lesbian is non man loving non man . if youre on the male spectrum , you cannot label yourself as lesbian . butches are completely fine ! theyre very masculine women / people that may idenfity masculinely , but not as a man . i know thats where people usually think the male spectrum starts or where its invalid to be a lesbian , but its not . if we ' re talking transmasc lesbians , thats okay ! they identify with being masculine , just like butches do . it doesnt always mean they identify as a man . a trans MAN cannot be a lesbian . if you are a man , its okay to like women ! but you cannot label yourself as a lesbian . we dont allow cis men to identify as lesbians , so why do we allow trans men to identify as lesbians ? trans men ARE men . they do not deserve to be treated any differently in terms of labels . if a cis man cannot identify as a lesbian , neither can trans men . period . they are both men . neither can identify with a NON MALE loving NON MALE label . its just invalidating to their gender . now for multigender people , there are labels for you that arent invalid ! trixen is one of them . it can be used by both trans and cis people who are attracted to women & nongendered / nonbinary people . you do not get to use a non male loving non male label if you are a male . it is as simple as that . the line is drawn the moment you identify as a man . you can use he / him pronouns and be a lesbian ! pronouns dont equal gender . but the moment you are devoid of being a non male , you cannot use the label . do some reasearch into some labels that ARE valid ! theres so many out there that dont make you a man who is a lesbian .
