大家～有沒有在地獄幽魂展結束前去看看啊， 沒看的話， 可以到我七月初時分享的去看看看看啊～ 如果也有去看展的話， 應該也會跟我一樣吧～ 一樣幹嘛呢？ 就是看完展， 直接到頂樓那美到不行的南美春室去吃個下午茶， 放鬆一下看完展的心情。 而且也因為這地獄幽魂展的關係， 南美春室也推出了期間限定的品項『孟婆湯』， 讓你喝完後， 忘記那些不開心的事。 而我這次來， 當然是要來試試他們這期間限定的品項， 然後搭配個好看又好吃的甜點啊！ ｜孟婆湯 說穿了， 他就是芒果美式。 切碎的芒果混入冰美式， 他的香甜跟微酸， 跟美式咖啡的苦還有酸， 至於明顯的澀味， 我個人是覺得是來自檸檬皮， 因為他的苦澀感跟咖啡有明顯的不同， 同樣的味道， 但是有不一樣的層次， 就像人生好苦， 但是生活的苦跟工作的苦就是不一樣啊！ 這道最夢幻的部分大概就是他送餐上來時， 店員再加蓋的咖啡杯裡面灌進了一些乾冰之類的氣體， 讓他再打開時， 讓煙霧緩緩從水面緩緩散去， 增添了一些特別的視覺感覺。 ｜小山園抹茶苔球 回烤過再出餐， 所以他最外層的口感是有微微的酥感， 裡面的話，口感很鬆， 很像你把磅蛋糕弄碎， 然後再輕輕的把他們塑形之後再吃的口感。 他大部分的口味是抹茶的， 咖啡色的部分則是焙茶口味， 兩種不同風味的蛋糕體結合在一起不衝突， 焙茶讓抹茶吃起來更有深度， 官方介紹說裡面有融化的68%法芙娜巧克力， 但吃起來好像沒什麼感覺， 倒是那個核桃塊跟核桃碎粒是蠻有感的， 幾乎每口都可以吃到他微微的堅果味道跟口感。 外面淋上的那層抹茶醬， 濃郁的抹茶苦香味的讓我好喜歡啊！ 真要說這款甜點我不愛的地方， 大概就是他的油味有點太重， 容易讓人膩口， 稍微沒那麼清爽， 建議可以兩人共食一份。 #thepool #南美春室 #台南美術館2館 #春室 #甜點店 #咖啡店 #網美咖啡店 #室內設計 #台南美食 #台南甜點 #期間限定 #地獄幽魂展 #北極是吃貨 #coffee #mangocoffee #dessert #ooundcake #matcha #hojicha #chocolatedessert #museum #tainanmuseun #matchadessert #孟婆湯 #小杉元抹茶苔球 #網美勝地 #popdaily #poptainan #popyummy #pop台南 （在 南美春室The POOL） https://www.instagram.com/p/CkPSHMJvq23/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Who wants a slice of Matcha + Lime tart with dark chocolate + almond crust? 🙋🏽‍♀️🌿 Made by @deliciously.earthy 💚💚 The matcha filling is creamy from the coconut milk with a zingy lime twist, and completely made with healthy + plant-based ingredients! 🌱🙌🏼 Here's the recipe 🔽 Ingredients 🍫 For the base 🍫 1 cup almonds 1/2 cup pitted dates 1 tbs coconut oil 1 bar salted almond dark chocolate 2 tsp cacao powder 💫 Whizz the base ingredients up in your blender until its fine + crumbly 💫 Press the mixture into your tart casing so it's compacted in + set in the freezer while you make your filling 💚 For the filling 💚 2.5 cups full fat coconut milk 1/2 cup lime juice 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tbs cornflour 1.5 tsp agar / vegan gelatine 3 tsp matcha powder 💫 mix together all the ingredients, apart from the coconut milk so powders are dissolved + heat on low-med heat in your pan 💫 as the mixture starts to boil + thicken up, add in the coconut milk + stir until combined 💫 let thicken up on low heat whilst stiring, for 2 mins 💫 leave the mixture to cool to room temp (transfer to a fresh big bowl, it will be quicker!) It will take approx an hour to thicken- stir it 💫 Once at room temp, pour the mixture over the base + leave to set in the fridge 💫 Top + decorate, and cut yourself a slice! 吃完了早餐， 該是來找下一餐的食物了吧！ 走出巨蛋捷運站後， 不小心多走了一大段路， 我就來到了這家以自製麵包為人所知的木上。角食， 聽說之前店門口還放了一顆很吸睛的山形吐司的模型， 但我去的時候好像已經沒有了， 覺得可惜。 而且他的地點就在學校附近， 感覺會有很多家長在小孩下課時來買麵包當點心或是隔天的早餐， 畢竟都是他們自製的產品， 吃起來也格外安心、放心。 我雖然才剛吃過早餐沒多久， 但是他跟捷運站的距離也是有一段， 走過來也是消耗了一些早上的熱量， 所以吃個豐盛的餐點， 也是正常的吧！ ｜ 小熊烤吐司套餐 雖然說是在DIY系列的餐， 但其實吐司店家都幫你烤好了， 套餐附的烤爐其實只是拿來保溫跟拍照好看的， 但還是會放上顆小蠟燭， 只是它是個陷阱， 因為他跟吐司的距離很近， 一下子就會讓你的吐司臭輝搭～ 所以上桌後，快快拍完照， 把蠟燭吹熄，才是上上策！ / 奶油是鹹味奶油 對吐司來說， 我覺得是加分的， 相對於其他口味來說他是鹹的， 這樣才不會過於油膩， 也更能感受到麵粉香氣， 入口的潤滑度也會更好。 / 草莓果醬吃起來不像是自家手工熬煮的味道， 是比較市面上的草莓果醬， 吃起來有點偏甜膩， 建議可以保留部分的奶油， 抹在上面， 這樣鹹味可以稍稍中和那股平淡無奇的甜味， 吃起來， 也比較有層次。 / 榛果巧克力醬 吃起來的味道應該就是市售的 Nutella巧克力醬 ， 味道很甜， 所以不要失手下太重， 不然會很甜膩， 建議像我一樣畫格子狀， 這樣吃起來才不會太快感到膩口 / 明太子醬是這四個醬裡面口味最重的， 所以店家建議最後再吃， 只要抹上薄薄一層， 你的口中就會充滿滿滿的明太子帶來的鹹鮮味， 但稍一不慎， 就會變成很鹹的吐司， 這是這四個口味內， 比較需要注意的 然後他其實份量蠻大的， 女生的話可能要分著吃， 不然四片厚片吐司， 可能是個大難關， 如果是兩個人來， 可以一起點一個然後再點個沙拉， 搭配著吃， 這樣有飽足感也可以顧慮到營養均衡的部分。 ｜抹茶歐蕾 抹茶味中規中矩， 但我覺得甜度有點高， 不太能喝到抹茶的香氣， 反而甜味相對的明顯， 可以的話， 我會想喝的多一點抹茶的味道。 ｜抹茶可麗露 牙敗！ 一咬下就被我打上不及格的分數， 因為他的外皮完全不脆口， 儘管他的抹茶味有出來， 但是口感不脆真的不行， 而且裡面的口感我覺得有點過軟， 少了一點彈性， 所以這可麗露， 除了味道可以， 其他口感都不太行。 🍞：高雄市三民區明吉路13號 FB：木上。角食 IG：木上。角食 #高雄美食 #高雄早午餐 #捷運站美食 #手作麵包 #自家烘焙 #三民區美食 #小熊吐司 #北極是吃貨 #homemadebread #Bearshapedtoast #popdaily #popyummy #popkaohsiung #pop高雄 #木上角食 #學區美食 #可麗露 #抹茶歐蕾 #canelé #matchadessert #matchmilk （在 木上·角食 河堤店） https://www.instagram.com/p/CdMtWkAvAfE/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
