When i saw this quote, I immediately thought of Mercy and this scene

How many demons has Mercy danced with knowingly or otherwise. Theres only so many pieces to the life that is Mercy that's yet to be shared and only hints sprinkle here and there.What or who was the person to strike the first blow to her psyche. I feel she has been wandering around wearing a mask of her own for a very long time, and if ever they were to come off long enough, the amount of emotional chaos burried that would bubble to the surface, she wouldnt survive that alone.

Bishop is a fucking sociopath and excels and flourishes at the toxicity he drips daily into her veins.Every apology he offers is a weapon and forgiveness is his trap.

13. What's a character or ship you haven't written/drawn yet but would like to some day?

I would LOVE to do something featuring Mademoiselle M/Magnon.  I also still need to write the Théodule/Feuilly fic I promised back when I published the Bahorel/Enjolras fic, not because I feel drawn to them but because I think it could be really funny.  (But I'd also like to write more for them individually, as well as Joly, Laigle, and Bahorel.) Similarly, they get referred to in World Without Heroes, but something that features Empress Josephine/Cosette, more with the Guys and Grisettes (I think I have written all of the grisettes now, though I don't think I've published anything that has Zéphine, just refers to her offscreen), maybe something with Gillenormand's parlour, more with Gardener Fauchelevent, maybe Simplice, and the Napoléon/Bishop Myriel backstory nobody wants but everybody needs.

14. Is there a character or ship you were so sure you would never write/draw but now you've changed your mind?

Not really?  I will say, there are now circumstances where I think Valvert could work, which I wouldn't have thought several years ago, but I still don't ship it, nor do I feel motivated to create content for it.

On the other hand, inventing batshit pairings that no one in their right mind would dream of and creating content for that: hell yes, been there AND done that.

I meant to say this forever ago, but back when Mercy first met Eva, I felt like her choice of words to her where kind of reminiscent to how Bishop was critically [or cruelly] blunt and to the point. I don't think Bishop has totally influenced her newfound personality, but the similarities struck me and I do wonder if we'll see anymore Bishop-like traits in Mercy going forward as she interacts with Wayne or even Jayce. 'Cause he'll notice his mom being off eventually -- right??

I'm not so sure if they're bishop-like traits as opposed to the traits of a woman who reached a breaking point. A woman who is fresh off a kill. A woman who is feeling a bit slighted that New Sibling™ was prioritized over her own feelings (in the wrekka sto). A woman who was forced (via a nasty head injury) to confront a very painful moment in her life.

I think she's done being a nice little doormat for awhile.

But stay tuned my anonymous friend, I could be deadass wrong.
