I'd say it better be TID just because this way the whole epilogue thing in TMI with Tessa and Jem would make sense otherwise they're just some random no one. But on the other hand maybe one should read them... Like 3 books of TMI first, then TID and then TMI again?

I think combining horror, office comedy and epic queer romance might be a recipe for a masterpiece. It's a rare combination, but some of my favourite pieces of media have elements of all three.

Hannibal (2013), The Magnus Archives and What We Do In The Shadows are all vastly different, but they share this particular mix of genres and if any other piece of media popped into your mind while reading that description, please tell me about it. I need to test my hypothesis.
