Did I spend my whole afternoon making my silly codsona? Hell yeah, I did
So here’s my Sona!
Name: [Redacted] [Redacted]; Goes only by their call sign (which yes is Many, as in, a lot.)
Got their call sign after not ever revealing their name and so whenever someone asked she would just answer: ‘Call me whatever you like’. And after being passed around too many times. So after awhile whenever anyone asked her call sign she would just go: ‘I have many’. So that’s how his call sign came to be.
Did, however, get the nickname: Handy Manny (yes after the cartoon) ‘cus she seems able to do pretty much everything.
Tho her especialities are close Combat (goes absolutly bat shit with a knife) and Sniping (one hell of a fucking aim).
Kinda considered a cryptic taking in count they cover themselves completly and always seem diferent everytime you look at him
No age, no name, no idetifiable identity, uses She/he/they, tall as fuck... big whatever type of vibes

Oh my god
Ok so
When I was little, I never played any Zelda games, but one time I was in an electronics shop or something and they had a game demo thingy that anyone could look at and play
I remember there being a little green guy in this vast green field with only one big tree on a hill, nothing else, and I vaguely remember thinking that “oh, is this the Zelda thing that people are talking about?”
Fast forward many years until I finally did start playing Zelda and all that stuff…
I thought that that memory was a dream or something, because I played OoT and never saw anything like that
Today I’m watching a majoras mask playthrough, and
Holy shit

There aren't any plans!! Not good ones. They're just going to summon yet another god to fight the first one. What do you think that'll do to this world?!

Back on my bs with the FF14 AU again, this time in the Unsundered past. If you're familiar with Shadowbringers, you know how this one ended. :')

Felassan enasalin!
A tribute to my best boy Felassan; he's not gone in my heart, just wandering the Fade somewhere. ; ; Featuring my attempt at Elvhen writing! The sidebar says "Felassan enasalin" -- the other bit is just my signature transliterated. I might or might not make a guide at some point in case other people want to use written Elvhen, who knows.
The Elvhen writing in this is a cipher based on the carvings we see in game + the scrap from Last Flight, stylized with flourishes. Any similarities to real languages are coincidental and unintended! The pose is from a portrait of Henry Woodward by Violet Oakley (1921).

what i love about the Famous Actor Natori Shuuichi of it all is that...it's not just that he's famous and therefore widely recognizable wherever he goes. like yes that is very funny because he was an exorcist before he became a famous actor, which means he CHOSE, on purpose, a day job that would make it harder to hide his double life/secret identity from the hordes of his adoring public, but it's more than that. it's not just that he's famous, it's that he's famous specifically for being an ACTOR, aka a person whose job it is to dissimulate, to make believe, to inhabit roles and emotions other than his own. like he decided he was going to become as visible as possible (which again was literally not necessary! he could have gone into any other career for his day job!!) but in such a way that everyone would see him but no one would see him - they would just see his various made-up personas, including the Famous Actor Natori Shuuichi persona. i can't decide if he's a genius or if he just made so many absurd decisions that they canceled each other out and circled back around to working out. he's either playing 9-dimensional chess or he's eating the pieces. too soon to say.

I swear I have read your big post regarding Peter Parker's neurodivergence and why it is best to avoid labelling him, but he definitely has a weird brain
Can't find it and feel kinda sad about it cuz I deeply related to it
i know exactly which post you're talking about and i can't find it either! i've raked through my archive, and it's just - nowhere to be seen. i think tumblr eated it (it happens.)
really, tumblr's search functionality is so so useless, i don't know what to tell you. there are plenty of keywords i can search to find it that post, but the search functionality actually just does not work!
undiagnosed audhd-addled peter parker, my darling, my light, my life, my everything.
i think peter parker's such an interesting creature to write, because a lot of people will point to a certain behaviour about him and say "this is an autistic thing, right?" but a lot of those behaviours are actually, in my head, tied to certain traumas in peter's life too.
people say "oh, the food thing, peter's a picky eater because he's autistic" and yes, absolutely. but also it's tied to his trauma with his parents.
peter gets overstimulated, and yes, it's an autism thing, but also he was bitten by a radioactive spider and his senses are dialled to 11.
it's a similar case i've found for myself, too – where a lot of friends i have kind of diagnose me because i have autistic traits, but actually - i'm hesitant to claim the label or pursue diagnosis because, actually, i know where these certain behaviours come from, and they come from certain traumas. there are events i can pinpoint in my life and say "yep. that's where this behaviour comes from."
so - i think there's a lot of overlap between trauma and autistic traits. the brain is very complex! i think the reason for that overlap is maybe as simple as the fact that people with autism and people with trauma are both doing the same thing - developing behaviours to protect themselves or soothe themselves. so - i think it's nice to be able to see a character like peter parker, who may or may not be autistic, but recognise behaviours in him and see yourself in him.
people who go undiagnosed for whatever reason - people who are really good at masking - so good, in fact, that they have no idea they might be on the spectrum - everyone and anyone at all can look at peter parker and recognise themselves. because i think we discredit the thought that every single brain does the same thing! develops certain behaviours in order to survive. every brain has that same software - we've just all been faced with different hardships that we need to overcome, and that's were all the differences come in.
autism is a spectrum, i guess - everyone falls into it to some degree. and i think events in your life probably push you along on it. but i don't know, i didn't study brain science. probably what i'm saying is very stupid and uninformed. of course there's brain chemistry involved. but i know people in my life living with autism and certain events in their life have exacerbated certain behaviours or made coping with it a lot more difficult. so maybe trauma is a catalyst.
