Something that bugs me is that, they were complaining that the fandom, outside of drawing Mono and Six, only ever draws Mono and Seven and like.... WHERE!!!SHOW ME!!! that's the entire point I made the comic! There was no art of Seven and Mono!!! They're characters who never meet, so no one ever really drew them together back then, at least, not so thoroughly to explore a dynamic with them. Granted Five / Raincoat girl isn't given the same treatment, but that's because she's from the inferior mobile game! And you couldn't get a read on her personality because there was a lack of cutscenes for her!

They're complaining about a fandom making content that isn't catered towards them, and that's just ridiculous!

Anyway, thank you!!! Almost done lining the backgrounds for the next part of the AU.

Thinking more about my isat au and I'm gonna need to change a LOT more than I thought. First things first, Siffrin's connection to the wish. Since in Of gems and pages, all the wishes stayed the same. So why is Odile the one looping and not Siff? So basically, what I think I'd do in my au is that the Universe decided to change things up a bit.

The first time the Universe granted Siffrin the means to fulfill their wish, things went horribly bad (just look at Loop). So this time, the Universe decided to give this new Siffrin, something a lil different. They still gave Siffrin the timeloop But made Odile his proxy. So that Siffrin may have helpers in this new timeline, with Loop as the guide and Odile helping as well, it Should go better, right??? And since the wish is connected with Siffrin's emotions, the Universe can't just completely make it Odile's problem now, sooo basically... Siffrin can still remember Parts of a previous loop PRIOR to their deaths.

That means during the beginning of canon when Siff was crushed by a boulder, he remembers that. And found Loop as well, but when he accidentally ended up touching a tear, he now Doesn't remember being crushed by a boulder but by being frozen in time. At the same time, he ALSO doesn't remember Anything else prior to it. So he doesn't remember that there's a boulder that can kill him by the entrance of the House, he doesn't remember Loop. All he remembers is that somehow, one way or another, he was frozen in time within the House and needs to be more careful with the tears. And because of the way that the loops affect Siffrin now is faaar too different than how it affected Loop, he can't go forwards or backwards in time. Siff will always awaken back in the meadow and Loop will always have to do their whole speech all over again (which would most likely annoy them immediately cuz why? Why is it so different now? Why can't this Siffrin REMEMBER?)

Odile on the other hand, remembers ALL the loops and finds a lot of discrepancies with Siffrin. It takes awhile for her to meet Loop and they get to talk to each other. Their meeting would be pretty... rocky at first. Loop still getting regarded as a stranger by Odile, Loop finding out that Odile is the one getting affected by the timeloop from their own selfish wish. Even if that Siffrin isn't them, it doesn't change the fact that they both made the same wish. Loop thinkin bout being such a favourite cosmic joke of the Universe that not only were they turned into This, one of their family members are suffering cuz of them. And she doesn't even recognize them. It'd be pretty hard at first too cuz Loop doesn't know that their appearance changed yet, there's no mirror. For Loop, they might still look like Siffrin, right? But Odile's reaction to seeing them says otherwise.

Anyway in this au, stage wise, Odile is the actor, Siffrin is the director, and the Universe is the audience. Book wise, Odile is the character, Siffrin is the writer, and the Universe is the reader. Why is Siffrin the director or the writer and not the Universe? That's because the timeloops are Still connected to his emotions, if something he didn't want to think about happens like, that argument with Bonbon (just as an example. I'm wondering if that'll still happen here considering that only happened because of Siff had memories of all the loops in canon. He doesn't have that in this au anymore), time would loop back still, so in a way, Siff Is writing how the timeloops go.

i should...... gonna start right now cuz ive actually thought about mitsugiyu for the GiyuusFuckingSad au- when hes still moping around in the cafeteria corner she pops over because she saw shinobu, shinobu stops her excited rambling and explains that its Quiet Time and shes like 'oh! okay! i can be quiet!' and she just hangs around to doodle in her sketchbook across from them. giyuu once again baffled by another random girl deciding she wants to hang out near(with?) him when hes literally never said a word in response.

she sees him in the halls and tries to talk with him, he responds minimally but shes encouraged by any response at all and talks to him outside the cafeteria any chance she gets- giyuu's incredibly confused as to why she likes talking to him so much, but one time when he realizes he missed the turn to his class about three halls ago finally notices how much he enjoys listening to her stories (he ended up just walking her to class to hear the end of the story, he was a few minutes late when he got back to his own)

when shinobu starts inviting him to little outings with her friends mitsuri's the first to welcome him, kyojuro and suma quickly follow and hes. very overwhelmed. why did he get introduced to the loudest ones of the friend group first?? contrary to what he thought would happen though, they actually love him and despite how hype the three of them get (and how not hype he usually is) he doesn't ever feel left out or pushed to the side (physically speaking too- suma frequently hangs off him since hes the most stable one around now and mitsuri & kyojuro aren't hesitant to pull him in to make him focus on whatever they're talking about. he likes how free they are with affection towards him like that)

months later he's acquainted with and knows the whole group and they're all out at a restaurant chatting and having fun- giyuu notices how entranced everyone else is at kyojuro's retelling of a story and he can't help but think how much sabito would like them all... mitsuri stops paying attention to kyo and turns to him, "Giyuu? Are you okay?" "Yeah, why?" "You're crying"

the grief finally hits, the tears get heavier despite his attempts at drying them before he starts to panic and excuses himself- he practically runs out and mitsuri worriedly glances back at everyone before excusing herself and running after him. she follows him to the side of the restaurant in the little alley where hes having his breakdown and hugs him- he buries his face in her shoulder and holds back shaking like a leaf for a while before the worst of it passes. she asks what happened, "I-i just- he'd like you all.. he would've loved to meet you.." she knows who hes talking about- well.. she knows he was extremely important to giyuu, and that something happened and he's not around anymore, and that its extremely painful for giyuu to talk about so he just doesn't. she says shes honored by his thought and goes on to try to calm him down/cheer him up, his face looks a mess from the splotchy flush and eye liner- it got smudged to hell and back and hes a little embarrassed by it. only for a moment tho because mitsuri immediately offers to fix it for him. when they're finally ready to go back in they notice obanai standing at the entrance of the alleyway, blocking the view from outsiders. "aw! you're so thoughtful obanai!" "You two good to head back inside now?" "how long were you standing there?" "long enough, you worried everyone running off like that" "sorry.." "don't apologize, idiot. c'mon, lets go eat" and they followed an excited mitsuri back to the rest of the group.

after that mitsuri started inviting him to her apartment to practice makeup art on him since she knew he was okay with it. he was good at sitting still and he liked how gently she touched and moved his face however while she worked, quiet and serene with her music playing from the room over- the first thing she tried out was a simple little water-esque mark on his left cheek. when he was finally allowed to look at it he remembered the time when they were kids and sabito backhanded him there for saying he wished he had died with his sister. remembered how badly he wished he could have gone with sabito too. remembered his final words, 'promise me you'll love again'

he looks back up at mitsuri with a little smile, maybe that promise isn't as impossible for me to keep as i thought. "i like it" "oooh! i just had another idea! what if i made it look like a stream of water coming out the corners of your mouth!?"

Tired: gus being a third wheel to Hunter and Willow

Wired: Willow feeling a bit jealous of how easily Gus and Hunter develop their Best Bros dynamic (she and gus are the original silly besties after all!!) and a bit hurt, too, not quite understanding why Hunter is so awkward and quiet and uptight around her in comparison... girl was bullied for 10yrs, I think her knee-jerk response would be assuming he just doesn’t like her so much (his loss, but she’s still allowed to be sad about it!) before eventually she realised oh. It’s the opposite actually Inspired: they are all besties eventually but the friendship shifts and fluctuates and there’s some tension as they all adapt to the changing dynamics

Idk just give me the complex but constructive emerald trio friendship! Simultaneously head empty and galaxy brain!! They have so much to offer!!! 🤩

YEAH IVE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS BEFORE AND I ALWAYS WANTED TO BRING IT UP AT LEAST A LITTLE BIT!!!

I don't think the relationship between the 3 of them would ever be like. Extremely wrought with tension. I don't think there's anything that would make Willow feel insecure in her relationship with Gus. Like their bond is set in stone. But I'm thinking at the point between LR-COTH Willow might have felt....maybe a teeny tiny bit left out. Maybe.

Like she definitely had quite a big moment with Hunter in ASIAS and they texted a lot since then so she knows he values their friendship. But it seems like whatever happened between Hunter and Gus at Hexside really bonded them for life yknow? Like. Gus is clearly the person Hunter is the most comfortable around. And Willow is aware that they might be friends, close friends and she really cares about him, but....she's never gonna be Gus.

Willow loves hanging out with both of them. They had a lot of fun together in that week. But she's definitely noticed just how easily Gus can touch Hunter. How Hunter never struggles to talk with Gus. How he just seems so perfectly at ease.

But if it's her he's talking to, the contrast is obvious. He's shy, he's awkward, he goes stiff when she shows him affection. And Willow is a very understanding person. She knows Hunter isn't gonna be perfectly comfortable with everyone. She's glad he has somebody like Gus who he can be totally open around. But...she really does like him. She thinks he's one of the coolest kindest people she's ever known. She'd really like to be that close with him too. And she knows it's kinda immature to be hurt that she isn't but it's still there. Just a little bit.

I could see Willow taking small steps to make Hunter more comfortable with her. Demonstrating her patience, her gentleness, always putting his feelings into consideration, promising that she won't let him be captured ("They'll have to get past me first!" ;) 💪✨️) This ends up backfiring because Hunter only falls harder and his shyness and blushes get even WORSE. And Willow's like man. What am I doing wrong? :(

But yeah. Willow might still suffer from the effects of her history with bullying and it might make her a little on the self conscious side when it comes to interpersonal relationships but. She's no idiot. It was only in that first week that she felt excluded in the trio. After they reach Camila's house, she does begin to realize "oh...that's why he acts like that. 😳"

thinking about some of the earlier brad parts in pt2. like the fact the 'sages heart' ch is his pov.....???? the reason we listen to the sage is cuz of their heart.....?? being the one to tell akira to stop trying to read into their expressions so much when akira assumes brad doesnt like their idea. that one summer event where mithra snow white goes "ya brad disappeared:/ he mightve died in lava we r not sure:/" and the teachers are all "uh thats unfortunate. anyway he'll prob be fine whats next on the agenda" while akira is increasingly stressed out
