Bad Day // Owen Joyner

You could tell when you woke that’s today was gonna be rough. You had rolled over pulling the blank up to your nose looking to cuddle closer to your warm boyfriend, only to find that that side of the bed was cold. You sighed closing your eyes dreading finding clothes to put on, rolling over spotting his sweatshirt that was discarded rather quickly onto the floor the night before, throwing it on along with a pair of sweats, and heading down stairs. The sound of your foot steps cause Owen to look up from where he was making breakfast.

“Good morning my love, how did you sleep?” he asked as your wrapped your arms around his back.

“okay... i missed cuddling with you this morning.” you rested your head on his back squeezing tighter.

“aww i’m sorry... i wanted to make you breakfast.”

“will you be mad if i say i’m not hungry?”

“i’d never be mad baby.” he plated the food and turned around wrapping his arms around you.

“whats the matter baby?”

“i don’t know i just wanna sleep. i don’t want to do anything today. i just feel like i really need to cry.”

“you can do whatever you need to do to feel better. Is there anything a can do to help you?” He pressed his lips onto the side of your head.

“just hold me please. i really need a hug.”

“i’ll hold you for as long as you need me too. You know that.” you hummed as he started rocking you both back in forth. You both had failed to hear his mom walk into the kitchen.

“Your both the cutest thing.” you and Owens heads turned to look where his mom was leaning against the door frame.

“Mom.” Owen groaned putting his head back into your neck.

“I’m serious. I’ve never seen to people so in love with each other. Not even your father and I were that in love. But i suppose i’ll leave you two to it.” she winked at your as she walked back up the stairs.

“I love your mom. Shes literally the cutest.”

“She loves you too believe me she love you more than she loves me.”

“I doubt that.” He places a few kisss onto your neck, scootching down to wrap his arms around you butt, lifting you so you could your legs around his waist.

“Are you wearing any of your own clothes this morning?” He was  maneuvering himself carefully towards the stairs.

“Am I ever?”

“That’s far enough.” he set you down on the bed removing the sweatshirt he was wearing, laid on the bed and held his arms out.

“let’s watch a movie, and take a nap. That sound like a good plan?” he pulled the blanket up to cover you both.

“That’s sounds like the best plan O. Thank you for taking care of me.”

“I’m gonna take care of you as long as i’m alive baby. I love you.”

“I love you too O.”

Just as things start getting good, it gets bad fast and the new group has to think fast if they want Blaire to stick around.
