Jaune arc had gone missing when a bulkhead crashed.

This lead to team rwby nora ren and pyrrha heading to the jungle to find him.

How ever a horde of panthers attacked the. The beasts were using semblance to fight

Epilogue and theory v9/10

So today a few hours ago for me the epilogue came out I'm very excited about it since this is the most Ruby content related to the main show we've gotten and about a year it's better than us waiting and confusion like we did wondering what was going on with volume 9 where it was a to what felt like to 4 year wait 😅

I also like to hear a rise then there's possibly been a time skip of longer than we think and vacuole even though the epilogue shows the characters and the same outfits they've been wearing since volumes 6 and 7 I do like to think that when we do see these parts of the epilogue and volume 10 like we've been told by Eddie and kerry

We'll see new updated looks maybe some of the characters will look older or a bit taller I really hope this happens and I can't wait to see what their character designs look like especially Oscars and winter

So let's get started with what I liked from the epilogue and some theories all throwing you here and there

wondering if the others were alive and actually trying to do research into it even though remnant has limited resources and information even ozpin didn't know what happened to Ruby and the others

So I'm excited to see their reaction and volume 10 I'm guessing we'll get the reunion with everyone and episode 2 whenever we get volume 10 and these explanation of the ever after will come up an episode 3 because I believe in episode 2 if they do end up getting to vacuo and reuniting with the

others then that's going to be the main focus and then maybe a fight will happen and after that and episode 3 they'll take a break for episode they'll explain everything that's been happening with them Ruby and the others will explain what happened to them and the ever after, team Rwby will see how Oscar's merge is affecting him I wonder if jaune using his Aura amplification would help Oscar I'm not sure it might make it worse we'll have to see

I'm so happy that this epilogue started out with Nora cuz she was one of the characters even more than Oscar that I wanted to know what was going to happen with since from the beginning they'd always set her up it's kind of like a pair with Rin and now we're getting to see Nora Branch out and do

her own thing away from rent even though he can tell that now after telling himself and Nora that he loves her, he still gives Nora her space I'm glad that Nora got to stand up to people who were being hostile towards orphans since Nora's been an orphan for longer than we've probably known

We get to see Nora actually interact with other characters for once outside of her team it's just amazing and I wish they had done this sooner

I can't wait till when we actually give volume 10 because I hope we'll see so much more of Nora and maybe if we're lucky maybe she'll somehow become a maiden

I like what they're doing with Ren Ren sees that John isn't there anymore so now he's trying to be supportive and uplift the team the same way his leader would and I'm happy they're doing this he learned a lot from him and Atlas he saw how

confident John became after losing so much and struggling since the beginning of beacon and now he's not there to uplift or support them like he used to so wren's trying to support and uplift everyone

even though they're separated I also look forward to seeing what happens with him and volume 10 especially with his relationship with Nora he's still trying to give her space even though you can see he does want to be with her at the moment so I wonder what they'll do with him from what it seems maybe they'll have some moments with him along with maybe other characters like male characters

kind of like we seen in Ruby Chibi where he'll be with some of the male characters and they'll be looking into Tyrion and Mercury working with the group called The crown from the before the dawn and after the fall light novels which are Cannon to the main story of rwby

💙Winter

I actually got to see more of winter than I thought I would with the rest of the epilogue I'm happy that we see how much control she seems to have over the maiden power so far her flying her combat and skills she truly is a good candidate for the powers

I'm hoping at some point we'll get to see winter interact with the other maiden I'm hoping that this maiden is very young somewhere around winter's age but has a bit more control over her powers than winter and maybe she can learn from someone instead of trying to teach maybe form a friendship or a bond and that will help them in their upcoming battle with Salem and speaking of Salem

For the longest time now I theorize that Salem probably went to Vail I think she used up her grim pools on the dark Continent and needs to go to a place where a larger amount of her grandma are still active and that would be veil she's there looking for the crown possibly with cinder since she has Tyrion and mercury and vacuo teaming up with the crown

Salem can sit back and make more grim using the staff I honestly do have some doubts here and there when it comes to the writing in the show but so far over the past several volumes is actually gotten so much better and I love it it was especially amazing and volume 9

I'm not sure what they'll have Salem do with the staff maybe if we're lucky Salem will somehow separate Oscar and Oz before they merge I doubt that will happen with that could maybe happen so she can actually confront the person she wants to instead of a 15-16 year old

RWBY AU - Beacon Athletic Academy pt 2 -JNPR

Jaune - Based off of French patron saint Joan of Arc, so definitely from France. I also don’t think he was naturally gifted at anything but dance, but he hides it because his ancestors before him were all good at other sports. (Not that dance isn’t manly, it’s incredibly difficult. I just think his sisters would have taken him to dance lessons)

Nora - Valkyrie is a female warrior from Norse mythology, so it makes sense that Nora’s from Norway. She somehow made her way to Ren’s village, but I think she spent her early like in Norway. Plus she’s based on Thor ⚡️⚡️

Pyrrha - Pyrrha, in Greek Mythology, was the daughter of Epimetheus and Pandora, Epimethus being a Greek Titan God, and Pandora a human. Nikos is also a Greek name, making Pyrrha obviously Greek. Plus she’s based on Achilles. I also feel like she became an Olympic gold medalist before attending Beacon, so she’s well known throughout the academy.

Ren - Ren in Japanese means Lotus, so I think Ren primarily has Japanese roots. However, he and his family lived in a more remote area, outside of their original city, so I headcannon they moved to a small village in a country like Mongolia, but he is originally from Japan. Edit - it was pointed out to me that Ren was based on Mulan! Totally forgot about that somehow! I added the Chinese flag as well because he would definitely also be Chinese!

Weiss Schnee is lesbian in my AU.

This decision wasn’t as in stone as the sexualities of the rest of RWBY. I kept jumping between straight to bi to straight and then finally decided that lesbian fit Weiss best.

I had several other plans in earlier versions such as straight Weiss with Adam, bi Weiss crushing on Pyrrha before ending up with Jaune, but I eventually ended up with lesbian Weiss happily together with Pyrrha.

Je suis levée depuis un peu avant 6h du matin. Alors que je pouvais dormir une demi-heure de plus. Je sais que le rythme ne va pas diminuer avant un bon 21h30.

Aujourd'hui il y a de la paperasse ce matin, des préparations de séances, de l'administratif de début d'année pour les profs et les parents, une petite pause pour faire les courses et sans doute passer un coup d'aspirateur dans la maison si les courses vont vite.

Puis à midi, reprendre l'ado à l'école, et puis partir bosser en mangeant une tartine en conduisant. Puis des patients jusqu'à 19h. Puis reprendre l'ado au cirque. Puis rentrer, vérifier les devoirs, faire réciter les leçons tout en faisant le souper, ranger la cuisine. 21h30 s'asseoir vraiment.

Je trouve ça dingue parce qu'il n'y a pas si longtemps j'écrivais ici même "je ne suis pas du matin moi, je suis une nocturne". En fait non, c'est juste le contexte qui doit s'y prêter. Je suis d'un peu tout le temps.

Se lever tôt c'est commencer plus doucement, installer sa journée dans du coton, démarrer avec les idées apaisées, sans courir après le temps. Prendre le temps de regarder des photos, de papoter, d'avoir de l'ordre dans la journée qui arrive.

L'automne approche. J'adore cette saison. La nature s'apaise, s'abreuve après la sécheresse de l'été, se prépare à un petit repos et si on observe bien, on voit qu'elle change légèrement de couleur chaque jour. C'est le bol d'air frais, la saison où l'on retrouve avec bonheur le confort d'un petit pull en plus, la douceur du "oh je vais mettre mon petit foulard tiens". Mon père m'a dit un jour que le soleil d'automne existait pour donner cette couleur flamboyante à mes cheveux " 🧡 C'est poétique et inattendu de sa part, pour le peu que je sais de qui il était. Et un chouïa présomptueux mais bon.

Et c'est vrai que je me sens bien dans cette saison qui approche, j'aime porter du jaune vif, du rouille, j'aime ma grosse écharpe rouge qui est si longue que les patients s'enroulent dedans quand je vais les chercher à leur voiture. J'aime bien la forme que mon corps prend dans les vêtements chauds et fluides, j'aime le roux doré que prennent mes cheveux en fin de journée.

J'aime plus que tout les matins comme celui ci, où j'observe un brouillard doux, fluide et cotonneux sur la campagne, en buvant un chocolat chaud, un peu trop chaud. Je sens la chaleur rassurante s'emparer de ma gorge et s'enfoncer. Et je me dis que c'est parfait et que tout ça correspond parfaitement à comment je me sens en ce moment et que la journée peut commencer.

Chaque chose, chaque événement se suivra, se mettra tout pile à sa place et au bon moment.

💖 Has your OC ever been in love, be it romantic or platonic or otherwise? Who with and did they ever express their feelings or keep it private? How long did these feelings persist / do they still feel this way?

Yes she has! Both Platonically and Romantically though she herself wouldn’t think about it in terms of platonic love. She deeply cares about Jaune and would do anything for them, the practically grew up as siblings. Theres a respect there for them too, they’re a p tuff scorpion and she admires their resilience. She keeps it p private tho but Jaune knows she loves them.

As for romantic love its Chantilly :3 definitely was a slow burn and it takes her a while to truly admit she has feelings for him but she gets there dkfkskdk. Its no secret that she loves him tho after that, try as she will its plain evident she’s soft for him.

❌ What kind of things would end any relationship for them? Is there a history behind why these things bother them? Could they ever take someone back despite this? If so or if not, why?

Any sort of betrayal would definitely turn her sour, its the one thing that she values and if someone goes back on their word or wasnt sincere to begin with you can bet she’ll already be at the ready with her claws and teeth bared. Definitely not coming back from that chief.

💋 How affectionate are they with their friends? Their family? Their romantic partner(s) (if they have any)? Are they more physical or emotional when it comes to displaying their affection? Why?

Moderately affectionate! Romantic affection is strictly reserved for in private ndkfks, her pride’s too high to warrant any PDA that isn’t a show of dominance. However she will be a lil affectionate to her family out in public, esp her kids. And she’s definitely a more physical person, purrs and nuzzles and grooming, she likes the closeness of it.

🌹 How easy is it for them to connect with others and make friends? On the flip side how easy is it for them to make an enemy of someone? Are they the kind of person who hangs around the food table at a party and never talks to anyone or are they the type who can talk to anyone?

Friends? Not really, she can count the amount of people she considers friends on her hands. But definitely can make enemies very quickly, she commands respect and if it isn’t given then dont be surprised if you’re on her secret shitlist.

🍒 What kind of things do they expect from their relationships? Does this differ between platonic relationships and romantic ones? Is your OC “demanding” or a door mat? What kinds of things do people expect from them in a relationship?

She expects trust and respect in any relationship! Thats her bare minimum jdkfks. She’s definitely a demanding person but isn’t too much of a bitch about it. People expect her to take charge usually, and those she sees eye to eye with are given the same trust and respect back.

🍑 Where is your OC’s favourite place to relax or calm down? Recount a story of their time spent in this place! What makes it so special to them? Is there anywhere your OC hates to go to? Anywhere that stresses them out or have negative memories of?

She loves going to the training grounds to cool off after a particularly exhausting day, but her favorite spot is the very top of the Desert Palace, perfect for stargazing and just lounging around. She likes the view it gives her and the best part is that its quiet.

She hates, absolutely hates going to the canyon her first form lies in. She sealed it shut for a reason and the decaying body makes her feel not so good.

🧡 Who is your OC’s favourite person? Why is this person the top of their list and have they actually met them (an idol or rolemodel or celeb can be someone’s favourite after all!)

Favorite person tends to fluctuate between Jaune or Zenai-yel, because one is best friend and the other is her mentor/adoptive mother.

⭐ What is your OC afraid of? Any crippling phobias or some such? How do they act when scared and what helps them calm down? Does anyone ever find your OC scary? Why?

Anything choking or sharp near her neck, her shit dad, and losing her family. The choking is pretty crippling for her, if she feels like she’s choking she will either shut down or freak out until the feeling passes. If she’s truly upset and scared she’ll go and hide in a den hole for the foreseeable future and lash out at anything that comes near. What does help calming her down is being alone or if its really dire having someone she trusts console her.

And oh definitely, many many people think she’s scary because big angry wyrm can rend you to pieces easily.

📀 How easy is it to shock your OC? To confuse them? To lie to them, to manipulate them? How are they with feelings of trust? Can your OC be trusted?

Not that easy! She keeps a p calm facade and won’t let anything shock her out of her focus. But it is easy to confuse her, especially with things she doesn’t know about. Lying and manipulating her would be a death sentence, but it would take her a bit to realize it. Trust is everything to her and she’ll uphold her ends of deals.

💛 In general, how in control of their emotions is your OC? Do they have a good hold on them or do their emotions control them, not the other way around? What do you think is the reason behind this and is your OC ever concerned about their lack of or good control?

She’s pretty in control of her emotions, but she does have PTSD which makes it hard to regulate the bad ones. She does get concerned and ashamed when she gets scared or upset because she feels like she has to be better than that and as a result she won’t let herself process it. A lot of emotional stunted growth here.

🥝 What does a bad mental health day look like for your OC? Walk us through it with them. What kind of things can help them out of this slump and what kinds of things comfort them when they start to feel like this?

A bad day always starts in a panic, a need to run and hide and be as small as possible. She’ll go full on survival mode and not eat or drink or do anything but hide. She’ll get snippy with people and freak out at all physical contact. Most of the time it really just takes time for her to calm down enough to snap out of survival mode so that Chantilly can actually reach her to help her calm down. But after that usually a small meal, a bath, and some blankets piled on her will make her feel much better.

💚 Talk about some of the traumatic events in your OC’s life. These events can be ones that have happened to them or a loved one. These events can be minor or major.

Oh hunny there are so many.

Why dont we start with her dad attempting and successfully killing her old body when she was very young? Or having to kill all her siblings to fulfill a deal with the Heart? Or having to realize she loved a man who died amd left her with a child to raise? The stress of him coming back? Her son getting hurt by a being that hunts her kind for a living?

She really didn’t have a goal other than to kill her father jdkfkskfj. Pretty much the rest of her life has been unexpected happenings that she’s p happy to have.

Her voice is p rich, slightly raspy if you listen carefully. Her laughs are more barks than outright laughter, but same as her voice, p rich and low. Id say she’s moderately good at singing, she just doesn’t sing. And yes she does have a spanish accent :3

There really isn’t a specific accessory, unless you count whatever marriage jewelry she was gifted to by her husband. Her usual fashion is flowy outfits and dresses with patterns in them, comfortable outfits include practically nothing but a shawl or skirt while she gets decked out in gold and jewels for parties/ceremonies. But she mostly doesn’t care and lets Chantilly dress her.

She’d probably say her feathers, she takes pride in preening them to perfection. Chantilly would say her gorgeous eyes or handsome figure and her kids would probably say how strong she can hurl them at couches djjfjd.
