𝙷𝚘𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚎𝚕 𝚖𝚘𝚘𝚒𝚎𝚛 𝚣𝚘𝚞 𝚍𝚎 𝚠𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚕𝚍 𝚣𝚒𝚓𝚗 𝚊𝚕𝚜 𝚠𝚎 𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚊𝚊𝚕 𝚣𝚘𝚞𝚍𝚎𝚗 𝚖𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚗? Meditatie en mindfulness hebben ons zo veel gebracht. We geloven dat iedereen er baat bij heeft, maar kan onmisbaar zijn als je te veel in je hoofd leeft en altijd aan staat, je snel je grenzen overschrijdt, als je liever je ogen dicht houdt voor wat er speelt, als je hooggevoelig en snel overprikkeld bent.. Door interactie met de wereld om ons heen kunnen we de connectie met onszelf verliezen. Meditatie brengt ons terug naar wie we zijn en waar we voor leven. We leren vanuit een helikopterperspectief op een objectieve manier naar onszelf te kijken. Gedachten, gevoelens, zorgen en verlangens worden enkel observaties. Het enige dat overblijft is 𝗯𝗲𝘄𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘇𝗶𝗷𝗻 in het nu. Daarin schuilt een staat van rust, helderheid, authenticiteit, begrip én een belangrijke toegang naar spirituele inzichten. 🗝️🚪ॐ 𝙷𝚘𝚠 𝚋𝚎𝚊𝚞𝚝𝚒𝚏𝚞𝚕 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚕𝚍 𝚋𝚎 𝚒𝚏 𝚠𝚎 𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚖𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚍? Meditation and mindfulness brought us so much. We believe it benefits everyone, but can be essential if you live too much in your head and are always on, if you quickly exceed your limits, if you prefer to remain obliviant to what is going on, if you are highly sensitive and easily overstimulated.. By interacting with the world around us, we can lose connection with ourselves. Meditation brings us back to who we are and what we live for. We learn to look at ourselves objectively from a helicopter perspective. Thoughts, feelings, worries and desires become just observations. All that remains is 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 in the now.
