Well of course a lot of potatoes had to be peeled for the soup. But you can still make great chips from the peels for the following TV evening. Simply delicious. You can choose your own spices. I used smoked bell paprika, salt and pepper. Use a little bit oil and spices of your choice. Put all in a bowl, add spices, stir it and add some oil. Put all in the oven at 200 degrees for 20min or until crispy. Gut, für die Suppe mussten natürlich eine Menge Kartoffeln geschält werden. Aber aus den Schalen kann man noch prima Chips für den folgenden Fernsehabend machen. Einfach lecker. Gewürze kann man sich selbst aussuchen. I have been living vegan for over 7 years now. What I really miss is delicious fish. There is an excellent, German dish, which can be wonderfully veganized: Marinated herring or also Matjes salad. As a substitute for the herring you simply use one or more eggplants. The taste of sea comes from the Nori algae. Ich lebe mittlerweile seit über 7 Jahren vegan. Was mir wirklich fehlt ist köstlicher Fisch. Es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes, deutsches Gericht, welches sich wunderbar veganisieren lässt: Marinierter Hering oder auch Matjes-Salat. Als Ersatz für den Hering dient einfach eine oder mehrere Auberginen. Another classic veganized: chicken fricassee. Chicken-free, of course. Unfortunately, I didn't have all the ingredients fresh, but some of them in deep-frozen form. But that does not harm the taste. Kräuterseitling is our chicken, chopped with a fork and beautifully steamed with spices. Broccoli, peas, leeks, asparagus, wild garlic and mushrooms are served with it. All deglazed with vegetable broth and thickened with soy cream and a little flour. With rice on the side and done. Delicious. Ein weiterer Klassiker veganisiert: Hühner-Frikassee. Natürlich ohne Hühnchen. Ich habe leider nicht alle Zutaten frisch da gehabt, aber einiges davon in tiefgekühlter Form. Das tut dem Geschmack jedoch keinen Abbruch. Kräuterseitling ist unser Hähnchen, mit der Gabel zerkleinert und mit Gewürzen schön gedünstet. Brokkoli, Erbsen, Lauch, Spargel, Bärlauch und Champignons dazu. Alles mit Gemüsebrühe abgelöscht und mit Sojasahne und etwas Mehl angedickt. Mit Reis als Beilage und fertig. Cabbage goulash? Sure. Anytime. What could be more delicious. Easy to prepare and incredibly tasty. The cabbage is refined with spices like caraway, smoked paprika, miso, thyme and fried in rapeseed oil. Smoked tofu cubes and soy granules are also available. Let the cabbage stew nicely and season with salt and pepper as desired. Kraut-Gulasch? Klar. Jederzeit. Was kann es leckeres geben. Einfach in der Zubereitung und unheimlich lecker. Der Kohl wird verfeinert mit Gewürzen wie Kümmel, geräuchertem Paprika, Miso, Thymian und angebraten in Rapsöl. Dazu gibt es geräucherte Tofu-Würfel und Sojagranulat. Lasagne, what could be better? Of course even more #lasange! I know we have been posting very little lately. We usually lack the time to cook something fancy. Today there is an old classic. We used cocktail #tomatoes, brown #mushrooms, #olives, #capers, #celery, #tofu mince, #basil, #parsley, #passata, #onions and #garlic for the sauce. All prepared as #one-pot, fried, seasoned and finally deglazed with passata. Instead of béchamel sauce we used unsweetened @alpro soy yogurt, which was refined with garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, @simplyvgenuss pizza cheese and cress. Everything piled up, of course with lasagne leaves and always alternating with strips of smoked tofu. 25min at 230 degrees top and bottom heat. Bon appetite. Lasagne, was gibt es schöneres? Natürlich noch mehr Lasange! Ich weiß, wir posten in letzter Zeit recht wenig. Es fehlt meist die Zeit etwas ausgefallenes zu kochen. Heute gibt es einen alten Klassiker. Verwendet wurden Cocktail-#Tomaten, braune #Champignons, #Oliven, #Kapern, #Staudensellerie, Tofu-Gehacktes, #Basilikum, #Petersilie, Passata, #Zwiebeln und #Knoblauch für die Sauce. Alles als One-Pot zubereitet, angebraten, gewürzt und zum Schluss mit Passata abgelöscht. Statt Béchamelsauce verwendeten wir ungesüßten @alpro Soja-Joghurt, welcher mit Knoblauch- und Zwiebelpulver, Salz, Pfeffer, @simplyvgenuss Pizzakäse und Kresse verfeinert wurde. Alles aufgeschichtet, natürlich mit Lasangeblättern und immer wieder abwechselnd mit geräucherten Tofu-Streifen gespickt. 25min bei 230Grad Ober- und Unterhitze. Today I was a bit lazy and the green asparagus had to go. So today we had #vegan #puff #pastry #asparagus-#cheese-particles, after a recipe from @biancazapatka. This is our first #Chili sin carne on this channel. Sweet potato, #potato, #onion, paprika, #corn, cucumber, #tomato, garlic, jalapeños, carrot, rocket, #kidney #beans, #smoked salt, 2 strong #espresso and half a bar of dark #chocolate. Next time a little less chocolate but very good. Tonight we will have rice with it. For the #NoMeat we had chopped vegan #meatballs. Das ist unser erstes Chili sin carne auf diesem Kanal. Süßkartoffel, Kartoffel, Zwiebel, Paprika, Mais, Gurke, Tomaten, Knoblauch, #Jalapeños, Möhre, Ruccola, Kidney Bohnen, Smoked Salt, 2 starke Espresso und eine halbe Tafel dunkle Schokolade. Beim nächsten mal ein bisschen weniger Schokolade aber sehr gut. Heute Abend gibt es noch Reis dazu.
