writing journey is a wild ride of stress, self-doubt, and creativity. But remember, you're not alone. Break it down, set real goals, manage your time, and kick self-doubt to the curb. Keep it cool, keep it sassy, and most importantly, keep on writing. Your story deserves to be told, and you've got this! 💪📚 #WritingLife #WordNerdVibes

Thought for a “Heart: The City Beneath” Character
I’m marinating in the setting for this ttrpg a bit, and there is this lovely passage on art in the City Beneath:
“The City Beneath is bursting at the seams with art. Wherever there are people, they express themselves in wild patterns. Something about the place fills the inhabitants with creative energy.
It’s as though the loose reality, disjointed cause and effect and the intrusive universe on their doorstep pushes them to understand the world through metaphor and allegory or abstract shapes and sounds, rather than relying on brittle and unbending science. Almost everyone creates art of some kind, and those who don’t are considered a bit weird.
Murals line the walls of many settlements. Statues wrought from junk and detritus have pride of place in town squares, often hanging from ropes to keep them from touching the ground; songs are sung, and each new singer adds something to the lyrics or tune; books are hoarded, read and re-read, edited and cut up into new patterns; and cartography, the most prestigious and challenging art of all, sees practitioners descend into drug-induced fugues as they attempt to map the strange environment of the Heart through whatever means they have to hand.
Reason has failed the inhabitants of the Heart; instead, they have turned to rhyme.”
(Heart: The City Beneath, Pg. 122)
And I love that. A lot. Reason has failed, so let’s turn to rhyme. Art! Art everywhere. Art made of junk and detritus and madness and passion.
And with that in mind. Art. A character who makes art. There’s a trinket you can get with the human ancestry: ‘Custom scrimshaw kit, well used’. I love scrimshaw so much. I’m not fully sure why. Bone and horn and ivory and death, but also art and memory and storytelling and life. I love it. And in Heart … Yes. All of that.
So. An artist of bone. And if we’re making art from death, I think it has to be a Cleaver. Or a Deadwalker, Deadwalker would definitely also work, but my kneejerk first instinct is Cleaver. Because blood and bones and carving. That feels Cleaver to me. We’re not mucking around with metaphysics and heavens. We’re carving bones. A hunter, an explorer, an adventurer. Searching for the perfect raw materials. Bones to make a masterpiece from.
Which, yes. We’re talking the Adventure calling. We want to slay beasts. To make marks. To have our name be known. We need to explore the deepest reaches of the Heart, and find a true beast whose bones are worthy of our life’s work. A masterpiece. A suspended skeleton, carved with our exploits, hung for all to see. “Go somewhere where no-one else has stepped foot for at least a century.” “Slay a beast that’s at least five times your size.” “Catalogue your exploits for an extended period; either do it yourself or hire a bard.” Those. That’s who this character is. They’re a strange, black-eyed hunter-artist with a well-used scrimshaw kit, and they’re searching for the perfect set of bones.
(And there are some landmarks that I would dearly love to venture with them, but that’s cheating on account of not being both GM and player, but *cough cough* Hang Station *cough cough*, *cough cough* Briar *cough cough*, *cough cough* Ghastling Plain *cough cough*)
For our starting cleaver abilities, I think I’d go Wild Hunt for major, because it lets our whole party in on the hunt. For minor, Darkling Eyes for delve, Unmaking Claws for kill, and then I think I really want Twisting Territory. It gives you the Warren domain, yes, but the main thing is this:
“Once per situation, you can ask the GM who’s in charge of the immediate area around you. By smell, sight or some other esoteric sense, you gain an intuitive understanding of the apex predator or alpha creature (whether that’s a person or a beast) in the local area. When you use this power, the target gets the uncanny feeling that they’re under threat.” (Pg. 28)
Once per situation, you get to ask what the biggest, meanest thing in the area is, and then give that thing a sudden unsettling feeling of ‘I see you!’. Yes. Absolutely. Our artist-hunter is all about that. Does it increase the risk that our prey knows something’s coming? Absolutely! Does that increase the glory, and the worth of the bones for our art? Without question.
Granted, there’s the question of who will carve the bones if we die trying to get them, but if all else fails, so long as someone in our vicinity survives to bring the bones back and tell the tale of their retrieval, that will be art of some kind at least. Heh.
Yeah. I think I like this. A adventurous human cleaver. A hunter-artist of the bone.

Hiiii ໒꒰ྀི´ ˘ ` ꒱ྀིა
First of all, I just wanted to thank you for existing and for using your talent to create amazing masterpieces for all of us ♡︎ I love love love every single work by you. I strongly believe your writing belongs in the museum. I hope that one day we will have a physical copy of your work because they are so beautifully written, every single one!!! I love the way you write Rafe so much, he’s different in every story, yet he’s the same. I don’t know how you do it but you slay!!!! If I really have to choose a favorite out of all masterpieces, I already know it’s gonna be home before dark because of the angst and Rafe’s vulnerability ૮ ⸝⸝o̴̶̷᷄ ·̭ o̴̶̷̥᷅⸝⸝ ྀིა!!! I keep going back to read cam girl chapter 10-12 just for the angst while waiting for the next chapter of hbd hahah ദ്ദി (ᵒ̴̶̷᷄﹏ᵒ̴̶̷᷅) I feel like I’m being spoiled by you because while reading cam girl (and it’s also my favorite) I was secretly hoping to hear more of Rafe’s struggles and backstories why he is the way he is etc. because I’m his biggest sympathizer and now with the recent story I got all of that from first chapter till now (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)!! The realness, the angst, the vulnerability, the raw emotions, the yearning, the mutual pinning got me crying screaming kicking my feet! THANK YOU TRULY. You ATE every single chapter ︎♡ I feel like I can’t thank you enough for what you do. Grateful and thankful for you, really. Lastly I just wanted to ask that do you write a chapter at a time and see where the story takes you or do you write couple chapters ahead or have you already finished writing the series? Because I don’t know how can it be possible that every chapter is better than the last!!!! Ugh I love the way your mind works. Anyways I can’t wait for more to come, whenever it may be, thank you thank you thank you!!!! You are a gem!!! Have a lovely weekend ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡ Muahhhh xx
BESTIE THIS IS SO SWEET OMGGG 😭 i can’t put into words how much i appreciate this??? i can say with full certainty that as thankful as you are for my work, i’m just as if not more thankful for the support 😭 i’m such a broken record but i genuinely would not have the motivation to keep writing if it weren’t for the messages and replies that readers take the time and effort to share with me so THANK YOU 💘
wrt my writing process, i start every series with a very loose plot outline and usually write each chapter as i go. for home before dark though, i had the first three parts done before posting anything because i wanted to get all my ideas out and was v determined to get the backstory out slowly instead of dumping it all in the first part. i usually stick to the biggest plot points i outlined but all my series so far have dramatically deviated from my original outline bc the story/characters ran away from me and did what they wanted to lol 😋 i also get rly inspired by comments and love to add little scenes to incorporate ideas readers share with me if they fit with the vision i have for the story 🥰 my original idea for watch and learn did not have rafe yearning nearly as much as he was but when readers were like “make him suffer” i was like bet 🙂↕
thank you for your amazing message 😭 i think every writer can agree that the work you put out there feels like a little part of you and it’s kind of a vulnerable act to share your creative writing so it is THE BEST PRESENT EVER to hear such nice feedback 😭 and i know i’m not the only one who gets unsure/insecure about their work every so often so feedback like this makes me feel so good!! i already know i’m gonna keep coming back to read your message!! i love you and i hope you have a wonderful weekend 💘 THANK YOU ANGEL

🦦
🦦 I swear to god I thought I had answered this one, I DONT WANNA ANSWER IT. I wanna keep it in my inbox so I can look at and cry.
LMAO I got so scared when you said you didn't like Bad Caretaker, because I mixed without asking either parties, so what a huge relief to know I didn't fuck it up.
I am soooo happy you liked it!!!! And all the details you picked up!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I agree it deserves a part 2, but I'm actually moving on to a Jonah (+ caretaker Luke) piece that kinda hinges on this not being solved. So don't worry, I'll bring it up again and also have more Vin and Wendy fluff (LOADS), but not in a part 2 manner
The smut got such an amazing turn out, I'm kicking my feet and squealing. Deepest itch uh? 🙈🙈 Guess the Wendy in you is showing, 🦦! Please DO read it an abnormal amount of times, just know I'll be giddy asf every time you do

My Top 10 Favorite Zelda Games
(Excluding Spin-Offs like Hyrule Warriors)
Number 10. Link’s Awakening DX - This game… it’s not quite memorable, but the atmosphere, and chibi stylization make the experience feel nice.
Number 9. Spirit Tracks - Link and Zelda honestly make this game, but aside from that, this is one of the funner 2D Zelda games and the little unique features it had make it stand out.
Number 8. A Link Between Worlds - What’s this? A game where Link and Zelda have dark counterparts? Sounds like shit on paper, but the way it’s executed make these counterparts seem less like eviler variants of the duo, and more like people with personalities that are the complete opposite of the duo. As for the gameplay? It’s still pretty fun.
Number 7. Skyward Sword - A surprisingly great prequel to every single game in the series, with incarnations of Link and Zelda that feel like people, the Great Grooose, and the absolute icon that is Ghirahim. Still the gameplay is much to be desired and I’ll never forgive Nintendo for creating The Imprisoned.
Number 6. Twilight Princess - Good gameplay, good story, great secondary antagonist, great aesthetic, Midna herself is amazing, the final boss was great, and this game feels like an epilogue of Ocarina of Time, while also doing its own thing and expanding upon the lore.
Number 5. Wind Waker - This game… is far from perfect. Actually Twilight Princess if superior if you want to talk about mechanics, but this is arguably one of the most compelling versions of Link and Zelda’s tale in the series. Link here started out as just a kid who wanted to save his sister and Zelda started out as a young pirate, but both ended up basically getting dragged into an ordeal that’s bigger and a lot older than them. I’d write about this game in full because there is a good amount to talk about, but it’s nice.
Number 4. A Link To The Past - This may just be personal preference talking, but I love this game. This was the true progenitor of everything that people love about Zelda Games, and it honestly has the best interpretation of Classic Ganon and its not even close. Sure the gameplay is kinda outdated, but it’s a whole fun ass game and a case where the ancient stuff is great.
Number 3. Majora’s Mask - Despite only being Number 3, this game is on par with the next entries on this list. It’s easily the most horrific, creepy, and sadder Zelda games, but there’s more to it. This game can be funny now and again, while also being weirdly heartwarming. It juggles multiple things at once, and it’s surprising because you’re playing it while everything is on a literal doomsay timer. Then there’s the looming threat of Majora, a mysterious evil entity with the mind of a child who is the perfect Non-Ganon antagonist.
Number 2. Breath of The Wild - Revolutionary. The open world gameplay, the story that is told through flashbacks and the environment, Zelda’s characterization, and most importantly, the atmosphere. This game not only returned the series to its roots, but with the power of technology, it became a modern masterpiece.
Number 1 (TIE). Ocarina of Time & Tears of The Kingdom - I wanted to seperate these two games, but if I’m being honest both are amazing. Everyone and their parents talk about Ocarina of time being a masterpiece and they certainly don’t lie. The gameplay, while old, is still revolutionary for its time and aged well in comparison to other N64 games, but the story of this kid named Link growing up into the hero who slayed the King of Evil, aged like fine wine. As for Tears of The Kingdom? The story isn’t as perfect as Breath of The Wild’s was, but the good outweighs the bad because Ganondorf is the scariest he’s been since his debut, the addition of the Zonai add a level of intrigue, the liveliness of Hyrule this time around help keep the game feel different, the larger hub world, the absolute horrors that are The Depths, and the game’s consistent theme of sacrifice and what it means. In short, both these games somehow just vibe with me.

Different ways of styling the 22 Karat Gold Dress
Resort & Beachwear Elegance
For a more luxurious beachside or resort aesthetic:
Wear the 22 Karat Gold Dress as a robe over the 24 Karat Gold Swimsuit/Bodysuit.
Style with metal gold sandals or strappy heels.
Finish with oversized sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat for added glam.
A chic woven or gold-accented handbag.
Night Out Glamour
For a sparkling evening ensemble:
Wear the dress as is with nude or gold heels.
Choose statement, gold jewelry to complement the shine.
Depending on how you want to style your hair, rocky in a sleek bun, or voluminous in some bouncy curls.
Opt for a daring red or nude lip that brings out the gold tones.
High-End Event Ready
For a formal or exclusive event:
Team the dress with statement heels (works best in black, white or gold).
Wrap a rich shawl or faux fur stole around your shoulders.
Go with minimalist but bold jewelry — diamond or pearl earrings.
To keep makeup sophisticated, try a dewy finish and highlighted cheekbones.
Styling Tips for a General Look Statement Piece
Styling statement pieces like the 22 Karat Gold Dress takes serious thought. Here are a few general tips to make sure you always look effortlessly polished:
1. Balance is Key
If wearing something fierce like a gold dress, tame the rest of your outfit. If the gown is very complex with a lot of sparkle, wear very little jewelry so it doesn’t compete.
2. Play with Textures
Textures is another option to add dimension to your outfit. Combine a metallic gold dress with matte counterparts (suede footwear or a leather clutch work well) to provide contrast and give your outfit visual texture.
3. An Outfit Is Only As Great As You Are
No matter how beautiful the dress, confidence is what makes an outfit glimmer. Walk around tall, own your look and know that your bold fashion statement is what you’re making.
4. Consider the Occasion
The 22 Karat Gold Dress is undeniably stunning, but you need to understand when and where to wear it. Apply the aforementioned styling advice to customize the dress for different occasions so you’re always dressed to impress.
5. Keep it Comfortable
Comfort and style don’t have to be mutually exclusive. This dress is super stretchy, so it's already a comfortable fit, but you'll also want to wear shoes and accessories that will let you move around freely to truly enjoy your event pokey free.
Celebration of a 22 Karat Gold Dress
Timeless Luxury: Gold is always in fashion, so this dress is a long-term investment in glamour.
Adaptable & Multitasker: This dress can be dressed up for a night out, or worn at the resort, or even function as a high fashion statement piece.

The Winter Cabin
Builder : Technoblade and Philza
Series : DSMP
Propaganda : techno and phil's cabins are THE build they're what minecraft is to me maybe not impressive or huge. they use common materials. there's no redstone mechanics. but they're what minecraft is about: making a place yours. making something with your friend. genuinely the most meaningful build in my opinion because it was simple and cozy and made sense for these characters! the stable with carl right in front. the dog house. the soft glow of the beacon. the fact their cabins are connected. similar but not the same. that's my propaganda op. that these cabins sum up what makes minecraft so lovely. and are a great memory for techno. | It's cozy and safe. The perfect hideaway for anyone looking to plan revenge and hold political book clubs. Includes three main houses and a giant training area. It has many adorable animals, including Steve. A polar bear.

La Grand Place, Brussels

Let’s take a virtual stroll through one of Europe’s most stunning and historically rich squares—the Grand Place in Brussels, Belgium. This UNESCO World Heritage site is the beating heart of the city, blending Gothic, Baroque, and Louis XIV architecture into a symphony of grandeur and history. It’s truly a place that has to be seen to be believed!
In 1998, the Grand Place was deservedly inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its exceptional blend of architectural styles and its historical significance. The square is a living example of how cultural, political, and economic power can shape a city, and it continues to be a vibrant center of life in Brussels.
The Grand Place (or Grote Markt in Dutch) is considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world. It’s the cultural and historic centerpiece of Brussels, surrounded by opulent guildhalls, the magnificent Town Hall, and the King’s House (or Maison du Roi). Together, these architectural gems create a breathtaking ensemble that’s been charming visitors for centuries.
The history of the Grand Place goes back to the 12th century when it was a bustling marketplace for merchants from all over Europe. Over time, the square evolved into a political and social hub, hosting grand ceremonies, royal visits, and even fierce battles. Despite being heavily bombarded by French troops in 1695, the square was quickly rebuilt, resulting in the stunning architectural harmony we see today.
Dominating the square is the Town Hall (Hôtel de Ville), a Gothic masterpiece dating back to the early 15th century. Its towering spire, crowned with a statue of St. Michael slaying a dragon, is one of the most iconic symbols of Brussels. Inside, the building is just as impressive, with grand chambers adorned with tapestries, paintings, and sculptures that tell the story of the city’s rich past.
The guildhalls surrounding the Grand Place are a testament to the wealth and influence of Brussels' trade guilds during the 17th century. Each guildhall is unique, with intricate facades decorated with gold leaf, statues, and elaborate carvings. Many of these buildings have been carefully restored, and they house everything from cafes and restaurants to museums, inviting you to step back in time as you wander through the square.
The Maison du Roi (King’s House) on the north side of the square may sound regal, but it never actually housed a king! Instead, it served as the administrative center for the rulers of the time. Today, it’s home to the Museum of the City of Brussels, where you can explore artifacts, paintings, and even the famous wardrobe of Manneken Pis, the city’s quirky symbol.
Every two years in August, the Grand Place transforms into a sea of color with the Flower Carpet. Millions of begonias are meticulously arranged in stunning patterns across the square, creating a 75-meter-long floral masterpiece. This tradition began in the 1970s and has since become one of Brussels’ most beloved events, drawing visitors from all over the world to witness this fleeting beauty.
Today, the Grand Place is more than just a tourist attraction; it’s a living, breathing part of Brussels' daily life. From flower markets and concerts to Christmas fairs and light shows, there’s always something happening in this square. Whether you’re sipping coffee at one of the outdoor cafes, wandering through the side streets, or simply standing in awe of the architecture, the Grand Place leaves an unforgettable impression on all who visit.🏛️🏙️🇧🇪
