Out of all the exogenous ketones I have used, @ketoneaid is my favorite. . Because of the taste? Nope. In fact, on a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate the taste at around a 6. But, the serving size is WAY led than the usual ketone salt preparation. . What I love about this #ketoneester and #ketonesalt combination is how strong it is and how fast it hits you. I normally notice exogenous ketones effects about 45 min after taking them, but those were all ketone salts. I could feel this kick in after about 20 min. Plus, when testing blood ketone levels they spiked higher with the ester mix in KetoneAid. . I tested this by doing one of my usual CKD carb days the day before returning to the gym for a ketone salt with 6g BHB and the following week with this KE1 that has 5g total. With the regular salts my blood ketones were at .4 mmol/L after my workout. With KE1 they were at .7 mmol/L after my workout. The extra energy in the gym was very noticable, too! 👍🏻. .
