I've been playing on a minecraft server with my classmates lately and cuz we all are artists there we made our minecraft ocs, I think that we'll add origins mod to the server for more fun :³

Hello there I like your art I'm a big fan and I was wondering if you could help me make a character I want to make my own LMK oc but my personality is weird and I can't really understand myself so if you want to help me that's fine..

Hellooo and thank you!! I can recommend some things you can check out and stuff I do myself!

1.When I make a new oc I like to base it off things I like, for one, ill already know a bit about it cause I like it, and two ill most likely put more effort to make it look nice, for example I have alot of Kemonomimi ocs! (ocs with animal features)

2. you could try visiting some websites for inspiration, you could try finding a random colour pallet and making an oc based off that.

3.Picrew sites are also good for getting ideas! They have alot of accessories and hair types and are good for a general idea of the oc you wanna make, you could even try gacha life lmao they have GREATT accessories

4. Personality wise, you could always base it off yourself even if you think your personality isnt enough! Everyone is different and special in their one way you shouldn’t judge yourself so harshly!^^ I personally like to add small bits of myself into my ocs, wether its a habit I do or my clothing style, or just basic things like giving them my favorite food

5. Jot down random things you’d like your oc to have, getting all your ideas down is helpful!

Everyone’s dropping their silly ass character weapons here’s some I have for characters and ideas

- Houseboat (both the characters name and his weapon)

- my honkai oc fights w/ a motorcycle (this was before Mavuika was even a thing my queen did it first and she did it right)

- my spiderverse au Deadpool fights with her own head (it can detach so she just be swangin in)

- hair ties

- pizza cutter

- vacuum (I don’t watch Hunter x Hunter but I think someone in there did this)

- children’s toys

- any eating utensils

- most any tool you can find in a kitchen actually

- blanket

Alright everyone, hear me out for a second: I make an OC, they get killed and sent to a nother world but they lose their memories, and now they're on a mission to get their memories back and once they go on this huge adventure to find a way to restore them he starts becoming a different person because of the lost memories and going through character development stuff and making new memories, they learn and gain more more powers by eating spirits and souls n' stuff, but everytime they eat a soul that souls starts living inside their head and they're slowly losing their minds with each soul, thanks to the memory loss they gain a liking to getting more power and this goes for a while, causing them to do a really big mistake that could endanger a lot of people, he gains some of his original memories back, causing him to blame himself and get scared of their own mistake and now they regret it a lot and now they have to face the consequences of doing a big mistake.

Me, done remaking my OC’s backstory: Whew! All done! I guess that’s enough for them! They've been through so much! Hehehe! *then paused to hear one of the most heart wrenching, saddened, angsty songs in HISTORY* Me: ………*slowly looked at one of my OCs* OCs: ......please no. Me, slowly raising my hands to the laptop: I’m sorry…but it’s for your “character development”. OCs: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Otto was a very depressed teen, he was orphaned and no foster family really wanted him. He timed out of the system at 18, no family, nobody, and all he had was his knowledge of medicine.

Once he got out of med school and started working his depression almost killed him. The scars on his neck are from repeated attempts.

The apocalypse saved his life, Otto was free from the rules and mortality that governed his life so far. He was surrounded by nothing and it was better than being surrounded by something.

Most people are afraid of their life being uprooted so suddenly, most apocalypse stories show the people who didn’t want to live in a world where nothing mattered, but that was Otto’s dream.

If the apocalypse never happened Otto would probably end up a lonely alcoholic with no medical license and nobody to rely on.

Oc prompt:

One of those ‘oh I am able to see *insert random thing like when people die, who they’ll love, what their rating is or whatever* but it’s a guy who can only see people for their true selves.

A little like template pops up above people’s heads that list what names they prefer; their pronouns, the fundamental truths about their identity. You only see what people want to be. When you see a trans woman, you will only see her perception of herself. If you see an alterhuman, you will only see their perception of themselves. If someone sees themselves in their brain as some rich pimp, guess who’s strutting around town in a suit and stacks of 20’s? Not the real dude certainly, but the dude Mr. Truesight sees is.

Ok I’m actually getting into Mr. Truesight as a character. I imagine he is just like. An everything man. One day he looks like every cis straight male named John, the next he’s a country bumpkin, one day he’s a furry, the next he dresses like a Mormon priest, another he’s goth or a hippy. He’s always dressing in such unique ways. No one can see who he truly is, and he can’t see himself, so he has to just keep trying shit out. But also OMG the mental implications of that.

He is the only person in the world who can see everyone for exactly who they are fundamentally. But he can’t see himself, which means he has no clue what he actually look like- like he has whatever he’s born with but hes already been known that your vessel is not necessarily who you are deep down. He can keep experimenting but he doesn’t have someone else with his eyes. Like im Steven universe future, he needs himself the most but he’s the one thing he can’t have.

JUST IMAGINE EING IT DUDE OMG like. Who the fuck are you if just a spectacle to observe everyone else. You are the conformation for everyone else’s existence, but you have no access to that world. Everyone already knows who you are, and believes that’s your purpose- which to be fair what proof do you have that it isn’t- and you can’t go ask yourself what’s really happening here. Because you are that person you need, and you’re the one person who will never know. How do you know who you even are? How could you find yourself? Amongst the sea of people who have solidified answers or at least some hints and notions
