Nationalratswahl 2024: Wen soll ich wählen????

Austrian Sweeties, in etwas mehr als einem Monat ist es soweit und wir dürfen unseren Nationalrat wählen. Wahltag ist der Sonntag, 29. September 2024. Alle, die am Wahltag mindestens 16 Jahre alt sind, dürfen wählen - also auch all jene, die am 29. 9. ihren 16. Geburtstag haben. Wer am Wahltag verhindert ist, kann natürlich auch schon davor per Briefwahl bzw. Wahlkarte wählen, also no excuses!!!

Die Basics

Gewählt werden 183 Abgeordnete zum Nationalrat für die nächsten fünf Jahre. Die Zahl der Stimmen, die jede Partei bekommt, wird in Mandate umgerechnet. Normalerweise zieht die Person als erstes ein, die den ersten Listenplatz hat, also der Spitzenkandidat bzw. die Spitzenkandidatin. Aber Vorzugsstimmen können insgesamt drei vergeben werden: für die Bundes-, Landes-, und Regionalparteiliste. Parteien werden bei der Verteilung der Mandate nur dann berücksichtigt, wenn sie im gesamten Bundesgebiet mindestens vier Prozent der Stimmen oder ein Direkt- bzw. Grundmandat in einem Wahlkreis erreichen. Dazu braucht die Partei in mindestens einem Regionalwahlkreis ganz besonders viele Stimmen. Unmöglich ist es nicht, dass jemand durch Vorzugsstimmen ein Mandat bekommt, obwohl sie bzw. er auf der Liste niedriger gereiht war - jedoch eher selten. Aber bei der EU Wahl 2024 hat z.B. der zweitgereihte Thomas Waitz die Spitzenkandidatin der Grünen Lena Schilling durch Vorzugsstimmen überholt und ist nun Delegationsleiter.

Der Nationalrat übt, gemeinsam mit dem Bundesrat, die Gesetzgebung des Bundes aus. Nicht direkt gewählt werden in Österreich Bundesregierung bzw. Bundeskanzler:in. Aber nach der NR-Wahl bietet die Regierung dem Bundespräsidenten ihren Rücktritt an. Der Bundespräsident vergibt dann den Auftrag zur Regierungsbildung, üblicher Weise an den Vorsitzenden bzw. die Vorsitzende der mandatsstärksten Partei - diese:r wird dann üblicher Weise Bundeskanzler:in. Dann beginnen die Koalitionsverhandlungen, bei denen natürlich auch die Mehrheitsverhältnisse im Nationalrat eine große Rolle spielen. Denn prinzipiell sollten die Regierungsparteien insgesamt die absolute Mehrheit haben.

Der Bundespräsident ernennt, wenn die Koalitionsverhandlungen erfolgreich verlaufen sind, die Bundesminister:innen gemäß der Vorschläge der/des Bundeskanzler:in.

Die Ergebnisse der Nationalratswahl 2024 haben also maßgebliche Auswirkungen auf die Politik in ganz Österreich - für die nächsten fünf Jahre, und auch darüber hinaus. Denn Gesetzgebung wird ja in der Regel nach einer Legislaturperiode nicht wieder Rückgängig gemacht!

Parteien

Aktuell bereits im Nationalrat vertreten sind die Parteien ÖVP (71 Mandate), SPÖ (40 Mandate), FPÖ (30 Mandate), Grüne (26 Mandate) und NEOS (15 Mandate). Diese Parteien treten auch wieder zur NR-Wahl an. Außerdem hat aktuell ein Mandat eine parteilose Person (zuvor FPÖ).

Es treten zusätzlich noch einige kleinere Parteien an. Österreichweit sind das:

In Niederösterreich, Oberösterreich, dem Burgenland, der Steiermark, Tirol, Vorarlberg und Wien tritt außerdem die Liste GAZA - Stimmen gegen den Völkermord (GAZA) an. In Niederösterreich, Oberösterreich, Salzburg, der Steiermark, Tirol, Vorarlberg und Wien tritt außerdem die MFG - Österreich Menschen - Freiheit - Grundrechte (MFG) an. Und im Burgenland noch Die Gelben (BGE).

Entscheidungshilfen

Das sind mal insgesamt 12 Parteien. Natürlich wäre es am gewissenhaftesten, sich von allen Parteien, die für einen potentiell in Frage kommen könnten, das Wahlprogramm durchzulesen (Links unterm Cut). Aber seien wir uns ehrlich: Wer hat dafür die Zeit und/oder Motivation? Es gibt online ein paar Tools als Hilfestellung.

Die Wahlkabine ist zurück! Den Parteien wurden 25 Fragen gestellt. Man kann zwar angeben, wie wichtig ein spezifisches Thema für einen ist, allerdings die Fragen nur mit Ja oder Nein (bzw. keine Angabe) beantworten.

Ein bisschen mehr Nuancen lässt bei der Beantwortung der Standard-Wahlkompass zu. User:innen können bei 30 Statements anhand einer siebenteiligen Skala angeben, wie sehr sie damit übereinstimmen und anschließend bis zu drei Statements als besonders relevant kennzeichnen.

Beide Tools ermöglichen es, nach Beantwortung die eigenen Antworten mit jenen der Parteien zu vergleichen. Die meisten haben auch zu jeder Frage ein kurzes Statement eingereicht. Und das ist eigentlich das Nützlichste daran. Denn nur mit Ja/Nein bzw. einer Skala von 1 bis 7 kann man sich ja kein komplettes Bild machen.

Und beide Tools sollen natürlich keine Wahlempfehlung sein, sondern eine Möglichkeit, halbwegs unkompliziert die Ansichten der Parteien mit den eigenen zu vergleichen.

Ansonsten ist es natürlich immer empfehlenswert, die Nachrichten zu verfolgen, die aktuelle Politik zu beobachten - nicht nur, was im Programm steht, sondern auch, was die Parteien in der letzten NR-Periode auch tatsächlich getan haben. Viele Politiker:innen sind auch auf den Sozialen Medien vertreten. Nicht immer, aber oft, ist das eine gute Möglichkeit, sich über die konkreten Ansichten und Ziele einer Person zu informieren, vor allem, wenn es darum geht, an wen eine Vorzugsstimme vergeben werden soll.

I always aim to improve my skills with everything I do, so the fact that people can see that makes me very happy. Admittedly I can be my own worst critic, so giving myself credit for the things I’ve made can be tough. Hell, I used to try and detach myself from from LMP for a couple years cuz I was embarrassed of it. It’s hard to look at my work and not only see the flaws. I’m sure other artists can relate.

I’m really happy that I’ve continued to climb and bring cool things to the fandoms I enter. I can’t wait for you all to see the next thing I’m making. It’ll be a while before I can say much, but I’m excited for it.

Virgil is next easiest to switch, if his parents had paid even a marginal amount of attention to him after dropping him off with the Peacekeepers, and especially if they'd permitted him to talk to zoe, he definitely would have gone the route of "if im just Completely Perfect All The Time they will Love Me." in this scenario i assure you Zoe is constantly talking shit about the peacekeepers to his face and he's stubbornly sticking his fingers in his ears

The think about Janus is that "society is terrible, let me fix it" is that it can be very easy to fall into the trap of "people are terrible, let me fix them." it wouldnt have taken much more than one decently-nice handler to radicalize janus in the direction of authoritarianism instead of the other direction

the other three i have more trouble seeing flipped - Roman maybe, if upon being thrust into actual keeping/combat and being harshly confronted with the reality of the violence he was inflicting on other anomalous people knocked his head a bit

Patton's hard mostly because i cant see him doing anything other than what he did - maybe if Morgan had lived, and he'd come to resent the peacekeepers enough, but its also hard to see what his angle would be as a supervillain

and by far the least likely switch i could see is remus. i cant think of anything the peacekeepers could have done to engender loyalty from him to be honest, and he's got far too much of a chip on his shoulder to go along with them anyway like patton and logan

So basically it’s inspired by this one writing appears on your soulmate AU I read forever ago where Virgil stopped writing cause of polyphobic parents and then he got paired with Roman as college dorm mate, and I really liked the concept however I felt like there was more potential with Virgil hiding it from them long term that was missed since LMP discovered it rather quickly. And so I started writing random bits and bobs which ended up as: Virgil gets roomed with Roman at a college with a on campus freshman mandatory housing rule as well as no rooming with soulmates. It’s a suite style with two separate rooms and small common area though (cause V’s dad would pay for that cause well. He’s very firm on Virgil not meeting many people because of his multiple soulmates). Virgil immediately puts together the dots and immediately starts avoiding Roman, Logan, and Patton. This does not last forever, as by Winter Break not only is he decent friends with them ( from things like late nights with Roman, cooking with Patton, studying with Logan), Logan is figuring him out. He confronts him when they’re going to study at the library after his plan to confirm it succeeds, and it sends Virgil into a panic attack because Logan is Angry where all he manages to do is run from the situation and then goes back to isolating and ignoring. Roman and Patton are confused and a little hurt, and the only reason Logan doesn’t tell them because he thinks it would only hurt them more than it would hurt Virgil. Of course he has more time to think and reflect and also hear anout how worried Roman and Patton are about Virgil over said winter break, and so he actually starts feeling bad. That leads to cornering Virgil and having an actual conversation about it instead of assuming Virge was just. A prick and treating him as such. Logan comes out of the other side of it with some of the reasons around why Virgil stopped writing and hasn’t said anything and it leads to them becoming much better friends because Virgil has a handful less guilt and Logan just has a better understanding of Virgil as a person. At some point between then and Valentines Day Patton also puts together the dots, however he assumes it’s just an unsaid thing they all know because guess what Roman has put together? He’s realized Virgil has a crush on Logan and is determined to make that happen, and those shenanigans lead Virgil to deciding to tell them. Ro does not take it well and is not letting Logan or Patton talk him down from those feelings, and Virgil immediately self isolating from all of them doesn’t do it either. This goes on and on until one night they realize Virgil is just Gone, no note or text or anything, just a slightly messy room where it’s obvious he did a quick pack job. Patton manages to get ahold of him after writing a somewhat scary “Answer your phone NOW” message on his arm and they learn that Virgil’s dad died. A week ago. So he’s back in his home state, helping his mom (who cheated on his dad with her spontaneous soulmate, which led to her losing most custody of Virgil when she moved cross country with said soulmate, only got occasional holiday and summer break) clear out the house so whatever he wants to keep can be sent to hers as well as being there for the funeral. Roman finally breaks down and admits half the reason he’s been so angry (they knew and he didn’t so obviously Virgil wanted them to know and not him) and says Fuck It and gets tickets to go cause Virgil needs a hug and he needs to do Something to get him to at least talking to Logan again. Obviously Patton isn’t letting Roman go alone so he joins, and Logan (while not thinking it’s a Good idea) isn’t going to just be the only one there also joins and well. That’s as far as I’ve written

If he's decided you suck he clings to that as hard as he can no matter what else is being said or done as well, especially (and probably because of) if he's actually been hurt. Dans cet article, nous allons explorer le statut de LMNP pour les nuls. Par nul, j'entends débutant, ne soyez pas vexé :) Nous allons définir le LMNP, examiner les conditions d'éligibilité, et expliquer comment vous pouvez devenir un loueur meublé non professionnel. C'est parti !

Définition et Présentation du Statut LMNP

La Location Meublée Non Professionnelle (LMNP) est un dispositif fiscal avantageux en France. Il permet aux particuliers de louer un bien immobilier meublé, tout en bénéficiant d'une fiscalité allégée. Ce statut est souvent choisi par les investisseurs souhaitant diversifier leur patrimoine et percevoir des revenus complémentaires. C'est donc plutôt réservé à un profil investisseur. Si vous souhaitez uniquement acheter un bien en résidence principale, ce dispositif ne va pas trop vous concerner.

Conditions d'Éligibilité pour le Statut de Loueur Meublé Non Professionnel

Pour en bénéficier, il faut tout d'abord que le logement soit meublé selon des critères précis définis par la loi.

Ensuite, les revenus locatifs doivent respecter certains plafonds, que nous verrons plus bas. Votre Logement Est-il Conforme à la Loi LMNP ? Pour être éligible, votre bien doit être loué meublé. Cela signifie que le locataire doit pouvoir y vivre immédiatement sans avoir besoin d'acheter de meubles essentiels. Ensuite, il est conseillé de choisir un régime fiscal adapté (micro-Bic ou réel). Egalement, il est important de tenir une comptabilité rigoureuse. Même si cela peut sembler contraignant, une bonne gestion comptable est essentielle pour optimiser votre fiscalité et éviter tout problème avec l'administration fiscale. Les Avantages du Statut LMNP

La LMNP pour les nuls: Optimisation de la Plus-Value

Ajoutez à cela l'amortissement du mobilier et des équipements, et vous comprenez pourquoi ce statut est intéressant. Cependant, attention : l'amortissement n'est pas déductible des plus-values lors de la revente du bien. Cela signifie que l'impôt sur la plus-value sera calculé sur la base du prix d'achat moins les amortissements déduits, augmentant ainsi votre plus-value imposable. Passons à l'exonération des Plus-Values et à la déduction des charges Après 30 ans de détention, les plus-values réalisées lors de la revente de votre bien sont totalement exonérées d'impôt. Cet avantage fiscal est un incitatif supplémentaire à conserver votre investissement sur le long terme. Egalement, vous pouvez déduire plusieurs types de charges de vos revenus locatifs. Cela inclut les intérêts d'emprunt, les frais de gestion, les travaux de réparation et d'entretien, ainsi que les assurances. Ces déductions réduisent votre revenu imposable, et par conséquent, votre impôt. Les travaux de réparation et d'entretien sont également déductibles, que ce soit pour un gros chantier ou des travaux d'entretien plus modestes. Cependant, les travaux d'agrandissement ou de reconstruction ne sont pas déductibles. La Récupération de TVA La récupération de la TVA n'est pas automatique. Là où ça se corse, c'est que vous devez également offrir certains services, comme la fourniture de linge de maison, le nettoyage régulier ou le petit-déjeuner. Si ces conditions sont remplies, vous pouvez récupérer la TVA sur le prix d'achat du bien et sur les travaux réalisés. Cela représente une économie de 20% sur ces dépenses. En pratique, la récupération de la TVA peut compliquer la gestion de votre investissement. Il faut peser les avantages et les inconvénients avant de choisir cette option. Régime Micro-BIC et LMNP Il existe deux régimes fiscaux pour les LMNP : le régime réel et le régime micro-BIC. Le régime réel permet de déduire toutes les charges et d'amortir le bien. Il est souvent plus avantageux pour les investisseurs ayant des charges importantes (intérêts d'emprunt, travaux, frais de gestion, etc.). Le régime micro-BIC, en revanche, est plus simple: il applique un abattement forfaitaire de 50% sur les recettes locatives, mais en contrepartie, vous ne pouvez pas déduire les charges, ni amortir le bien. Il est pertinent si vos revenus locatifs ne dépassent pas 72 600 euros par an, donc que vos charges sont faibles et que vous recherchez une gestion simplifiée. Pour choisir le régime le plus adapté, comparez les avantages fiscaux de chaque option pour chaque scénario d'investissement. En général, le régime réel est plus avantageux si vos charges dépassent 50% de vos revenus locatifs. Sinon, le régime micro-BIC peut être suffisant. Régime Réel Simplifié

Obligations Légales du Loueur en LMNP

En France, en tant que loueur en LMNP, vous devez respecter certaines règles pour être en conformité avec la loi. Si vous avez bien lu depuis le début, vous avez retenu qu'une des premières étapes est de s'inscrire via l'INPI. Administrativement, c'est long, mais ce n'est pas ça qui devrait vous inquiéter outre mesure. Car si vous vous engagez sur la voie de la location meublée, vous devrez traiter vos locataires de manière décente. A savoir que le bien devra offrir une surface habitable minimale, être en bon état d'usage et de réparation, et disposer des équipements nécessaires pour un usage normal d'habitation (chauffage, eau potable, installation électrique conforme, etc.). De plus, vous devez souscrire une assurance propriétaire non occupant (PNO). Cette assurance couvre les risques spécifiques liés à la location meublée, comme les dégâts des eaux, les incendies, ou encore la responsabilité civile. Enfin, il est essentiel de tenir une comptabilité rigoureuse, comme une entreprise. Cette obligation est particulièrement importante si vous optez pour le régime réel, car elle permet de justifier les charges déductibles et les amortissements. Vous pouvez faire appel à un expert-comptable pour vous accompagner dans cette démarche.

Stratégies Classique d'Investissement en LMNP

La première stratégie consiste à choisir un emplacement attractif. Little Monkey Prince.

Part 1: First encounter in the village.

Investigation.

'Sun Wukong kneels down to pick up the small item he stepped on. Once it is in his hand, Wukong turns the item around, seeing that it was a picture frame, the glass broken from his boot.'

'The photo inside showed two humans; an grey haired woman wearing a melon colored hanfu, and a dark brown haired infant in the woman's arms, but no father present. It was clear to him that the woman's mate did not care enough about them, and possibly just took off like a coward; how despicable. This thought made Wukong sigh in disappointment, some humans never change. But now there was chance that both the mother and her cub were somewhere in the surrounding jungle, dead....

'The thought of two innocent lives becoming prey to a jungle cat or a feral demon made his stone heart stink to his stomach. Even after he became immortal, death still shook him to his very core.

A high pitched cry came from behind the Monkey King, startling the burnt sienna monkey. He turned his head to the right, only seeing the covered bassinet now shaking slightly, the crying seemed to be coming from it. Cautiously, Wukong made his to the bassinet, as the crying grew louder. Once he was at the bassinet, he could identify the crying. It was a baby's cry.'

' "It couldn't be." Wukong whispered.

Hesitantly, the king lifted his hand, grasped the blanket covering the viewpoint of the bassinet, and pulled it away to reveal..... the human cub from the photo.

The Monkey King couldn't believe his own eyes. The cub was still here!'

'The infant cried for their mother until their opened their eyes, looking up to see.. some fuzzy person. The both of them looked at each other for what seemed like an eternity, neither knowing what to think.

'Suddenly the cub erupted into a cooing fit, reach their arms out to this new person, wanting to touch his face. Slowly, Monkey King lifted the child up by their onesie, getting a closer look at them. They didn't seemed to be harmed, in fact they looked perfectly healthy. The child still reached out for Wukong's face, still making that cooing noise.

"You're still here..."

There they both were; a little human cub, a powerful God like Demon stand in the damaged house, alone.

What was he to do now?'

Humans are quite fascinating to the young selkie pup. There’s always something new to learn about them. And they’re always so lively and colorful. It’s better than the ocean where most things are blue and brown. Which is pretty too! But…there’s so many different colors up here.

Now, what’s one thing he truly hates about humans? Their desire to scare one another. His papas never scared each other on purpose and he doesn’t see the point in doing so.

However, he loves Halloween. From when he was younger and his papas described to him what this so-called ‘holiday’ was about he seemed eager to try it out. Though…the moment he walked out to the street that was across the way from the beach the house next door had a jumpscare prop. It startled him so badly that he ran back to his papas, crying hysterically and shaking.

Every year after that he’s been so scared of doing this holiday. But he loves it so much! Even in their human forms they still have gills on their cheeks and they refuse to remove their glowing white coat. And actual whiskers. So it was quite hard to socialize with humans. But on the holiday it doesn’t matter! Nobody bats them an eye and he loves it!

If only they stop attempting to scare each other every year…

Once again this year they attempt this ‘trick or treat’ and to get some delicious 'candy’ from these humans! It seems simple enough.

He walked down the street with a bag of some candies that he managed to get already. His three papas trailing behind him in their own glowy white coats. They smiled while they watch their pup run down, having a bright smile on his face.

They were keeping a close eye on him in case somebody tries to scare him, or any objects want to.

And just what they feared happened.

He ran up to a house and rang the doorbell, singing the ever-familiar phrase of this holiday. Except what came out made his eyes widened in fear.

It might’ve been a typical normal costume for humans but who was absolutely terrifying to their kind. What was it?

A shark.

And this human just so happens to be dressed up as a quite realistic shark. Even down to the sharks tail that they had to be in a wheelchair for. It wasn’t realistic to any humans really, but it was realistic enough to a four-year-old pup.

Immediately his face paled and he took a shaky step back. Before any of the humans or his Papas could understand what’s wrong the pup started screaming and crying.

And in an instant, all three of his Papas were there

“Virgie! Virge! Are you alright? It’s okay, sh. It’s not real. Can you look at me?” The child could hear his Papa counting down from his breathing exercises. While Dad was holding him against his chest and rubbing his back. Father was barking at the humans for scaring their pup and standing guard over his mates and pup protectively.

The humans immediately apologized and the human dressed as a shark went inside so the child could calm down. And the other one beside her asked if he was alright.

“No, thanks to you! He’s afraid of sharks and you just scared him!”

“I’m sorry! Here,” They came forward with a pretty big handful of candies. “I know this won’t make up for it. But maybe some candies would calm him down? Or if not then just take it. Sorry!”

Father squinted at him and looked behind at his mates who had calmed the pup down by now. He was hiccuping and that’s it. They both nodded.

Shrugging he came forward with his pup’s bag and the human placed their handful in the bag and even grabbed another one.

Once he started walking away, Dad now carrying the pup and asking if he wants to go back home, the human waved to them. “Happy Halloween! We’re so sorry for scaring you, little guy! Come back again if you want some more candy, alright?” They called out to them.

The pup looked over his dad’s shoulder to look at the human. They seemed genuine… Hiccuping the pup rubbed his eyes and motioned to be let down. Once dad set him down he shook his head.

“A few m-more nests? Then h-home?”

“Alright, pup. If you want to.”

“There’s no rush either. You don’t have to push yourself. There’s always next year.”

“We’ll protect you from these evil humans, my beautiful pup! Don’t you worry!” Father grinned and picked up the pup to hold him up in the air. Twirling him around, both of their white coats flapping in the wind the selkies giggled and laughed.
