Nesting, scenting, purring, scruffing... A lot of animalistic behaviours have been attributed to omegaverse characters. But there's one I've never seen used, and that's a shame. Have any of you heard about... Kneading?

It's something kittens do with their mums, but older cats often do that with their favourite humans or soft toys and blankets!

It's associated with nest-making and scenting. Famous omegaverse things!

hey how do I build a small nest? probably extremely temporarily, a build it, take photo, and disassemble afterwards. it's just got me so curious and I really want to do it but I'm not sure how exactly to go about it and can't find answers

i don't really know what to tag for this but the question has been on my mind since realising it's something that I could actually do for real and not just something in omegaverse fiction but a real thing part of an actual community or really multiple communities honestly so uhh just gonna tag what I think fits and hope for the best

Hello friends who nest!

Whether you're kin, a regressor, or miscecanis, you might be affected by what I call the nesting season, and want to nest all the time! 🪹

So I decided to make a little post about stuff I like in my nest to maybe give some of you ideas or just some comfiness reading it, because nesting is taking up like 80% of my brain right now- 💚

My essentials are: 🪹 Blankets (the fluffier the better) 🪹 Plenty of pillows 🪹 A tons of plushies 🪹 Orange essential oil on the stuffs 🪹 A cedar or orange candle/incense 🪹 A cosy drink (like coffee with some cinnamon) 🪹 A cosy show or podcast 🪹 Some snacks! (nuts for my crow brain, sweet things for the omega cravings, and sometimes some other stuff personally)

I also like to kidnap my partner in it, but that's not always possible 🥺😞 Please feel free to add on with your nesting essentials! ☕️
