but this was not a perfect world, and he knew that all too well. he’s watched you and other colleagues take on mismatched quirks or scenarios without enough information. it’s a tale as old as time. they make a martyr out of a low-ranking hero just to remind the rest of society how bad villains really were, like they weren’t the biggest villains out there. as badly as aizawa hated your publicity and stardom, he had hoped that it would keep you safe. you garnered so much attention and popularity for the heroes. there was no way they would put you at risk. 

so the day the word reached his base, he thought he was having a nightmare. it was only when he turned on the news that his worst fears were confirmed. the camera had the perfect shot of you laying in the rubble, face scraped and bloody—unmoving. the banner below the frame read, “breaking: number eight hero taken down in shinjuku city! villain slaughtered by the brave hero; backup on the way!” 

taken down? what exactly does that mean? were you dead? did they actually take you from him—all without anyone knowing how much you mean to him, how much he loves you? his face falls, and he realizes that staying underground may have been the wrong move. would they have killed him instead? would he have been there with you then, to at least keep you safe? his head is full of questions that he can’t find answers to by standing in the middle of his hq. no one understands why eraserhead looks so pale as he navigates to the tokyo hospital, though a few have sneaking suspicions as they watch your body loaded into an ambulance. 

he’s there before you are, waiting to hear any news in the lobby alongside your sidekicks and work study students. he recognized a few of them as students of his own, and it made him sick all over again. why did he allow this? why didn’t he make you take underground work? why couldn’t he follow you if nothing else, becoming a part-time hero while you took on villains way out of your league. if you had someone like him with you, you wouldn’t have ever gotten hurt. 

he can’t forgive himself as he looks at you hooked up to machines reading off just how close you were to death. it took you days to wake up, weeks to get out of the hospital on your own accord. shouta was there every step of the way, taking it on himself to ensure you made a full recovery. not because he would willingly let you back into this fucked set up, but because he needed you to be okay. he would never be able to forgive himself if you suffered permanent damages from this fight. 

luckily, or maybe unluckily so, the love of his life is a fighter. you make physical therapy a breeze, taking strides ahead of the curve and getting back to your new normal with the help of some rest and the loving care of your boyfriend. shouta seldom left your side, though he kept hinting at a change in your professional life once your progress proves that you’re ready to put the suit back on.

it’s your turn to scoff. “excuse me? i am not fighting you, shouta—everyone gets hurt from time to time that is hardly a reason to lose faith in my abilities.” his scarf wraps around your wrist. you look at the tie and look back at him, raising and indignant brow. “really? you’re gonna play this card?”

Here’s the things about Leander I find sus that I have not seen touched on. Where the hell is he getting the money for his operations from?

He finds people, kills monsters, has hired help and contractors (like Mhin), pays for peoples room board and meals, and is constantly offering folks drinks and accepts NO MONEY for any of this. It’s all “Bloodhound rates.” And he does it all as someone with no inherited wealth, as we know from Kuras that Leander grew up poor in lowtown.

What does Leander do to keep his operations afloat?

I’m pretty certain the full game will eventually touch on the question of money with Leander, seeing as he has a very distinct reaction to Vere buying champagne after Leander’s promise to treat the group, and how he follows that reaction up with immediately looking frantically towards the bartender.

It’s our first indication that Leander both has expenses and limited resources. And considering how Vere feels about Leander, we can safely guess that Vere was intentionally trying to push that button for him.

But again: what the heckity heck is he doing to pay for things like the MC’s rooms and board, Mhin’s contract, all these drinks on his dime for the bar patrons and the friend group, and who knows what else! (like, do the Bloodhounds get paid or are they working for free the way Leander does?)

A couple theories come to mind:

1. Leander’s Bloodhounds are not just good samaritans but a whole ass gang, who deals in the same underground stuff you’d suspect a gang to deal in.

2. Leander charges the rich people of Eridia for the same services he gives for free to the people of lowtown, making the Bloodhounds less a gang and more a mercenary group.

3. This one is the most far-fetched, but note the green colour motif of Leander and the Bloodhounds cloaks, and hero of the people vibes he has going for him. Is Leander running some kinda Robin Hood operation? Steal from the rich and give to the poor? Is that what his poster means by “as above, so below”?

But most importantly, I wonder if what he does to make money has anything to do with what makes him monstrous. Is he an “ends justifies the means” kinda monster doing awful shit and justifying it by helping the people of lowtown?

The day Binary Star Hero turned against the heroes; the skies went dark.

Metaphorically of course. Strictly speaking, very little changed in the grand scheme of things. Although the NAHA, reporters, and anyone with a media presence certainly behaved as though the world itself had come to an end. Herschel was on the news lamenting the loss of the earth’s brightest star to the forces of darkness, news anchors would not shut up about the catastrophic consequences of losing the greatest hero mankind had ever known, and drama youtubers milked the controversy of the NAHA’s ignominious fall from grace as Binary Star Hero – real name Ray – exited the hero headquarters followed by a bevy of interns, office workers, and bottom-rung employees. Employees who, with vicious innocence, detailed the NAHA’s horrendous working conditions.

“We didn’t even have dental,” one sighed despondently. “My friend’s teeth haven’t been the same since that rock hero went on a rampage in the office.”

When asked the reason they had chosen to follow the new villain – was it blind worship? Stockholm syndrome? Were they being threatened in any way? – the gathering just scoffed.

“He’s paying my medical bills,” one replied. “The NAHA didn’t even want to pay for my insulin. I had to argue with like 5 different people to get it added to my benefits package.”

“Wait, you were getting benefits? I’ve been working on minimum wage for years!”

“You guys were getting paid?!”

At that point, the hero formerly known as Binary Star Hero attempted to fly away from the commotion, causing one of the former NAHA employees to yell something to the effect of “quick, follow that tacky sweater!” Which caused the crowd to peal off after the rapidly shrinking red dot in the sky, leading to several traffic obstructions, and signaling the start to a villainous career change.

Ray stared at clothing rack in front of him, at the five mannequins arranged in various dramatic poses, and finally at the group of expectantly waiting…what to call them? Underlings? Sure, that worked. The underlings stared back at him, some carrying more fabric while others held sewing kits, needles, thread, and baskets of accessories.

There was no need to read their minds to understand what they all wanted, but he still felt the need to ask. “What is this?”

“For your villain rebranding, the team decided on an aesthetic overhaul,” the one at the front announced brightly, gesturing to the steel rack that had been crammed with outfits in a range of dark colours – purples, indigoes, heavy shades of grey and even denser blacks. Some had capes, most did not. “Of course, this would all be easier if you would simply decide on a new name, but I suppose we can whittle down the choices later.”

Ray flashed back to the moment he’d walked past the conference room – a massive underground addition to his lair (he didn’t call it that, but the PR team were very Committed To The Bit) – and seen a horde of them gathered around the whiteboard and shouting suggestions at the person at the front. On the interactive surface were at least 50 names, though Ray only got through Lunar Eclipse and Superordinate Gravitational Collapse before he’d decided to leave that problem for Future Ray to sort out.

Unfortunately, the future had come. “This is completely unnecessary,” Ray plucked at the sleeve of one of the outfits and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was in fact not made of impossibly tight spandex. “I haven’t even had coffee yet.”

Another employee stepped up, swiping the screen of the iPad with a finger. “Sir, [MC] will be clocking into the afternoon shift in approximately one hour. Would you like to pick up your coffee then?”

“Hm,” Ray rubbed his chin thoughtfully. “What’s on my schedule before that?”

“Uh, there’s a senator you hate giving a bigoted speech about drag queens, then you wanted me to remind you to rob that bank on 6th Avenue,” another swipe across the screen, “oh, and you’re out of ice cream.”

“The speech should be happening in the park across from the coffeeshop where [MC] works,” one of the team piped up. “We can reschedule the bank robbery and take some casual photos of you at the coffeeshop. The mid-afternoon sun would be great for the Total Eclipse social media page!”

“Dude, we discussed this! The team hasn’t decided on a villain name yet!”

“For the last time, we’re not choosing your idea!”

“Fuck you, Dark Star is a great evil name!”

“We are not linking him to a shitty 90s movie!”

Taking advantage of their distraction, Ray turned his attention to one of his favourite groups in the team. “Any updates?”

The employee saluted – Ray had given up on making them stop doing that – and pulled out her own iPad. “Sir–” (“Don’t call me that.”) “–they liked the post of you singing while playing the guitar and left a sweating emoji on the latest shirtless pic.”

“What about the one of me saving a kitten at the shelter?”

“Unfortunately, it was flagged for violence after one of the team forgot to edit out the part where you tossed someone through the walls for having an unsolicited picture of [MC] as their phone-screen background.”

Strange things happened in MHA and I want to talk about them.

I still think in izuku's case, Hori should have built his backstory. There should have been an arc dedicated to his life before UA but that doesn't happen and the below two weren't addressed in a convincing way.

1. Why was izuku looking like stick. ? I feel there is no reason for this other than Hori's shitty thinking that an underdog has to look physically weak so let's draw him like shit. I heard some say he was depressed but to what extent was his depression that led him to be? Was he even eating his food? Also where was inko?. If he wasn't eating due to depression everyday wouldn't she have noticed on the 2nd or 3rd day and did something considering she is overprotective of izuku?. From when was he even like this? . Imo if anyone who should've been weak and skinny it should've been Uraraka because in canon she skips one of her meals or even eats less than sufficient due to her financial issues and before UA we don't know how far she went with this habit. But Instead she is drawn thick.

2. why did he not train before UA? Like seriously what stopped him from training his body ?. Is it because of age and he needed to be 14 like many in the fandom claim? Then the same needs to be there for all characters in the series. But when I compare him with other characters about his physique the fandom again says that all characters look better because they trained their bodies since they were little and that contradicts the previous statement about training at age 14. (Or) was it because it never struck him to train ?. That would make no sense since he's a hero nerd who analyzes quirks, heroes and he should've been able to deduce that Heroes also are physically fit. His own role model was a beast in physique. (Or) was it the society hindering him ? We don't see any discrimination against quirkless in the series except Bakugou and his Aledera class. Beyond what we saw in chapter 1, we don't see anything. (Or) Did inko prohibit him? It's never explained why he couldn't train his body or if there was hindrances for him to train. Sure UA allowed quirkless to participate in the exam but if he was waiting for this news then shouldn't he be preparing his knowledge and his physical strength. Another few said it's due to his self esteem issues but this the same guy before getting attacked by the sludge stated that he doesn't give crap about what others thought.

In my opinion these should have been addressed properly by having an entire arc about izuku's life before UA to not make mc look bad. I'm sure if the Todoroki family can have one then izuku being the MC should have one too..

I certainly agree that Izuku should have been given more backstory. We really only get vague glimpses. We barely know anything about how life was for him before UA excluding Bakugou. I really wish we got to see him develop without Bakugou being involved so damn much.

1. I actually don't think this is related to diet or depression or anything like that. I think it's way more to do with the fact that Izuku was just a teenage boy. Every kid grows differently, I think his metabolism just happens to be fast, plus it's also possible that he simply doesn't eat all that much without it being related to depression or an eating disorder. Nothing to be alarmed about. Same thing with Uraraka, even if she did skip meals it's possible that her family relied a lot on cheap fast food than actual nutritious meals (this is common in the US, I don't know about how it works in Japan) and her body held onto that fat (I'm not calling her fat).

2. This is a hard question to answer. I simply think that because quirkless heroes didn't exist, Izuku just didn't know where to start. There was no one for him to imitate (for example Kirishima could easily copy Red Riot) or learn from. Even if a hero fought using their quirk minimally like Eraserhead, it would more than likely be an underground hero who wouldn't have a lot of accessible footage. He also didn't have the resources or support that others would have had. I've said this before, but Bakugou had wealthy and supportive parents who could afford equipment and/or trainers and support at school to put him on the path for hero work. Izuku didn't have support from Inko and they more than likely didn't have the money for trainers or equipment, who knows if they even have money for him to go to the gym (again, I don't know how this works in Japan). The most he could do was run everyday and that would only go so far.

Yes, an introduction to Izuku's life pre-UA would have been optimal. Idk about anyone else, but it also sucks that we get to see both of Bakugou's parents and even know their dynamic with him and one another, but we know nothing about Hisashi. We don't even know what he looks like

I'm developing an original story inspired by the MHA universe, like having schools dedicated to training heroes. In my story, the protagonist has a power, but is bullied because his power are considered useless to be a hero. He receives a type of power, which transforms his power into something new, I'm still thinking about how it works. Does this seem like copying from MHA?

This is a question I’ve pondered over myself. There are parts of MHA that inspire me to make my own superhero stories but I’m always worried about accidentally plagiarizing something. I have three questions that you can ask yourself to start off with:

1. How does this power work? OFA’s a stockpile quirk and an ability enhancer. If you wanna try something different, maybe have it so that your character’s quirk combines with the quirk they receive. An example is the following: Mina has an acid quirk. Mustard has a sleep gas quirk. If the two were to combine, Mina might gain the additional power of creating corrosive gas or she could fire poisonous gas in addition to her normal acid attacks. If your character has a small flame quirk and the pro hero gives them an explosion quirk, you can have it so that the small flame quirk fuels the explosions and makes them more powerful.

2. How do your original characters differ from Izuku and All Might? What makes them tick? Why should their stories be told? Now, that’s not to say that there can’t be a lot of overlap between your OCs and the DekuMight dynamic, but there should be something that makes them unique. Maybe your character will actually reflect on their past and make their goal to prevent what happened to them from happening to anyone else. Maybe the character who gives your OC their power up is more involved in Underground work instead of being in the limelight. Perhaps they’re not a hero to begin with, but a vigilante? Who’s to say they’re even a good guy to begin with and instead they kidnapped your character to preform experiments on them. You can even have them get their powers by accident or through any other way you’d like. This also goes for your other OCs. How much of an influence on the story does the bullies have? Are they also in the MC’s class or are they off being hooligans after not getting accepted into their dream school? If they’re playing an active role in the story, do you wish to redeem them or do you wish to have them fall into the path of villainy?

3. How does the world around them work? Is there any differences between MHA’s hero society and your world’s? What do the top heroes look like? How do people get their powers? Is it a genetic mutation like with quirks or are there aliens living on Earth and their offspring inherits some of their abilities?

Keep in mind that a lot of popular media is influenced by other popular media. Marvel’s Thanos was inspired by Darkseid, but the Mad Titan and the God of Destruction have enough going for them that people can easily tell the difference between their characteristics. Spy x Family and Buddy Daddies have very similar premises and overlap in some ways, but they also have aspects that allows people to differentiate between the two, letting them co-exist without one being considered a rip-off by the general public. Hopefully this helps 😊

Hmm.... thinking of it now, I wonder if all these angels and demons are actually aliens and MC is an alien who wanted to be human because in the aliens' culture, humans are like deities, hence "I want to be holy".

It would be an interesting twist on how aliens are usually the ones being worshipped in some human religious institutions— that WE are the aliens in question being worshipped by an entirely removed and foreign species from outer space.

Aliens appear like angels or demons to humans because they utilize the human culture as well by taking a shape of form they would be familiar with— most cultures and religious have concepts similar to it, after all.

When that angel/demon attacked MC, it was noted that despite their wrist being torn, there are injuries at MC's palm— coupled with circuit board resemblace, I wonder if that creature wanted to expose MC's true nature. Why? I have no idea. Perhaps they wanted to save their brethren. Perhaps they didn't think anyone should try to be "holy" like "How DARE you even think you can have a place among our GODS, stop this masquerade IMMEDIATELY!!"

MC's emergence from underground also reminds of how in the 'War of the Worlds', it would be revealed aliens placed their technology on Earth long before humans came, waiting for the right moment to come out.

Io is the name of an ancient Greek princess who was once turned into a cow and constantly stung and chased by a gadfly as punishment from Hera for being Zeus' lover, but she would later be restored to her human form and become the ancestor to many heroes like Hercales (Hercules) as foretold by Prometheus— who is another Greek mythological figure punished for bringing fire (holy knowledge) to humans. The potential connections are.... interesting. 👀

It's mentioned "magic" is something some people are "genetically" able to use safely, and even that's not a guarantee you won't perish along the way. Maybe magic in question is the ability to use alien technology, or mutations/powers/vibes that came to Earth with aliens. Like them coming altered something within the magnetosphere or whatever and some people can use it for themselves before it starts to harm them because it's not what their bodies are used to. And the reason why MC can naturally, without seeming harm, is because, well, it's their species' own nature— why should they get hurt from something that is as natural to them as breathing?

Within all this theory, that makes Sanity/Divinity stat more of a Human/Alien stat— are you adapting to your new life as a human, being scared of the "unknown", of odd glowing creatures with sharp teeth, of stealing from someone else's garden because it's wrong and you fear criminal punishment, or are you slowly remembering your past as an alien, touching touchpads, getting close to your once brethren and communicating with them, enjoying the Garden of Eden and its forbidden inaccessible fruits like someone who got the amazing chance to get to the Realm of the Gods?

Of course, this is all just a theory— just because this is sci-fi doesn't mean religion and magic cannot exist side by side. Angels can exist next to aliens— that would actually be fascinating, actually.

Either way, in case it's not clear, I am crying screaming frothing in the mouth tearing my clothes apart over this story. I am eagerly waiting for the rest of the story. 🤩

Spoilers For S2E1!

I said I would probably most a more spoiler discussion post so let’s go!

Alright let’s start with the intro. In the intro we’re introduced with a Mark that eventually saw his dads view and helped take over Earth with him. I wonder, how long did it take to convince him? Was it before he got beat by Omni Man? Was it after? How long has it been since he took his dads side?

We know that The Immortal went straight after Omni Man once he was resurrected, and I assume the events of Omni Man killing his coworkers were the same. Or maybe he didn’t kill them yet and that’s why Mark was more susceptible to join him? It’s just weird it would take so long as we’re led to know an underground bunker has been made and that Rex died fighting already. Plus Eve has a new look which shows the passage of time.

Its very curious to me how Mark acted in this universe. He seemed just like ours and yet was so cruel. He genuinely thought he was in the right and wanted Eve to join him so bad. He didn’t even kill her, just paralyzed her and said he would visit. Did he see her as a pet? The way Omni Man claimed he did with Debbie? What even happened to Debbie? Was this one in favour of Omni Man and that’s why it seemed much easier to get Mark to be on the Viltrimites side?

What also surprised me was the fact that the act of Mark being good, of not taking his fathers side, was rare in the multiverse. Usually the main character is good in most other universes and is bad in a few. Like Superman for example, who’s a hero in most, but still feels like he’s a monster for being a villain in a few. Usually I’m not a fan of the hero mc being upset over being a villain because it’s not that many universes and obviously they wouldn’t be good in all of them, but for Mark it’s different. In his world, him being good is in the minority. He’s so worried about turning into his father and now he has actual proof that it’s so easy for it to happen. I feel like the fact he’s mostly bad in different universes works wayyy better and actually let’s the audience not roll their eyes over one or two evil versions.

The bit with The Immortal being wary of Mark will definitely show up again once all his other selves join the fight. I wonder if that’s what happened in the version we saw at the beginning too; if that Mark was trying to move on like ours, but in this case he actually did follow his fathers path.

Loving Angstrom so far too. I love how you can already see the complexity and insanity in his character. We know that Marks killed many in the different universes where he exists. We know he knows this. We also know he knows that our Mark is good. And yet, after he WILLINGLY sabotages himself he blames our Mark for everything. For killing so many people. We even see how he went from cool and collected, from being a pacifist who knows that Mark is good and doesn’t deserve to die, to be a cold bloodthirsty genius wanting revenge.

It wasn’t even that Mark was brutal towards the Mauler Twins and co. We don’t see him draw ANY blood from them, even though he easily can as we see him crush The Immortals head in the intro. He’s intentionally holding himself back to not actually hurt them, and Angstrom can see this. I think this was done intentionally to show the viewer how not-at-fault Mark was, and how he doesn’t deserve whatever’s coming. He doesn’t even fight anyone else until the end. I can just tell Mark is gonna have a rough ass time in this season. Boy is just suffering and is gonna face hell itself only a month after his dad tried to kill him.

I know some plot points of the comics, but not much than knowing the events, and so I know there will be a big Invincible fight, but I don’t know what will make them all agree to try to kill our Mark. I also know that Mark gets a new suit eventually; a black and blue suit. The new title card starts with covering the whole thing in blood, and then we see a crack of blue starting. I think what they’re gonna do is reveal the title card in the color scheme of his new suit by the end of the series. I don’t know when exactly he gets his new suit, but I think it’ll probably be in the last episode. You can kinda see the lettering on his name being black in the title card, and I think it breaking away to reveal his new suit scheme will be really cool.

This episode, while not super exciting, was great at setting up the atmosphere and feelings Mark and Debbie are going through. It’s good at showing how much everyone else has moved on compared to them, because they were the most effected. It also handled the main villain lead up super good. Villains being unhinged is always amazing. Especially when we can understand why he wants to kill Mark in general, but doesn’t have any reason to kill our Mark specifically. Can’t wait for the new episode next week!

now, stellis is a place with a shit load of crime and tbh, are you sure you wanna invest into the real estate market here? anyway, what if our gaggle of hot protagonists were actually villains? you know, more in theme with the city they live in? i will be offering up some different options for them to be different types of villains in part bc maybe you want them to be morally grey, but also bc i cant decide what villain they should be.

be warned: will be talking about stuff villains do (death, drugs..) so read with caution if you're uncomfortable with this stuff!

okay so going from least morally grey, i think this mf could be a vigilante

hear me out, he already has this innate sense of justice if he joined the nsb (well,, he was recruited when he was 16/17 so did he really join by his own volition?)

vigilante pearce but he doesn't hold back the punches bc sometimes, stopping someone means getting blood on your hands

it also fits well with his lone wolf tendencies we see in chapter one where he literally shuts off the fucking coms while investigating something

they type that if you're held hostage would rip you to shreds and he wouldn't even have to touch you

he already hates the place and he's basically given a position of power if he stays

he wouldn't be good at reading people in this one bc he didn't go to school for psych, he focused more on how to run a country

after all, no one can come after you if you make laws that prevent people from coming after you!

listen i mean this from the bottom of my heart and as an artem stan: he's boring.

there's no feasible way for him to become a villain without outside incentives. he's literally one of the least corruptible people in the game, how do we get him to be a villain?

well, we blackmail him. we force him to be a villain.

see, arty will defend his clients to the bitter end. what if he pulls a baldr and that also means 'by any means necessary'? just one time wouldn't hurt, right?

wrong. now ingrid roseworth has some pretty incriminating stuff on artem, but if he signed on with baldr she wouldn't release that stuff

oh he wants to take them to court? pity, then the whole world will know what he did without them even lifting a finger.

so he goes to baldr. it just snowballs from there until he's bribing his own father. there's no rest for the wicked, after all

this is literally the only way i can see artem go villain. he's too straight-laced to actually become a villain and he believes too much in justice

well, he can also go vigilante but again, his moral code wouldn't allow him to do it.

would they be in a group? i don't think so?? i'm like 90% sure that all of them being villains would mean they would clash heads often enough, so no. if i were to put them in a group tho?

id go with assassin luke, traitor vyn, bad ceo von hagen, and then blackmailed artem. they're all plotting the fall of svart so that marius could buy his own country. vyn doesn't care what happens to the place, it isn't home to him. marius just wants a country. luke is there bc he's getting paid and so is artem, though he'd use the fall of svart as blackmail to ceo von hagen, since it was planned from the beginning.

and yeah. those are my thoughts for a villain au involving the nxx! have fun <3

I've finally finished those tiny breakdowns of their current designs. Feel free to peek in. Images have descriptions 'cause of my poor writing. ^^

Warning: a lot of yapping

Joy Wonder and The Human aka C. You know a little bit about Joy by now. He's a skeleton whose family are the descendants of one of the skelebros. He's adventurous, clumsy, caring and protective. He's a typical not-like-other-kids quirky guy, which clearly shows. He's bright. (Yeah, very obvious on this monochrome image right there. You'll see colored versions one day, I promise.) And also childish. His thick glasses, dirty sneakers and fingerless gloves give off the impression of a nerdy explorer fixated on his goals.

C, on the other hand, is calm and thoughtful. His outfit is partially practical, partially fitting the small heroic spark he has. Every cool hero has a torn scarf and an old-fashioned coat! Can't forget about earrings too. Chill vibes overall. I admit, I was at first inspired by ManlyBadassHero 'cause he's the chillest hero I know. ✨

Don't ask about the Genocide route though-

I don't have much to say about them, but you'll follow them on the adventure and discover a lot yourself.

Haru Deepwaters and Trev Blackamore-Deepwaters aka ✨The Fishboys✨ (not official). These two are cousins. Alphys and Undyne were an absolute power couple long ago, hehe. Haru's side is more leaning towards their fishy fish side. They're pretty poor, but determined to survive. As you can see, Haru is a bit of a metalhead. He's a careless fighter and a ladies man. He works for the Royal Guard just because his muscles and a desire for justice are his strongest advantagess. But don't think he's stupid. He's just ignorant... sometimes on purpose. His outfit says one word: COOLNESS. And Haru likes when his clothes speak for themselves.

Trev got more of the lizard percentage in his mix. He's a part of a rich noble family close to the Queen herself. Because of that most of the time the position of The Royal Scientist is inherited, and Trev is currently in practice for it (though he basically does all the work at this point). He's the oldest of the group and the most responsible and intelligent as the result. Although his curiosity and lack of empathy may sometimes get the best of him. His clothes are layered as Trev is very sensitive to cold, and reflect his busy job. He's also quite rebellious inside, and if he had the opportunity and no status to keep, he'd look pretty scene/emo. He likes acting like a generic anime villain to scare Joy or look swell. Though he swears he doesn't watch any anime... Guess that's just how it goes when you grow up in this family. Haru is literally anime-inspired name, lol.

Also, he may or may not be on the aroace spectrum. Just the vibes.

The two don't meet much since childhood and often get into arguments due to Haru's air in the head and Trev's snobbish attitude, but they work well as a team. Sometimes.

Lorianne Dreemurr. She is a young queen who closed herself off soon after the coronation and began rebuilding this hostile environment for any human that Asgore once had. She tries to show herself as an independent leader, unlike any the monsterkind had before, that will put an end to their life in the Underground. But she might be misguided. Or is she just that tyrannical and violent? What I can say now is that she's very protective of her beliefs, to the point of sacrificing one to prove she's right and hold her power. She's short-tempered, arrogant and sensitive about failures. And strangely, she's incredibly similar to C when they're properly compared at some point. Woohoo, the main conflict of the story! Her thoughts are something to be explored in the story if I can properly explain them.

Her style is official and formal. That's all. That what she wants to be. The true politician with no feelings behind the mask of confidence. I also can assure you, her outfit may seem restrictive, but is pretty comfortable in combat. Hehe.
