“I kept a letter from a rape victim in my pocket, while I testified the whole time, and it just would give me strength.” — Lyle Menendez
“Every day that Lyle was on the witness stand, he carried a different letter in his pocket from one of the abuse survivors who told him nobody had believed them when they were growing up.” — The Menendez Murders
“On the witness stand, Lyle didn't reveal what he carried in his pocket. It was a letter from a woman in San Diego. It was one of the many he received from those who shared their own stories of abuse.” — NBC Los Angeles
“24 years ago today I took the witness stand to tell the truth about what happened to me. It was scary and embarrassing but I had to do it-- not just for my case but for survivors everywhere. In my opening post on this page, I talked about having a survivor's letter in my pocket while I testified. Today I am visiting with that survivor!” — Lyle Menendez via his Facebook page, September 10th, 2017

[2018 article] "It made me think that every Christmas - it's generally a difficult time for people in prison, separated from their family and loved ones and maybe thinking about why they are here, but really for me it was really especially so separated from Erik and so I think this one, I just couldn't help but think it's going to be a little bit less dark. "
"'The gift is just being here together." — Lyle Menendez.

This is the prison in San Diego where the two brothers have been doing time since April this year. The Echo Yard facility focuses on rehabilitation and for Christmas this year, it will be hosting a holiday play for the inmates and a meal
Lyle tells DailyMail.com that for the most part, December 25 will be a regular day in prison, but hopes it'll be 'special' having his brother with him for the first time
'I think this one, I just couldn't help but think it's going to be a little bit less dark,' Lyle said, adding that his wife is also coming to visit him from Sacramento
Lyle revealed the two have joined the EastLake Church where they heard a sermon about not losing faith in really dark times and still having hope.
The pair is being held in the same unit, Echo Yard, within the R.J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, California - a modern facility which focuses on rehabilitation.
Lyle says he and Erik 'see each other every day' but he expects Christmas to have a 'different' feeling.
'Prison is pretty compact, everybody's kind of in a little beehive here together so I see him throughout the day,' Lyle said.
'And it's definitely going to be a different feeling on Christmas, I think, it's interesting.'
Lyle says he and Erik have joined the EastLake Church while behind bars after it opened up a branch within the prison recently.
And he said the pastor gave a sermon last week about not losing faith in really dark times and still having hope.
He said: 'It made me think that every Christmas - it's generally a difficult time for people in prison, separated from their family and loved ones and maybe thinking about why they are here, but really for me it was really especially so separated from Erik and so I think this one, I just couldn't help but think it's going to be a little bit less dark.
'I told the pastor that afterwards, you know, and it's a constant realization that, wow, my brother is here with me and it's a little different this year, so we'll see what Christmas is like.'
Lyle says for the most part December 25 will be a regular day in prison life but he hopes it will be 'special' having his brother with him for the first time in two decades.
Lyle's wife is also coming down from Sacramento to visit him which he says is 'wonderful'.

He says other inmates at the facility are throwing a holiday play but neither he nor Erik are taking part.
'I'm not in the play, I'm not going to be a reindeer in the play, there were some openings for reindeers, but I'm not gonna... I'll go watch with my brother and they do a holiday meal.
'Sometimes the warden comes and eats with the inmates and we'll see, it's my first one here.'
Asked if he had a gift for brother Erik or whether he had made him a festive card, Lyle responded: 'I haven't done anything like that, but that's not a bad idea maybe I will.'
He added: 'I think for us the gift is just being here together. It can be bittersweet, right, because being together brings back a lot of memories and things from the past... it's like seeing a family member that you have so much history with, not all of it good.
'But at the same time it's just, two decades being separated, every day is sort of shocking. So to just see my brother is just sort of a shock, so I don't think it'd be any different on Christmas.'
Lyle - prisoner K13758 - said he and Erik - prisoner K14101 - had settled in well at R.J. Donovan and are both busy with the various rehabilitation programs and 'freedoms' on offer there.
'It's always interesting to adjust to a new place. So, so far, you know, I think, so good. I definitely like it here in San Diego.'
He added that he and his brother have plenty of opportunity to see each other.
'We're both in different programs. I try as much as I can to make contact with him throughout the day,' Lyle explained.
'I try to at least exercise with him every day, so we'll try to figure out a time to do that.
'So that becomes a time where we can meet up and then we can go to meals together and then we have the same job as an NDA worker, an assistant caregiver worker where you push wheelchairs and help some of the guys that have disabilities so we can meet up for that everyday in the evening. So we find time.'
Asked whether things have changed in their relationship since being reunited Lyle said his brother - who was a teenager when he first arrived in prison - had 'grown' and become more 'confident' as an adult in the prison system, but it's something they haven't had chance to talk about.
He said: 'At some point I imagine he'll talk about that. We'll talk about it together, but right now we're just sort of, I'm just happy to be with him and you know, it's definitely a very loving brotherly bond and it's amazing how the separation doesn't change that at all.'
In April, speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Lyle revealed the moment he was reunited with Erik after 22 years apart.
He said he tightly embraced his younger brother and said to him, 'finally' as they both burst into tears.
Lyle said: 'It's been 22 years. So it was just something I wasn't sure was ever going to happen.
'It was just a remarkable moment for me and my whole family who's had to visit us in separate prisons in two parts of the state.'
Lyle said the 'sudden separation' in the 'dead of night' had been difficult to deal with in 1996 when the pair was removed from their jail cells and sent to two different prisons.
He said the separation was 'hugely traumatizing' for both of them.
'We just always knew that one of the things we wanted to do was try to be reunited,' he said.

On this Day: April 4th 2018
On this day, 7 years ago, Lyle and Erik Menendez were finally reunited after 22 years of separation. The reunion was very emotional, and Lyle has said many times that he didn’t feel ‘whole’ being separated from his brother. The brothers embraced and shed some tears. They were reunited at the San Diego Correctional Facility, where they are in close contact and see each other everyday.

The Umbrella Academy Drawing Bingo: Fivela Edition
Welcome to the Umbrella Academy Drawing Bingo!
For the next two months, we'll be rooting for the artists—be them experienced or total rookies, let's shower the fandom with fanart!
Whether you’re inspired by the show, your own headcanons, a favourite fanfic or someone else’s art, this challenge is all about creativity.
We have some people who draw over write and vis-via. We have also learnt with Secret Valentine and Secret Santa and just sometimes randomly that there is a lot of artists among us!
Some of you don't draw but would like to start... so why not start today with something we all love?
An acorn doesn't become a tree overnight... start small, not big projects!
Everyone's here to help each other improve. Anyone can create something so why not have a go?
How to Play:
Complete a row, go for a blackout, or just pick the prompts that spark inspiration. There is no prize for coming first but we will be running this one from the 1st of April till the 31st of May. (That doesn’t mean you can’t continue after but we might be running something else after that. 😊 )
Feel free to interpret prompts in any way that makes sense to you. Full blown scene, background and all to chibi or cartoon style mini comic strip! Whatever you want.
Any medium is welcome—digital, traditional, sketches, paint, clay, crayons, whatever you want!
Pick a Bingo card, there are 5 to choose from.
Post on Ao3, Tumblr (tag @fivela-secret-gift-exchange #TUABingoArt)
Most importantly, enjoy the process!
Prompt Clarifications:
Love Triangle – Any combination of characters is fair game! Whether it's Five/Dolores/Lila, Klaus/Five/Lila, Five/Lila/Diego, Five/Lyle/Lila or something unexpected, explore the dynamic however you like. All pairings are welcome!
AU – Take the characters out of their usual setting. Whether it’s medieval fantasy, a modern-day school AU, or a librarian and coffee shop owner rivalry, the choice is yours.
TUA Scene – Recreate a favourite moment from the show, whatever that may be!
Nancy and/or Jerome – How you depict them is up to you! Undercover, sneaking around or simply making out.
Fic Scene – Bring a moment from your own or someone else’s fanfiction to life.
Dealer’s Choice – A free space to draw whatever idea you’ve been wanting to create.
Animals – Draw the characters as animals or interacting with animals.
Date Day – It could be a first date or a casual outing—romantic or otherwise.
Lila Outfit – Highlight Lila’s sense of style by redrawing one of her outfits or designing something new.
Last – Interpret this however you like—last words, last moments, or even something more light-hearted like the last cup of coffee because the pot has ran out!
Coffee vs. Tea – A friendly (or not-so-friendly) debate. Does Five have strong opinions? Probably.
Parenthood – Any take on the characters as parents—serious, comedic, or somewhere in between. Uncle Klaus could even be babysitting.
Holiday – Any holiday works! From Christmas to birthdays to lesser-known celebrations, explore how the characters would spend it.
Smut – Doesn’t have to explicit for it to be hot. Only draw what YOU are comfortable with.

Variety's ACTORS ON ACTORS - Emmys edition lineup has been released.
We have two Penguins (and DUMBO costars): Colin Farrell (The Penguin) and Danny DeVito (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia);

father and son Arnold and Patrick Schwarzenegger (Secret Level and The White Lotus, respectively).
I remember for a time after his father's affair was discovered (or maybe it was when his parents divorce was finalized) Patrick dropped Schwarzenegger from his socials and went by Shriver but now all's well with them and Pat has made nice with half-brother Joseph Baena.

Dave Chappelle (SNL) & Mo Amer (MO); FREAKS AND GEEKS /UNDECLARED alums Seth Rogen (The Studio) & Jason Segel (Shrinking)

The rest of the lineup under the cut
CLOCKWATCHERS costars Parker Posey (The White Lotus) & Lisa Kudrow (No Good Deed);

Cooper Koch (Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story) & Sam Nivola (The White Lotus)
Cooper and his brother teased their own version of Sam and Patrick's "The White Lotus" moment.

Sterling K. Brown (Paradise) & Natasha Rothwell (How to Die Alone);
Shame the two didn't get to share a scene in INSECURE.

JENNIFER'S BODY and LOVELACE costars Amanda Seyfried (Long Bright River) & Adam Brody (Nobody Wants This)

Diego Luna and Gael Garcia Bernal were to co-produce a miniseries about Hernán Cortés with Javier Bardem in the lead role. That never happened, but at least they are paired up on this with Luna supporting ANDOR and Bardem MONSTERS: THE LYLE AND ERIK MENENDEZ STORY.

Marvel duo Charlie Cox (Daredevil: Born Again) and Joe Locke (Agatha All Along / Heartstoppers); HOW TO LOSE A GUY IN 10 DAYS / GLASS ONION: A KNIVES OUT STORY costars Kate Hudson (Running Point) & Kathryn Hahn (Agatha All Along / The Studio);

former couple and FELICITY costars Keri Russell (The Diplomat) & Scott Speedman (Teacup)

PARTY DOWN costars Adam Scott (Severance) & Kristen Bell (Nobody Wants This)

friends and former costars (BAD SANTA 2, Primary Colors) Kathy Bates (Matlock) & Billy Bob Thornton (Landman).

| Combined post #5 | Some kids series
Inanimate Object Characters List | Entry: 49
I've said this before: I'll probably won't be able to cover ALL kids shows, because there are TOO MANY and I know barely any of them. But I want to mention at least A COUPLE of them, because some series are just very famous , so they can't be ignored - and I find some of the eligible characters really fun, so I won't ignore them.
(And those characters that I find fun will all be in this post.)
I'm not gonna do kids shows with vehicles right now, because as expected, the list is long with such series. There are MANY.
--
We're starting of with Dora the Explorer, because who doesn't know Dora? Just like many other people, I grew up watching Dora as well. Strangely enough, I do not remember Map being my favourite character back then... Now I'd say he is (I mean, of course I don't watch Dora anymore, but I like him as a character best - aside from Dora herself - and I wish there was Map lore), but I might have watched this show even before my obsession started? Maybe...?
Characters: Map, Backpack
TV series: Dora the Explorer (2000-2019)
Next, we have Dora's cousin, Diego! I didn't watch this series as a kid (maybe a few times with my younger brother, but that's all). Though I do remember playing both Dora and Diego's video game on the Wii.
Character: Click
TV series: Go, Diego! Go! (2005-2013)
Handy Manny is another series that I did not watch myself as a kid - and I also didn't know about it until recently, but I came across it a few months ago (because apparently people have been saying that every single guy looks like one of these, lmao) and to be honest, it certainly seems like a kids show that I would have found a blast when I was younger. The characters look fun and I'm fond of tools.
I'm female, so the comment of looking like one of them wasn't addressed to me, but I'd say I'd be Turner. My face is round, too. Lol!
Characters: Rusty (pipe wrench), Pat (hammer), Flicker (flashlight), Dusty (handsaw), Felipe (Phillips head screwdriver), Squeeze (pair of pliers), Stretch (tape measure), Turner (flat-head screwdriver)
And there's a bunch of other tool (and two non-tool) minor characters throughout the show.

TV series: Handy Manny (2006-2013)
Finally, we have Finley the Fire Engine and yes, I said I would not do kids shows with vehicles just yet, but 1. there's a character I like in this series and 2. not all characters are vehicles (including my favourite).
I didn't grow up with this series, plus, I found out about it at a relatively "old" age (considering the very young target audience), but because of that one character, I have seen some episodes anyway.
It's Suds, by the way. That character I'm talking about is Suds.
Don't ask me why, but he's is just too good for this series. I'm serious.

Characters: main characters (Miguel, Finley, Jesse, DJ, Gorby, Isabelle), Suds, Mr. Bell, Polly, Lyle (left) and Lois (right)
And there's a bunch of other vehicle characters throughout the show.
TV series: Finley the Fire Engine (2007-2012)

LA-Times - Chronology of the Menendez Case - From the archives.
Chronology of the Menendez Case
1986: The Menendez family moves from New Jersey to California. Jose Menendez, a Cuban immigrant who began working as a dishwasher and rose to become a top executive at Hertz and the RCA Corp., takes over as chief executive at Live Entertainment, a Van Nuys-based video distributor. He moves with his wife, Kitty, and two tennis-playing teen-agers--Lyle and Erik--into a Calabasas home.
1987:Nov. 8: Kitty Menendez is taken to the hospital for a drug overdose.
1988, January: Erik Menendez and a friend at Calabasas High School write a screenplay about a son who murders his parents for $157 million. Prosecutors later lose a bid to use the script at the brothers’ trial.
July: Erik Menendez helps burglarize two houses in Calabasas, getting about $100,000 in property. Lyle joins in the second break-in. To satisfy authorities, Jose Menendez makes restitution and his younger son, Erik, begins seeing Beverly Hills psychologist L. Jerome Oziel.
1989 :July 30-31: NBC-TV airs a movie on the Billionaire Boys Club, a money-happy group of young Southern California men who turn to murder. The club includes the older brother of one of Erik’s friends--and prosecutors later suggest that the film gave the Menendez brothers the idea of killing their parents.
Aug. 15: On this night, according to the brothers, Kitty Menendez rips off Lyle Menendez’s toupee in the family’s new home, a Beverly Hills mansion. As the brothers tell it, Erik Menendez is shocked to learn Lyle wore a wig, but also feels closer to him--and thus confides that he has been molested by their father since age 6.
Aug. 17: Lyle confronts Jose Menendez, telling him to stop the abuse, according to Lyle’s testimony. He says his father responded: “We all make choices in our life. Erik made his. You made yours.”
Aug. 18: According to the brothers’ testimony, they shop for handguns at a Big 5 store in Santa Monica, then wind up instead buying two shotguns in San Diego, using a false ID.
Aug. 20: About 10 p.m., the brothers burst into the TV room of the house and blast away at their parents, hitting Jose Menendez six times and Kitty Menendez 10 times. After dumping weapons and bloody clothing, the brothers drive to a food festival in Santa Monica to establish an alibi. They return home and, at 11:47 p.m., Lyle Menendez dials 911. In seeming hysterics, he reports the discovery of the bodies.
Aug. 21: Lyle Menendez tells Beverly Hills police his father’s business dealings might have provoked the killings.
Aug. 24: Lyle Menendez spends $15,039 on three Rolex watches and money clips.
Aug. 31: Summoned to the mansion by Lyle Menendez, computer expert Howard Witkin searches the family computer to look for new wills, but finds none. Lyle Menendez pays him with a check for $150. It bounces.
Sept. 6: Lyle Menendez buys a $70,484 Porsche. Later, he puts down $300,000 on a chicken-wing restaurant in New Jersey. “I realize, I look back, it sounds awful,” he says in testifying about the spending.
Oct. 31: Erik Menendez confides to Oziel that he and his brother killed their parents. Lyle Menendez, called to the therapist’s office, confirms his brother’s account.
Nov. 2: The brothers meet again with Oziel. Oziel’s lover, Judalon Smyth, is in the waiting room, and later claims she overhears “bits and pieces” of conversation.
Dec. 11: In another session with Oziel, which is taped, the brothers say they killed their mother to put her “out of her misery” and that their father’s infidelity caused her despair.
1990
March 4: Judalon Smyth, who has been living at Oziel’s in Sherman Oaks--under the same roof with his wife and two daughters--leaves, ending their affair.
March 6: Smyth tells police that the brothers confessed to Oziel.
March 8: Oziel’s bank safe deposit box is searched. Police find notes the psychologist dictated after the Oct. 31 and Nov. 2 meetings, and the Dec. 11 tape. Lyle Menendez is arrested.
March 11: Erik flies home from a tennis tournament in Israel and is arrested at Los Angeles International Airport. Both brothers are held without bail.
1992
Aug. 27: In a split decision, the California Supreme Court rules that Oziel’s notes on the Oct. 31 and Nov. 2 sessions can be used as evidence against the brothers because Lyle Menendez allegedly threatened the psychologist. But the court blocks use of the Dec. 11 tape on grounds of patient-therapist confidentiality.
Dec. 7: The Los Angeles County grand jury indicts the brothers on murder and conspiracy charges, with special circumstances that could mean the death penalty.
1993
May 14: Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Stanley M. Weisberg rules that two juries will hear the case because some evidence is admissible against only one brother.
July 11: Defense lawyer Leslie Abramson, representing Erik Menendez, discloses that he will say the brothers killed in self-defense after years of abuse.
July 20: Before opening statements begin, spectators line up for seats in court. Prosecutors allege that Lyle and Erik Menendez were driven by hatred and greed. Abramson says they killed in “pure terror, pure panic.”
July 29: With Oziel scheduled to testify, Abramson vows to “attack his credibility in every way known to man and God.”
Aug. 4: Oziel testifies that the brothers considered the killings the “perfect crime.”
Aug. 10: Under cross-examination, he is made to recount his affair with Smyth. Even he laughs at a poem he wrote her: “For like a nymph, she strides from the forest at daybreak dressed in white where no other man has known her—Judalon.”
Aug. 16: The prosecution rests after calling 26 witnesses.
Aug. 17: The defense begins a parade of teachers, coaches, relatives, neighbors and friends to depict Jose Menendez as a power freak and Kitty Menendez as a suicidal enigma. Weisberg warns the lawyers to keep to relevant evidence: “Every time someone picked their nose and the father slapped his hand, that’s not going to be before the jury,” he says.
Sept. 10: Lyle Menendez takes the stand, saying that he was molested by his father from age 6 to 8. Sobbing, he says he, in turn, sexually abused his younger brother.
Sept. 17: Recounting the slayings, Lyle says he just “freaked out,” and now mostly recalls a dark room, glass breaking, booming guns and lots of smoke.
Sept. 20: Lyle Menendez admits offering his onetime girlfriend, Jamie Pisarcik, a bribe to testify falsely that Jose Menendez made an unwanted pass at her.
Sept. 21: On cross-examination, Deputy Dist. Atty. Pamela Bozanich asks Lyle Menendez: “You almost got away with it, didn’t you?”
Sept. 23: Lyle Menendez says his mother appeared to be “sneaking” away, so he reloaded and shot her one final time.
Sept. 27: Erik Menendez, pale and trembling, takes the stand and testifies that his father molested him from age 6 to 18, sometimes sticking pins in him during sex.
Oct. 1: Prosecutors spring a trap. They allow Erik Menendez to testify about shopping for handguns at a Big 5 store--then reveal that the Big 5 chain had stopped selling handguns three years earlier.
Oct. 13: A new phase of the defense opens with five expert witnesses on the mind-set of the brothers. Ann H. Tyler, a Salt Lake City-based psychologist, tells jurors that Erik Menendez endured “psychological maltreatment.”
Oct. 15: Ann Burgess, a nursing professor at the University of Pennsylvania, says the crime scene was “disorganized,” suggesting there was no plan to kill. She later cites research on snails to bolster the notion that prolonged fear can “rewire” the brain.
Nov. 3: Weisberg rules that the Dec. 11, 1989, tape of the counseling session with Oziel now is admissible as evidence because the defense made the brothers’ mental state a central issue.
Nov. 12: Defense attorneys play the tape for jurors, saying they did not want it to seem they were hiding evidence. There are gasps when Lyle says of his mother and father: “You miss just having these people around. I miss not having my dog around. If I can make such a gross analogy.”
Nov. 15: Smyth, whose tip led to the brothers’ arrests, is called by the defense to discredit Oziel. She says he wanted the brothers to confess on tape so he could control them.
Nov. 18: After three months of testimony and 56 witnesses, the defense rests.
Nov. 23: The prosecution, in its rebuttal, calls Brian Andersen, Kitty Menendez’s brother. He says the Menendez parents were loving and caring, but their sons were brats.
Dec. 6: Weisberg rules that the evidence does not justify a legal instruction giving jurors the option of outright acquittal.
Dec. 9: As closing arguments begin, Lyle Menendez’s lead lawyer, Jill Lansing, implores jurors to convict him of manslaughter, not murder. She asks jurors to consider: “What in the world could have caused these two boys to kill their parents?”
Dec. 10: With Bozanich calling the brothers cold-blooded killers who put on the “best defense daddy’s money could buy,” Lyle Menendez’s case goes to the jury.
Dec. 13: Deputy. Dist. Atty. Lester Kuriyama kicks off his closing argument for the Erik Menendez jury by posting pictures of the killing scene. Abramson calls that a “cheap prosecution trick,” then puts up her own pictures, of the brothers as naked young boys.
Dec. 15: Relating her “fantasy” of seeing Erik Menendez a free man, Abramson urges jurors to acquit him. Closing arguments wrap up with Kuriyama suggesting that Erik Menendez was gay and that his sexual orientation--not abuse by his parents--fed the family friction that led to the slayings.
1994
Jan. 10: The Erik Menendez jury announces that it seems hopelessly deadlocked. Weisberg urges the panel to keep trying.
Jan. 13: A hung jury is declared in the case against Erik Menendez.
Jan. 17: The earthquake damages the courthouse--and the neighborhoods of many jurors--causing a postponement of deliberations for the Lyle Menendez panel.
Jan. 24: The jury finally resumes deliberations, in a trailer.
Jan. 25: The jury reports: “We are unable to come to a unanimous decision.” The judge asks the panel to keep trying.
Jan. 29: With the Lyle Menendez jury still hung, Weisberg declares a mistrial. Prosecutors vow to retry the brothers.

✨️ Out of the comments you’ve received on your fics, what are two or three of your favorites?
💕 What is your favorite fic that you’ve written?
🎨 If someone were to make fanart of your work, what fic or scene would you hope to see?
Thank you for the ask! Sorry it took me a bit to answering. And sorry for the word vomit that follows--I realize I wrote a lot for these answers, but I don't want to shorten them.
✨Out of the comments you've received on your fics, what are two or three of your favorites? Well, I just got one yesterday on my Avatar story Path of the Lost Men that went along the lines of "Do you enjoy emotionally torturing us?" and this made me laugh, but it is nice to know that my writing can have that effect on people. There was a comment in regards to my story "Taken" for OHSHC where they said something like "This is cool, but why are you telling it backwards, you already know how everything went down" and when I asked them if they knew what was going to happen in future chapters, they never responded, so I was like "Clearly, it wasn't open shut as you thought." One of the nicest comments I've ever gotten, to date, was back when I posted back on FF.net. This person left a long message saying how they had read all the other comments and there seemed to be this one negative nelly leaving bad reviews, but they thought my story was honestly very good and that I should continue writing and being awesome! That is not verbatim, but as a younger writer at the time, this really warmed my heart and made me feel better about my writing and myself in general. I saved the comment in my screen shots so I can look back on it when I feel down on myself. But in terms of comments, I always like the ones where people tell me how it made them feel, or how certain characters come across, or the accuracy of medical illness and or disabilities. These all tell me that I am doing a good job in my writing. 💕What is your favorite fic that you've written?
I don't know if I have a top favorite. There are several that I would label as a favorite. If I think back to the earliest stuff I wrote on ao3, "There For You" and "No Such Thing As Normal" for The Umbrella Academy fandom are still some of my favorites because I can still re read them and laugh at them. My Snowpiercer story titled "New Home" is my longest one shot to date, but I really enjoyed writing it too. And then I have my story "Taken" for the Ouran Highschool Host Club (OHSHC) fandom, which is still ongoing--this story came from a dream, it is dark but I enjoy it (And I really should update it....hehe....). Most of my Newsies stories I've also enjoyed writing. "A Sleepwalking Spider" for the Avatar fandom was fun to write. And with my current WIPs, I am enjoying "Path of the Lost Men" for the Avatar fandom (although the last chapter is giving me some issues) and some other Avatar related WIPs that have not been posted yet. There are other WIPs for different fandoms (Encanto and Total Drama Island) that I would label as favorites because I love the storyline/story idea) and I really should finish them so I can post them... 🎨If someone were to make fanart of your work, what fic or scene would you hope to see? Hmm...well, I would love to see a scene from my story "There For You" for TUA, where Klaus, Diego and Five are sitting outside a diner and Five ends up falling asleep after the adrenaline rush calms down and someone comes along to take their photo and then emails this to them. Or maybe one of the scenes in Path of the Lost Men, where Mansk is sitting with Lortireu, watching Ralu dancing, or the scene of Lyle at the end of the adoption ceremony where he is full on sobbing. Or either one of the scenes where they are visiting the other Recoms with the Tree of Souls--I get a lot of cool visuals with that when I think on it.
