BOOM! That's right, this kid was Koby in One Piece! He's already projecting some major star power, and looks set to be doing it for a good while off the back of THAT awesomeness ...

i have spent all of today just TERRORIZING my friend whos obsessed with the legend of zelda franchise with terrible things that i think theyre going to say in the live action zelda movie.

like link and zelda have this whole angry tension thing going on in the beginning of the movie until he gets gravely injured. zelda is doing the whole treating his wounds bit near a campfire. link grimaces and goes: 'thats gonna leave a mark'

OR OR they have this stupid tinkerbell-ass moment where zelda, after being super cold to him the entire time, cries over his semi-dead body and goes I CANT LOSE YOU and then her super special magic tears bring him back to life.

the live action Legend of Zelda movie should have the tone of mid-to-late Adventure Time

weird unexpected jokes, tense fights with creative villains, creepy undertones.

thats what zelda's usually like anyways, Adventure Time just crystallized it.

Australian Luffy

Just chatting with @sordidmusings and preparing her for her trip down-under has my brain rotting with what ifs, specifically:

What if Luffy was Australian?

And so, here he is. Monkey D "Loz" Luffy.

He abbreviates everything.

A Bogan with a heart of gold.

Everyone gets a nickname, all said with a nasally crackle in his accent.

When he walks into a venue, it automatically pops off with some proper Hilltop Hoods bangers:

Monkey D Loz is a right mate. Ready to help a guy out at the drop of his corkstring-hat (keeps the mozzies away).

Peak cuisine for Loz is a Bunnings Snag on a barbie, topped with tomato sauce - better yet if he adds yeastie Vegemite spread, burnt onions and mustard.

He's a Cottie's Cordial kid. Red is his favourite. What does it taste like? It tastes like 'Red.'

Loz: "What? Like a granny flat?"

Zeff: "You're goin' to settle your debt one way or another, chore boy."

Small child: "Thank you so much for saving us, Monkey D Luffy."

Loz: "Hey, no dramas."

Nami: "Luffy, grab the helm. We've got to turn the ship around!"

Loz: "What Nazza? You wanna chuck a yewy?"

Zoro: "Oi, Luffy. Boa's askin' boucha."

Loz: "Hold up, Zozza. Gotta chuck me thongs on"

WAIT NO NO NO NINTENDO WHY

I'm so so so afraid live action Zelda movie my nightmare

178 Days since Tears of the Kingdom Released. It is with a heavy heart that I share some news. Nintendo has confirmed that they are working on a live action Zelda movie along with Sony. I’ll be the first to admit I was hoping for an animated movie so I’m not super confident or excited about Nintendo’s choice. We shall see how this plays out. I hope it will turn out better than my low expectations. They have not confirmed what existing story they are portraying or if they will create a brand new one.

Imagine this in the live-action Zelda movie:

It’s somewhere in the middle of the movie. Link and Zelda have fled from Hyrule Castle, which has been taken over by Ganondorf. Zelda wants to recruit a neighboring kingdom to fight back against Ganon while Link, being her designated knight, says they need to stay in hiding.

So, we get the typical dynamic of two hard-headed individuals who mean well but are butting heads due to their conflicting goals. Zelda gets annoyed with Link, and vice versa. But Link doesn’t want to show his frustration since he’s the bodyguard. This leads to Link letting his frustration out in a passive aggressive way (like saying “you’re welcome” a little too sharply).

This all culminates in a scene where Link catches Zelda trying to take one of their horses so she can go off on her own. Link says she can’t do that while Zelda angrily shouts something along the lines of, “I don’t need your protection!”

There’s a second of silence. Then, in the most annoyed Link has ever been, he shouts, “WELL, EXCUUUSE ME, PRINCESS!”

And then Zelda just stares at Link, more confused than angry.
