this isnt set in stone but if i was gonna make a full-on au... then fusion would probably be either 'something that yokai can do (like piel and hueso)' or 'hamato mystic nonsense'

ive been kinda imagining donnie and leo fused first out of anyone! maybe by jinxing each other while they were doing their silly mirror routine they sometimes do during fights lmao

i think other fusions had something a more ~dramatique~ but for donnie and leo i think its funniest if it was comically low stakes

I’m very inconsistent with style and outfit choices so I hadn’t shared these yet before I could decide on any changes I wanted to make

But honestly I like having more than one choice for them

(Although technically Lou, Bea, and Drax have just one normal design and one for a separate time/identity — young Lou vs old Yoshi, manager Bea vs Big Mama crime boss, and orphanage caretaker Draxum vs evil pharmacist Draxum)

I’m gonna try to do one more image of young Lou Jistu with the baby bois because how adorable would that be

Saw your clone Donnie au and I thought of dramatic Donnie a bit and realized that he probably would act a lot like how Leo does when he’s being dramatic.

Leo claims it’s a twin thing

It's definitely a twin thing. Look at these ridiculous dorks.

They're cut from the same cloth. The co-kings of Drama Town, each even comes with their own spotlight, lol. Donnie's just a bit more theatrical with his dramatization than Leo is, saying things like "alas" and quotin' straight Shakespeare sometimes.

Dramatic Donnie probably acts like he's performing at the Globe 24/7.

LEO: Some of the Einherjar get their own CNC machines and I can request for one, but I feel spoiled enough. Personally, I'm just trying to make friends with someone on Floor 12 to take me white water rafting down there.

I already have Leo’s and Donnie’s down — Leo gets “My Grand Plan” from The Lightning Thief Musical, Donnie gets “The Bad Guy” from Ultimate Storytime!

Mikey would probably be either “Hakuna Matata” from Lion King or “Tomorrow” from Annie lol (though I’d also give him “Anything Can Happen” from Mary Poppins)

Tell me why Raph would get “(Just a) Simple Sponge” from the Spongebob Squarepants musical…? Or maybe “Pathetic” or “This Little Girl” from Matilda?

I wanna give April “Strong” from TLT, but then again she might identify a lot with “Who I’d Be” from Shrek the Musical

From your last post of Leo sending Jr into the future.

I wish I could trust someone as much as future Leo trusts Jr.

But good good points all around.

I had always thought of that line as kinda cheesy (no pun intended) and it didn't have a place in the post apocalyptic world. But then again, the whole family didn't belong there either.

Future Leo might have so much blame on him for losing the key int he first place, but he gave his younger self a chance at redemption by sending Jr.

All so that cheesy, out of place Line... could once again belong.

Yeah!! It is a cheesy (haha) line, and I think that in turn speaks volumes on the relationship Future Leo has with Casey Jr too, because it shows that even after so much pain and suffering, he’s still a Leo, trying to lighten things up, trying to soften the blow. It’s a cheesy line but the easiness in which it’s delivered shows me that Leo just has this dynamic with Junior.

He’s the leader of the resistance, the world’s greatest ninja…but he’s also a goof who wants the best for (his) the kid. It’s easy to take a line like that and imagine how Junior’s life went under Leo’s (and everyone else’s) care.

Now. Hear me out.

Would he, perchance, due to his ability to control the vines also, punish himself upon his family not doing so when he feels like he's failed them? (And mayb someone walked in on him ounishing himself for failing.)

You just gave me a terrible idea

first let me explain: once he is finally on the family he no longers has the vines since Donnie takes them out but before that I have thought of them just moving around sometimes. Is not only that he has a seed under his skin, under the scars around his neck there are still a circle of vines remanent of the last time Draxum used them.

They hurt but One is so used to them that he doesn't even register the pain anymore, except when they move around a bit to settle, he doesn't show it tho, at most he would abstenly rub his shoulder.

If he feels he made too big of a mistake he would press his shoulders with both hands, his fingers pushing where he knows it'll hurt and it'll make the vines wriggle for the physical contact.

but lets add a bit more of "this boy is fucked up" to the situatuon shall we?

This is not something he would do counciously but if he feels he is doing something wrong, besides the anxiety hiting him, he would start to make the vines move around sligthy to cause pain.

He probably blames his anxiety or just goes "yeah, they move on their own sometimes, this is normal" and shruggs it off.

Is never too much pain that keeps him from still doing things or from moving around, he can always push himself to keep moving but he's always on some low degree of pain, sometimes low enough that he can completely ignore and a sometimes just enough to be constantly on the back of his head and making his life a bit harder.

Is not until he is with the fam living on the lair, after the pain of taking them off goes away that he realizes that the normal amount of pain he is supposed to feel on a day to day basis is zero

Also something that I've thought of already but goes hand in hand with this whole thing is that he probably has phantom pains after they revome the vines and the seed, but the boy used to the constant pain just shruggs it off and when the rest of the boys realize this they make sure they always have painkillers on hand and basically have to force his stubborn ass to take them.
