Drunk! Izuku Midoriya x reader

Pain. Pain. Pain. Izuku groans, holding his head as it throbs. Drinking. It’s coming back now. Y/N helping him to his house. He blinks, hearing some stirring beside him. He glances beside him, and freezes. Y/N is sleeping beside him. His face goes red. He immediately glances down at himself, oh thank god.. he thinks, I still have my clothes on. We didn’t do anything inappropriate. He pauses. What did we do though? He can’t remember.

He breathes, calming himself down. He can’t think straight because of the pain. Thank god Y/N gave him water and gave him kisses to convince him. Wait, kisses? What. The. Fuck. He feels sick. His face is flushed. Not only because of the hangover, but because he may have let his feelings for Y/N slip out. He messed up so bad. She was so understanding during his drunkenness. He mentally slaps himself. He wants to pull out his hair and scream. Stupid stupid stupid. He berates himself. You fucked up so bad. Now she’ll never wanna date y-no, no, you’re friends! FRIENDS I SAY. YOU CALLED HER PRETTY, (well she is, but you meant it in not a friend type way) What would Kachan do? He’d probably freak out and just spill his guts. But who knows. He continued to think a mile a minute, turning redder and redder.

Suddenly, his thoughts stopped, and his brain froze. “Izu? That you?” He gulped, glancing down to his side. Y/N had awoken. He nervously scratched the back of his head. “Uhhhh, no?”

Y/N blinked, sitting up and muttering to herself. “How’s the hangover?” Through all his panicking, he had completely forgotten about the pain. Now that she had reminded him, he felt it. “Fricking awful.”

Y/N nodded, rubbing her eyes. “Figured as much.”

He cleared his throat, better talk about it now than never. “So… how much do you remember about last night?” He said, blushing furiously. Y/N blushed as well, her face turning a deep shade. “Um..I’d say all of it.”

He buried his face in his hands. “I’m so sorry!” Y/N patted his back. “I know. But.. did you mean it..?”

He gulped, “I-I-I-yes! Everything! Except that part about water tasting bad!”

She cracked a smile, though it quickly disappeared once his words registered. “I..I see..”

She paused, taking a deep breath. “Izu, I really don’t know what to say.” He nodded, looking at his hands. “It’s fine. It’s my fault for ever drinking in the first place. Are we still friends?”

Y/N paused, taking a deep breath. “Honestly? When you confessed, I had never really thought of you in a romantic way. But…”

He held his breath.

“It got me thinking. I had always pushed away feelings during Highschool. Whenever I felt something fluttery in my stomach I blocked it out. Didn’t dwell on it. And, well, now that I remember, you were the one who usually gave me the fluttery feeling.” He blushed, gripping the bedsheets. “R-really?!”

Y/N nodded. “Really.” Izuku deeply inhaled. “So.. now what? You basically just confessed you like me to, so..”

Y/N bit her lip. “I honestly don’t know.”

Izuku paused, then gathered his courage. He took Y/N’s hand in his, blushing deeply not looking at her. “Y/N, can you please consider going out with me? I really really like you. And I want to be more than friends.”

Y/N blushed deeply, the red hue covering her cheeks. “I..yes, Izu.” He mentally pumped his fist into the air. “R-really? Yes! I mean, that’s cool. That’s cool.” Y/N giggled, and he practically melted. He had done it. He had actually managed to get the girl. He would rub that in Kachan’s face. Denki and Uraraka were gonna be so proud of him. Oh wait, he was supposed to be feeling the effect of the hangover. Oh, there it is. Oh shit he’s gotta vomit. WHY NOW??!

I dont remember much but it was on ao3 and in the fic aizawa and present mic take in izuku from the streets and once settled izuku asks if he can have a friend over. The friend is bakugo and aizawa and mic know him from UA and are shocked that he’s the friend izuku wanted to see.
