It seems like everybody lives for the party.🎉 For the crazy trips & vacays...or the weddings & births. The EXCITING stuff. - While those things are INCREDIBLE. As I was approaching my 50th birthday I had a lot of anxiety and worry. I was worried that my time was now somehow limited and that there would no longer be growth and opportunity; that life was going to start winding down. Now that I’m a year in I’ve realized that couldn’t be any further from the truth. The same promise and opportunity is in front of me as there was when I was in my twenties. The biggest difference is that I have the wisdom of years to inform the future (which is infinitely better).
