So... As far as I got, ragatha is being mostly brainwashed right? So that kinda means that she's not responsible for her actions... BUT! Nobody knows that she's being controlled, although she is acting out of character, so it's hard for them to just... look past all of that ( not that it wouldn't be even if they knew ), right?

That feeling when you see someone you enjoy watching on YouTube play a game you have interest in but they absolutely refuse to engage with the game and it’s very obvious they don’t enjoy the kind of game it is so it makes you question why they’d play it in the first place

#misc posts #I’m not going to name names because I’ve enjoyed their other videos #but the games that prompted this were Inscryption and Look Outside #I totally get that not everyone may enjoy deck building card games or long turn based RPGs #but it’s obvious as hell that’s what these two games are respectively #I can get trying things that you don’t normally play #for example I don’t really play rouge likes but I still bought Hades to try it #but you HAVE TO go in with an open mind or else what’s the fucking point #you’re just wasting your own time and money at that point #idk I’m just annoyed #Inscryption is just such a fun and fascinating game to me and I highly recommend it #and while I can’t play Look Outside myself (I don’t have anything that can run it)#it seems like a pretty cool game and it’s interesting to see how the narrative unfolds #and I love how you can just choose to be kind and that’s reflected in the best ending you can get

so far I saw three people saying om fandom is dead and I'm like??? no?? I mean RIGHT we're in a harassment era and that dropped the updates drastically but it's not dead?

what's these people's main social media/platflrm I wonder, as far as I see tumblr n twitter are thriving and ao3 gets updates 😭

I honestly didn't even realize people had this concern until that anon asked me about it. But I'm also not exactly super current on fandom doings? I don't know, I seem to miss a lot lol.

Anyway, I'm of the opinion that a dead fandom also has no harassment going on because there's nobody to harass to begin with. Dead fandoms have a handful of people in them and all of those people are thrilled that they aren't the only one in the fandom, so they're usually super nice to each other. I may be unaware of all such instances happening here on Tumblr, but I do see a lot of active and really nice people in the fandom. I've been here for a while now and people have always been really kind to me.

I can't speak for other social medias... I'm not on them enough to have an opinion. When I do get on other platforms, though, I see plenty of OM content? So I'm not sure why anyone would think it's a dead fandom.
