My Sylvanna is Zianna’s seniormost lady-in-waiting and her most trusted friend. She’s the eldest of nine children from a forest settlement but not particularly close to her siblings and had to flee her hometown after the guards started closing in on her. I’ve got something really complicated going on with Irene and the Aphmaus so she’s not a mom but she really wants to be.

Unfortunately she may never be because she hates her husband’s guts and can’t stand to be in the same room as him for more than five minutes past what is absolutely necessary. She’s in a marriage of convenience with Zack, mostly for the boost of power she gets by being married since he is a renowned doctor employed by Garte Ro’Meave personally and titled with an estate passed down by his master, plus his nephew Dante is such a darling boy. She is beginning to fall for a boxer in the marketplace named Eric, who believes her to be a widow because she wears a ring but never speaks of her husband. Would absolutely get rid of Zack if he started trying to separate them.

Eric’s past isn’t super important, however as an adult he met and married a woman named Elizabeth, and the two would go on to have two children together: Katelyn and Kasey Fire-Fist. Elizabeth would abandoned the family, leaving Eric a single dad until years later when he would meet Sylvana Shalashaka. Him and Sylvana would get married, blending their families together. He’s close with his eldest daughter, Katelyn, however his relationships with Kasey and Aphmau is a bit more complicated given Kasey’s issues with their mom leave and Aphmau’s strained relationship with her mother.

The thing about Katemau (which I don't ship but respect), is the fact, if you ship them in MCD, it's fine. They're both adults, unrelated whatsoever, just a ruler x guard trope. But in Mystreet? Oh, boy. This is where it gets MESSY. Eric and Sylvanna are dating, I know they aren't married, but that makes Katelyn and Aphmau step-siblings. As much as I'm trying to be respectful, it rubs me the wrong way.

I don't ship Katemau in MCD or Mystreet. I honestly see them in MCD and Mystreet as Katelyn as the "will protect this person at all cost" and Aphmau as the "is said person". MCD is platonic soulmates while Mystreet is protective siblings. (Because, Katelyn protects Aphmau in every universe).

A/N: Look what has risen from the grave! I am hellbent on getting this fic finished by the end of June. There will be a total of 21 chapters & here’s the first MCD. A girl’s gotta be ruthless when trying to finish a fic that really shouldn’t have gone past the first chapter. I apologize in advance but this is a mafia AU & heads will roll.

Getting into Hongjoong and Seonghwa’s house was too easy. That should’ve been the first red flag. Hongjoong wasn’t the type to be lax with his security. They’d never been in the house before, but Jongho had pulled the plans from public records. It was easy enough to figure out where the master bedroom was. That’s where Seonghwa should’ve been.

“Good evening, gentlemen,” Hongjoong greeted the pair when they opened the door. “I don’t recall inviting you to my house, much less my bedroom.”

“We…” Jongho began, his voice slightly muffled by the mask. Seonghwa was standing behind the chair Hongjoong was sitting in, his face not betraying anything.

“I’m afraid I’m going to have to terminate your employment with me. Permanently,” Hongjoong said, taking a sip of amber liquid from a cut crystal glass. Yunho and Jongho looked at each other and said nothing as Hongjoong produced the gun.

“I got a pair of packages this morning,” Wooyoung said when Juyeon answered the call from the police chief.

“Okay and why does that interest me?” Juyeon asked.

“Because they’re about the size of a human head,” Wooyoung replied flatly.

“You don’t think…” Juyeon began.

“I’ve got the crime scene processing guys here already. I didn’t want to open them without you here,” Wooyoung said.

“Why? So you can arrest me?” Juyeon snarked.

“No, because I want my oldest friend here in case I do find a human head or two in these boxes,” Wooyoung sighed. “How can you be so dense sometimes?”

“Younghoon says the same thing,” Juyeon replied.

“There’s a reason I set you two up,” Wooyoung said.

“I’ll be there in half an hour,” Juyeon told him and hung up.

“What’s going on?” Younghoon asked.

“Woo got some suspicious packages and wants me there when he opens them,” Juyeon replied.

“Why? Did you send them?” Younghoon questioned.

“He said he wants me there for moral support. He’s got the crime scene techs examining the boxes before he opens them,” Juyeon explained.

“What does he think is in them?” Younghoon asked.

“Human heads,” Juyeon said. Younghoon shivered. “I’ll be back as soon as I can.”

“Okay. I hope it’s not what he thinks it is,” Younghoon kissed him.

“Me too,” Juyeon agreed.

Juyeon tried not to fidget on the way to the police station. Changmin insisted on coming with him. Hyunjae was dealing with Eric not being able to get in touch with Felix.

“I don’t like this at all,” Changmin observed as they walked into the police station.

“I don’t like it either, but he’s been my friend almost since birth so I owe it to him,” Juyeon said.

“I guess,” Changmin sighed.

“If you’ve got something to say then say it,” Juyeon gave him a look.

“I’ll keep my comments to myself pending what’s in the boxes,” Changmin replied.

Wooyoung was waiting for them outside his office.

“Techs are done and I’m free to open them,” he said when they got close to him. “They did request you wear these.” Wooyoung handed them gloves.

“Do you really think there are heads in there?” Changmin asked.

“I just don’t know whose,” Wooyoung replied. He got out a box cutter and made short work of the first box. It fell open to reveal Yunho’s severed, but otherwise undamaged, head.

“Holy fuck,” Changmin whispered. Juyeon kept his eyes trained on the other box.

“I can if you need me to,” he offered.

“Please,” Wooyoung handed him the box cutter. Juyeon opened it and Jongho’s lifeless head appeared. A piece of paper fell out and Juyeon picked it up.

“It’s addressed to you,” he looked at Wooyoung. Wooyoung nodded that he could open it.

“Dear Chief Jung, please consider this my official return of your employees. They’ve been under my employment for almost a year. However, they overstepped their bounds and I was forced to terminate their employment. I hope it won’t be too much trouble to replace them as I know you’ve also recently lost Choi Chanhee and Kim Younghoon. I might suggest better pay and a more stringent screening process in the future. Best wishes, The Mad King,” Juyeon read the note.

“I suspected they were doing something off the books. I had no idea they were moonlighting for the mafia,” Wooyoung sighed.

“Who sends someone’s head in a box to their boss?” Changmin asked, though it wasn’t directed at anyone in particular.

“I don’t know, but I think I know someone who does,” Juyeon couldn’t tear his eyes away from the gruesome sight in front of him.

”Are you offering to help me?” Wooyoung asked, his head in his hands.

”I’m offering to help both of us,” Juyeon patted his friend’s shoulder. “You find out who did this to your guys and I get rid of the competition once and for all.”

”Sounds fair,” Wooyoung agreed.

”Who do you think it is?” Changmin asked.

”I don’t know, but I think Younghoon does,” Juyeon told him. “Let me know if you need anything.”

Wooyoung pressed a button on his phone.

”We’re done. You can come collect them. There’s a note, too,” he said then hung up.

”I will,” he nodded.

”I’ll let you know as soon as I find something,” Juyeon said then waved Changmin out the door. Juyeon texted Younghoon to let him know they were on their way back as they settled in the car.

”Are you sure we should be getting involved? Someone who sends heads as a message?” Changmin asked.

”Ignoring the fact entirely that Wooyoung is one of my oldest friends, I want this over. The man who ordered Younghoon’s torture did this. I want him dead. I just need to figure out how. He’s somehow one step ahead of everyone. I don’t like it,” Juyeon told him.

”I don’t like any of it,” Changmin said.

”If you didn’t like dead bodies then you picked the wrong profession,” Juyeon pointed out.

”I guess I did,” Changmin agreed. “Think it’s too late to become a bartender at a resort?”

”Probably,” Juyeon smiled a little.

Younghoon was waiting outside when they got back.

”What happened?” He asked.

”It was exactly what we thought,” Juyeon replied.

“Who was it?” Younghoon asked.

”Jeong Yunho and Choi Jongho. Did you know them?” Juyeon questioned.

”Only in passing,” Younghoon told him.

”Let’s take a walk,” Juyeon said. Changmin got the hint and went inside. “There was a note. It was signed by The Mad King. Do you know who that is?”

”Kim Hongjoong. The man who claims to be my father,” Younghoon replied without missing a beat. “He did this?”

”I think he’s behind it all and if we take him out then we can end this,” Juyeon slipped his hand into Younghoon’s as they walked.

”I think I might know how to find him,” Younghoon said.

”You’re not going to use yourself as bait are you?” Juyeon asked.

”No, but I will need to call a hooker,” Younghoon replied.

”You want me to find who?” Hyunjin asked.

”I need you to get me in contact with Seonghwa,” Younghoon repeated.

”What makes you think I know how to find him?” Hyunjin asked.

”No secrets among whores,” Younghoon said.

”Okay, let’s just say I can get you in contact with Park Seonghwa who is beyond private, why?” Hyunjin questioned.

”We suspect his partner killed three cops and was behind me getting kidnapped,” Younghoon told him.

”We? We who?” Hyunjin asked.

”Me,” Juyeon spoke up from across the bedroom.

”Thanks for letting me know I was on speaker,” Hyunjin huffed.

”Now you know,” Younghoon said. “Can you do it?”

”There’s a couple possibilities, but Felix checks my phone regularly,” Hyunjin told him.

”I can get you a burner phone. Are you booked tonight?” Younghoon asked.

”No, Chris is doing mayor stuff. I just have to text him periodically to keep him happy,” Hyunjin replied.

”Eric will bring it to you tonight. I’d do it myself but…” Younghoon trailed off.

”I get it. Just let me know when he’s coming by so I can be presentable,” Hyunjin said.

”Expect a message from an unknown number in an hour or so. That’s about how long it’ll take Sunwoo to program it,” Juyeon added.

”And if I can’t get in touch with him?” Hyunjin asked.

”I believe in you,” Younghoon replied. “Bye Jinnie.”

”Bye Hoonie,”

“You still use pet names?” Juyeon raised an eyebrow.

”They’re perfectly normal nicknames of our given names. Do you want me to start calling you Juyeonie?” Younghoon sat next to Juyeon on the bed.

”Maybe,” Juyeon kissed Younghoon’s temple.

”You need to get Sunwoo to program a phone,” Younghoon pointed out.

”Just a few more minutes with you,” Juyeon insisted, turning Younghoon’s head to kiss him.

”So needy,” Younghoon teased, getting in Juyeon’s lap and kissing him harder.

”I don’t deny it,” Juyeon said against Younghoon’s mouth. “When’s the last time we made out like a couple teenagers?”

”Never,” Younghoon answered, twisting his fingers in Juyeon’s hair.

”Then I think it’s time,” Juyeon grinned, sliding his hands under Younghoon’s shirt. They kept kissing, ignoring the time passing and the gory discovery Juyeon had been party to that morning. Right now it was just them, whispered confessions, and the vain attempt at staving off erections. A loud knock on the door shocked them back into reality.

”Juyeon! You in there?” Hyunjae’s voice sounded clearly through the closed door.

”Yeah, I’ll be out in a minute,” Juyeon called back.

“Gonna have a hard time hiding that,” Younghoon gave his boyfriend’s crotch a squeeze.

“Entirely your fault,” Juyeon gave him a quick peck on the lips then got up.

“Happy to claim it,” Younghoon grinned as Juyeon quickly straightened himself out. He gave Younghoon one more kiss before joining Hyunjae in the hall.

Hyunjin’s phone buzzed almost exactly an hour later.

Unknown Number: Back Door. 11pm

Hyunjin: Ok

He waited by the door at the appointed time. Felix was conspicuous by his absence. The coded knock sounded on the hack service door. Hyunjin pushed it open and came face to face with Eric Sohn. He thought back to the gala and having to help Felix hide the bite mark. Eric looked very much like a kid in faded jeans and a loose tee, a far cry from the perfectly tailored suits of Felix and Juyeon.

“Hyunjin?” Eric asked.

“That’s me,” he confirmed. Eric handed him a small package.

“For you, programmed by Sunwoo,” he said.

“I’ll use it wisely,” Hyunjin said. Eric looked like he wanted to say something. “Anything else?”

“Is your boss here?” Eric asked.

“No, which is unusual for him. He’s usually breathing down my neck,” Hyunjin replied.

“Is Mingi here?” Eric continued.

“No, I haven’t seen him for a while,” Hyunjin told him.

“Okay. Younghoon said if you need anything, call him,” Eric said.

“Should I tell Felix you were looking for him?” Hyunjin asked, already knowing the answer.

“No! I mean, no, I’ll just come back later,” Eric said and disappeared into the darkness of the alley. Hyunjin went to his room and opened the package. A cell phone almost identical to his fell out. He sent a text to a number only a few people had.

We need to talk.

my thoughts/basic characterizations of parents of the adult MCD cast :3

eric, maria, joh, "agent r" (pseudo-parent/guardian), and zianna were really good parents with the circumstances they were in and the tools they had. they remained kind and protected their children as much as they could.

hayden, luke, hyria, and enki (travis' mother, not the divine warrior... or smth idk it's confusing but that's what google says lmao) were flawed but they accepted that they needed to change for their children and put genuine effort into raising them.

derek, rachel, and gene + dante's dad cared to some extent but ultimately sacrificed their children for their own self preservation or peace of mind. they don't fully grasp the gravity of their mistakes until it's far too late.

garte and elizabeth are awful parents who don't care about their children in the slightest. they see them as a necessity (garte needed heirs) or a burden (elizabeth was expected to have children).

I’m not a dude, Michael thought to herself as she miracled up a towel for Ligur’s killer. Though misgendering was the least of her problems, given that the holy weapon of destruction had failed in avenging Ligur’s death. The demon Crowley lay in the bath unharmed. She’d witnessed the death of the usher demon, so surely it wasn’t a lack of potency. She looked into his serpentine eyes as if staring into them long enough might reveal the demon’s secret.

After collecting the holy water, the pale demon��Hastur, she recalled– stopped her before she reached the lift. “Michael! What was that about? I thought you said you were gonna avenge him.”

“It should have worked!”

“Well, it didn’t. And now we have to leave the traitor alone. Lord Beelzebub’s orders,” Hastur grumbled. “But I can still do renaissance on the bastard.”

Michael was unsure what that meant. She tried to remember Aziraphale’s memos from the time. There had been a lot of art involved. “You’re going to…paint him on a church ceiling?”

“I ain’t going in no church, Archangel. No, I’m going to spy on him, figure out how he survived his punishment.”

“Ah. I believe the word you’re looking for is ‘reconnaissance,’” Michael noted. “And if you would like some assistance in your investigations…”

“I don’t need any bloody assistance to reconnosate, almighty Archangel,” Hastur spat out.

“Very well. But if you change your mind…” Michael miracled up a slip of paper with her number on it, the same number she had used with Ligur, “...you know where to find me.”

me and lions objectively correct mystreet character ranking (not clickbait fr fr)

So let me explain the ranks here a bit and why characters are in certain places:

S Tier: Characters that have a solid foundation or general character arcs that both me and Lion liked they’re story and character was enjoyable from beginning to end.

Lucinda is the only S tier character because she managed to remained both consistent character throughout the show. And while she doesn’t have a general arc that really doesn’t make her character any less likable. She’s just a silly little guy that activates the neurons.

A Tier: characters that we found really strong and compelling but have one really big glaring issue from putting them in S.

Rowan is here simply because he was really enjoyable, a genuine healthy father figure, and was just super cool to watch. His problem: lack of screen time.

Zianna has the same problem as Rowan her importance to the plot overall is also a factor.

Zane and Kc have the problems of both certain parts of there stories leaving us feeling icky. Like Zane becoming an over protective incel that sees aph as an object, or KC’s shipping shrine and canonically being a stalker.

B Tier are characters that we liked but just simply couldn’t peek are interest character wise due to one reason or another.

I’m gonna try and speed run the rest of these so:

Garroth: same problem with Zane but worse his obsession with aph even with or without the inclusion of mcd feels unearned and generally problematic. He’s goofy though and has a solid character arc with his brother

Eric and Terry: goofy and likable but nothing much outside of that also besides Rowan they are the only good parental figures in the show. (Eric is higher because he has more screen time)

Daniel: he’s voiced by ross has an interesting character concept, he’s the only werewolf character that didn’t frustrate me personally at some point. He’s just not all that important.

vlyad teony and GF captain: all interesting characters that weren’t in the show enough.

blaze: making in here on charm and charisma alone. (Also because our friend June fell in love with him, you can imagine his reaction to season 6.)

Brandon: mainly here because Lion said so.

C tier is mostly for the meh characters that we didn’t feel super strongly about for the most part.

Travis: didn’t have a decent enough character or story to really make us care in anyway. While pm seymour gave it their all it wasn’t really enough to keep us engaged.

Laurence: he has like one or two really good moments. And some laughs. Didn’t keep me or him engaged, especially after he just vanished.

from Ivy to kai: all these characters have really likable personalities and stories but they all generally had the one thing in common where they just weren’t in the show enough or there character took a direction we agreed wasn’t all that good or interesting.

Ivan: he serves his purpose as a one off villain. That’s all.

White haired girl: she just exist for a bump in the road in Aarmau.

Aphmau: none of her arcs are interesting, her personality isn’t consistent and when Jess does stick to a personality for her it’s generally not that likable.

D Tier: where hitting characters that both of us generally felt were lacking or straight up didn’t like.

Sylvanna: this may shock some of you but I’m going to be brutally honest, half of the reason y’all like her is because you HC her as being overprotective because Aaron is a groomer. Now let me be clear that’s not a problem, however that doesn’t change the fact in the actual show, it’s written more like an emotional incest situation. If Aaron being a groomer was “played straight” as it were she’d be much higher. But the canon reason of her overprotective (at least the reason were given initially) is that Aaron does a better job at taking care of Aph. It’s not because she actually fears Aph is in danger as we come to learn. It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Nicole: didn’t like that Dante was the one punished for their break up. They even mention later that she was being unreasonable. But Dante was at fault don’t get me wrong. But she also wasn’t in the show a hole lot and from what we see of her, just didn’t stick out to us.

Michi: plot device in character form, she could’ve been so much better if her character wasn’t watered down to “Aarmau Speed Bump”

From Kacey to Nekoette: all characters that felt shoved in for plot purposes and didn’t have enough personality to make up for it. They all range of for being added for stupid reasons like another conflict or fan-service. Some of these are even combinations of those reasons plus they just have some really unlikable moments that rubbed us the wrong way or even worse did not help the plot at all by being there.

Katelyn: I’ve made it extremely clear I don’t like this character and she’s at the very bottom because I believe her offenses are worse than most characters before but don’t deserve hell tier. She technically “works through” her fantasy racism and other problems just not in a compelling or even satisfying way. Even her reasons just didn’t justify her actions for us.

HELL: characters that did morally deplorable things therefore we did not like them on principal. ONTOP of being poorly written because in this series they go hand in hand.

Rachel gaslit her son and told Melissa to get Aaron home by any means necessary and that was implied to be the blackmail Melissa got from Michi. She generally invaded his privacy and almost ruined her son and an innocent girls relationship because of toxic traditional family values. (I believe she would’ve done this with or without the ultima curse, remember, that all what I just wrote was something written before that was even conceived.) and then does a 180 when season 5 hits. We all laughed and played crab rave when she was publicly executed.

Elizabeth abandoned her kids don’t care if that part wasn’t her fault because she was sealed away because again that was written before season 4-5 (we also see Zack abandoning his kid so like it’s implied she did it before she was sealed away anyway.) Also allowed a literal demon to do experiment a on her daughter. She doesn’t get any satisfying conclusion to her villain arc and she’s part of the post credit cliffhanger.

Zack cheated on his wife and abandoned his child after experimenting on her and was Michaels right hand only to grow a conscious after the literal child abuser tells him to produce a spine. Was not in the show enough to be a “I love to hate” kinda character.

Garte and Derek are both on the list for basically the same reason neither of there characters end in a satisfying way. Dereks just worse because he directly abused Aaron verbally.

Emmalyn is here because me and Lion took her as a stand in for ghost sense they are the same character. And she SA’s Zane. Ghost also confuses the plot heavily. And made the story so hard to follow in season 6. She actively makes both the story worse both inside and out.

Ein stalked and mind controlled multiple characters and was both indirectly and directly responsible for multiple innocent peoples deaths. There’s more you could say about him but he’s just not a compelling villain. His plans are not his own, the plans he does come up with only work by chance. He’s basically if you took Michi and cranked her up to 11.

Micheal is a really bad uncompelling villain outside of MCD besides killing people and world domination or whatever. He does nothing interesting with the time he’s given.

Balto and Aaron are both different flavors of pedos. Balto tries ask aph to prom, like even if bruh was just doing it for power; what the fuck. Even if was compelling he wouldn’t be any higher.

Gene is also a pedophile and gets Ein to take pictures of her when he graduates college, which is a shame because he actually does have a compelling story but because of how problematic his flaw is we couldn’t rank him any higher.

Aaron has been talked to death about so I won’t repeat what’s been said a hundred times over. But pedophillia, mass genocide, and a general inconsistent characterization is everyone’s main problem.

Ace: Our friend Ace was in call with us, we gave her one chance to save a character from a lower tier.

Melissa: originally in hell tier for enabling her parents and taking black mail from Michi, and just not having a spine when it came to the abuse of Aaron and that part of her character being sweated under the rug as she hardly had any consequences for gaslighting him. Even going so far to say they’ve changed and have gotten better when they clearly had not. Emotionally manipulating him at almost any chance she had. The reason why she rescued her and not her other choice Aphmau is because Ace is a lesbian.

We are currently at 3,030,755. I tend to write long oneshots and decently long multichapters so I'm not surprised my word count is as high as it is. Again, majority of these words come from Killer and Healer because there is just something about them that makes my brain go brrr

Most Killer and Healer at this point, but sometimes I'll write an S.C.I. fic and I'm also going to dip my toes into F1 rpf. Currently working on my first fic now

On the rare as fuck occasion that i've actually writing MCD, my fic Promise to Keep for Chinese Paladin 4. I too am shocked that I wrote MCD because I normally write happy endings, but I was actually okay with how canon ended so...I was fine with the MCD (cried like a bitch while writing it tho)

Oh, I did once...and it turned into a whole post that I made on here because if they had gone just after the fic/me, I would have just deleted it and moved on (while simmering with rage) but no, they went after my readers and insulted them and NO ONE goes after my readers

No I do not. Never have, never will. It squicks me, so I don't. I can read it, can't write it

Eh...I did a big crossover back in 2020 between s.c.i, history 3: trapped, and guardian. That fic was fun

Yeah, back in 2020 when I was working on my fic The Untamed Moments, someone was copying it word for fucking word over on Wattpad in Spanish. One of my readers at the time noticed it and I shut that shit down real quick. So...word to the wise. Don't steal my fics or I will end you

I have! My fic So This Is What Love Feels Like was translated to Vietnamese. I was very honored

In the past...wouldn't do it again. I like brainstorming fics with people but at the end of the day, I need to be the one writing the fic. And my style is so different from others that you could definitely tell if a fic was co-written

15. what's a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

God permitting, the Killer and Healer rewrite. Same with my Kei x Yaku fic. Problem is, I keep getting distracted by other wips and ideas so I like...haven't gotten around to finishing them. The rewrite I know is going to take me a while, but the Kei x Yaku fic I just gotta sit down and work on/crank out or I'll lose my hyperfixation with it and want to either abandon it or delete it. And I don't want to do either, so I gotta get back into it

Dialogue/making characters still feel in character, no matter the au, if that makes sense. I've been told my dialogue is great

In MCD, she was considered a great hunter by a WARRIOR tribe (who would have had high ass standards), managed to hold off an ancient demon on her own since her teens, and continued to be able to do so whilst pregnant with his child and then whilst raising said child, and then she died to save everyone else from him (albeit condemning her son to a life of fighting his father in the process).

Oh god, honestly most of my works have happy endings, and a few with more open/ambiguous endings, so really there's no way to pick one.

People seem more courteous now, but I used to all the time. I tend to add some kind of snarky iteration of "don't like, don't read" on most of my controversial ones now, but my ships have definitely gotten me hate.

9. Do you write smut?

Yes, though I just call it porn. I'm in spitting distance of 30. I call it what it is. And I'd say I'm pretty good at it, overall.

10. Do you write cross-overs?

Not full on, no. I've had a crossover moment or hint before, but full crossover fics, no. I'd like to experiment with it someday, but not right now.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I'm aware of, but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

I'm 99% sure I have at least once, I know I've gotten at least one comment asking to. I never followed up on it though. Maybe I should.

Kind of? Though it was more a meshing of ideas and getting so much input from the other person that I credited them as a co-author, not them literally typing part of the fic.

14. What's your all-time favorite ship?

Stucky (Steve/Bucky, Captain America/MCU) is my absolute OTP, forever and always. I have a few ships I love, but they're my #1. They're also one of, if not the only ship that's not problematic in any way, shape or form.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you will?

Sadly, most of them. I started posting chapters as soon as I wrote them and then my hyperfixation for the pairing/fandom passed, and I lost all motivation. If I ever did a multi chapter WIP again, I'd probably get most or all of it written before I started posting it.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Definitely explicit material, porn, smut, whatever you want to call it. I've improved in the last few years for sure, and I know there's better than me out there, but I do pretty well.

I think I write well overall. There are some people who write and they have fantastic ideas but it just doesn't flow, and that's not a problem I've ever had.

I'm fantastic at one shots. I can write something short and sweet and tie it right up. Most of my work is under 10k.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I cannot write anything long worth a damn. My only longer works are unfinished, I completely lose steam. I currently have an AU in mind that I desperately want to write, but my history with abandoning multi chapter fics is scaring me away from starting it.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language?

I only speak English, so I don't. I used to try, until I was told that google translate sucks, so then I swapped to putting the English in italics.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Oh god, I have to go to FFN for this. Though before I actually joined any fanfic sites I sat down and wrote an alternate ending for the Twilight short story about Bree Tanner in a notebook, that was before I knew fanfic even existed. As far as posted works, it appears to be Hunger Games and Harry Potter.

20. Favorite fic you've ever written?

Definitely All I Feel As I Get Closer To You, absolutely no contest. It's a Supernatural fic, Dean/Castiel set in season 10, at 9.2k words.

Aphmaus continuous universe! (Theories, Questions, and AUs)

1. Genetics

I’ve always questioned how genes (heehee) work in the Aphmau universe, and how the characters js defy the laws of nature.

For example:

The Ro’meaves,

Garte is blonde which is a recessive gene, and Zianna is either dark brunette or has black, which is dominant. But for some odd reason (??) Garroth has his father’s hair (relatively lighter) and Zane just has black hair.

It’s more reasonable to accept that Zane has black hair because Zianna has darker hair.

But this is the lowest concern in this universe because this is something that could possibly happen in real life.

The more pulsing topic when it comes to hair color is the characters with wacky hair colours.

The most popular unnatural hair color in the Aphmau continuous universe is blue.

Noteable characters with this gene are:

Maria (Dante’s mom)

Eric (Katelyn’s dad)

Elizabeth (Katelyn’s mom)

Kacey (Katelyn’s brother)

Now I know most of these characters are related, but when u look into the background of the videos, at least 30% have some shade of blue hair.

And blue hair Is a DOMINANT gene, mostly….

Taking Dante and Genes family for example. We don’t really know what the father looks like but it’s easy to assume that their dad has dark grey or black hair.

Maria has light blue hair, like Katelyn’s mom (I have a AU/ theory for that) and since black is a naturally dominant colour Gene has black/grey hair.

And Dante has darkish blue hair?

Light blue + black/grey = dark blue?

This is just the beginning tho, so keep up!

In MCD Dante has two children, one with Nicole (red haired) and one with Kawaii~Chan ( pink haired) (kawaii MCD has pink hair naturally I guess for a reason I will talk about rn)

When Dante and Nicole have Dimitri, his hair is a darker blue than his fathers, but it’s still blue, even though his mothers hair is red. (Which is okay because irl genetics but I feel like it should’ve been red?)

But then this logic can’t reasonably be applied to Nekoette~tan (Dante and Kawaii-Chans kid)

Her hair being a Extremely light blue, makes no sense because,

Pink + blue = blue or light purple ( or at the very least slightly lighter blue)

(Also why it’s not possible for KCs hair to be naturally black in MCD, unless they dyed their 6 year olds hair light blue)

But this obviously means that blue is a dominant hair colour, or else Dimitri’s hair would’ve been the same as his mother’s.

Now I know that Dimitri’s hair is probably only blue to show the audience that

“Wowza this random little kid that’s revealed early on in Season 2 must be Dante’s!”

(Especially with how much they pushed the Dante being a father to everyone thing)

(And because there’s no doubt that people shipped Dancole from season one because of the whole Nicole volunteering to look for Dante in the forest when he was acting shady thing)

ANYHOO!!

Darker blue must be dominant over light blue as-well because Eric has darker blue hair and Elizabeth has light blue hair.

All of their children we know of have darker blue hair

(Katelyn lightens hers with dye, I know this because Aphmau and Kacey we talking about their hair colours in the episode on season three where Eric and Sylvanna move into the neighborhoo)
