Hello my fellow shifters 🌱 This pac reading is just for entertainment purposes and for everyone who plans on shifting to a DR that is fantasy/royal/webtoon/isekai-like + for those who want to get some inspiration on how their DR self should look like. What I would give the Eleceed cast for Christmas 

Since it’s December 1st, I think its officially Christmas time

Jiwoo - another cat (you can never have too many cats)

Subin - that thing that looks like a pack of gum but if you touch the strip it shocks you (to use on jisuk )

Jisuk - a chance to beat up his “friends” (the ones who used him to extort money from other students)

Wooin - a bowl of jajangmyeon ofc

Kayden - new clothes (why does the mf wear the same shit every time we see his human form)

Kartein/ Curtin - balls (y’know for his cat form) + a break from Kayden and Jiwoo’s bs

Dr Delein - some bonding time with Wooin (he probs doesn’t get much time to spend with Wooin outside of Wooin’s visits)

Gangseok - his spar with Jiwoo

Iseul - a date with Jiwoo/ a break from Jisuk and Subin’s teasing

Sucheon - therapy + a good sleep schedule (have you seen how big his eye bags are)

Suman - a good night’s sleep

Vatore - shopping spree with Kartein

Jiyoung- a break from work (girl is so busy as the chairwoman of shinhwa and the top ranker of Korea let her have a break)

Inhyuk - a basket full of cat related stuff + a break from Jisuk’s bs

Seongha - a break from the gang’s bs

Arthur/ Asher - a prosthetic arm + a hug (his family are assholes)

Cain/ Gahin - a hug (my poor bby got stabbed twice by his “friend” he needs the hug)

Duke - a slap + clown makeup & nose

Amyeong/ Dark - therapy + a hug from mama Jiwoo 

Mama Jiwoo - bonding time with Jiwoo, Amyeong, Kayden and Kartein 

Veramonte Patrick - a hug (got some fun grandpa vibes from him)

Julian/ Jurion Patrick - a consoling pat on the back (for losing the chance to date Jiyoung to Jiwoo, he didn’t even have a chance to win her over from the very start)

Ian Patrick - an outing with the gang!! (I want him to join the group and add on to the sillies)

Schnauder/ Schneider - shoes (why does mf wear slippers out when it is literally snowing in Frame territory )

Andrei - a kick to the crotch (I really really REALLY don’t like him)

Earthquake - a kick to the crotch (don’t like him either, the two of them were beefing with a teen despite being fucking adults)

Roist/ Royst - a hug ( i love the clown boy)

Muse - a hug ( i love him he is beautiful and perfect)

Astra - a kick to the crotch (you’d think he’d have some dignity being a top ten but you’d be wrong)

Muras - a new eye

I actually am trying to remember is you answered this already. But do you have any characters that are essentially “Bakugou but done better”?

I have but it’s been so far back that I can’t even find it 😭. Seriously, why does Tumblr’s search system when searching for stuff in your own blog suck so much?

So Katsuki’s archetype is basically smug prick who learns to be a better person. These characters have similar arcs to Katsuki, but are obviously done way better:

- Superboy/Kon-el/Conner Kent (DC Comics): Easily the best example of this trope, and I’m not saying that cause he’s my favorite character of all time. Going from a smug kid who thought he deserved to be called Superman to someone who carved his own legacy and became a hero who inspired many. His story’s a very powerful one that I love. If you haven’t followed Superboy’s journey in the comics, seriously consider doing so. I can’t express how much I adore this character.

- Teddy Jin (Weak Hero): Another fantastic example. His change doesn’t feel forced, he faces consequences for his actions, and even learns that there’s more to life than what he initially thought. If you haven’t read Weak Hero, I’d really recommend doing so. It starts slow, but once it picks up its pace, it’s a great read, especially if you were a former/current bully victim.

- Ryu (The Boxer): Easily one of the best characters who follows the same archetype as Katsuki. As a character, nearly the exact same as Katsuki, where he’s gifted and as such, bullies those who are weaker. He gets a much needed reality check right off the bat, he faces consequences for his actions, is humbled, and even delivers a heartfelt apology to his former victim by only using the two words “I’m sorry”. For him though, it works because you can see that he’s actually sorry and the apology had some fantastic buildup to it. If you haven’t read The Boxer, please do. It’s a fantastically written WEBTOON with a lot of heart and you really grow attached and invested in the characters that show up in the story.

- Tony Stark/Iron Man (MCU): Goes from doing whatever he wants to realizing that his actions have consequences, so he does his best to be a better person.

- Dr. Strange (MCU): Learns what it’s like to suffer, ends up being more grateful for the things in his life, and learns that you can’t control everything.

I also wanna give a mention to Wolf Keum from Weak Hero. Though I wouldn’t say he’s from the same archetype as Katsuki, they do share similar traits. Both are unapologetic assholes who love fighting. However, where Wolf succeeds and Katsuki fails is that the narrative agrees that Wolf is an unapologetic asshole whereas MHA constantly forces the idea that there’s some good in Katsuki. Except for a fight against the MC, Wolf’s fights are against other assholes, and as such, it’s really fun to watch him be the adrenaline crazy fuck that he is without the narrative trying to tell us that he’s good. He’s one of those characters where he’s clearly bad, but who gives a fuck? In MHA, the narrative wants us to think there’s some good in Katsuki and that he’s going to redeem himself, but when he does shit like bully Izuku or brutally beat his classmates, it doesn’t come off as charming or endearing. It’s just outright vile.

Dr. Wasabi Headcanons

(some of these are gonna be related to romance and relationships because I’m a mega simp)

• When she says she wants to get to know you inside and out, she means it. Her love language is dissection and experimentation, the exception of course being Mustard Cookie

• She’s very observant when studying patterns in behaviors, and sometimes she’ll even make note of things she deems to be extremely important, even if the person in question sees it as something small

•She’s a gamer, her favorite genre being online fighting games. This woman is an absolute MONSTER when it comes to mastering input combinations, a fearsome foe to be certain. I can imagine her and Mustard Cookie duking it out every so often whenever she visits the lab

• She sometimes affectionately nibbles her loved ones’ hand or arm

• Pansexual leaning sapphic (I was originally gonna say she’s a full-on lesbian but actually since she’s so down bad for Roguefort in the manhwa I think this makes more sense for me personally)

• She has a hard time standing still, always rushing around the laboratory and trying to get several things done at once. If she’s in a conversation with someone she might pace around or mess with her gloves

• She’s somewhere on the spectrum. Adding onto that, she has a lot of knowledge about a wide variety of subjects, she could go on Jeopardy and do pretty damn well probably

(I know everyone in the operation survival manhwa talks like this but infodumping fits her personality really well I feel)

• Since she’s a wasabi cookie, she can tolerate very spicy foods. On the rare occasions that she has guests over (she usually prefers to be alone when she’s tinkering with experiments in her lab) she forgets that not everyone likes food that will set their mouth on fire

• When she watches horror movies she picks apart all of the scientific inaccuracies, ie “actually if they were stabbed in that location then this would happen” don’t ask how she knows this information because you can probably take a pretty good guess. Despite this she still thoroughly enjoys them most of the time

• You’d be surprised just how flexible this old woman is, she can move in ways that contortionists can only dream of (I mean you just have to watch her slide in ovenbreak to know that)

• She can literally MacGyver any sorta contraption out of whatever junk is lying around, whatever you’ve got this woman just makes it work somehow

• She views Zombie Cookie as a son, think like if Victor Frankenstein were actually a good parent

• Her handwriting is absolutely atrocious, mainly just a bunch of incomprehension scribbles that she’s somehow miraculously able to read

CONCLUSION

I have many many many many thoughts about this woman, a lot of them pulled from the manhwa but some of them pulled from the games or just from my own brain. Ofc I know the manhwa isn’t canon but I feel like it does a really good job at portraying her personality so I incorporated it into my headcanons because of that. If you guys have any questions or additions I’m always open to hearing about them, I love unique character interpretations it’s just so much fun fr! Dr Frost: Basically the psychologist version of House. He can’t feel empathy or much emotion and at the beginning believes most people are the same. In the first arc he breaks into a client’s house to help him and IT WORKS.

Nikolai Gogol: clown. Named after the author of the same name, and is obsessed with the concept of freedom. Has decided that just because his bestie (who is Fyodor Dostoevsky) understands his goals, he must kill him to be free of this world and all passions™. Got said bestie to inject himself with poison along with bestie's rival after rescuing them from their prison cells. Gave them a 30 minutes timer to escape the prison in order to get the antidote and then fucked off. Tortured men in terrible ways earlier in the story (melted someone's skin with acid, blew their blood out with highly pressurized air, injected them with a rare virus so they died of scratching themselves to death etc etc). Makes random pop quizzes for no reason. One eye is covered usually apart from the time he gave a speech on freedom and birds. Has an ability to transport things into the space of his overcoat. His ability is also named Overcoat after a book of the same name by the author. Thinks killing people is a show of defiance against the natural programming of human beings and insists to the protagonist that he's sane Actually. He just happens to Act Insane. Whatever that means
