song of the spiral

these are the clips I recorded for backgroun music on my "song of the spiral" video. use the popout player for some music while you scroll, or take a break and listen for a bit.

while trying to decide which note blcok instrument to use for the background music, I discovered how nice note blocks sound when doubled with packed ice + gold blocks. it creates the perfect sound for a pensive mood.

the background music, in theme with the video topic, is also derived from the fibonacci sequence (and lucas sequence) using the same conversion framework.

I might be wrong, but (despite their claim of filming at a new church set) is it possible that could be the same church that they held Chrissy's funeral at, or even where Jason's bible quote could be seen written on a sign in front of the entrance in the S4 finale?

I'm predicting they'll continue the storyline of the Satanic Panic around D&D, and that Jason's basketball team, along with paranoid and gullible townsfolk, will carry on Jason's crusade of targeting the remaining members of the Hellfire Club. I'm worried for Dustin, Lucas, Erica, and Mike. 😬

Speaking of Dustin, I still maintain his arc will be about coming to terms with Eddie's death and working to clear Eddie's name of Vecna's murders. I also predict the Hellfire Club/Corroded Coffin will join up with the Party in their fight against Vecna and the Upside Down.

I was trying to figure out how Mike developed a hero complex at such an early age, since his home life doesn’t give any evidence of encouraging a hero complex. Then I realized that, at five years old, he made friends with someone who was being abused. He probably wanted to protect Will from his father but couldn’t do much (being a small child), and because he felt responsible for Will’s safety, that led to his feelings of inadequacy and therefore a need to be needed in order to prove that he could do right by someone.
