A/N: Miles dating headcannons since my friend and I re-watched the ITSPV and ATSV together - When he had a crush on you! it was WILDDD! - he would act like a stupid nervous lovesick fool around you and it would be so cute !! - He would definitely stutter a bit when talking to you cause you're just so pretty! and handsome and gorgeous and... He could honestly go on forever about how you made him feel - Miles is the type of person who likes psychical touch and also like doing stuff for his partner

- In public Miles will hold your hand, but in private he's more touchy and likes to hold you in his arms as much as you would allow him to if your comfy!

- He loves cuddles! He especially likes to cuddle with you while watching movies, shows etc. _ He is also kinda into holding you while you play video games. When you play on your bed and just casually sit, he won't be able to help himself and hold you from behind with his head on your shoulder 

- Miles is the one to give you random compliments, they would be really cute and he would tell then only only, because of the fact that he things that stuff and wants to make you feel good about yourself 

- But another reason is the fact he just want to see you all flustered and red

- If you're a civilian, he won't let you get near battles at ALL! He doesn't want you get hurt and fear of losing you makes him overprotective more than usual at times he is spiderman and his job is to protect you

- Even though he doesn't want you to get near battles, he's aware that sometimes something might happen and he won't be able to be with you all the time to help you or protect you - Miles would try to teach you self defense to make sure you would be able to handle yourself when needed

- If you're a Spiderman like him from a alternate universe he is happy cause you know his struggles but when your paired on missions besides focusing on it he will also look after you

- this boy does not play with his girl and mom so you better believe that he was so happy that his mom loved you so much.

- at first he was worried that his mom wouldn’t accept you or get along with you because in that case he would’ve panicked abit yeah he is worried about his fathers opinion but not as much as his mothers!

HUGE ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE SPOILERS BELOW

Ok, I know a lot of people discussing about Across the Spider-Verse tend to focus on that ending (because WHAT AN ending) but I’m honestly more focused on a certain Hispanic vampire spidery boi because I’ve got a wild-ass theory concerning him. check this out ready 

THESE TWO AREN’T THE SAME PERSON

All the evidence I have is the trilogy's subtext and the two’s vibes but I SWEAR THIS COULD BE PROVEN CORRECT IN BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE

While both ITSPV!Miguel and ATSP!Miguel tend to get frustrated pretty quickly, some things about their personality don’t quite match up. ITSPV!Miguel seems a lot more snarky and comical (”I know what It looks like...” “Oh, here we go...” “The Multiverse didn’t collapse!” “Oh, cool!” “Great story.”) but meanwhile, ATSP!Miguel is a lot more deadpan and aloof - even Peter B. calls him out (”You know, you’re the only Spider-Man I know who isn’t funny; we’re supposed to be funny!). ITSPV!Miguel is surprisingly a lot calmer when concerning the multiverse’s structural integrity, but ATSP!Miguel is a lot more controlling and cold; he also seems like he could lose his shit at any second compared to ITSPV!Miguel. He even says it himself (”...all this time, I have been the only one HOLDING IT ALL TOGETHER!”) ATSP!Miguel is completely ruthless and can be a total monster at some points, but ITSPV!Miguel doesn’t seem to have that same fury

also, correct me if I’m wrong; ATSP!Miguel says that one of the first times he hopped dimensions was when he was trying to find the one where he was finally happy but we know that ain’t the case because of ITSPV!Miguel

maybe that part didn’t happen

BUT GOING BACK TO THE THEORY I also believe this twist is plausible due to these movies underlying theme of two versions of the same person. we got Peter B. and Peter and their two retrospective Mary Janes, and now Miles and his Earth-42 counterpart (which can I just add was that MCU!Prowler Donald Glover Miles interaction foreshadowing in a way? I'm gonna say yes), so it wouldn’t be that out of left field if in Beyond we got two Miguels

but the only thing left here is how this ties into the third Miguel; the one who was killed. was ITSPV!Miguel and that Miguel the same person? ATSP!Miguel didn’t imply that he was also Spider-Man but he didn’t deny it either. how did he convince the rest of the Spider-Society that he was the ‘real’ Miguel? are they all different people? how has ITSPV!Miguel not noticed a second version of himself by now? did ATSP!Miguel ACTUALLY kill him and straight-up fibbed about someone else killing him? he does seem like having the vibe of a man keeping a lot of shit in the closet; look at how he says that any universe that disrupts ‘canon’ dies and look at Earth-42, 1610 and 65. how does Hobie relate to all of this??? so many questions...

The obvious answer to this riddle is obvious; ITSPV!Miguel just got a redesign for ATSP. That post-credits scene started production late into ITSP’s release date so they just used the regular Spider-Man model and dropped 2099′s day of the dead-ass-luchador-ass textures on it. I mean look at Lyla’s lip sync they weren’t even trying

BUT STILL. If they can make the fucking BAGEL DUDE into a cosmic-level threat, if they can ret-con a one-off background gag into Mile’s nemesis, I swear the production staff could be mad enough to say ‘these two aren’t the same guy’ as well

All i’m saying is, it’s gonna be a tedious next 9 months

I watched Wakanda Forever again today and I know I’ve said this already but out of all the Marvel movies, this one felt the most real.

T’Challa wore very large shoes. Shoes that only Chadwick Boseman could fill. So now that he’s gone it always felt there was someone missing (I don’t mean this in a bad way).

Wakanda Forever felt like a memorial more than a movie. You can just feel the grief everyone has throughout the movie and I actually cried and I never cry watching Marvel movies. I didn’t cry or tear up during “Mr. Stark... I don’t feel so good” or “Tony, look at me. We're gonna be okay. You can rest now.” or “I just need to catch my breath” or even Aaron dying in ITSPV. But I did cry when [redacted] told Shuri their name.

This phase of the MCU has been about grief and I think Wakanda Forever has done the best depiction (not that it’s a competition)

I had a dream about this but I woke up prematurely so need help finishing it

Let's set the stage:

Version -- The only version of Vi is just from season 1 of Arcane (not from League of Legends) and the only Miles is just from Into the Spiderverse (not from any other Spider-Man/Marvel storyline)

Setting -- A metropolitan type area, similar to Undercity

That way they're in a situation that's catered to both of their strengths. Also to make it simple, there's no civilians nearby that they have to worry about.

Weapons -- They both have their normal weapons (Miles his web-shooters and Vi her gauntlets)

"But wait, I haven't seen Arcane" or "I haven't seen Into The Spiderverse" you might be saying. Well, under the cut are ways to understand their abilities more/basically a copy and paste of their wiki pages.

I've also made this playlist of all their fights in order so you can actually and understand see how strong they are and how they've changed throughout their story. (I still recommend giving below the cut a read).

Miles

Powers/Abilities

Wall Crawling -- Like any other spiderbeing, Miles can stick to walls.

Camouflage -- Miles can turn both his body and clothes invisible on command but if he's hit too hard, he can be visible again

Venom Strike -- Miles can control electricity and let it flow through his hands and even through his webs.

Super Strength -- Miles can lift 10 tons (10,000 kg). He can run faster and even endure head trauma and heal pretty quickly with little to no consequences.

Super Agility -- Even before Miles was bitten, he was already pretty agile but ever since he was bitten, he's been more agile than usual. But after he was bitten, he's been even more agile

Spider Sense -- similar to other spiderbeings, Miles can sense danger and his reflexes can kick in before he has time to consciously react and it even puts his fighting ability on the same level of an experienced melee fighter.

Weakness -- Despite his spiderpowers giving him a boost, he's still pretty inexperienced.

Vi

Powers/Abilities

Even though Vi is just a human, she's not weak in the slightest. She's very strong and has even fought people who are on the same level as Scorpion or the Rhino and won.

Boxing -- Vi has experience with boxing(and has even been analyzed by boxing professionals that her form is good and she could absolutely wreck you in a fight). There's also a scoreboard that shows just how well the main crew of act 1 were and Vi was always on top.

Endurance -- Vi can withstand a lot of hits. She's often covered in blood but still able to find strength within to stand up and fight afterward. The only times she's ever really stayed down after a fight is when she's pushed herself too hard and was surprised attacked.

Atlas Gauntlets -- The Atlas Gauntlets were originally made for miners and are powered by hextech (if you haven't seen the show, the gauntlets run on magic). Even though Vi has only been shown to use gauntlets as weapons a few times in the show, each time she does, she absolutely bodies anyone who gets in her way.

Agility -- Along being very muscular, Vi is also pretty agile. Even after being in prison for 5 years, she parkours to travel to most places and is damn good at it (dare I say, she's nearly as a good as a spiderbeing).

Weakness -- Vi doesn't always think everything through before she fights. While she can definitely afford to be that way, she had pushed herself too far before which is noted by Ekko saying "and you still block with your face." And can even noted when she tried to make a tricky parkour jump after getting stabbed and needed help just to stand up.

Overall, they're both experienced fighters and even have experience with fighting against super humans. They can both dish out a lot of damage, stay on their feet for a long time, and are able to take a hit.

*Also, I wrote over the course of a few days, so I don't know if I missed or overlooked anything. So if anyone wants to add anything, go ahead.

Me and @scholarlypidgeot were discussing the changes of religion in Spider-man.

Cause in the 2004 spider-man’s Aunt May is clearly a Christian. However into the Spiderverse Peter Parker is clearly stomping on a glass, a Jewish tradition.

So, clearly the family is inter religious but how?

1) Peters mom was Jewish and the Parkers were Christian. Peter however, chose to follow Judaism based on their matrilineal tradition.

2) The Parkers were Jewish, and Peters family was Jewish. But Ben married Aunt May, a Christian.
