Cuando hemos finalizado una animación, es normal que necesitemos exportarla para poder distribuirla al público objetivo. Es posible que necesitemos exportar a video porque por el peso, el tiempo y la cantidad de recursos hay formatos de video especiales para tener un bajo peso (tamaño de archivo) y mantener la calidad. This is the work we completed in the After effects workshop with Ben today, adding keyframes is key, export through media encoder, make sure to tick maximum render quality and maximum render other box, click the blue words after wards and click the green play button to export and save.   We could pick a caption to put on and therefore animate along with the main image and soltan lotion.

Core Project 4 Animation Performance Thankfully my computer managed to render this without crashing, though due to the struggle its been having and its age, my graphics card has been struggling to render anything other than an Arnold Skydome for my lighting. This project has been a trial working from home, Tween machine not installing, crashing and not being able to render properly. I also had some kind of memory issue regarding the graph editor that made it unusuable to a point! Even though that may all be true, i did actually enjoy doing this, and over the summer plan to work on animation significantly more as I still consider it to be my weakest area. Lip syncing was fun! As was full body posing! I found this far more rewarding than a walk cycle. The process was to create an exception for Mery in maya, animate her to the best of my ability while not using tween machine or the graph editor past a point. Next was to render out using Arnold and the Skydome light into PNG format as a series of images, moving over into after effects and attaching the backing track to the animation, setting the composition and frame rate, and finally moving over into adobe Media Encoder to render into a video. The process is becoming more natural the more I do it, and though I didnt get to where I wanted to this time, I plan to keep trying and fail as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Cuando ya hemos finalizado nuestro proyecto animado, tenemos varias opciones para poder exportarlo desde Adobe After Effects. Solution: Missing AC3 Audio in Premiere Pro

Taken at West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong

I shoot full event recordings on Sony VG30 whenever I need to. However, editing VG30 audio that only recorded in Dolby 5.1 or Dolby AC3 is a total disaster using Adobe Premiere Pro CC on Windows 7.

Premiere Pro officially dropped out Dolby Encoder this year, as they need to pay license fee per device. I suspect the same reason why I never succeed installing it even I backdated to CC 2017. Media Encoder / Compressor would not support the codec, Switching to Windows 8 / 10 is an expensive option. Last but not least, I found a solution, typing in command line with FFMpeg.

FFmpeg does not come with a GUI, so there is no interface at all. Simply put the extracted folder somewhere accessible (say C:/ ), which will save you some typing. I’m not quite familiar with command line environment, which took some time to google and learn. (In case your default path is not C:/, you need to type CD to change directory)

Following detail instructions on rcsparks.com, I have manually transcoded all my videos from .mts AC3 to .mp4 mp3. All you need is this:

ffmpeg -i filename.mts -vcodec mpeg4 -b:v 15M -acodec libmp3lame -b:a 192k filename.mp4

Lucky thing, I realised there is a GUI version of FFmpeg that supports batch conversion, maybe next time then. Let me know if you have any other solutions.
