I have finally redone her, the one, the only, Queen Daena Targaryen, she was married to Baelor and he locked her along with her sisters in a tower so they couldn’t tempt men. Daena literally did not care and escaped several times, falling pregnant during one of her escapes. As a child she emulated her father Aegon III and dressed in all black, but when Baelor refused to consummate their marriage she began dressing in all white, she idolized her older brother Daeron and loved archery. Her son Daemon Blackfyre was fathered by her cousin Aegon IV and would later go on and rebel against the Iron Throne.

did aegon iv not marry daena the defiant just bc like, she wasn’t a virgin? naerys just seems ill suited to the role of a queen, being very sickly and pious, and daena not only has a claim (that’s set aside due to misogyny) but also clearly wants political power, and it unites the bloodlines of Aegon and Viserys, since neither Darren nor Baelor had kids. like why does he HAVE to marry his sister he clearly hates who hates him in return, when Daena is right there, just as Valyrian as he is?

Princess/ Septa Rhaena Targaryen

Sansa is thinking about burying herself in a deep pit for saying the wrong thing to Loras Tyrell. Fortunately, his sister Margaery comes out to greet her personally.

I'm really happy how this one turned out. I found Margaery's dress in the fantastic A Cyclopaedia of Costume, or Dictionary of Dress by James Planche. It's from the reign of Edward IV. My only problem with it was that when I reread the scene and realized I missed the stairs in front of the entrance to the Maidenvault. On a lesser note, it was a headache drawing Arryk and Erryk. Mr. Martin says they are wearing half-helms and cloaks. Nothing else is mentioned!
