It was kinda hard to imagine how Jopping P2 state is, I tried lol, might change it idk yet (and a lil angst since its said that Jopping P3 visits P2 often so he can still maintain and regain his memories, at least part of it)

My mom used to be a nurse in wound care (she’s still a nurse just not wound care) and she was just casually talking about how today a pic of a patients wound was included on their chart and it literally made her yell in surprise. She was laughing about it cause obviously when she used to tend wounds she couldn’t very well be screaming in horror at how disgusting a patient’s wound was. Then she just casually started talking about how she would just dissociate and focus on making sure the person knew everything would be ok and walk them calmly through it even when she knew sometimes they wouldn’t be ok. And I just. Eugene?? Renee??? Is that you????

Ikkaku and Honorifics/Titles

Ikkaku doesn't use honorifics 99% of the time. She grew up on a very western-coded island, so they weren't really part of the language growing up, and the speech pattern was rather informal. On Joras, there isn't really much need for titles beyond Mr., Mrs./Miss, Capt., and Dr. so even as they adjusted their culture to fit in better with the World Government's standards, they never adopted any honorifics. Even if they had, Tomasu had taught Ikkaku to judge someone by their handshake and how they treated others, not by some tacked-on title. Plus, people were shit to her, so he felt no need to encourage her to address people with respect unless it was earned.

Even after leaving Joras with the Hearts, she wasn't really exposed to honorifics. Law didn't use them (and addressed everyone outside of the crew with the fairly disrespectful -ya) and she was only really exposed to them in passing. So she doesn't use them and doesn't expect others to address her with an honorific either.

The major exception is Cora-san, and that's mainly due to her hearing Law call him that. She sees it more as a nickname than an honorific and is simply following Law's lead with how to address him.

I never have to wonder where my anxiety comes from or why it's so sneaky/dressed up as rational thought. It's not that she's wrong but also I think she thinks I'm going to be hit by the very first car that crosses my path one minute after sunset, and I can feel that same unease creeping into my own mind despite taking not only standard precautions but also having actual lights on my bike.

Also I got a bike. I keep wavering between excitement and nerves. Also I'm gonna get lights to put in my spokes and that's gonna be cool as hell but also functional.

This is 99% probably not the intention but the way you draw benison makes it look like she's on the verge of crying, like big angry tears, but is holding it in to preserve some sense of dignity/ to ensure others take her seriously. Idk but it's very endearing, reminds me of myself when I was younger
