Just finished Dungeon Meshi episode 13, and the other shoe that I was waiting for has well and truly dropped. I super appreciate how the latter half of this episode was a bit of a breather and gave us some very good Chilchuck character development, and also how Our Heroes are benefiting from karma in the Buddhist sense of results of previous actions — in this case, their befriending the Orc Chieftain a few floors up.

The interconnectedness of life within the Dungeon continues, though with an ominous new twist, and I'm so here for it.
