Ranmaru:

He’s like a cat, which is fitting, you think. The common room sofa of Shining Productions has, for the moment, been bathed in the mid afternoon sunlight and Ranmaru has taken the opportunity to stretch his full length across the three-seater, ankles crossed on the armrest furthest to you and his head in your lap. Your fingers idle in his hair, other hand occupied with a tablet while you look over Quartet Night’s schedule for the next fortnight. You only realise you’re frowning at the back-to-back work they’re going to be doing when you feel the previously dozing man shift to brush the backs of his fingers along your cheekbone. Surprised, you look down at him, his brow creased to mirror yours as he moves his hand from your face to gently push your wrist to set the tablet down and instead pulls your hand to set over his heart by way of a quick kiss to his lips. While not one for mushy sentimentality, he makes sure he at gets his point across when it comes to how he feels.

You know I’ll always make time for you, yeah?

Reiji:

He’s dutifully and cheerily signing a stack of photos from a recent shoot when you catch sight of his hair from the back. Naturally you make your way over to him the moment you see, leaning over the back of the sofa and slinging your arms around his neck. You feel his smile before you see it as he immediately lets out a laugh and turns his face into your neck for a quick greeting while you laugh in turn and press your thumb playfully over his face in the group photo. Reiji gasps, faux-scandalised and sets both the photo stack and the pen he was using down on the coffee table, only to show off the strength you often forget he has, pulling you over the back of the sofa and onto his lap, his arms wrapping tightly around you to keep you from bolting and turning this into one of the many chases the two of you get into. Your arms tighten around his neck in response and there’s a pause as you both simply relish the other’s closeness.

You always make my day better!

Ai:

He’s new to it, still learning all the ups and downs of love, loving, and showing it, but if there’s one thing Ai does well it’s learn– luckily you’ve always been the patient sort. Touchy-feely too, he thinks as you slide across the length of the couch to sit in his lap and drape an arm across his shoulders. For his part, Ai simply raises his arms and the e-reader he’s holding to accommodate you, a look of polite confusion on his face until you rest your head against his shoulder, pausing only briefly to press your lips quickly to his jaw before you look down at the e-reader to see what he’s doing. It happens again, the seizing in his chest and the lurching feeling you manage to trigger in him every time you show such easy affection. With faltering but no-less-meaningful care he kisses your hair and angles the tablet so you can both see the lyrics he’s puzzling over.

Is that comfortable? You’re really surprising, you know.

Camus:

All it takes is a moment’s eye contact for your wish to reach him. He carefully marks his page with a bookmark before setting it on the coffee table, uncrossing his legs so you can sit fully against him, head in his lap and the rest of your body stretched out along the sofa. One arm drapes protectively around your shoulders as you get comfortable, hand drifting to gently brush his fingers at your collarbone, the other coming to turn your face up to his own so he can look into your eyes, searching for the slightest hint of unhappiness for him to eradicate. He finds none, however, your desire for closeness simply being just that and Camus lets a small smile quirk his lips at the discovery. You kiss the pad of his thumb as it brushes over your lips before he releases you and reaches his free hand for his book again, knocking the bookmark out with a practiced hand as the fingers at your collarbone start to trace absent patterns.

Quite settled, hm? Then let me read to you, my precious.

Favorite colors: This one I'm not actually sure... I do like the different shades of blue of the sky, especially the deep blue during a sunny day, with fluffy white clouds gently moving along overhead. The slightly lighter blue shade it makes during early morning is also very calming to look at and makes me feel at ease.

Favorite books: The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, and probably my thicc two-volume Sherlock Holmes collection by Arthur Conan Doyle. That's quite the contrast, right? lol

Inspiration: asdfdhhlkj hoo boy there are so many and off the top of my head I’m forgetting all of them uhhhhh..... Aoi Shouta means so much to me for his expression of gender, and his variety and excitement to try new things, and obviously his costumes... Sakizou illustrator makes the most beautiful and also ridiculous designs I’ve ever seen, someday I need to cosplay them. @utanoprinces is beautiful and sweet and really inspires me! and @aifister is hilarious and also absolutely gorgeous. KamuiCosplay, Cowbuttcrunchies, Tecanoshinju, Pannon, Wirru, and JoshuaHartDesign are all amazing cosplayers I adore and some of whom (teca and pannon) I’ve met and they were super nice and aaaaaaa

Dream career: It’s challenging to picture exactly what I want to do... I’m studying the process of design for characters, costumes, props, sets, ect, and it’s pretty fun but I’m not sure what exactly that will lead me to. Honestly my goal is live comfortably, do art, and have time for cosplay. Maybe I’m just pessimistic but that sounds like way too much to ask for if I’m honest.

Meaning of my URL: I used to have a ff.net account called “I am a Catlover” when I was like 13?? And that became imacatlover on LiveJournal later. But Tumblr didn’t have imacatlover or Catlover as available urls, and I was getting annoyed in trying to find various ways to fit my fav screen name so I wrote tumtumtum before the imacatlover and of course that name was available and I was like “what a stupid name, I’ll have to change it later” and I never did. It grew on me I guess.
