Y/N and Taz took their son Sammy on a camping trip. They knew the perfect spot - a campground by a lake that had great fishing spots. They set up their tent next to the lake and Y/N and Sammy went exploring while Taz started to make dinner. Y/N and Sammy walked around the campsite, enjoying the outdoors, and taking in all the different colors and textures of nature around them. They walked down to the lake, where they saw all kinds of fish and other creatures that lived under the water. Y/N pointed out the different fish species to Sammy, explaining their habits and behaviors. Sammy was fascinated. As it was getting dark, they made their way back to the campsite and Taz was finishing up dinner. Taz made spaghetti and meatballs, Sammy's favorite. As soon as they ate dinner, Y/N and Taz decided to make smores over the fire. Sammy was really excited and even got to help make the marshmallows crispy(burnt). When they finished up the smores, they decided to tell Sammy a bedtime story. They told him the story of the Little Engine That Could, which was one of his favorites. Y/N and Taz read the story together, with YN doing the voices of all the characters. Sammy was so enthralled he didn't even realize it was getting late and he was feeling tired. He got in his sleeping bag and quickly fell asleep. In the morning, Taz had made them all breakfast. They ate pancakes, eggs, and bacon. After breakfast, they went exploring again. They found a spot in the woods where they could play hide and seek. Sammy loved hiding in the bushes and surprising Y/N and Taz. They played for hours, laughing and having fun. In the afternoon, they decided it was time to head back home. They packed up their things and waved goodbye to the campsite. It was a great camping trip and they all had so much fun together.

oh it’s so good, you’re both so caring to each other! even though she subs like 99% of the times, she takes care of you so nicely, she might not even be on her total senses but she will be “are you okay? was it nice for you?” and you always laugh and say that you should be the one caring so much after what you did to her and she just pouts ♡

more fan of eating and watching something after than sleeping. unless she’s really tired, after you two clean up you usually end up in the kitchen warming leftovers or cooking something else — she stays there smiling and looking pretty more than helping but yeah… it’s a “this girl just rearranged my guts 5 minutes ago and is now she’s making me heart shaped pancakes like nothing happened” kinda situation 😭. then you eat while watching a movie or show and chat a bit, only for her to falls asleep mid sentence… you think it’s cute but if you say something she will act like it never happened.

now, very, very lovely and emotional if it was particularly rough. it’s not all the time you go all the way into degradation and calling her names or spanking her and all but when you do she gets so emotional :( many things rushing inside her pretty little head and you take some time hugging her and letting her cry on your shoulder after, praising and remembering her that you love her, it was all for the moment, that she’s your special girl and you never really meant any of the bad things you said and she feels so safe there with you :(

hotdog / hamburger Bobby is absolutely a hotdog kind of guy; he's the primary reason they appear at every Dagger Cookout. He can find Hamburgers near every fast food chain, so when he gets the chance, he'll absolutely go for a hotdog, but that's only if they're pan-fried or off the grill. They've gotta be a little bit charred.

Rhett loves to give him trouble for the amount of toppings he'll put on them, too. It's a remnant from when he was in college; his momma got him one of those indoor grills, and the only thing he could really afford to grill was hotdogs. At some point, he got bored of the flavor and learned to experiment 🌭

Rhett is the hamburger guy; it's just something he's learned to appreciate after a lifetime of raising beef cattle. He's pretty damn good at finding the good stuff, too, and fortunately enough, he's decently handy at operating a grill. It's the one thing he can cook, and he's damn proud of it.

pancakes / waffles (or a secret third thing, french toast) Rhett's heavily on the side of waffles; he likes that they're crispier than pancakes. Sometimes, he'll add chocolate chips or eat 'em plain without syrup; it depends on what he's craving.

Bob though? Die-hard french toast lover. Especially when he can add berries to them. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, together or individually. He'll even add some banana every now and then. Momma Floyd used to make them every Saturday morning, and they never fail to take him right back to his childhood.

Until Rhett drives by and steals a bite, at least.

onion rings / french fries A part of me likes to reckon that Rhett was the french fry lover until Bob finally convinced him to give them a second try. Come to find out, not every onion ring tastes like the vile ones he got from that Wabang gas station. Now you've got to beat him back with a broom to keep him from stealing one or three.

milkshake / soda float  Bobby adores his milkshakes, especially if there's a cherry involved 🤍 but he's been known to lean over and steal some of Rhett's beloved rootbeer float every now and again.

autumn / spring Rhett's an autumn soul. It's the prime season of his favorite sport, that time of year when his flannel and jeans aren't too hot or too cold. He's been known to come in with a leaf clinging to the brim of his hat as well 🍁

Bobby is spring. His allergies absolutely hate the season to its core, but he loves to venture out and see all the new flowers. You've gotta be careful with him because he'll go out and buy a bunch of flowers to plant in the garden, and he'll be sick before he's even got them out of the truck 🌷

cake / pie Pie and cake is a funny thing in this house. Rhett adores ice cream cake, but if it's not that, then he'll tell you that he likes pie (it's because Bobby makes them). Robby enjoys both, but he leans toward fruit-flavored pies. Now if you pull out a cake with fruit in/on it...

usually in a hat / almost never in a hat. Rhett has to be pried out of his hat; it's a little bit ridiculous. He's so used to needing one around the ranch that he just? Doesn't? Know how to act without one? He feels naked if he steps outside without one. And then there are the days when he's so tired that he walks into the house and forgets to take it off...

Bob isn't a fan of wearing them because they tend to mess up his hair, but sometimes Rhett will notice him squinting in the sunlight and offers up a spare. However, he isn't above stealing Rhett's cowboy hat in the privacy of their own home. Sometimes, Rhett will be sitting on the couch, and he'll see his own hat pass by in the corner of his eye.

chocolate flavored treat / fruit flavored treat Fruit and Bobby go together way too well; if the name mentions fruit, then he's more than likely gonna reach for it. Rhett? Cannot be separated from chocolate. Cheap, expensive, obscure, it doesn't matter. Their tastes collide for chocolate covered fruits 🍓

cats / dogs Cats are universally loved, but Bob is the true cat guy. He can walk into a room, and every cat in the vicinity will wind up in his lap. Likewise, Rhett can take a nap in the barn and more often than not, wakes up to a barn kitty on his chest. But he's truly a dog person; he's found half a dozen strays and converted them to ranch puppies.

most likely to text / most likely to call Bob is the texter. He's not all that great at filling the silence during phone calls. He just can't think of anything to say, you know? Unfortunately for him, Rhett has big thumbs and sometimes struggles to type on that tiny little screen, so he just calls without warning.

who’s driving / who’s riding shotgun Rhett loves to be the driver, given that he's in a semi-rural area/not in a city. The winding roads unravel all the worries that have collected up in his head. Robby loves riding shotgun; getting to lay back and gaze out the window is one of his favorite parts of being in the truck. There are so many things you don't notice when you're doing the driving! But he will get motion-sick if you put him in the backseat, so his riding options are somewhat limited.

big spoon / little spoon Big spoon Bobby! It's his favorite thing. He doesn't get to feel "big" a lot in his life, he's never been noticeably muscular or had a presence that fills the room before he enters. In fact, he didn't experience it a whole lot until Rhett and Reader wandered into his life.

He's obsessed with the feeling it gives him, like a pillar in the wind, warding off anything that could ever hurt whoever is snuggled into his arms. Rhett, in particular, triggers a sort of protectiveness Bob didn't realize he had. This massive, tough-as-nails cowboy trusts him this much? Ugh.

Likewise, Rhett adores being able to exchange his strength for vulnerability. It's nice to feel protected, especially when he's spent so much of his life being the protector. He's funny when he gets to fall into that role because he loves to snuggle his head over Bob/Reader's chin. He can and will fall asleep like that. Rough and tumble cowboy by day and oversized cuddle bug by night?

what do you think sirius and remus would work as in their teenage years

hmmmm let’s see let’s see

i think remus would get a job at some weird little antique store or a bookstore that gets like zero business but the owner just keeps it open for funsies with their retirement check

some kind of place where there’s not a lot of foot traffic but when there is, he can help people find really specific stuff and talk to them about recommendations and all that. it’s nice and quiet and he doesn’t have to stand up for eight hours straight, he can sit behind the register and read his book or do homework or sort through boxes of new trinkets the weird old owner found at an estate sale or off the side of the road one day.

he gets paid only a little over minimum wage but he works long shifts on the weekends and some weeknights after school because he likes going in, it’s cozy and warm when it’s rainy out and the afternoon sun comes through the windows really nice on bright days. his friends like to come bother him and he’s usually the only one working (unless the owner is hauling in new boxes to sort through) so james and peter and sirius will lounge about on one of the big comfy chairs between the shelves and occasionally buy something stupid that catches their eye.

and sometimes sirius comes in alone and flirts with remus at the counter until he gets too distracted to work and huffs and rolls his eyes all cute. but then he’ll shove the box over and say “you sort it, then.” and then sirius will hang out behind the counter the rest of remus’ shift and dig through boxes and price all these weird old books and knick knacks until it’s closing time. and they’ll stop for takeout after and remus will pay for both of their dinners as a thank you for sirius helping 🥰🫶🥺💕🤭🤧💓💞

sirius gives me either food service or music store vibes, no in between. he’s quick on his feet and has a near photographic memory and he’s extremely charming so he’d be a great waiter, he’d make all the tips, all the old ladies at the diner would love him. and he’d give them free pie every time they visit and he’ll go “it’s my treat, dottie, really!!” and then they leave him several large bills as a tip on the way out. he’d be back in the kitchen chatting up the line cooks and bugging the shit out of the manager bc he always looks like he’s not working but his tables are always perfectly taken care of and he’s never forgotten to come back with ketchup or a to-go box, ever.

and if he works at a diner obviously his friends are coming there constantly for the 15% friends and family discount and reigning terror in the back booth for hours. and on weekends he’s not working or nights when their shifts are opposite, remus will stop by after work or for dinner and sit at the little bar and they’ll flirt shamelessly over pancakes (blueberry for sirius and chocolate chocolate chip with bananas for remus, obvi) until sirius’ manager makes him get up and sweep, so he just sweeps a three foot circle around remus’ feet for the last hour of his shift

music store!sirius is also so real and valid. he’d be able to wear his cool outfits at work and grab the new releases before they’re on the floor, he’d be able to give great recommendations bc he likes to guess what people will like based on their *vibe*. and he hogs the aux cord when he’s on shift and the weirdest playlist is going for the next eight hours. like he’s giving customers whiplash bc it’s jumping from two doors down to ariana to björk.

also while he works there everyone’s getting vinyls for christmas and birthdays. EVERYONE. bc he gets a discount and he’s so good at picking records for people that he thinks they’ll like it’s kind of scary. ((he put remus on lana bc he got him lust for life for his birthday and now it’s everyone’s problem))

Do you remember, I had mentioned, I found the words in tiny print on my son's post it pad, "Joy", well, my sister sent me some gas money to go to and fro to see and be with my son and a "Joy" sticker was on the back of the envelope.

His silver angel wings that says, "I have an angel watching over me and I call him Dad", his radio I played Christmas songs for him, that happened to be playing our song in this clip, the first day he was able to speak again, a white noise machine that helps him sleep at night, went missing. These items are in the video clip below.

Well. My son found the angel wings, thank goodness, but the hospital somehow has no idea where the other two items are. 😔

One medication he had needed and the request for refill went in from my son's pharmacy to his doctor on December 1st, and as of yesterday, they never refilled it.

His therapist didn't show the whole month of October and when he reappeared in November, showed for five minutes.

That medical facility failed him and I am extremely upset. I spoke to New England health care services and they gave me a telephone number to file grievances.

BUT.... we had another good day of pancakes, bacon, ribs in his crock pot, set up appointments with new doctors.

My son can eat on his own, but is having difficulty knowing how to make a meal for himself. His brain is still adjusting or readjusting to medications he was lacking.

We filled out power of attorney & HIPPA release forms, notarized at the bank, so if this situation ever happens again, they have to tell me what is going on.

We watched, "A Dog's Purpose" today.

Guess what? I asked my son today when he was unable to speak in the hospital, did he know I was there? He said "yes". I asked if he heard me speaking to him and he again answered, "yes".

Oh my heart! 💓😭

We didn't get to his little Christmas tree today, but that's on tomorrow's agenda. 🥰🎄❤

🥞 PANCAKE - what is their comfort breakfast?

Pretty much anything sweet. This goes for any meal, but Lemon has very high sweetness and sourness tolerances, and mashing some combination of those two will usually make him happy. As for breakfast specifically…Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream.

☕️ HOT BEVERAGE - do they prefer hot or cold drinks? what is their favorite drink?

Hot drinks by a long shot. He really likes lemonade, though, obviously lol. And sweet coffee.

☀️ SUN - are they a morning person? what is the first thing they do in the morning?

ABSOLUTELY. He’s up with the sun most mornings, out at the bell tower or climbed up some tree or just…outside. He really, really likes to be outside. This means he takes a lot of naps to make up for it, usually in sunbeams or…well, outside.

🌌 MILKY WAY - what was the inspiration behind your oc? what was the first thing you decided about them?

Well, making Lemon properly took a day or three in total. I had his name, I had some idea of his hair (thanks, Picrew). And then I had the idea of a character you had to “figure out yourself” via dialogue and letters. I’m gonna be honest, I didn’t have most of his backstory or personal details figured out when I first started the blog. His love for inventing stuff was inspired by Da Vinci of all people. Lemon loves running around his domain with people. If you end up as his adventuring partner, he obviously likes you a lot. Thus, Dark regularly gets shown around various places. He’s actually pretty upbeat, even becoming mischievous at times, although he tends to be the level-headed one of his friend groups.

He’s not as clingy as Dark, but he does get lonely very easily. His typical anxiety over “but what if I lose everyone again” doesn’t exactly help. He acts about the same, but if his gf is around he’s a bit more open and willing to be less mysterious.

Oh. Oh boy I was hoping you’d choose this one. Lemon started out only sending letters to people to communicate, and boy does he love to write them. He’ll mainly just leave his partner a little sonnet or something if he’s not around.

Both, depending entirely on the situation. He prefers a balance of the two, leaning towards being more showy and elegant.

toji ofc loves giving and receiving both, but neck kisses are probably his favorite. he wants to lick and suck and mark my skin in one of my most sensitive areas (he likes it when i flinch or squirm because of the overwhelming sensation. i’m often weird about my neck). he’s also usually too impatient when he’s between my thighs to give them very many kisses; he’s ready to eat.

okay but basically i’m so fucking stressed cause i’m leaving for korea on thursday and i have so much to do and i feel like i don’t have enough time? also i’m just so fucking scared and just feeling very meh rn. i’m gonna be flying alone and just so petrified of something going wrong, or me forgetting something important or just that something awful is gonna happen. and also just really feeling weird and lonely and just idk how to explain in but i’m just feeling EVERYTHING so deeply right now and i actually hate it so much. i just don’t know what to do with myself and i’m just struggling with every simple thing right now which feels pathetic cause why am i struggling basic stuff like eating and working and just things that should be simple? and easy?

HI MY BABY I MISSED YOU HOW ARE THINGS 💞💞💞💞💞☹️🫶🫶💞🫶 you’re going to KOREA !!!! That’s so fucking exciting RAHHHH WE ALL CHEERED but I still totally understand being scared of flying alone !!! The first time I flew alone was for a business trip for my work across the country and I was literally PETRIFIED. The thing that worked best for me was to write down a little itinerary for myself in my phone notes (when to check in, my gate info, what time I boarded/landed, all my layover info, even what snacks I wanted to buy and how long I had between connecting flights!!) I also wrote little words of comfort for my future self just reminding myself to take a deep breath and drink water or listen to music and to stay CALM. And every time I started to get nervous I just read little notes from myself and it helped a LOT. Also portable chargers!!! Are a lifesaver!! My phone was almost dead by the time I landed (it was literally like 15 hours of flying) but my portable charger literally saved my life so I could still call an Uber to my hotel otherwise idk what I would’ve done. Don’t feel so much pressure to do everything in one day! Take it day by day and get a small few things done each day, maybe write down how you’re feeling or what you still have to finish and I promise it’ll be so much easier by the time your trip comes around. It’s also so important to just romanticize the whole trip so that it feels more exciting, I was crying when I had to take this business trip and I literally searched for every excuse to get out of it but when I got there I had a giant hotel suite to myself and I ordered chocolate chip pancakes from this little diner across the street and I ate so much food and watched shitty movies alone in my room and danced to Lorde music and it was MAGICAL. Doing things alone can be so scary but really putting yourself in the moment and allowing yourself to FEEL and just make the most of little things like pancakes or bad movies can be so so healing. I hope you have so many special little moments on your trip there and even MORE special moments in Korea!!!! What area are you traveling to & do you have anything fun planned?? I love you bby, don’t stress I am here for you alwayssss!! Ghost - Do they believe in Ghosts?

Jet - Captain Jet fully and 100% believes in ghosts, because of that one time he died and his own essence was guided back into his body by a transparent little girl saying he was still needed to make her plans work. He swears it was real when asked, but he doesn't like to talk about the time he died. His face gets real spacey and he'll rub his chest before changing the subject. Nihlus - They exist to him... theoretically. The darkside closes one off to the living force, it does not guide him. He's never seen or experienced a diembodied force spirit like the jedi describe, but he sure has dealt with his share of force artifacts acting as vessels that have an asshole siths spirit tied to it, but he doesn't count those because they dissipate once the vessel is destroyed so it might as well be just another body even without the flesh

Pancake - Comfort Breakfast?

Jet - This mans comfort breakfast is the full spread of pastries and meats and fruity preserves and cheeses. Mary Ann likes to treat him to the luxury the army will never afford him like she thinks he deserves. He doesn't care if she gold flakes it or whatever fancy thing she wants, its the thrill of quantity and all for him that makes it the best part of shore leave Nihlus - He gets far less pleasure and comfort from eating for himself than he does feeding those he cares about, but Nihlus could always go for a good spot of fresh, thick fruits with bitter rinds like oranges or melons, and a crusty seedy bread (warmed, of course)

Strawberry - Do they eat Fruit and Veg? Favorite Fruit and Veg?

Jet - Mostly he's eating flavorless cubed military rations or lightly sweetened mush military rations like everyone else. He cried the first time he had space zucchini fried in butter with garlic. Nihlus - obligate herbavore, most of what he eats is some combination of fruits and vegetable rations that have to be ordered in special for him. Has strong opinions about flavors in either direction on a lot of them just as a matter of principle, but he will tear into a basket of fresh citrus like a man continuously learning about scurvy

Camera - Do they do Pictures?

Jet - Among the first Conversations the good Captain had with the sith Lord Nihlus Brek when they met was.... how to properly pose for a thirst trap selfie for Jets soon to be girlfriend. Before that he had little interest in pictures, but after he began to regularly message Mary Ann he began to take numerous throught his day anytime he thought about wanting to talk with her about something (not classified... usually) or anytime he saw something he thought she might like to see. Nihlus - He's an archivist, Nihlus documents everything anyways. He is constantly carrying data chips full of thousands of photos in meticulously organized folders of both cultural and historical significance, although you have to dig a little far to find his personal photos, of which also number in the thousands. He's old and nostalgic. Doesn't mind taking his own picture for his own files, and has a tendency to try and crush the camera and erase the mind of anyone else who tries to take his picture for securities sake.

Hibiscus - Do they have Allergies?

Jet - Barring any canon evidence that I haven't seen, I don't think clones have any allergies or sensitivities, and if they do it's reaction is probably very mild or it would be too easy to turn into a weapon against them. Probably gets a runny nose and watery eyes during a heavy pollen season Nihlus - Species intolerance to foods and nutrients derived from any animals and most insects means he cant eat any republic military rations (obligate herbivore). Gets horrible indigestion in all of his stomachs. Has a specific and deadly allergy to shellfish. Also allergic to the point of delusions and hallucinations to the detergent used by the GAR. Like literally the only thing he has going for him is his ability to throw back liqour and heavy metals like it's nothing.

Open Book - Do they like Reading?

Jet - Reads through Technical manuals and Military theory books like it's life or death. Reads Ship Admirals Biographies like he has a Serious Duty as a Republic Officer to live up to, and reads Period Romance Novels for fun, usually around lights out. Nihlus - Is an Archivist. Most of his job is reading and sorting in his downtime during the War. This man has not read for fun or pleasure in at least 830 years, nor does he care to. However he has not stopped reading, cataloging, and organizing media and literature for at least 500 years for his archive, and the thousands of years stuck in stasis means he has a backlog of about twenty years straight worth of media his archives droid systems had been unable to sort

Present - What sort of Present would they Like? are they good at Gifting?

Jet - During the war he's entirely bound by rules and regulations, so things he can carry with him are simply out of the question for most of his life. Even small trinkets should be considered lost before you've even taken them with you. This definitely created a fixation in him towards temporary luxuries like food and soaps and lotions that can be continuously enjoyed while he has them, without the expectation that he'll always have them. - he's not a great gift giver, a real "here's what you need not what you want" kind of guy. His gifts are usually a little disappointing when received and yet.... he's always right that it comes in handy Nihlus - He likes having the things he likes noticed by the people he likes, because such few things give him genuine joy. Small vinyard wines of all vintages, unique artwork, rare or recently discovered seeds, small sharp bloody knives, handwritten journals and retrospective essays, silk clothing. Little luxuries and discoveries for his archive. - he's a great gift giver, always manages to have the best of exactly what someone wants (three cheers for the telepath) just... don't ask how or where he got it if you aren't down to clown

Beating Heart - What gets their heart racing?

Jet - Generally, the Captain's cool, calm, collected. But when Mary Ann crowds him, tilts his chin with her proverbial teeth and nails at his throat, pins his arms or otherwise makes him known of her absolute control over their private situations? Suddenly he's just Jet, her sweet little pet, and for him, it's thrilling. Nihlus - He's vain and easily flattered so long as it's genuine (and he will know if it's genuine). If he actually likes someone, them just experiencing desire in his direction gets his touch and affection starved ass going

Red Heart - Their Love Languages

Jet - Overtures of loyalty touch him deeply, especially of the morally and ethically dubious levels of dedication given to him by his soldiers, his girlfriend, and his sith. And he's a good enough man that the power easily laid at his feet doesn't usually go to his head. He shows his love by trying to take care of everyone who gives him that loyalty Nihlus - As previously stated, adores flattery. From those he cares for, he adores physical affection to the point of an embarrassing degree of tolerance (such as being thrown around by a group of rather enthusiastic clones, he's a small guy afterall). He shows his love with murdering their enemies and a generally unwillingness to let those he cares about die at any cost wether they like that cost or not.
