man i guess i shouldn’t be surprised but it is wild that so many people HATED lazy in space. i think a lot of those ppl maybe did not watch all the way through because they were upset at the original episode remakes not being super faithful but like. please you.. you gotta watch the whole thing.

i agree that the first few episodes are a bit uhhh… uneasy? but like once it gets into episodes that have no content from the original and it’s all New Shit, it gets really really strong.

i hadn’t remembered the original basically at all when i started watching so it didn’t bother me lmao what i did was: start watching the new one about halfway, go back and watch the old one, finish watching the new one

not sure if i’d recommend doing that exactly that’s just what i happened to do lmao but i think i definitely would have been more disappointed by the first several episodes of i had remembered the original more clearly. but also!!! i like a lot of the changes? there are some bits that i’m sad didn’t make it into the reboot, but for the most part i like it a lot! idk!
