Not me searching A03 late at night for NSFW fanfics about Maurice the Monster...

I watched this movie a LOT as a kid, and it had an effect that I am still coming to terms with. Heh. 😅 It probably didn't help that it was in constant rotation with Labyrinth, Willow, Return to Oz, The Dark Crystal, Legend, Beetlejuice, and The Neverending Story.

Anyone else have a monster kink they trace back to these movies? 😳😈👾👽👹 Or maybe it was just the horns I was attracted to? 😆😏

This post came about because I was watching the trailer for Slumberland for the umpteenth time and found myself wondering if 9 year old girls watching it now will find themselves thirsting for horned monsters 25 years later? I mean, if *I* had had Jason Mamoa with horns in my childhood, I'm not sure I would have dated any mortal men at all.
