She jolts up with a shriek, clutching a thin sheet to her chest. Looking around frantically in the dark, she finds a familiar pair of glowing eyes and a matching grin staring at her through the darkness of her bedroom. 

Anxiety gripped her heart. “M-mac?” Her voice quivered as her eyes adjusted to the darkness, revealing his silhouette looming in the shadows.

Her free hand fumbled in the dark, searching for her nightstand, until it found the comforting coolness of her lamp. The light flooded the room, momentarily blinding her, but soon she regained her sight, her eyes narrow in annoyance. There he was, The Six Eared Macaque, casually leaning against the doorway of her bedroom. 

“Jeez, took ya long enough. I called your name three times already.” His voice held a playful edge, as if this midnight intrusion was nothing out of the ordinary.

“What are you doing here? It's…” She glances at the clock and her eyebrows furrow. “It's three in the morning.”

He shrugged, an impish grin playing on his lips. “Yup”

“Well why the hell are you here!” She snapped, her voice laced with annoyance and confusion.

Macaque replied nonchalantly, the glint in his eyes never faltering. "I just need a bit of your…help.”

She was confused. She had no skills that would have been of use to the demon, how could she help with anything?

“My help? With what?”

 ��Just come with me and things will make more sense, promise.” He said pushing away from the doorway. Stepping further into the room, he reached out and grabbed her hand. “Come on.” 

"W-wait, I'm not dressed-" She stammered, her mind racing to make sense of this bizarre situation. But he interrupted her, his voice full of urgency and a hint of excitement. "It's not a big deal if you're in your pajamas. Come on."

Her voice faltered, her face growing hot as a wave of embarrassment washed over her. For a moment, she broke eye contact, averting her gaze from his own. Gathering her courage, she glanced back at him and muttered. "”I’m not dressed... like at all. "Mac's eyebrows shot up in surprise, his eyes scanning her from head to toe, lingering a moment too long on her bare shoulders and exposed skin. “You're…naked under there?” Mac's voice carried a mixture of amusement and….something else. 

Fidgeting nervously, she felt a surge of vulnerability wash over her. With a flustered expression, she pulled her hand free from Macaque’s grip. “Please just-” She pushed against his hard chest  "Just give me a sec to get dressed, okay?" Her words came out in a hurried plea.

“Sure thing.” He took a few steps back, crossing his arms casually. An amused expression played on his lips.

“Uh, Mac?" she called out, her voice laced with uncertainty.

He hummed back in response, his eyes never leaving her. She hesitated for a moment, confused “I need to get dressed." She reminded him, starting to become a little annoyed.

He tilted his head slightly. “Go ahead." His response was nonchalant, his amusement evident in his tone as his tail flicked to and fro.

“Macaque!" she protested, frustration in her voice. He couldn't help but laugh. “Fine, fine.” He relented. “There, now I can't see anything, hurry up." He did as he said, pivoting on his heels to face the other way.

As he did, unseen to her, his expression shifted. Desire flickered in his eyes. He brought a fist to his mouth, biting down on a knuckle to muffle a groan at the thought of her being naked in the same room with him. She quickly hurried to put on her clothes, unaware of the thoughts racing through the demon's mind.
