I can although lay on a couch, sitting in my bathtube, or in my studio reading a well, beautiful history book, to get with in that zone. And or painting, having a tea cup, a certain hoodie/ buttoned shirt, pullover, a wood brush. Just a few triggers/ signals with a that direction, and I get that cosy well being vibe.
