the framing of this scene so that when they are both together the tree is always visible. especially when armand is handing the gloves over the table, just the cherry blossoms peekin through the top of the shot just *chef kiss*. it just makes the scene seem so much gentler :)

I know Lestat’s new hair may be incorporated in some clever way to demonstrate the malleability of memory or some such, but allow me my fantasies of spectre!stat getting special new hair extensions purely for the drama. Yes, he’s possibly a figment of Louis’ imagination, but no, he is not letting that get in the way of his revenge makeover. Because if you’re going to haunt your ex’s ass for slitting your throat and dumping your lifeless body in the garbage you might as well be a pretty princess about it.
