Sonadow is the most popular relationship tag in the sonic media tag by literally abt 4500 fics im so sonadone (the sonic & tails tag is second place. for reference.)

edit: more clarification! ik if I want a break I can just read other stuff but that's not the point. The point is there's not much OF that other stuff to read. For comparison, Knuxadow has 217 works on AO3. Sonilver has 238. I don't have a problem w lots of Sonadow, I just wish there was more other ships to balance it out

Saw a knuxadow fanfic where Sonic and friends were fighting eggman robots (+ shadow) and one robot has these laser beams and injures knuckles’s shoulder and shadow.

Knuckles and Shaodw rest by a tree and Knuckles puts shadow first trying to patch the wound and stop the bleeding. Shadow wants to go back out and help fight the badniksbut Knuckles insists and Shadow’s would is really bad.

Shadow tells knuckles a way he can quickly heal (which is like a vampire) and Knuckles offers to let him such his blood. Shadow heals and Knuckles and him go back out to fight

Knuckles feels wrong and turns into a vampire. After accidentally sucking the blood from a chao and killing it he hides from the world, fearing he is a dangerous monster.

Shadow checks up on knuckles noticing he is not as his usual post, but he eventually finds knuckles in a cave, unkempt and looking like he hasn’t taken care of himself in days.

Knuckles thinks that shadow is the one to do this to him, but shadow does not know what he is talking about. The two fight and eventually resolve. Shadow offers to help knuckles try to return to normal.

Shadow also washes Knuckles’s dreads, but to do so he takes off his gloves. Knuckles his flustered because taking off gloves is seen as an intimate gesture between couples. To even it out (sort of) he takes off his own gloves.

I saw the post that had the link for the ao3 fanfic but now I can’t find it anywhere 🙁

old edits with two variations of my sweet babies because I'm a multishipper BAHAHAH rambling under cut! everyone should remodel their ocs to all their hyperfixation universe it's so fun

atticus is always knuckles' kid! he's got some anger issues, but if you can get past his spiky bluntness he's got a big heart. always the baby.

knuxighty/classic atticus (top): quills are hard as a rock. can climb and glide and smash through walls and floors. raised on angel island. he has control over his physical strength but his sass is unreigned.

knuxadow/movie atticus (bottom): rollerblades. quills are softer but he punches just as hard. has THREE evil entities living in him: iblis, enerjak, and black doom. basically the definition of "a bagel. the souls of the innocent. two bagels. NOOO"

jupiter is always sonic's kid and typically the fastest thing alive! he's easygoing but prone to dramatizing the small things and minimizing the big ones. middle child.

sonadow/classic jupiter (top): can't chaos control as well as shadow can, but makes up for it with his speed. has a habit of mocking black doom when bd tries to convince him to be evil. likes heights, hates water.

sonamy/movie jupiter (bottom): wielder of the piko piko sword/excalibur. chosen one 18 million times just like his dad. not allowed to help atticus with the master emerald.

minerva is typically a metal tails prototype, aka tails' kid! they've got good intentions but they're prone to not standing up for themself. the oldest.

classic minerva (top): has Abandonment Issues (spent roughly 20 years inactive after their initial construction and decomissioning). a sweetie. has trouble flying. infinite wealth of knowledge.

movie minerva (bottom): has no trouble flying (has a literal buttcopter instead of tails). can be a little more blunt. prone to Situations and is subsequently skilled in self-repairs.

Hi!! So a little update in what kind of people we need:

Background artists.
