I feel so bad about Itzy. It’s been weighing in my mind for a while.

Like… I’m CONVINCED that someone in JYPE has something against these girls. Bc there’s NO WAY they’re getting the most shitty title tracks, (you know, the tracks that will be PROMOTED and be the face of the group for a good few months???) whilst having some of the most amazing B-sides EVER. It’s not possible that there isn’t some sabotage going on.

Because Imaginary friend??? Cheshire??? Mr.Vampire??? THESE ARE B-SIDES!!! AND THEY’RE FUCKING AMAZING!!! How the FUCK did something like SNEAKERS become the title track!?!?!? It just doesn’t make sense; I refuse to believe that the people who run Itzy actually want them to succeed.

They were supposed to be GIANT, if not that, at least BIGGER. But no. I barely hear about them anymore; I have to manually search for them to even find anything similar to a commentary. It’s so sad. Because they seriously have some great songs, good vocals most of the time, and is just a bunch of skillful girls. But they’re dealt with the WORST POSSIBLE PROMOTING SONG EVER!!!

It’s INSANE.

Ugh, I just feel so bad for these girls. They deserve so much more than whatever the fuck I’m seeing right now…

I’m not even a fucking midzy, man. I found ITZY in passing through Dalla Dalla bc they were literally INESCAPABLE at that time, but even then, I didn’t care about that. Then I really got into Jessi’s Showterview and reached an episode with ITZY. It was super fun, and I ended up really liking Hwang Yeji in particular. And then, I noticed, ‘Wait a minute… She looks SO similiar to Hwang Hyunjin from Straykids (i was aware of SKZ bc I’m a fan of Seungmin’s solo work lol)… Are they twins??? Or at least siblings???’ I looked it up, NOPE, they just so happened to have the same last name and same face just gender swapped.

Anyway, at that point, that’s all I know or cared for about ITZY, but then I heard sneakers and all the interest I had completely faded.

That was UNTIL I came across their song ‘Mr.Vampire’ and my brain exploded. Like, HUH!?!??!?!? THIS THE SAME GROUP WHO MADE SNEAKERS HOW TF????

Then i heard cheshire, then imaginary friend, and oh my god… These girls are such wasted potential. Again, not a Midzy, but fuck, they have some insanely good, moody songs…
