hey pro tip for all my 4n4/3d girlies: get into kpop, especially girl groups. like seriously. the amount of th1nsp0 you will encounter on a daily basis without even having to look for it is insane. look at fancams of the sk1nniest members of every group and you'll realize that some girls actually look like that. combined with how much gg members get bashed for being f4t, it's hella motivating for your disorder (it is for me). and whenever you're feeling like you're thin enough and there's really no need to go on, you can just look at these idols and then compare with what you see in the mirror and realize that you still have soooo much to lose. it has worked so perfectly for me, gg idols are my biggest th1nspos ever and I am all the more grateful for their existence. it's encouraging me to go on ✨

there is a genre of twitter or tiktok kpop post especially in the shippy fanfic-y circles that is: pic of boygroup member + the most blatant kind of th1nspo outfit pic and the caption is like "(member name) in this " or "(member) coded fit" and it's insane how tasteless and cliche and stupid and tacky. no one with a working brain wants to see that man in that ugly cheap gown you toad. no one.

tw: ed !! so if you didn’t infer from my previous posts, i have an ed. it’s been .. going on(?) since 2018 after my getting into kpop - also some fat shaming by some classmates. during this time i developed horrible insecurities and anxiety that impacted a lot of me. nose. waist. weight. hair. hips. skin. my fav (non-creepy) uncle died, my grades lowered, i looked tired 24/7. but at least i looked like a korean girl men would see cute !! /sarcasm. i fainted a lot (saw these purple blurry visions), our home doctor (who apparently is held prisoner becuz of her democratic beliefs) prescribing a lot of rest and medications (and eating porridges) (i’m so godamnn tired of baby porridge food, it’s genuinely so ://). i didn’t start recovering until april 2019 and onwards. over the years, i’ve relapsed 2-3 times (when my aunts come to visit), but i’m still generally “healthy”. i still have this inevitable desire of 2018 susu to look like wonyoung or jennie or effy or naomi -. yet i’m bisexual so i have no idea if most of these desires stem from envy or crush. i also weirdly find th1nspo content comforting and satisfying for myself. it does not disparage my eating habits - not at all (it is questionable enough) ; it only calms and comforts me a lot. ed youtubers who record their fast or their binge are also v comforting for me. I relate to them too much - especially regarding the starving and binge-ing. i don’t purge however. i don’t like the feel of vomit and feel more guilt than satisfaction from the first time i did it (never again).

anyways th1nspo content on the left of a pretty girl posed facing backwards (??) of a burger / fast food chain. right is of a disgusting unfinished oatmeal dry cookie i ate the other day. the taste is not so bad - it is just the texture cuz it gets stuck in the throat unless downed with heaps of cow” milk. so yea o didn’t finish it.
