Ingredients:

2 oz limoncello

1.5 oz gin

1.5 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

2 oz club soda

Add limoncello, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir. You can garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.

Limoncello Strawberries

These sweet and bright Limoncello Strawberries make a beautifully fragrant and light dessert, especially tasty if one can eat them in the garden --whence the strawberries were picked!-- whilst the sun (still) shines! Happy Wednesday!

Ingredients (serves 1):

half a dozen Garden Strawberries 

a small lemon

1 tablespoon Limoncello 

Thoroughly rinse Garden Strawberries under cold water, and pat them dry.

Halve Strawberries, and place them in a small bowl or serving glass. Grate the zest of half the lemon onto them, and toss gently to combine. Drizzle with Limoncello, tossing gently to coat. Chill in the refrigerator, at least an hour, gently stirring every now and then.

Enjoy Limoncello Strawberries cold, with a glass of chilled Prosecco.
